From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.

Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.

Director of Technology Operations
We are building the next operating model for a ~150-person technology organization behind production-critical financial infrastructure.
We are looking for a Director of Technology Operations to lead that transformation.
This is not a traditional infrastructure or IT operations role. The mandate is to evolve Technology Operations from a primarily reactive model toward a scalable organization built around clear ownership, platform engineering, automation, self-service, operational excellence, resilience and measurable outcomes.
You will initially lead several established technology functions through their existing Heads and Leads, with approximately 25 people across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence. The mandate is broader than the initial team size: you will help shape the operating model of a ~150-person technology organization and build capabilities designed to scale significantly beyond today's structure.
Your responsibility will go beyond managing these teams. You will help shape how the broader technology organization operates: how production services are owned, how incidents and changes are managed, how engineers consume infrastructure capabilities, how operational risks are identified, and how recurring manual work is systematically eliminated.
A major part of the role is organizational transformation. We expect you to assess the current model, challenge it where necessary, define the target state, develop the leaders underneath you, and deliver measurable improvements rather than simply introduce new processes.
The goal is straightforward: as the company grows, Technology Operations should become more reliable, resilient and scalable while requiring less manual coordination, less operational toil and less executive intervention.
What you will do
Lead the transformation of Technology Operations across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence, moving the organization from reactive operations toward ownership, automation, self-service and measurable outcomes.
Define the Technology Operations strategy, target operating model, organizational structure, responsibilities, priorities and transformation roadmap.
Lead multiple established technology functions through Heads, Leads and other managers, creating clear accountability and developing leaders who can operate with increasing autonomy.
Lead the evolution of DevOps toward a Platform Engineering model that reduces operational toil, increases self-service and improves developer productivity while maintaining reliability and security.
Partner with Engineering to establish a "you build it, you own it" model, where product teams retain ownership of their services in production while Technology Operations provides the platform, standards, tooling and operational framework that enable them to operate reliably.
Develop Service Management toward Operational Excellence: strengthen service ownership, incident and problem management, introduce risk-based change governance, reduce unnecessary manual controls, and use operational data to eliminate systemic causes of failures.
Transform Corporate IT toward a secure, automated employee technology model, with strong identity and access lifecycle management, device management, governance and employee self-service.
Continuously assess the current organization, technology landscape and operating model, identify structural and operational gaps, and turn them into concrete improvement initiatives.
Improve the maturity, reliability, scalability and efficiency of technology operations supporting production-critical systems.
Define meaningful operational metrics and use them to identify systemic problems, measure transformation outcomes and drive improvements rather than simply report performance.
Own the Technology Operations contribution to digital operational resilience, including ICT business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and restoration, resilience testing, recovery objectives, crisis readiness, and remediation of findings from incidents and resilience exercises.
Partner with Security, Risk and Compliance to maintain an effective ICT risk management and control environment, including technology risk identification, critical service dependencies, ICT third-party risk, resilience testing, audit readiness and regulatory remediation.
Ensure operational and technology risks are identified early, understood, prioritized and addressed appropriately.
Support the company through audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and other controls relevant to financial and technology organizations.
Own and optimize budgets, technology vendors, infrastructure investments and external partnerships within the function.
Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, Compliance, Product, Finance and other business functions.
Represent Technology Operations in cross-functional and executive discussions and communicate complex technology and operational topics clearly to different audiences.
Help prepare the technology organization for the next stage of the company's growth, including increasingly complex enterprise customers, new products and a larger engineering organization.
What we are looking for
Significant leadership experience in Technology Operations, IT Operations, Infrastructure & Operations, Platform/Production Operations, Platform Engineering or a comparable technology function.
Experience as a manager of managers, with responsibility for several teams or functions through Heads, Engineering Managers, Team Leads or equivalent leadership roles.
Previous experience as a Technology Director, VP/Head of Technology Operations, Platform/Infrastructure leader or in a comparable senior role within a product engineering organization is highly relevant.
Proven examples of significant organizational or technology transformation: changing operating models, building or restructuring functions, introducing new capabilities, increasing operational maturity, scaling teams or materially changing how technology organizations operate.
Experience leading or evolving DevOps, SRE or infrastructure capabilities toward Platform Engineering, including developer self-service, automation and reduction of operational toil.
Strong understanding of modern production ownership models and the relationship between Platform Engineering and product engineering teams.
Experience with production-critical systems where availability, reliability, security and operational failures have direct business impact.
Experience with IT and Service Management in modern product/engineering environments, including incident, problem and change management.
Experience transforming Corporate IT or employee technology environments, including identity/access lifecycle, endpoint/device management, automation, governance and employee self-service.
Practical experience with business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience in production-critical environments, including BIA, RTO/RPO, backup and restoration, resilience testing and remediation.
Experience working with Security, Risk and Compliance teams and managing technology and operational risks.
Exposure to audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and operational controls relevant to financial institutions or other regulated environments.
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to technology operations in financial services, such as DORA, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic engineering and operational controls, is a plus.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts and technology investments.
Ability to operate effectively when requirements, organizational boundaries or the final solution are not yet fully defined.
Track record of developing leaders and building teams that can operate without constant escalation or executive intervention.
Ability to move between strategic topics and operational problems: understand what requires executive attention, delegate what should be owned by your leaders, and personally step in when the situation requires it.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical teams, senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial infrastructure or another regulated and production-critical technology environment would be highly valuable.
How we think about this role
We are not looking for a traditional IT or infrastructure leader whose primary focus is maintaining existing systems and following established processes.
We need someone who is comfortable entering an environment where not everything has already been defined — and who sees that ambiguity as part of the mandate.
You should be able to understand how the organization actually operates today, distinguish symptoms from systemic problems, bring the right people together, make decisions with incomplete information, and turn those decisions into measurable organizational and technology improvements.
You will not be expected to solve every problem personally. A major part of your role will be to build strong Heads and Leads who can own their areas independently, while you focus on the most important organizational, strategic and cross-functional challenges.
At the same time, limited resources, legacy approaches or imperfect processes should be constraints to work with — not reasons why progress cannot happen.
What success looks like
Within the first 6–12 months, we expect to see measurable movement in addition to plans:
reduced recurring operational toil;
increasing developer and employee self-service;
stronger and clearer service ownership;
fewer repeated incidents and systemic operational failures;
more risk-based and automated change management;
improved developer and employee experience;
clearer operational and resilience metrics;
measurable progress toward a Platform Engineering model;
stronger operational resilience and risk management;
and Heads and Leads operating with greater autonomy.
You will have established a clear target operating model and transformation roadmap, but success will not be measured by the existence of the roadmap itself. It will be visible in how the organization operates.
Success means the organization requires less manual coordination and executive intervention while becoming more reliable, resilient, faster and more scalable.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred

