ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Title: AIT Technician
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Reporting to: Production Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (occasional travel for environmental test and launch campaigns)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required).
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The AIT Technician builds ICEYE's satellites. You perform the physical assembly, integration and test operations that turn qualified designs into flight-ready spacecraft, working to approved procedures in a cleanroom environment and taking personal responsibility for the quality, workmanship and traceability of everything you touch.
Your focus is mechanical, thermal and harness integration: assembling structures and equipment, installing thermal hardware and multi-layer insulation, routing and connecting flight harnesses, and bringing subsystems together into a complete satellite. We are hiring at both Technician and Senior Technician level. Senior Technicians take on the more complex assemblies, lead frontline troubleshooting and coach the technicians around them.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. - Perform compliance checks and visual inspections at each critical step, and complete the associated checklists and records.
- Raise non-conformance reports for any deviation, contribute to first-level investigation, and support root cause analysis and corrective action.
CLEANROOM, SAFETY AND 6S
- Work to cleanroom, contamination control, ESD, FOD and chemical safety rules, and keep the work area compliant, clean and audit-ready.
- Maintain 6S in the production stations, and report anything that makes an area unsafe or unfit for flight hardware.
IMPROVEMENT AND TEAM
- Review work instructions, travellers and checklists against what actually happens on the floor, and give clear feedback so they can be corrected.
- Support on-the-job training of junior colleagues and share good practice. Senior Technicians coach the team and lead frontline troubleshooting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on training.
- Hands-on experience in the assembly, integration or test of complex electromechanical hardware. We are hiring at two levels: around 2+ years for Technician, and around 5+ years with demonstrated autonomy for Senior Technician.
- Practical skill in precision mechanical assembly and thermal hardware installation, working to drawings and torque specifications.
- Practical skill in harness work: crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and routing.
- Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, procedures and work instructions.
- Experience with electrical verification, including continuity, insulation and short-circuit checks.
- Understanding of cleanroom, contamination control and ESD requirements.

- Experience raising and documenting non-conformances.
- Comfortable using an MES and Jira for work records. We use Manufacturo and Jira; experience with equivalent systems is fine.
- Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail, and the judgement to stop and ask rather than proceed on an assumption.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience on flight hardware in a satellite or other space environment.
- Multi-layer insulation fabrication and installation experience.
- Familiarity with workmanship standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721 or IPC/WHMA-A-620.
- Familiarity with ECSS, NASA or military quality standards.
- Experience supporting functional test: EGSE connection, test sequence execution and telemetry monitoring.
- Experience with environmental test campaigns (vibration, thermal vacuum) or launch campaigns.
- Awareness of 6S and good practice in production area organisation.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Electronics AIT Engineer transforms satellite electrical designs into reliable, flight-ready hardware. You are the technical authority for electrical and electronic hardware in Athens: how the satellite is wired and connected, what proves it works, and what evidence exists that every build was done correctly.
You own the integration readiness of the electrical subsystems, define the AIT processes, test means and ground support equipment the facilities need, and make sure the design, the processes and the tooling can carry production to high throughput. You also feed what you learn on the floor back into design, so that each build is more manufacturable, more testable and more reliable than the last.

It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead our corporate accounting function and help shape the next generation of our Finance organization. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the day-to-day General Ledger (GL) accounting function while also serving as a key transformation leader across Accounting and Finance.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a builder's mindset. You will ensure an accurate, timely, and well-controlled close while rethinking how accounting work gets done—simplifying processes, improving systems and data, expanding automation, and driving practical adoption of AI across the accounting organization.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and detailed levels, from defining the future-state accounting operating model to solving complex accounting, process, and systems challenges.
What You'll Do
Lead Corporate Accounting
Own corporate accounting operations, including the General Ledger, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and related activities.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring financial results are accurate, well-supported, controlled, and delivered on time.
Maintain a strong internal control environment and build processes that scale with the growth and complexity of the business.
Partner closely with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
Drive Transformation & AI Adoption
Serve as a transformation leader for Accounting, developing and executing a roadmap for a more automated, scalable, and data-driven organization.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, accelerate the close, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving accounting systems, financial data, integrations, workflow automation, and process redesign.
Champion the responsible adoption of AI across Accounting, identifying and implementing high-value use cases that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
Build AI capabilities across the team through training, experimentation, and best-practice sharing while establishing appropriate governance and human oversight.
Establish metrics to measure improvements in close performance, automation, productivity, and quality.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team capable of operating effectively in a fast-growing SaaS/Data environment.
Develop future leaders by increasing ownership and building stronger accounting, technology, and business capabilities across the team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement where the team challenges existing processes and embraces technology, automation, and new ways of working.
