For management consultants and strategy professionals ready to become hands-on operators.
About Intellect
Intellect is a leading mental health benefits company, trusted by forward-thinking employers, insurers and governments to deliver care that is local, personalised and effective at scale. Today, we serve more than 4 million people across over 100 countries through our technology platform and global network of clinical providers.
Our platform supports workforces at companies including Dell, ByteDance, Visa, Shell, McDonald’s and hundreds more, enabling organisations to provide accessible, culturally relevant and high-quality mental healthcare to their people.
Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Opportunity
We are hiring several exceptional management consultants, strategy professionals and other strongly trained generalists to take on high-priority strategic and operating mandates across Intellect.
This opportunity is particularly suited to people who have developed rigorous problem-solving capabilities in consulting, strategy, transformation or other demanding environments and now want to become hands-on operators.
This is not a conventional internal strategy or advisory role. You will be expected to move beyond diagnosing problems and making recommendations, working through operational detail to implement solutions, build capabilities and deliver measurable results.
This search spans several priority mandates rather than a single central Strategy & Operations team. Depending on your experience, strengths and Intellect’s needs, you may initially lead a cross-functional strategic initiative or move directly into an embedded operating role within areas such as operations, commercial enablement, business performance, market development, new product and offering development, or another critical function.
During the interview process, we will explore where your capabilities and motivations are best matched to Intellect’s priorities. Before an offer is made, we will align with you on a specific initial mandate, title, reporting line, objectives and measures of success.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on broader functional, market or business responsibilities based on their demonstrated impact and Intellect’s evolving needs.
Potential Mandates
Your initial mandate could involve one or more of the following:
Operations: Improving service delivery, workforce planning, quality, efficiency, automation, performance management and operating processes
Commercial enablement: Strengthening sales processes, pipeline management, pricing, proposals, commercial analytics, account planning and coordination between commercial and delivery teams
Business performance: Building management systems, KPIs and operating cadences, then leading interventions that improve functional or market performance
New products and offerings: Identifying unmet customer or market needs, developing and validating new products, services or propositions, building the business and operating case, and working cross-functionally to launch and scale them
Market development: Evaluating and developing new markets, customer segments, strategic partnerships or routes to market
Strategic initiatives: Leading high-priority, cross-functional work sponsored by Intellect’s senior leadership
Embedded operating ownership: Joining a priority function or taking direct responsibility for a defined team, capability, programme or business area where there is a strong fit
These examples illustrate the range of potential mandates rather than a fixed rotation or predetermined sequence. Each successful candidate will be hired into a defined initial role based on mutual fit and business need.
Your Responsibilities
Solve High-Priority Business Problems
Take ownership of complex priorities that materially affect Intellect’s growth, performance or ability to scale
Structure ambiguous problems, identify the questions and drivers that matter, and translate analysis into clear decisions and action
Develop practical recommendations grounded in data, frontline realities, customer needs and commercial considerations
Work directly with functional, market and senior leaders to define priorities, resolve constraints and maintain momentum
Make sound decisions despite incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources
Move from Strategy to Execution
Own initiatives end to end, from diagnosis and business-case development through implementation and measurable results
Translate decisions into practical implementation plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies and success measures
Work alongside the teams responsible for execution rather than handing initiatives over after the analysis is complete
Use data and frontline insight to identify constraints, test interventions and improve outcomes quickly
Track results, identify where execution is falling short and intervene directly to get initiatives back on course
Build the processes, tools, operating cadences and accountability required to sustain improvements
Build Operating Capabilities
Improve how relevant parts of Intellect plan, measure and manage performance
Build management systems, dashboards, review processes and decision frameworks that improve execution and accountability
Strengthen coordination across functions, markets and levels of seniority
Help translate strategic or commercial priorities into scalable operating models and repeatable playbooks
Build the capabilities, processes and team structures required for your area to operate effectively
Take on increasingly broad operating responsibility as organisational needs and your capabilities evolve
Requirements
You typically have approximately 4-10 years of experience, ideally including time in management consulting, strategy, transformation, professional services or another demanding operating environment
You have received strong training in structured problem-solving and can bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
You have strong analytical and communication skills and can independently produce work that is ready for senior leadership decisions
You want to move from advising organisations to helping build and operate one
You are energised by implementation and ownership, not only recommendations or presentations
You are commercially minded and understand how operational, customer and financial considerations connect
You can work effectively with incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources without waiting for perfect certainty
You are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, but do not allow analysis to become a substitute for action
You can influence senior stakeholders while building trust and credibility with the teams responsible for day-to-day execution
You combine high standards with low ego and are willing to move between strategic questions and detailed operational work
You take ownership naturally, follow through reliably and maintain high standards without requiring extensive direction
You are comfortable working across functions, cultures, markets and levels of seniority in a fast-moving organisation
Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, enterprise services or multi-market businesses is helpful but not required
Above all, you are motivated by the opportunity to become a substantive operator and build something meaningful, while helping Intellect expand access to high-quality mental healthcare.
