As a Strategic Account Executive for Financial Services, you will own a focused book of named financial services accounts — including banks, asset managers, exchanges, insurance carriers, and fintech platforms. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: from identifying new use cases and building executive relationships to negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a technical sales environment and wants to be a foundational part of building ClickHouse’s strategic sales motion in one of the most demanding verticals in the world.
What You’ll Do
- Own a named account list of strategic financial services organizations and develop deep, multi-threaded relationships across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Drive net new ARR and expansion revenue through a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, legal, security review, and multi-product negotiations
- Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure technical alignment and long-term customer success
- Understand and articulate ClickHouse’s technical differentiation — including performance benchmarks, architecture, and deployment models — at a level of depth that earns credibility with data engineers, architects, and CTOs
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying expansion opportunities and mapping the political landscape within each account
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy for the financial services vertical
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and team offsites as needed (approximately 25–40%)
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to financial services organizations (banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, or asset management)
- Demonstrated track record closing large, complex deals ($500K+ ACV) with long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling technical infrastructure products — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or similar — is required; you must be able to engage credibly in technical conversations
- Deep understanding of the financial services technology landscape, including data architecture patterns common in FS environments (real-time risk, fraud, trading analytics, regulatory reporting)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite and VP level
- Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage or scaling startup environment is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar enterprise sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling open-source or consumption-based products
- Experience with real-time analytics, time-series databases, OLAP, or columnar data systems
- Existing relationships with data/technology buyers at major financial institutions

ABOUT TENKI
We started Tenki on the belief that compute is the new digital oil. As global demand for compute power accelerates, scalable and tradable compute is set to become one of the most valuable markets of our lifetime. Our goal is to become the leaders in harnessing, refining, and trading compute-unlocking a new asset class for the world’s most important digital resource.
Tenki connects producers of compute with a growing universe of consumers. Producers get transparent pricing, predictable settlement, and access to global demand. Consumers get simple, developer-friendly access to high-quality compute at competitive prices.
We’re currently building the consumer side, starting with GitHub Actions, enabling developers to offload workflows directly through Tenki. Soon, we’ll expand to a broad suite of cloud services like Virtual Machines, Databases, AI Agents, and more.
As we expand, our focus will broaden beyond consumers to include the supply side, enabling producers to offer compute through Tenki and later the development of financial instruments that support a more efficient and tradable compute market.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Golang Engineer to join a small but talent dense team building the future of compute markets. Although the role is remote, we need team members who can reliably work within our core time zones in LATAM (GMT-3) or the Philippines (GMT+8), and you should be fully comfortable communicating in English across our globally distributed team. This Position will report to the Tenki Engineer Manager.
In this role, you’ll help build the core infrastructure that powers Tenki’s. You will:
- Architect, maintain, and evolve our core gRPC API services, based on ConnectRPC
- Design and operate a private, programmable microservices fabric that securely connects our microservices across the platform
- Manage identity services on top of the Ory stack: Kratos, Keto, and Hydra
- Develop DDoS mitigation strategies - anticipating and countering adversaries.
- Build high-performance Golang gRPC services from the ground up, built to scale to millions of users - and eventually billions.
- Define and implement infrastructure following immutable principles, enabling full tear-down, failover, and rapid reconstruction.
- Drive ideas from concept to reality by writing clear Engineering Requirement Documents and translating them into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with our Applications (TypeScript) and Platform teams to expose robust, well-designed APIs for internal and future external consumers.
ABOUT YOU
- You are a proficient Golang engineer: You have deep experience building high-performance, concurrent applications and know how to squeeze performance out of the language when scaling to millions of users.
- You live and breathe APIs: You have a strong track record of architecting and maintaining gRPC services (bonus points for ConnectRPC) and creating robust, documented contracts for internal and external consumers.
- You understand Identity & Auth: You have implemented or managed identity services (Ory stack: Kratos, Keto, Hydra, or similar OIDC/OAuth2 providers) and understand the complexities of securing user data.
- You have a "Systems" mindset: You aren’t just an application developer; you understand the underlying overlay networking (e.g., WireGuard, service mesh) that connects microservices securely.
- You build for resilience and security: You have experience anticipating adversarial behavior (DDoS) and implementing mitigation strategies, perhaps leveraging eBPF or traffic shaping techniques.
- You practice Immutable Infrastructure: You design systems where servers are cattle, not pets - enabling full tear-down, failover, and rapid reconstruction without manual intervention.
- You define the standard: You don't just write code; you drive the engineering process by writing clear Engineering Requirement Documents and translating abstract concepts into actionable technical plans.
- You implement with care: You build the monitors, define the error boundaries, and document operational expectations so that the platform remains maintainable by others long after you’ve pushed the code.
- You thrive in ambiguity: You can set direction in an early-stage environment where priorities shift and clarity must be created, not awaited.
- You bring grit and ownership: You dive deep into problems, ship pragmatic solutions, scale them as demand grows, and replace them when the time comes.
We are building a startup within a startup. Tenki was born within Luxor http://www.luxor.tech as we expand our vision from mining compute to generalized compute. Learn more about how we work and our principles here https://www.notion.so/Luxor-Culture-ed37647662cd4060834afb9db7f543a1?pvs=21.
