Who We Are
At OKX, we believe crypto will help reshape the future and contribute to greater individual freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions of customers access to crypto trading and decentralised applications. OKX is also trusted by institutions seeking secure access to crypto markets and is supported by its Proof of Reserves programme.
Across our global offices, we are united by three core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These values shape how we work and help us create a collaborative, rewarding and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Team
The Compliance function is responsible for promoting a strong compliance culture and supporting the safe, sustainable growth of OKX. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on regulatory obligations, conduct expectations and enterprise risks.
OKX Europe Markets Limited operates within a significant EU regulatory perimeter as a MiFID II investment firm authorised under the Investment Services Act (Cap. 370), providing dealing on own account and execution of orders on behalf of clients on a matched-principal basis, together with trustee, custodian and nominee services, across the EEA on a cross-border services passport. Our product range includes crypto-asset perpetuals and expiry futures, single stock and ETF-linked futures, commodity futures and crypto-asset options, and is expanding into money market fund and structured product offerings.
About the Opportunity
As the Senior Compliance Analyst for OKX Europe Markets Limited, you will deliver the day-to-day operational compliance work of a fast-growing MiFID II investment firm: financial promotions review, complaints administration, regulatory and trade reporting support, monitoring testing and the firm's regulatory registers.
This is a high-volume, execution-focused role. The function reviews in the order of seventeen pieces of marketing and promotional material each week and handles around five new complaints each week, both scaling with a client base that is growing towards 100,000 users, alongside recurring regulatory reporting, token-listing and licence-extension assessments and compliance monitoring testing. You will be the person who keeps that machinery running accurately and on time.
You will gain broad exposure to MFSA supervision and EU financial services regulation, and direct visibility of how a MiFID II derivatives business is controlled in practice.
The position reports to the Deputy Head of Compliance, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Compliance and MLRO, OKX Europe Markets Limited.
What You'll Be Doing
You will:
Review client-facing marketing material and financial promotions for compliance with MiFID II fair, clear and not misleading standards and the MFSA advertisement rules, across paid and organic social, email, landing pages, banners, push notifications, video and KOL briefs, and prepare them for approval by the Deputy Head of Compliance or the Head of Compliance.
Maintain the advertisement and marketing approval register, tracking each item from submission through amendment to approval, and supporting notifications to the MFSA where required.
Administer the end-to-end complaints process: logging and triage, investigation, preparation of customer responses within regulatory deadlines, remediation follow-up and escalation of significant or recurring issues to the Deputy Head of Compliance.
Produce complaints management information, root-cause and trend analysis to support the function's reporting to senior management, the Risk, Compliance and Audit Committee and the Board.
Support trade and transaction reporting obligations, including data collection and validation, regulatory return preparation, review and sign-off coordination, submission and evidence retention.
Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc testing under the Compliance Monitoring Programme, document findings, track remediation actions to closure and maintain the monitoring calendar.
Prepare token-listing and licence-extension assessments and supporting documentation for review, and support new product and feature compliance reviews and local launch sign-off.
Maintain the firm's core regulatory registers — regulatory correspondence, breaches, advertisements and the regulatory obligation register — ensuring an accurate, audit-ready flow of information to the MFSA and internal stakeholders.
Draft and update compliance policies, procedures and entity-specific addenda for review and approval, in line with regulatory developments.
Support regulatory-change horizon scanning, recording applicable changes against the obligation register and flagging implementation requirements.
Handle first-line queries on compliance and AML/CFT matters, escalating appropriately, and support responses to legal, regulatory and law-enforcement requests.
Support the retained AML/CFT work of the entity, including quality assurance sampling, high-risk onboarding and client-classification approvals, and internal and external audit support.
Support the preparation of compliance reports and Board and committee materials, and other materials required by internal stakeholders.
Work closely with teams such as Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product and Risk to embed an effective compliance framework aligned with MFSA and EU standards.
What We Look For in You
Prior experience in a compliance, legal, regulatory or regulatory-operations role within financial services, investment firms, fintech or the crypto-asset sector.
