We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

You’ll work on a broad docket of litigation and pre-litigation matters, advise business stakeholders on litigation risk, and help to build out the litigation function as the business scales. You’ll join a lean team where everyone carries real responsibility, and you may have the opportunity to pitch in on a variety of other legal domains to support the team.
You’ll work at the cutting edge of a highly technical and rapidly evolving area of the law, navigating challenges that are shaping the future of the industry. This role reports to the Associate General Counsel, Litigation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage litigation, third-party process, dispute resolution, and regulatory requests involving the company. This spans everything from helping Runway develop its strategy on cutting-edge legal questions to owning all in-house-side discovery execution

- Advise key stakeholders on litigation risk, aligning legal strategy with business priorities
- Field day-to-day requests from legal team members and cross-functional partners who want your litigation perspective on their commercial, product, and other legal work
- Partner with Runway’s Customer Support Team to advise on and help resolve small disputes and escalations
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments relating to generative AI, and advise our AI safety, product, and engineering teams on them as appropriate
- Dive into the technical aspects of the product and industry to learn them inside and out, and use that knowledge to inform your advice to the business
- Support the team in other legal domains, which may include employment, trust & safety, policy, commercial, privacy, and IP
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A J.D. and admission in good standing with at least one state bar
- 5+ years of dedicated litigation experience (can include clerkships)
- Litigation experience in some combination of copyright, class action, securities, and regulatory matters
- Deep knowledge of complex civil litigation practice and procedure, including discovery and federal and state court rules
- A track record of running litigation matters, including developing case strategy, managing discovery, drafting and editing briefs, gathering information efficiently and preparing witnesses for depositions

- Sound judgment under pressure and strong business acumen
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver results
- A strong sense of ownership, both in the highest-level strategic work and in smaller day-to-day tasks
- Creative problem-solving, low ego, curiosity, and a bias for action
NICE TO HAVE
- In-house experience (particularly at a technology company)
- Experience with emerging technologies, particularly generative AI and copyright litigation
- Familiarity with Runway and the generative AI video industry
- Excitement about generative AI, and the motivation to become a leading expert in the legal landscape governing a rapidly innovating industry
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Atlas gives teams a way to build and use internal software with AI, with the infrastructure to connect company tools, manage access, and share what they build.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help take Atlas from a new product to something teams rely on every day. You'll identify the most valuable problems to solve, work closely with engineering and design to ship, and figure out what turns early interest into adoption. This role spans product discovery, launch, and the work that comes after: learning from real usage and deciding where to go next.
The product team at WorkOS works closely with developers and technical buyers who have strong opinions and high standards. Our engineers bring sharp product instincts, and you'll be a close partner in deciding what to build and why. You'll have room to shape the product, make decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly as you learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product direction and outcomes for Atlas, from identifying customer problems through discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Work directly with early users to understand what they're trying to build, where they get stuck, and what would make Atlas useful in their everyday work.
- Turn those insights into a clear roadmap, making deliberate choices about which use cases to pursue and what to ship first.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to turn technical capabilities into a product people can understand and use.
- Define success metrics for activation, adoption, and continued use, and use customer feedback and product data to guide your next decisions.
- Work with marketing, sales, and other go-to-market partners to bring Atlas to market and communicate its value clearly.
- Follow how people are building with AI and agents, and use what you learn to identify new product opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building products for developers or technical B2B users, with the technical fluency to work closely with engineers and understand customer workflows.
- A track record of taking a new product from an early idea to launch and adoption. You can explain the decisions you made, what you learned from users, and how the product changed as a result.
- Strong product judgment: you can find a useful starting point in an ambiguous problem and decide what matters most.
- A habit of talking to customers and using what you learn to shape the product.
- The ability to move quickly, make decisions without perfect information, and adjust as new evidence comes in.
- Clear communication and strong partnerships with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
ESPECIALLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Shipping agentic products, or working directly alongside teams building them. Recent experience with how people use agents to get work done is a strong plus.
- Bringing a new developer tool or technical B2B product to market and building its early adoption.
- Working on pricing, packaging, or a product-led growth motion.