Candidate must be located within Singapore.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be an Applied AI Engineer supporting a dedicated national security mission program. You will be the customer's trusted technical advisor, working closely with their engineering and mission teams as they build and ship new capabilities powered by Claude: advising on architecture design decisions, developing evaluation frameworks, and guiding them through the most cutting-edge implementation patterns for LLMs.
Working closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll guide the customer from technical discovery through successful deployment, much of it on-site in secure environments. You'll combine deep engineering expertise and cyber domain knowledge with customer-facing skills to help the customer unlock the full potential of Claude and move their mission capabilities closer to the frontier, while maintaining our high standards for safety and reliability.
Responsibilities
Serve as a specialist technical advisor for one or more national security mission programs, from discovery and evaluation through deployment and adoption, coordinating internally across multiple teams to drive customer success
Support the customer as they build with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
Partner with account executives and Applied AI Architects to translate mission requirements into technical solutions
Influence technical architecture decisions and integration into the customer's existing stack by developing customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites
Help develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for mission-specific use cases
Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams
Identify common design patterns and contribute insights back to our Product and Engineering teams
Create and deliver technical content, from engineering deep dives to executive briefings
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks
Work primarily on-site with the customer's engineering and mission teams in secure government facilities, while maintaining close internal coordination and feedback with Anthropic's Applied AI and Engineering teams
Minimum qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Prior experience working within US intelligence community agencies as a government civilian or cleared contractor
4+ years of experience in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Product Manager, with a desire to work closely with customers
Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience building production applications
Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following domains:
Offensive or defensive cyber operations (including vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and ICS/OT security)
Cryptography and cryptanalysis
Intelligence analysis and ISR (all-source, SIGINT, GEOINT)
Mission and weapons systems (command and control, space, electronic warfare, autonomy)
CBRN and nonproliferation
Accreditation of classified systems (RMF, ATO, cross-domain solutions)
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, while maintaining a low ego and collaborative approach
Preferred qualifications
Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development and frameworks, evaluation frameworks, transcript analysis, MCP, and deployment at scale
Experience deploying and operating software in air-gapped or classified environments
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute across domains with intellectual openness, finding simple solutions to complex problems
High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration, balancing competing priorities with integrity
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems through creative technical applications

