Do you manage numbers with precision, but you care even more about the systems behind them? Are you ready to take full ownership of invoice workflows, spot friction in financial processes, and help scale automation? If you enjoy solving problems using clear judgment rather than just following a rigid checklist, you will find your place here.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our finance team is growing, and we need someone to help us scale how we handle accounts payable and procurement. This role exists to ensure that our internal invoice workflows run smoothly across JetBrains entities, minimizing friction and keeping our records precise.
You will not just process transactions – you will have real ownership over the accuracy of our data and play a key role in implementing our new procurement and accounts payable automation system. You will collaborate with teams across the entire company to resolve purchase order discrepancies and streamline approval workflows. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our global business operates behind the scenes.
Day to day, you will:
Run day-to-day accounts payable activities for JetBrains entities.
Review vendor invoices and requisitions to verify authorizations and approvals.
Verify supporting documentation for vendor invoice payments.
Partner with different departments to resolve invoice approval issues, purchase order discrepancies, and disputes.
Maintain a smooth workflow for vendor and intercompany invoices, booking them accurately in our ERP system.
Prepare and track payments while communicating directly with the bank.
Process and reconcile corporate credit card and petty cash transactions.
Participate in implementing and refining our new procurement and accounts payable automation system.
Help with month-end and year-end closing routines.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and other finance projects.
What you’ll bring
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to precision in financial data.
A proactive approach to problem-solving – you do not just notice a broken process, you try to fix it.
The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and make sound decisions under clear constraints.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across different teams.
A growth mindset and a genuine motivation to develop your professional expertise.
Comfort handling tension and navigating change when systems or workflows evolve.
What you’ll need
Experience managing accounts payable activities or general accounting processes.
Practical understanding and working knowledge of Czech VAT regulations.
Professional proficiency in Excel to analyze financial data.
Professional fluency in both English and Czech to collaborate with local and global teams.
Experience navigating NetSuite (Oracle) or a similar ERP system.
What success looks like
Success in this role means earning trust through accurate day-to-day financial tracking and keeping vendor workflows moving without delays. You will know you are succeeding when you help the team successfully transition to our new automation tools, leaving our accounts payable systems cleaner, faster, and more efficient than you found them.

We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About Tavily
We're building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Our API is designed from the ground up to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent — but also informed.
We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI — from small startups shaping the ecosystem to the largest enterprises deploying AI at scale. Whether it's powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we're the missing link between LLMs and the real world.
The Role:
Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based deployments
Maintaining and optimize real-time data pipelines that process billions of events per day across distributed queues and stream processors
Building out monitoring, alerting, and observability
Debugging production issues across services
Managing cloud costs and capacity planning
Working closely with a small engineering team — you'd own infra, not a slice of it
What we're looking for
5-8 years in a DevOps or platform engineering role, working in production environments
Proven experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems, with a solid understanding of API design, reliability, and performance at scale
Strong Kubernetes experience in a managed cloud environment
Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar)
Experience with GitOps-based deployment workflows
Built or maintained observability stacks (logging, metrics, alerting)
Experience handling production incidents calmly and methodically
Nice to have:
Multi-region deployments
Search infrastructure
Data pipeline experience (streaming, warehousing)
Proxy/networking infrastructure at scale
Why Tavily?
Full ownership
— small team, you own the entire infrastructure, not a slice of it
Real scaling challenges
— bursty scraping workloads, cache invalidation, multi-region, millions of daily requests
AI-native company
— your infra directly powers AI agents used by leading companies in the space.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

Location: CAN: Vancouver (333 Seymour St); CAN: Toronto (111 Richmond Street West)
Workplace: Hybrid
ABOUT THE ROLE
Millions of small businesses and their advisors use Xero reports and insights to decide what to do next. AI is changing how people understand their finances faster than any shift since the cloud, and Reporting & Insights is where Xero meets that change. Over the next few years we’re evolving reporting and insights for the agentic era, where customers ask an AI about their numbers as often as they open a Balance Sheet. As the senior technical leader for Reporting & Insights, you’ll set the multi-year technical direction, from the reports businesses file to the insights that tell them what to do next. You’ll also help hire the first Reporting & Insights engineers in Vancouver and decide how they work.
THE TECHNICAL CHALLENGES
Set a 3-year architecture across Reporting & Insights. Reporting and Xero Analytics run on a mix of modern services and systems that have grown with Xero over many years. You’ll define one target state across both, decide how they build on Xero’s data platform, and secure the investment to get there. You’ll design for high throughput, low latency and resilience, so reporting and insights scale with Xero’s largest and most complex customers.
Evolve the platform without breaking trust. Accountants file tax returns from these numbers, so correctness comes first. You’ll lead the evolution of the data foundations behind about 150 reports, sequenced across teams and organisational boundaries. Customers keep the numbers they trust, on foundations built for what comes next.