Sound understanding of the MFSA regulatory framework, MiFID II conduct-of-business requirements and EU financial services regulation.
Demonstrable ability to handle a high, recurring caseload to deadline without loss of quality, and to prioritise between competing regulatory deadlines.
High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready records and registers.
Strong analytical ability, with the capacity to assess regulatory obligations against material or a process, identify gaps and produce well-reasoned written analysis.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey compliance requirements to non-specialist colleagues and to draft customer-facing responses.
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet regulatory deadlines.
Comfortable operating with limited supervision, exercising judgement within a defined framework and escalating appropriately.
A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience reviewing or approving financial promotions or marketing material in a regulated firm.
Experience administering a regulated complaints process.
Experience with trade or transaction reporting, or with compliance monitoring and control testing.
Experience working in Malta or with the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Familiarity with derivatives conduct topics such as leverage and margin, appropriateness and suitability, client categorisation and best execution.
A relevant professional qualification from the International Compliance Association, ACAMS or an equivalent body, or progress towards one.
Knowledge of and genuine enthusiasm for the crypto and digital-assets industry.

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will be based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
You’ll build the systems that let any knowledge worker leverage fast, scalable databases without having to become a DBA.
You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, helping set the architectural direction and roadmap as we take a new product from early alpha to general availability. You’ll work directly with early customers to shape foundational technical and product decisions. Then, together, we’ll work on scaling as adoption and workloads grow.
This is a backend-leaning role with work spanning the stack. You might build the systems that provision and manage a fleet of customer Postgres instances, design how user-defined schemas evolve safely, or make complex queries execute efficiently. You’ll also follow those systems into the product: improving how a table loads, how users understand a slow operation, or how an agent safely works with their data.
You’ll help shape the architecture and the product together. Some problems call for a better abstraction, others for a better default, and others for rethinking what we ask the user to do in the first place. You’ll work with teammates and customers to find those answers, ship practical solutions, and evolve them as usage grows.
Our stack includes Postgres, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The people who understand a business best aren’t always the people who can build its software. A support lead knows how tickets should be triaged. An operations manager knows how inventory should move. But turning that knowledge into a reliable system often means finding an engineer, provisioning a database, and building an application.
We’re building database infrastructure for everyone else. We want everyday knowledge workers to bring their data into Notion, connect it, and build workflows around it. And do so with the power of a real database (Postgres!) and the approachability of a tool they already know.
AI agents make that opportunity even bigger: helping people build and operate systems they couldn’t have created on their own.
For our team, this is much more than putting a friendly interface on Postgres. It means making hard database problems disappear from the user’s workflow without sacrificing correctness, performance, or flexibility. How do you let someone reshape a live database as easily as editing a document? Make the right indexes exist without asking someone to become a DBA? Let a weekend experiment grow into a company’s system of record without anyone having to rearchitect it?
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Take a new product from alpha to general availability. Work with early customers to understand what matters, iterate on feedback, and help shape what we ship.
- Make real customer workloads fast. Improve query execution, indexing, and client data loading so performance holds up as datasets grow and workflows become more demanding.
- Build systems businesses can trust with their data. Make schema changes, concurrent writes, permissions, and recovery reliable enough for customers to build essential workflows on top.
- Make powerful capabilities approachable. Turn database provisioning, migrations, and indexes into a reliable, easy-to-use product experience that gives people the power of a database without the burden of managing one.
- Build for the customers who come next. Automate database provisioning and fleet operations, strengthen observability, and evolve the architecture so we can serve many, many customers.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Production relational database experience (e.g., Postgres or MySQL). You’ve made decisions about schemas and indexes, analyzed database performance, and debugged issues involving transactions, locking, or concurrency. Your experience goes beyond accessing a database through an ORM.
- Engineering experience and technical leadership. You bring 10+ years of experience building and operating production software, with a track record of setting technical direction and leading complex, cross-team initiatives from concept through delivery. You identify the most important problems to solve, turn ambiguous goals into a technical strategy, and align engineers and partner teams around a practical plan. You stay hands-on while helping others make better decisions through design reviews, mentorship, and clear technical guidance.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You’ve built services that need to remain correct under concurrency and failure. You can reason about retries, partial failures, consistency, and the trade-offs involved in reliable reads and writes.
