At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. As we scale our physical product business and global footprint, data-driven operations are critical to delivering a seamless, high-quality member experience. WHOOP is hiring a Business Analytics Manager to partner with our Operations teams to create visibility, drive accountability, and unlock insights that enable better service, lower cost, and faster decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone fluent in data and obsessed with uncovering operational inefficiencies that impact financial performance and the member experience. You will be empowered to shape our data infrastructure, define performance metrics, and drive change across a global ecosystem of vendors and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and drive the strategic analytic roadmap to identify exceptions and inefficiencies across the order lifecycle — shipping delays, cost drivers, inventory inaccuracies, and service-level gaps — and translate them into actionable insights.
- Own operational metrics, ensuring clarity, alignment, and regular review across stakeholders; bridge operations and finance on forecasting, spend tracking, and variance analysis to ensure operational data and financial reporting tell the same story.
- Lead analytics for quarterly cost reduction initiatives, including fulfillment COGS, freight costs, and cost per contact. Partner with Finance on total cost reporting and gross margin analysis.
- Contribute to S&OP reviews and Operations OKR check-ins. Deliver the data that shapes prioritization and resource allocation across the operations organization.
- Partner with Operations, Membership Services, and Finance to improve accuracy, vendor accountability, and overall member experience.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve pipeline reliability and data access across key operational systems.
- Build, maintain, and ensure accurate, reliable data assets and trusted metric definitions within our semantic layer — from data pipelines to dashboards and regular performance reviews.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure each analyst has clear workstream ownership and the context they need to proactively identify problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics in a consumer business (eCommerce, hardware, CPG, or retail preferred).
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts. You should enjoy coaching and have a perspective on how to grow early-career analysts into workstream owners.
- Strong business judgment and ability to connect operational data to cost, experience, and strategic priorities.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels and context-switch between them without dropping quality.
- Comfort representing analytics in cross-functional settings and demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders on strategic direction based on data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with dbt, Snowflake, or similar ELT/data warehouse platforms.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Background in digital banking/fintech in a senior management role (COO, startup CEO, Head of Digital Banking, Country Manager, etc.).

Fluent in French and English (French is critical for working with the regulator and hiring the local team).
Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to work in startup mode — from strategy to operational details.
Nice to Have
Personal network of contacts at ACPR/Banque de France or among licensing consultants.

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
The Role
As part of the Product team at Offchain, you will work with leaders in the blockchain space to solve novel technical, economic, and social challenges. This is a senior player-coach role where you’ll lead client-facing technical strategy while staying hands-on with code, integrations, prototypes, and implementation details. You’ll work directly with leading application teams to improve their experience using Arbitrum technology, accelerate their growth, and help bring ambitious onchain products to market. You’ll also collaborate closely with engineering and third-party teams across the Arbitrum ecosystem, and company leaders including our CTO and Head of Product.
What you'll do:
Lead strategic client engagements by partnering directly with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding and adoption, and build long-term partnerships that drive success on Arbitrum.
Proactively identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams, fostering an ecosystem of the most engaging on-chain experiences.
Work directly with the Product team to relay and incorporate feedback from projects and the developer community into our roadmap, and help shape the go-to-market strategy of new products, especially for the developer audience.
Work alongside our engineering and research teams to improve our overall platform, from core protocol customizations to application-layer improvements, based on our work with clients.
Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem, working alongside builders to solve challenges involved in using and integrating with Arbitrum technology, and accelerating their development.
What you'll need:
Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve, modernize, or transform core infrastructure.
8+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally across solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or similar functions.
4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical requirements into practical implementation plans.
A strong fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, including how decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure operate.
Proven experience working directly with clients in professional or commercial settings, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, connect them to business objectives, and guide customers through complex implementation decisions.
Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external teams
Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers (public sector, defence contractors).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of the UK’s most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how the UK leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.