Make reporting and insights AI-native. AI changes what reporting and insights can be: answers to plain-language questions, insights that reach customers where they work, and analysis that once took an accountant hours. Every answer still has to reconcile to the ledger. You’ll define the foundations: how agents query financial data safely, how answers stay grounded and explainable, and how we prove correctness at scale. We want teams across Xero to build on what you create.
IMPACT
In your first six months you’ll own the Reporting & Insights architecture and set a direction for the data platform and the evolution of both products that engineering, Product and leadership back.
At twelve months you will have:
- Set a multi-year technical strategy for Reporting & Insights
- Delivered new foundations for the first major report families, setting Reporting & Insights up for its next phase of growth
- Opened Reporting & Insights to bigger businesses, with performance that scales to our largest customers
- Put shared foundations for AI-native reporting and insights into production
- Grown the Lead and Senior Engineers around you and raised the technical bar across the group
Beyond year one, you’ll shape where Reporting & Insights goes next, and help steer Xero’s wider data and AI direction alongside the leadership team.
OWNERSHIP
You’re the senior technical voice for Reporting & Insights. You own the multi-year technical strategy and target architecture, and you make the calls that cross team and domain boundaries. You shape the roadmap with the GM and Product, decide where we invest in foundational capabilities, and align teams across regions behind one direction. You stay hands-on where it counts: reference implementations, foundational frameworks and the hardest architecture problems
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll report to the GM of Engineering. You’ll partner with the engineering managers and teams across Reporting & Insights, who know these products and their data in depth. You’ll shape the product and AI roadmap with the Reporting & Insights Product leads. You’ll also work with Principal Engineers and platform teams across Xero, including the accounting core and data platform teams that own systems we depend on.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-have:
- You’ve set technical strategy for a domain or portfolio over a 2 to 3 year horizon, and aligned multiple teams behind it.
- You’ve led the evolution of a large, high-traffic, correctness-critical system across organisational boundaries.
- You have depth in high-throughput, low-latency, resilient distributed systems and data-heavy architecture, and you still contribute hands-on where it matters.
- You connect external shifts, AI above all, to product and architecture strategy, and you know where LLMs and agents belong in a system.
- You grow leaders. You’ve mentored Lead and Senior Engineers into bigger roles, and your writing turns complex direction into decisions people act on.
Nice to have:
- Financial, reporting or analytics domain experience
- LLM or agent-based features in production
- .NET and AWS
- A presence in the wider tech community through talks, writing or open source
HOW WE WORK
We’re bold in our vision and pragmatic in execution, delivering useful improvements along the way rather than waiting for a large rewrite. We invest in AI to learn faster and focus effort on higher-value problems, while engineers stay accountable for what they ship. We use shared frameworks to avoid reinvention, leaving teams room to innovate. Engineers own their work, including quality, reliability, and on-call. Leaders set context and priorities, and engineers help shape the solutions.
WHERE WE WORK
We offer a hybrid model that blends the flexibility of working from home with the collaboration of the office, including designated boost days in our modern office spaces. This role is open to hybrid candidates in Vancouver, British Columbia, or San Mateo, California. We also welcome applications from candidates across Canada interested in relocating to Vancouver, and from remote candidates in Seattle, Washington.

About the Collaboration
OIKONOMAKIS LAW is a cross-border legal practice acting for private and corporate clients in international matters. We originate and retain the client relationship on the matters we place with national counsel, remain substantively involved in legal strategy and legal production, and use locally authorised lawyers for the host-law, reserved, procedural and court-facing work that requires national qualification or local rights.
Our objective is to build a small, non-exclusive panel of national counsel who already work in this manner with foreign law firms. We are not looking for a nominal signature or a referral-only relationship. Each paid matter is separately conflicted, scoped, priced and accepted before work begins.
Firm website:
www.oikonomakislaw.comOIKONOMAKIS
The Firm’s Managing Partner, Christos Oikonomakis, is a Greek-qualified lawyer and is registered in Israel as a foreign lawyer.
Within the applicable Israeli regulatory framework governing foreign lawyers, Mr. Oikonomakis provides legal services in Israel concerning Greek law, within the scope permitted by his professional qualification and foreign-lawyer registration.
His status as a registered foreign lawyer does not authorize him to practice Israeli law.
OIKONOMAKIS LAW is therefore seeking to establish an independent professional collaboration with an experienced Israeli lawyer based in Tel Aviv or the wider Tel Aviv District who can independently undertake the Israeli-law components of cross-border matters handled by Mr. Oikonomakis and the Firm.
Nature of the Opportunity
This is not an employment position.
We are inviting proposals for an independent professional collaboration between OIKONOMAKIS LAW / Christos Oikonomakis and an Israeli legal practitioner or independent Israeli legal practice.
The participating lawyers and legal practices will remain fully:
* professionally independent;
* legally and scientifically independent;
* financially independent;
* organizationally independent; and
* corporately independent.