Why Join Intellect
Work directly on consequential business problems with senior leaders in a fast-growing regional healthcare company
Move beyond advising businesses and build genuine experience owning and operating one
Take meaningful responsibility earlier than you may receive in a traditional consulting or corporate environment
Gain exposure to different functions, markets and dimensions of building and scaling a regional business
Find an initial mandate that makes effective use of your strengths while addressing a genuine business priority
Earn the opportunity to take on broader functional, market or business responsibilities through demonstrated impact

The Role
You will help build this business: identify where Intellect can create the most value, develop compelling propositions and secure the partnerships that bring them to market.
Working closely with our Australia leadership and commercial, clinical, product and operations teams, you will turn customer needs into viable services and commercial agreements. Opportunities may include early intervention, psychological injury support and recovery programmes, with priorities shaped by customer demand and delivery feasibility.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial ownership. You will lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposals, negotiation and launch, then help successful programmes grow.
You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with access to Intellect’s existing capabilities and specialist teams. Appointment at Manager or Senior Manager level will reflect your experience, track record and readiness to take on broader ownership. As the business develops, there is potential to expand your remit and leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Identify opportunities and develop propositions
Identify and prioritise opportunities across insurers, workers’ compensation schemes, claims-service providers, brokers, employers and self-insurers, understanding their needs, funding models and buying processes.
Lead customer discovery and develop propositions that address meaningful gaps in mental health, psychological injury and recovery support.
Build commercial cases, pricing and partnership models with input from clinical, operations, finance and other relevant teams.
Build partnerships and win business
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and partners across the Australian insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline, with clear priorities, next steps and visibility of potential revenue.
Own proposals, tenders, negotiations and commercial agreements, converting opportunities into paid pilots, programmes and longer-term partnerships.
Launch, learn and grow
Coordinate programme launches with Clinical, Product and Operations, translating customer commitments into clear requirements while specialist teams lead the design and delivery of their respective services.
Track commercial performance and work with delivery teams to demonstrate outcomes, strengthen the proposition and expand successful partnerships.
Recommend the capabilities, partnerships and investment needed to support repeatable growth, informed by validated demand and practical delivery experience.
Requirements
Relevant Australian sector experience. You understand insurance, workers’ compensation or closely related areas such as occupational rehabilitation, injury management or healthcare services working with these sectors.
Evidence of commercial execution. You have originated or materially advanced opportunities through to commercial commitment—for example, winning partnerships, securing contracts or tenders, or commercialising a new service.
Strong strategic and commercial judgement. You can identify attractive opportunities, develop a credible business case and shape offerings and commercial models in response to customer needs.
Credibility with senior stakeholders. You can build relationships, navigate complex buying processes and negotiate across organisations with different priorities.
Hands-on ownership. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, progressing opportunities personally and coordinating across teams to deliver what has been agreed.
Clear communication and analytical ability. You can turn complex information into persuasive proposals, practical decisions and focused action.
Your background may be in partnerships, business development, proposition development, commercial strategy or an industry operating role. We also welcome consultants with substantial relevant sector experience and evidence of driving commercial outcomes and implementation.
Existing industry relationships and experience in mental health or psychological injury are valuable, but we are equally interested in what you have built, delivered and learned.
Why Join Intellect
Help shape Intellect’s next phase of growth in one of its most important markets
Expand and commercialise a meaningful opportunity across Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem
Take ownership across the full journey from market strategy and proposition development to revenue, implementation and scale
Build on Intellect’s existing Australian presence, enterprise relationships, technology platform and clinical capabilities
Work directly with senior leaders and experienced teams across Australia and the broader Intellect organisation
Influence not only how Intellect goes to market, but also the capabilities and operating model required to deliver successfully
Build a platform for broader commercial or operating ownership as the opportunity develops
Apply your experience to improving access, recovery and outcomes for people experiencing psychological injury

About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we're helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $125M in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
Role Overview
Backblaze is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of the company’s enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases. This is a senior leadership role with organization-wide scope — spanning commercial and financial systems, GTM technology, data architecture, and the deployment and governance of AI agents across the business.