At Tenki we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Tenki welcomes all!
Tenki does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes. Tenki will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Tenki.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments. We partner closely with government program managers, technical leads, and system integrators across the full lifecycle, from pre-award shaping and evaluations through post-deployment expansion. We are building the federal go-to-market motion from the ground up, and every team member has a direct hand in shaping how LangChain is adopted across the federal landscape.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team and lead LangChain's expansion into U.S. federal agencies. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — helping technical teams at DoD, Civilian, and IC agencies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, solutions engineering, and professional services to shape how AI agent infrastructure gets adopted across government. If you're a relationship-driven seller who understands the federal landscape and wants to be part of building a go-to-market motion from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and manage the full federal sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
- Act as a trusted advisor to federal prospects and customers — including DoD, Civilian Agencies, and IC — learning their mission requirements and demonstrating how LangChain's products solve real problems
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with solutions engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value in government environments
- Navigate federal procurement mechanisms — GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contracts — to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with speed and precision
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency decision-makers, program managers, and contracting officers, as well as system integrator partners (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos) and resellers (e.g., Carahsoft) who help drive and support deal flow
- Stay on top of the federal AI landscape — agency priorities, executive orders, budget cycles, and competitor activity — to educate customers and shape LangChain's federal strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our Deployed Engineering and support teams
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
- Bring federal customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap and improve the user experience
- Help define and iterate on our federal sales playbook — your input will help shape how we go to market in this segment
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 7+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers, with at least 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets — ideally $2M+ ARR annually
- You have deep familiarity with federal procurement: GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contract vehicles
- You can translate complex technical concepts — LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs — into mission-aligned value for both technical and non-technical government buyers
- You have established relationships across federal agencies and the system integrator ecosystem
- Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers at agencies
- You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and are energized by impact — you want to help build the federal playbook, not just follow one
- Driven and solutions-oriented; you know how to navigate procurement roadblocks and keep complex deals moving forward
- Passionate about generative AI and excited to help federal customers navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape
- You exemplify our operating principles:
- You are motivated to build something great: you hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact in every customer interaction and internal deliverable
- You embrace hot takes: you bring informed opinions about the federal AI market, challenge assumptions, and engage in constructive debate with your team
- You operate with maximum agency: you take ownership of your territory, move deals forward independently, and help cross-functional partners stay unblocked
- You run to the roar: you lean into the complexity of government procurement, long deal cycles, and ambiguous buying processes — and find a way through
NICE TO HAVE
- Active or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI orchestration and observability tools
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6), or other federal compliance and authorization frameworks
- Existing relationships with federal-focused system integrators and resellers (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, Carahsoft)
- Prior experience building a federal GTM motion at an early-stage or growth-stage company

Job Summary:
The Platform Engineering team is a close-knit group of highly senior engineers focused on building software products for developers — from internal APIs and services to developer tooling, CI/CD frameworks, and Kubernetes-based abstractions. We treat our platform as a product — prioritizing usability, adoption, and developer experience as first-class concerns. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing code — building platform services, APIs, and developer tooling used across engineering teams. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineers on meaningful software problems where your ideas and expertise truly matter. The team operates in Hybrid, focusing office time for meaningful collaboration.
Platform Engineering exists to empower product engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate healthcare software faster, more reliably, and more securely. We solve complex cross-functional problems through well-designed software systems — building APIs, services, and developer-facing applications that reduce cognitive load so development teams can focus on delivering value to clinicians and patients. We may not own every part of the stack, but we engineer the APIs, abstractions, and interfaces that piece it together meaningfully — and we own the design, implementation, testing, and lifecycle of what we build through sound software engineering practices and SRE principles
Key Responsibilities
1 · Design, build, and maintain platform services, APIs, SDKs, and internal tools used across engineering teams
2 · Own platform services end-to-end — from design and implementation through production operation and continuous improvement, writing high-quality, testable code throughout
3 · Design and improve CI/CD workflows and developer automation with a focus on usability and efficiency
4 · Apply distributed systems and backend engineering principles to design scalable, resilient services and APIs
5 · Production ownership of the services and tools you build — including observability, debugging, and incident response
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js building production-grade APIs, services, developer tools, and developer-facing UIs (React or similar), with strong automated testing practices (unit, integration, E2E)
Strong software engineering fundamentals — distributed systems, API design, and production backend services, with a proven ability to make pragmatic trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and developer experience
Working proficiency with observability (metrics, logging, distributed tracing, SLI/SLO frameworks) and production ownership of services you build — including incident response and post-mortems
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes — building software abstractions and APIs, extending capabilities through custom controllers and operators
Strong proficiency designing and building CI/CD pipelines optimized for security, compliance, and developer experience
Working proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), GitOps practices, and cloud-native environments
Strong communication, influence, and documentation skills — able to drive adoption of platform patterns, translate technical complexity for diverse audiences, and produce ADRs, runbooks, and developer- facing documentation
Preferred:
Experience building internal developer platforms or platform-as-a-product initiatives, including developer portals and self-service tooling
Experience with AI/ML integration: LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI-assisted developer tooling, and agentic patterns
Working proficiency with cloud security practices (IAM, secret handling, encryption), compliance tooling (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST), or cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