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Role
Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider that is growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand. We're competing for larger enterprise and government contracts, and the operational and strategic workload behind those deals now outstrips the commercial team's capacity.
This role is the ANZ General Manager's right hand. You take ANZ market priorities (a product gap, a compliance requirement, a go-live risk, a new market opportunity) and drive them to a finished outcome across Intellect's regional functions: Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue. You do this without the GM chasing each step.
This isn't a sales role and it isn't a tender-writing role. It's the operating and strategy engine that lets the ANZ commercial team spend its time winning and keeping clients. The target: this role helps unlock AUD 1.5M in additional new business for ANZ within 12 months.
What You'll Do
Drive ANZ priorities through regional HQ (core of the role)
Turn the GM's priorities into clear, structured requests for Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track each one to completion.
Run the ANZ-to-HQ rhythm: a weekly status on open items, with escalation to the GM only when a decision is needed.
Own a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives showing owner, status, dependency and next action.
Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
Execute strategic initiatives from idea to outcome
Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, such as new service lines, critical incident service improvements, and psychosocial risk products. Define scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria for each.
Write structured requirements for Product rather than making verbal requests, and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk.
Research the market: competitor proposals and pricing, value proposition and pricing strategy for 2027, and SLA gaps against what the market expects.
Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
Run pipeline and reporting operations
Keep the ANZ HubSpot pipeline accurate every week: stage, close date, ACV and last activity.
Own the data for the ANZ section of the monthly business review (MBR), in the regional standard format.
Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end.
Coordinate tender compliance and capacity
Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain the criteria.
Own compliance pre-checks before any submission, including insurance, the Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty and accreditation.
Back up the dedicated RFP specialist on priority bids, and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost.
Handle people and business administration
Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team, scope office and operating requirements, and keep the GM's calendar clear of non-commercial administration.
Requirements
The deciding trait is operating with authority. You'll lead conversations with people more senior than you, push an agenda they may not want, and hold the line when they push back, all without the GM in the room.
Must-haves
3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company
A track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision. You can describe one in detail.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including telling a senior person "no" or "not now" and making it stick
Comfort with ambiguity: you make a call on partial information and adjust, rather than waiting for certainty
Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis
Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders
Clear, concise writing for executive audiences
Nice-to-haves
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools
Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries (health, insurance, government)
Knowledge of the Australian market, or of EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk
Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster

About the Role
We’re looking to hire a
Solutions Engineer, Enterprise
to join our Field Engineering team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be a trusted technical advisor to some of our largest and most strategic customers, helping them evaluate, adopt, and expand their use of dbt.
You’ll partner closely with Sales to understand customers’ technical and business priorities, design solutions using the dbt platform, and demonstrate measurable value throughout the evaluation process. You’ll work across the customer lifecycle—from technical discovery and evaluation through adoption and expansion—while partnering with Product, Engineering, and our technology partners to bring customer needs back into the business.
This is a full-time position based remotely from Texas.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL, dbt, cloud data warehouses and lakehouses including Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, AWS, Azure, and GCP, modern data integration and orchestration technologies, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
What You’ll Do
Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers, connecting technical requirements to business outcomes and measurable success criteria
Design enterprise-grade data transformation and analytics architectures using dbt
Partner with Sales to communicate the technical and business value of the dbt platform
Lead customer evaluations and technical validation, including trials and proof-of-value engagements when appropriate
Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners, data leaders, and executive stakeholders
Guide customers through technical architecture, security, governance, and deployment considerations
Partner across the customer lifecycle to support successful adoption and identify opportunities for expansion
Bring customer and field insights to Product and Engineering to help influence product strategy and roadmap
Build strong relationships with technology and consulting partners, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and other members of the modern data ecosystem
Contribute technical expertise, reusable best practices, and thought leadership to the broader Field Engineering organization and dbt community
Skills We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within data, analytics, or BI
Strong technical foundation in SQL, data transformation, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouse, lakehouse, and analytics architectures
Ability to uncover and translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions and measurable outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from data practitioners to senior executives
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
Bonus Skills
Experience with dbt or analytics engineering
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or other modern cloud data platforms
Experience with data modeling methodologies such as dimensional modeling, Kimball, Data Vault, or 3NF
Experience with enterprise data integration or ETL platforms such as Informatica, Boomi, or Talend
Experience supporting complex enterprise technical evaluations, migrations, or transformation initiatives
If you are excited about this role and know that you could get there, but don’t have 100% of the qualifications listed above, please still apply! We value diverse perspectives and want to build the best team we can, and acknowledge that sometimes the right people won’t check every box on a list.