This leader will serve as the company’s architectural authority for enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and their surrounding integration ecosystem. Equally important, they will support the governed infrastructure layer that enables AI agents, automated workflows, and headless capabilities to operate safely at a public company. They will partner closely with the CRO, CISO, and CFO organizations to enable velocity while ensuring systems are compliant, auditable, and built to scale.
The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on platform engineering instincts and practical experience deploying AI agents in production environments. This is a build-and-operate role, not a purely advisory one. The Director will directly manage the Salesforce administration team and the NetSuite techno-functional team, and will grow a broader platform capability over time.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across the commercial, financial, and GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms.
Own and maintain formal architecture documentation including system topology maps, data flow diagrams, integration inventories, and architecture decision records (ADRs).
Establish and enforce architectural governance standards and review processes for all material system changes across the enterprise.
Define reference architectures and design patterns for integrations, data exchange, platform extensibility, and AI agent workloads.
Lead build vs. buy evaluations and establish platform selection criteria — including for AI tooling, agent orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps infrastructure — aligned with long-term architectural goals.
Ensure systems architecture supports scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency in a public-company environment.
Systems Architecture & Integration Design
Serve as the lead architect for the design and implementation of integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and other enterprise platforms.
Establish and enforce design standards, data contracts, and integration governance across all enterprise systems.
Own the enterprise architecture review board, evaluating proposed system changes for scalability, compliance, security, and alignment with long-term design goals.
Define integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, middleware) and ensure consistent application across the technology ecosystem.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines, data models, and platform integrations reflect sound architectural principles and support reliable analytical and operational outcomes.
Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies, including iPaaS and middleware platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader architecture.
Architecture Governance & Advisory
Serve as the company's technical authority on enterprise systems design questions, providing architectural guidance to Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering leadership.
Lead architecture review sessions and provide formal design approval for major system initiatives and platform changes.
Produce and maintain architectural roadmaps, standards documentation, and technical decision frameworks that guide delivery teams and stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectural solutions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical design decisions.
Establish strong feedback loops with business teams to ensure the architecture evolves alongside organizational needs.
Mature the infrastructure that governs AI agent workflows — ensuring all agents and automated systems operate through governed identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, and reconciliation layers.
Maintain and enforce change management standards for workflow deployments, prompt changes, and policy updates — including GitHub-backed version control and CI/CD deployment gates.
Ensure AI agent operations comply with SOX IT General Controls, data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA), and internal data governance standards.
Build and maintain observability infrastructure in partnership with the security team for agent operations, including real-time dashboards, alerting on anomalous behavior, and audit trail evidence for SOX and compliance purposes.
Team Leadership & Vendor Governance
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems administrators, contractors, providing mentorship and clear career development direction.
Establish best practices for systems lifecycle management, change management, and project delivery.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring external resources operate within defined architectural standards and governance frameworks.
Champion a culture of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications
Required
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering roles, with demonstrated ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging.
Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM environments at scale, including data model design, integration patterns, and access controls.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from both an architectural and operational perspective.
Experience building and operating API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure in support of automated workflows or agent systems.
Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, with experience producing control evidence in a public company environment within the last 3 years.
Proven track record managing multi-functional business systems or platform teams, including direct management of admins and techno-functional resources.
Experience designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly across technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors.
Experience with workflow versioning, GitOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines for business systems deployments.
Preferred
Proficiency with architecture and security frameworks to enable the responsible usage of AI
Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo) at a design and governance level.
Experience developing master data management (MDM) strategy and data governance frameworks.
Experience managing analytics architecture and BI platforms such as Tableau.
Salesforce and NetSuite certifications.
Experience working in public or large enterprise technology environments with compliance and audit requirements.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns

Our Seychelles business has operated since 2017 and now sits within the licensing regime established by the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act of Seychelles 2024 (the VASP Act). We are seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director, resident in Seychelles, to join the board of our Seychelles entity to supplement its board of governance with an independent resident non-executive director.