As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a VP of AI Strategy & Transformation — a hands-on technical leader who combines deep AI expertise with the strategic vision and executive influence to drive AI adoption across every business unit. This is not a research role or a traditional engineering management position. We need someone who has personally built and shipped production AI systems, understands the frontier of foundation models and agentic AI, and can translate that expertise into company-wide transformation.
The ideal candidate is, first and foremost, a deeply technical AI practitioner — someone who has architected and deployed AI systems at scale, and who can channel that credibility into driving AI adoption across every function of the organization. Not a theorist, not a people-manager-only — a builder-leader who ships and who makes others ship.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Company AI Strategy & Transformation
Own the company’s AI roadmap end-to-end — from foundation model selection to business-unit-specific deployment plans:
Define and continuously refine the enterprise AI strategy, aligning it to revenue goals, product differentiation, and operational efficiency targets.
Conduct rigorous build-vs-buy-vs-partner analysis for foundation models, AI tooling, inference infrastructure, and data platforms.
Establish an AI governance framework covering model risk, data privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Serve as the primary AI advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team; translate frontier AI developments into actionable business implications.
Build and maintain a rolling 6/12/24-month AI transformation roadmap with clear milestones, investment thresholds, and go/no-go decision points.
Identify and evaluate strategic AI acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
2. System Building & Technical Execution
Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact — not just prototypes:
Lead the architecture of LLM-powered applications including RAG systems, agentic workflows, fine-tuning pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks at enterprise scale.
Design and implement AI-native infrastructure: model serving, automated evaluation, A/B testing frameworks, version control for prompts and models, and continuous monitoring for quality and drift.
Build and optimize AI agent systems, multi-model orchestration, tool-use chains, and autonomous workflow engines that solve real business problems end-to-end.
Build robust evaluation and benchmarking systems for AI outputs — measuring hallucination rates, task completion accuracy, latency, safety, and end-user satisfaction.
Personally prototype and review critical AI system designs; maintain hands-on technical credibility with the engineering team.
3. Organizational AI Enablement & Adoption
Drive AI adoption across every business unit — making AI a core competency for the entire organization, not just the engineering team:
Design and execute a company-wide AI literacy program segmented by role: executive leadership, product managers, engineers, operations, customer-facing teams, and support functions.
Create internal AI tooling, templates, and playbooks that make it radically easy for every business unit to leverage AI capabilities (prompt libraries, no-code/low-code AI interfaces, internal copilots, AI-assisted workflows).
Establish an AI Center of Excellence that serves as the hub for best practices, reusable components, and cross-functional AI project incubation.
Implement a structured AI use-case intake and prioritization process: partner with each business unit to identify high-ROI AI opportunities, scope them properly, and execute with embedded AI support.
Build an AI talent strategy: define hiring profiles for AI engineers and applied AI roles, design technical interview processes, and develop retention programs for top AI talent.
Foster a culture of responsible AI experimentation: psychological safety to try and fail fast, coupled with rigorous post-mortems and knowledge sharing across BUs.

ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the west coast — we also have offices in San Francisco and Seattle
We're building a tool that makes content creation accessible for everyone, from individual creators to Fortune 500 enterprises. We're looking for people who are deeply versed in the Runway product and can take a strategic and creative view to Enterprise Support. If that's you, read on!

Build a Custom Runway Workflow:
1. Sign up for a free Runway account (no payment required)
2. Review these resources:
1. Tutorial https://academy.runwayml.com/workflows/using-workflows
2. Guide https://help.runwayml.com/hc/en-us/articles/45769159004691-Building-your-first-Workflows

4. Submit in the application:
1. Screenshot of your completed workflow
2. Brief description (3-4 sentences): What's your creative concept? What does your workflow accomplish? Who would use this?
Note: Free accounts can build workflows but can't run them - that's fine! We want to see your ability to learn the product and think creatively about how customers might use it.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: VP of Product
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $230,000 to $250,000
base plus bonus and equity
About the Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy and are looking for an experienced product manager to join this growing team. As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of our SIEM product launched in October 2024. We are not building yet another SIEM that intends to replicate what every other SIEM already does. We are building a SIEM that focuses on what really matters to our Small Enterprise and SMB partners. They don’t need a SIEM with all the advanced features and the costs that come with that; they need a SIEM that keeps the relevant data, reduces the noise, makes it easy to find what they need, doesn’t require full-time employees to manage, and works at a cost that fits their budget. This is an opportunity to upend the existing SIEM market for everyone who wants or needs a SIEM but whose current solutions don’t work.
This position offers the chance to help scale the vision of an already wildly successful company past $200M and beyond, sustaining and building on a remarkable existing growth rate. You will make an impact on the vision, goals, and, in partnership with other functions, execution of a SaaS offering (like other Huntress products) that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure with cutting-edge capabilities currently only found in the largest enterprises. You will work very closely with the company founders, product leaders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams, as well as other Product Managers.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills to bridge customer business requirements with trends in the threat landscape. You’ll be asked to frequently interact with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to articulate our value proposition.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Portfolio Leader and relevant stakeholders to assist in setting the SIEM product vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research in order to drive strategy as well as pricing and the product roadmap
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous client needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions that surprise and delight the customer
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Prioritize features by assessing their alignment with the broader product strategy and initiatives, as well as unmet market needs
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Drive and manage product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams
Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive and execute product launches to market
Derive feedback and insights from customers through face-to-face interaction and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Drive high-level strategic initiatives and execution while possessing a willingness to dig into the weeds
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new product or feature idea.
Manage and drive results from user experience testing and gain crucial insights into how customers use (or don’t use) the platform
In partnership with product operations, provide product metrics, including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue, etc., to track and evaluate the success of the product strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR Products
Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