Balance operational excellence with transformation, ensuring the organization executes reliably while continuously improving how work gets done.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or GL accounting functions within a public company or similarly complex environment.
4+ years of people leadership experience; experience managing managers preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or data business strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading meaningful Accounting or Finance transformation initiatives.
Strong systems orientation with experience improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
Strong understanding of AI and automation and an ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical accounting applications.
Excellent project management, change leadership, and executive communication skills.
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution and influence stakeholders across Finance and the broader organization.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role goes beyond delivering an accurate close. You will help build an accounting organization that is increasingly automated, intelligent, scalable, and forward-looking.
You will create a more efficient and predictable close, reduce reliance on manual processes, embed AI and automation into how the team operates, and build a strong leadership bench. Ultimately, this role will help define what a modern Accounting organization should look like in an AI-enabled SaaS/Data company.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Infrastructure team is seeking a Data Center Energy Lead, based anywhere in the EU, to secure power capacity and accelerate energy delivery for our rapidly expanding AI compute footprint across the region. This is a multi-country role: from a single EU base, you'll cover several EU jurisdictions. You'll work at the intersection of energy markets, physical power, project development and AI infrastructure needs, leading multi-hundred megawatt procurement efforts and building strategic relationships with TSOs, DSOs, and regulators across multiple European jurisdictions. This role is essential to ensuring Anthropic can scale compute capacity efficiently while navigating the complex dynamics of the EU internal electricity market, national wholesale and capacity markets, and Europe's evolving energy regulatory environment to achieve the speed and scale required for frontier AI development.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative and novel means of energy deployment - grid connected, behind-the-meter/fence, etc. that drives fastest timelines to energization, while maintaining social license
Lead energy procurement and markets strategy to secure multi-hundred megawatt power capacity for AI infrastructure across EU wholesale electricity markets and national capacity mechanisms, structuring utility partnerships and commercial agreements that prioritise speed-to-energisation and scale
Own utility and regulatory stakeholder management across multiple European jurisdictions, building strategic relationships with TSOs, DSOs, national regulators, and ACER to accelerate connection timelines and unlock constrained capacity
Drive energy markets and policy strategy for AI compute facilities, monitoring EU network codes, national grid codes and regulatory developments and engaging policymakers to address grid capacity challenges and expedite approval processes for critical infrastructure
Partner with engineering and delivery teams to translate energy market dynamics and network constraints into actionable capacity acceleration strategies that align procurement schedules with aggressive project timelines
Develop deep market intelligence on regional power availability across target European markets, transmission constraints, and connection queue dynamics to inform site selection and deployment strategy
Structure innovative commercial frameworks and partnership models — including PPAs, network use of system arrangements, and behind-the-meter solutions — that enable faster power delivery and mitigate grid capacity risks across Anthropic's European datacentre portfolio
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 15+ years of experience in energy procurement, utility development, or power markets for large-scale infrastructure projects, with substantial exposure to European energy markets across multiple jurisdictions
Have deep expertise in EU electricity markets (day-ahead, intraday and balancing markets), national capacity mechanisms, network connection processes, and transmission system planning (including ENTSO-E Ten-Year Network Development Plans and national network development plans)
Have experience securing 100+ MW of power capacity and navigating complex network connection agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), or other offtake agreement structures in Europe
Are proficient in analysing energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks (EU network codes, national grid codes and jurisdictional instruments), and grid constraints to inform strategic decision-making
Have strong stakeholder management skills and experience building relationships with TSOs, DSOs, national regulators (such as BNetzA, CRU, ACM, CRE, and others), ACER, policymakers and critical equipment vendors
Have excellent communication skills and can translate complex grid and regulatory dynamics into actionable business strategies for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong candidates may also have some of the following:
Past experience with energy procurement specifically for datacentres, high-performance computing, or AI/ML infrastructure
Familiarity with hyperscale infrastructure requirements and the unique power demands of large-scale AI training and inference workloads
Experience with regulatory affairs, energy policy advocacy, or engagement with national regulators, TSOs, ACER, ENTSO-E, and the European Commission (DG ENER) and national energy ministries
Background in transmission planning, grid connection studies (including grid code compliance and connection agreement processes), or grid capacity analysis under EU network codes and national grid codes
Understanding of emerging grid technologies (battery energy storage systems, demand response, virtual power plants, distributed energy resources) and how they can accelerate capacity delivery across European markets
Track record of structuring creative solutions to overcome grid constraints and compressed timelines in competitive power markets, including EU renewables acceleration areas / go-to areas and congested bidding zones and network regions
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