About the Role
As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Resident Director of our Seychelles entity, you will bring independent challenge to strategy, risk and conduct, hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders, and provide the resident board presence that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require. The role exists to do three things at once: provide independent challenge; satisfy the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (the FSA) that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act; and provide local substance in Seychelles.
The entity operates within the group's global governance, risk and compliance framework while remaining separately accountable to its own board and to its regulator. The Board comprises a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors. This is a genuinely resident role. The appointee must be physically present in Seychelles, attend board and management meetings in person, and be available to engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles.
A non-executive director carries the same general legal responsibilities to the entity as any other director, and must perform those duties faithfully, efficiently and diligently to a standard commensurate with the role and with their own knowledge, skills and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independentally Challenge
Bring an external and independent perspective to strategy, risk and conduct, and hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders.
Provide constructive challenge and strategic guidance, and offer specialist advice to the Board.
Scrutinise the performance of management and of individual executive directors against agreed goals, and monitor how that performance is reported.
Act in good faith, honestly and responsibly, and make decisions objectively in what you consider to be the interests of the entity.
Regulatory Standing & Local Substance
Satisfy the FSA that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act.
Provide the physical, resident board presence in Seychelles that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require.
Attend board and management meetings in person, and engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles as required.
Collective Board Responsibilities
Promote the long term sustainable success of the entity, generating value for shareholders and contributing to wider society.
Establish the entity's purpose, values and strategy, and satisfy the Board that its culture is aligned to them.
Provide effective, prudent and ethical oversight, act with integrity, lead by example and promote the desired culture.
Ensure the resources needed to meet the entity's objectives are in place, and measure performance against them.
Establish and lead within a framework of prudent and effective controls that allows risk to be assessed and managed.
Ensure effective engagement with shareholders and stakeholders.
Ensure workforce policies and practices are consistent with the entity's values.
Individual Director Responsibilities
Satisfy yourself on the integrity of the entity's financial information, its financial controls, and whether its risk management systems are robust and defensible.
Determine appropriate remuneration for executive directors, and play a leading part in appointing and, where necessary, removing them.
Contribute to the entity's succession planning.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, and support the chairperson in setting the values, behaviours and culture of the boardroom and beyond.
Committee Service
Serve on one or more board committees where required. The relevant terms of reference will be provided on appointment.
What We Look for in You
Resident in Seychelles, and currently holding the right to reside and work there.
Able to satisfy the FSA's fitness and propriety assessment.
Board level or senior governance experience in a regulated financial services, banking, insurance, fiduciary or corporate services business.
Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing obligations, and of the Seychelles regulatory environment.
Financial literacy sufficient to interrogate financial statements, controls and risk reporting without support.
Demonstrable independence of mind, and the willingness to challenge management and record dissent.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience of virtual assets, fintech, payments or capital markets.
Prior regulatory experience.
Experience chairing an audit, risk or compliance committee.
Experience of a group structure where much of the operating activity sits outside the licensed entity's jurisdiction, and of the oversight challenge that creates.
An established local network among Seychelles regulators, professional advisers and the financial services community.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are coming together with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together we're building the data infrastructure layer that moves, transforms, and adds context to data — from the moment it lands to the point where teams and AI systems depend on it.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products our customers know and trust. It's a good time to join a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work.
About the Role
Product Finance covers two things: how our products perform, and what they cost to build, run, and support. This role owns the cost and investment side, as the finance partner to the Product and Customer Support organizations.
You'll own the operating expense P&L for both organizations — headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, annual planning, monthly close, and budget-vs-actuals — and work with those leaders on where to spend and what to trade off.
You'll also build our view of product investment at the portfolio level: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that means for how the roadmap gets funded. That includes bringing cost of revenue and unit economics into the picture, so we can talk about product margin rather than just product spend. This is how we'll decide where to invest and where to pull back.
You'll build our cost-to-serve view as well — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Expect close work with Product Managers, Support and Engineering leaders, Pricing, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting, and regular exposure to senior leadership as we scale toward public company readiness.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership — own their budgets, partner on spend decisions, and flag risks, trade-offs, and reallocation opportunities early.
Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, and quarterly reforecasts.
Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis — budget vs. actuals with clear driver explanations and forward-looking implications.
Build the portfolio view of product investment: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that implies for roadmap funding and resource allocation.
Bring cost of revenue and product unit economics into that view, working with the teams that own the underlying cost data.