- A systematic approach to performance. You use query plans, traces, profiles, and experiments to find bottlenecks and verify improvements. You’re willing to follow a problem across storage, services, and client code rather than stopping at a team boundary.
- Product judgment. You’re interested in who will use what you build, not just how it works. You can turn a customer’s problem into a technical approach and recognize when a better default or simpler workflow would solve it more effectively.
- Willingness to work across the stack. You bring backend depth, but you’re comfortable learning unfamiliar systems and working in client code when that’s what delivering a good experience requires.
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering. You use AI to accelerate exploration, implementation, and testing while taking responsibility for understanding and validating the result.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience managing fleets of databases or building database platforms, including provisioning, upgrades, backups, and recovery.
- Deep Postgres expertise, such as advanced query optimization, performance tuning, or workload isolation for large datasets and high-concurrency workloads.
- Experience building query layers, sync engines, change-data-capture pipelines, permission systems, or other reusable data abstractions.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $234,000 – $352,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

The Opportunity
About Grafana Frontend
The Grafana Frontend group is responsible for the end to end user experience on Grafana the observability product and Grafana the platform used by many engineers to build plugins. Our squads are responsible for dashboards, data visualization and manipulation, navigation across the ecosystem, sharing experience, content search, organisation and more.
You'll also have the opportunity to work across the Grafana Frontend team and partner with other squads within the Grafana department to drive innovation and solve complex engineering challenges.
The squad: DataViz
We build and evolve the Grafana Visualizations. We want to give our users the ability to visualize their data in a way that’s easy to set up and understand, so they can pull out interesting and valuable insights.
Some of our recent projects include:
Externalisation of our core visualization to be independently releasable and remove interdependencies
GraphViz
: Visualize relationships, flows, and architectures using the Graphviz DOT language with live metrics from any Grafana data source.
Raising the bar on quality and reliability: improving our test coverage, introduce a new testing strategy and tooling for visual regressions

Participate in on-call for the services you help build, and be a force multiplier in incident response and post-incident learning.
Provide technical support in customer escalations and help us identify areas of high friction to address.
Cross-squad collaboration: Represent the team's work outside the team, write the design proposals, run the demos, and make the case for our roadmap in cross-team discussion.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

⭐ The role, concretely
Are you excited about building, structuring and scaling HR operations in a company that's just getting started? You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.
We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.
Your time is split between:
- Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.
- Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.
- People admin: leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting and employee administrative follow-up, onboarding formalities and affiliations (health/provident insurance, occupational health), GDPR compliance.
- Operational finance: expense reports, preparing and sending accounting documents to Impulsa, preparing routine filings (including VAT).
Over time, this person will take ownership of payroll management in coordination with our accounting partner, with training and support.
👤 The profile we're looking for
Essential:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on, and comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing the relationship with an accounting firm)
- Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up, ideally having helped build or scale People processes during a period of significant growth.
- Business curiosity: genuinely interested in what's happening on the business side, and able to connect your work to where the company is heading
- Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus
- Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail
- Autonomy: you don't wait to be told there's a problem — you spot it, bring a solution, and know when to loop someone in on the tricky ones
- Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI
- Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team
- Based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, with the ability to work onsite regularly, ideally three days per week or more.
Ideally:
- Experience in MedTech or in a start-up / scale-up
- Sensitivity to the medical world (professional or personal)
- Note: a 100% Occupational Health background may not be the right cultural fit, but worth testing
🙏 What we offer
- Location: 117 Quai de Valmy, Paris 10th, in a brand-new centre designed to support high-quality practice
- Base salary: between €53,000 and €61,000 gross per year, depending on experience and level
- Profit-sharing scheme: 10%, in line with Prévenir’s framework
- Benefits: daily transport costs covered, company restaurant, RTT days and regular team events