Each lawyer or legal practice will remain independently responsible for:
* the legal advice and services provided by them;
* compliance with the professional and regulatory framework applicable to their own practice;
* professional conduct requirements;
* professional liability and insurance arrangements applicable to them;
* their own professional decisions and legal opinions; and
* the conduct of those parts of each matter falling within their respective professional qualification and authorization.
The collaboration may operate on a case-by-case, referral, co-counsel and/or continuing professional collaboration basis depending upon the nature and volume of cross-border matters.
Scope of Collaboration
Cross-border matters may involve circumstances where Mr Oikonomakis provides advice concerning Greek law while the same transaction, dispute or client matter simultaneously raises issues of Israeli law.
In such circumstances, the selected Israeli lawyer may be independently instructed to undertake the relevant Israeli-law workstream.
This may include, where appropriate:
* advising on Israeli law;
* preparing Israeli legal opinions;
* identifying Israeli-law implications arising from cross-border matters;
* drafting and reviewing contracts governed by Israeli law;
* corporate and commercial matters;
* company and investment matters;
* civil and commercial disputes;
* litigation and dispute resolution;
* recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments;
* arbitration and alternative dispute resolution;
* property and real estate matters;
* immigration and residency matters;
* inheritance and succession matters;
* family and private client matters involving Greece and Israel;
* banking and regulatory matters;
* dealings with Israeli public authorities, registries and institutions;
* representation before Israeli courts, tribunals or authorities where professionally appropriate;
* negotiations with Israeli counterparties;
* conducting Israeli legal research;
* preparing Israeli-law memoranda and procedural documentation; and
* cooperating with Greek and other international counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
The objective is to provide clients with coordinated and efficient cross-border assistance while ensuring a clear division between Greek-law legal services and Israeli-law legal services.
Regulatory Structure
The proposed cooperation is designed specifically to respect the professional boundaries applicable to foreign lawyers operating in Israel.
Mr. Christos Oikonomakis will provide legal services only within the scope of his foreign professional qualification and registration in Israel, including advice and legal work concerning Greek law.
Any legal service that constitutes the practice of Israeli law will be undertaken independently by the appropriately qualified Israeli lawyer.
The Israeli collaborating lawyer will retain complete professional control and responsibility for the Israeli-law component of any matter entrusted to them.
Requirements
Applicants must:
* be fully admitted to practice law in Israel;
* be current members of the Israel Bar Association;
* be legally authorized to practice Israeli law;
* be in good professional standing;
* have a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification legal experience;
* maintain the professional arrangements and insurance appropriate to their practice;
* be based in Tel Aviv or otherwise able to provide effective legal services throughout Israel;
* possess excellent legal drafting, research and analytical skills;
* demonstrate the ability to handle matters independently;
* have strong professional judgment and client-management abilities;
* have excellent written and spoken Hebrew;
* have excellent written and spoken English; and
* maintain high standards of confidentiality, professional ethics and responsiveness.
Preferred Experience
Particular consideration will be given to lawyers experienced in one or more of the following areas:
* Corporate and Commercial Law
* Commercial Litigation
* Civil Litigation
* Contract Law
* International and Cross-Border Disputes
* Private International Law
* Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments
* Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution
* Real Estate and Property Law
* Immigration and Residency
* Inheritance and Succession
* Family and Private Client Law
* International Business Transactions
* Banking and Regulatory Matters
* International Investments
Experience involving:
* international clients;
* European businesses;
* Greek individuals or companies;
* Israeli investments in Greece;
* Greek investments or interests in Israel;
* cross-border Greece–Israel disputes;
* real estate transactions involving Greece and Israel; or
* clients with legal interests in both jurisdictions will be considered a significant advantage.
Knowledge of the Greek language is advantageous but not required.
Professional Independence
The selected collaborator will not become an employee of OIKONOMAKIS LAW by virtue of this collaboration.
The arrangement is intended to preserve the complete legal, professional, scientific, organizational and corporate independence of all participating lawyers and legal practices.
There will be no employment relationship solely by reason of the collaboration.
Each matter will be subject to:
* appropriate conflict-of-interest checks;
* acceptance by the relevant lawyer;
* agreement on the scope of work;
* clear allocation of professional responsibility;
* applicable regulatory and professional requirements; and
* agreement on professional fees.
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in establishing a long-term professional relationship with a reliable, experienced and commercially minded Israeli lawyer who is comfortable operating independently while coordinating efficiently with international counsel.
The collaboration may include:
* individual client referrals;
* Greece–Israel cross-border matters;
* Israeli-law workstreams within larger international files;
* joint coordination of multi-jurisdictional disputes;
* transactional matters;
* international investments;
* private-client matters; and
* continuing collaboration regarding clients with legal and commercial interests in both Greece and Israel.
The objective is not to create an employment relationship, but to establish a reliable professional cooperation between independent legal practitioners.
Application
Interested lawyers are invited to submit:
* a current CV or professional profile;
* Israel Bar Association membership details;
* confirmation of current authority to practice Israeli law;
* details of their existing law firm or independent legal practice;