Build cost-to-serve analytics — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Build business cases for new product investments and major roadmap decisions, including the economics of retiring or consolidating products, and provide Pricing with the unit economics behind packaging and monetization changes.
Co-own the Product Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reviews with the product top-line lead, so cost and performance are presented together.
Improve how this work gets done — better data models, less manual assembly, and AI applied to recurring analysis.
What We're Looking For
4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting, including ownership of a model or forecast that others relied on.
Experience owning an operating expense budget, or partnering with a non-finance organization on its spend.
Strong modeling skills across both driver-based revenue forecasts and operating expense and headcount models.
Working knowledge of software and subscription economics — ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin — ideally in a usage-based business.
Comfort working directly with large and complex datasets. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and present it to Product, Support, and senior leadership.
Interest in how software gets built and what it costs to run.
Nice to Have
Product or Engineering finance partnership at a software, data infrastructure, or developer tools company.
Hands-on product margin, cost of revenue, or cost-to-serve analysis.
Experience supporting a Customer Support, Services, or other cost-to-serve organization.
Usage-based pricing, packaging, or monetization modeling.
Planning and BI tools (Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Sigma) and lightweight automation in Python or SQL.
Experience through a period of rapid scaling or IPO preparation.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
2-4 years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases
Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth and product strategy
Ability to bridge technical delivery with business impact, translating features into revenue and growth metrics
Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and ship complex technical features
Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems

The Role
As a member of the US Talent Acquisition team focused on Sales and Go-To-Market hiring, you will be instrumental in building and scaling Mistral's US-based revenue-generating teams from the ground up. In this role, you'll also foster a strong candidate experience and help establish GTM recruiting best practices as we expand across the US.
What You Will Do
GTM Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner deeply with GTM leaders — from CRO and VP Sales to Pre-Sales and Customer Success leadership — to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify the right commercial talent.
- Own full-cycle recruitment across all GTM functions: AEs (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB), SDRs, Solutions/Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, CS leaders, and RevOps
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and competitive landscape for US GTM talent
- Translate the nuances of each GTM role into compelling, accurate candidate outreach
End-to-End GTM Recruitment
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close, operating with autonomy on complex, high-volume GTM roles.
- Source passive and active candidates across US GTM talent pools, particularly in AI/ML, open-source software, and enterprise infrastructure markets
- Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profiles and stage expectations
- Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines and close candidates in a fiercely competitive market for senior GTM talent
Candidate Experience & Selling Mistral
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a compelling narrative about Mistral's mission, culture, and trajectory.
- Articulate Mistral's positioning in the AI landscape — frontier models, open-weight philosophy, and enterprise credibility — to differentiate us against better-known competitors
- Provide candidates with real insight into our GTM motion, growth plans, and the specific impact of their role
- Deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage, regardless of outcome
Recruiting Operations & Data-Driven Improvement
- Develop and refine GTM recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Use data to diagnose pipeline issues (e.g., drop-off at specific stages, time-to-fill by role) and propose targeted solutions
- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key US GTM segments
- Standardize GTM interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across US GTM hiring teams
Raising the Bar
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and the broader Talent team to continuously elevate our hiring standards.
- Contribute to defining and evolving our GTM talent acquisition strategy in the US as we scale from early commercial team to mature GTM org
- Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives that position Mistral as a destination for top GTM talent
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure company, with a focus on Sales and GTM roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently hire across the full GTM stack — from SDRs to senior AEs, Solutions Engineers, and GTM leadership
- Deep network and sourcing expertise in US GTM talent markets, particularly in AI/ML, open-source, developer tools, or enterprise software
- Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets where GTM candidates have multiple offers

- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior GTM stakeholders without direct authority

Position Summary:
The Sr. Director, HR Technology and AI Enablement, delivers PointClickCare's HR technology roadmap and leads the shift to an AI-first, agent-enabled model of HR service delivery. Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the role executes the platform and AI strategy the pillar sets, redesigns HR workflows and AI-human handoffs ahead of the SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, and operationalizes the data governance and responsible-AI controls that make automation safe in a healthcare context. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, HR COEs, SDO, Procurement and OCIO, the role leads a team through significant platform and ways-of-working change, turning pillar strategy into a working technology capability for PCC.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Roadmap Execution & Platform Sequencing
Co-develop with the Workforce Intelligence and HR Technology Leader and execute the multi-year HR technology roadmap Evaluate, select, and sequence platforms and agentic AI across the ecosystem (Workday, Moveworks, ServiceNow Now Assist, Payfactors, Power BI, Qualtrics) against business outcomes
Operating-Model & Workflow Redesign (ahead of Workday configuration)
Partner with the HR COEs and the four-zone workflow classification to redesign HR workflows and AI–human handoffs before Workday is configured, so Zone 1 and Zone 2 automation is built natively pre-go-live rather than retrofitted. This sequencing is the highest-leverage lever for FY27 and prevents PCC from hardcoding today’s inefficiency into the system for years.
Platform Migration, AI Agent & Automation Delivery (SuccessFactors → Workday)
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Workday migration and the deployment of conversational and agentic AI (Moveworks, Now Assist), owning project plans, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Define which workflows are automated versus human-led, monitor agent performance and quality, and manage vendors and budget. Close partnership & collaboration with Procurement, OCIO & SDO through all phases required. Final budget and contract decisions made with partners and Sr. Director
Data Governance, Privacy & Responsible AI
Build and safeguard the data foundation for AI.": an HR data quality audit ahead of migration, operationalizing the data governance policy that defines what AI systems can access, and Workday as the single source of truth. Advance People Analytics maturity and the skills taxonomy that underpins workforce planning.
Team Leadership, Adoption & Employee Experience
Lead and develop the HR technology team, reskilling it as work shifts from configuration to AI orchestration. Apply product and user-experience thinking, and drive adoption and change management so employees and managers experience HR technology as fast, intuitive, and trusted.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR technology / HRIS experience, including 5+ years leading and developing teams, and prior experience operating at a leader level or equivalent scope.
Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise HCM platform implementation or migration (e.g., Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience redesigning HR processes and workflows for automation — mapping current state, eliminating waste, and designing AI–human handoffs ahead of system configuration.
Hands-on experience deploying or operating enterprise AI and automation tools — conversational and agentic AI and AI-enabled service management (e.g., ServiceNow / Now Assist, Moveworks).

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling the data platform that powers analytics across Trust Wallet. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines and data models, ensuring a seamless, scalable and reliable flow of data from source systems through to the decisions it supports. Leveraging your experience with Databricks and Spark across both streaming and batch workloads, dbt or a similar transformation framework, cloud infrastructure, and custom solutions in Python, you'll work closely with our data analysts and engineering teams to turn data into a strategic asset for our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Platform Engineering: Architect and maintain robust, scalable and secure data infrastructure on Databricks, covering both streaming and batch workloads.
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, primarily in Python and Spark, to automate ingestion and transformation across internal systems, external providers and on-chain sources.
- Data Modelling: Design and maintain dimensional data models and transformation layers in dbt, with tests and documented contracts, so metrics are consistent and reusable across the company.
- Data Lake Management: Oversee the data lake and lakehouse layers, ensuring efficient storage, effective partitioning, high data quality, and monitoring and alerting that surfaces issues early.
- Integration and Customisation: Integrate Databricks with a wide range of data sources, including change data capture from operational databases, third-party APIs and blockchain data, and adapt data flows to specific business needs.
- Performance, Scalability and Cost: Optimise pipelines and storage for performance, reliability and cost efficiency at scale.
- Data Governance and Security: Apply best practices for governance, security and compliance in cloud and Databricks environments, including access control, encryption and monitoring.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with platform engineers, data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, and document infrastructure, models and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Data Engineering: 3+ years as a Data Engineer, with hands-on ownership of production pipelines and lakehouse or data warehouse architecture.
- Databricks and Spark: Strong practical experience with Databricks, Delta Lake and Spark, including both streaming and batch processing, and the judgement to choose between them.
- Data Modelling: Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions and data warehouse design, with the ability to define and defend the grain of the models you build.
- Transformation Frameworks: Experience with dbt or an equivalent framework for managing transformations, testing and lineage.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong cloud fundamentals, including identity and access management, object storage, networking and infrastructure as code. We run on AWS; deep experience with Azure or GCP transfers well.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL: Comfortable writing production transformations as well as services and connectors.
- Data Quality and Governance: Experience implementing testing, monitoring and governance practices in cloud data environments.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with change data capture and replication from operational databases
- Familiarity with blockchain or on-chain data
- Infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform, and CI/CD for data workloads
- Experience with BI and semantic layers such as Holistics, Looker or similar
- Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
