Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. Every generation is a policy decision at scale, and the surface area (NSFW, IP, likeness, anti-fraud, deepfakes, regional law) grows every week. Trust & Safety needs a PM who can turn ambiguous legal, policy, and financial-abuse inputs into shipped systems, not another doc.
What you'll actually do
• Own the T&S product surface end-to-end: classifiers, appeals, user-facing warnings, moderator tooling, enforcement flows.
• Own anti-fraud alongside content safety: multi-account farms, free-trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, prompt-injection cost exploits, reseller wrappers. Fraud is a large and growing share of the T&S problem here.
• Translate legal, policy, and financial-risk requirements into concrete product specs the ML and engineering teams can build against.
• Set thresholds and enforcement policy in partnership with Applied ML: what gets blocked, what gets warned, what gets appealed, and the dollar and reputational tradeoffs behind each choice.
• Run the incident loop when something breaks in production, provider escalations, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, new abuse vectors, and ship the fix.
• Design the metrics that matter: dollars saved from fraud, false-positive cost to legit users, false-negative legal exposure, appeal reversal rate, coverage across new models and markets.
• Work directly with Legal, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, Payments, and external providers to keep our contractual and regulatory obligations current.
Must-haves
1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.
2. Shipped T&S, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale. You've made real enforcement decisions that affected real users and real money.
3. Comfort with legal, policy, and financial-risk ambiguity. You've worked with counsel, payments providers, or regulators and translated their inputs into product.
4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about classifier tradeoffs, fraud-detection tradeoffs, threshold selection, and evaluation without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You make decisions in dollars and risk, not opinions. A block rate has a cost, a miss has a cost, a false fraud flag has a cost, you can argue all sides.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to write strategy docs more than ship enforcement changes.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and incidents can compress that to hours.
Nice to have
• Background at a generative AI, UGC platform, marketplace, or fintech risk team in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with C2PA, child safety classifiers, IP takedowns, DMCA, GDPR enforcement, chargeback flows, or 3DS.
• Comfort with adversarial abuse patterns and how they evolve.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where your policy call ships to millions of generations the same week
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role:
WorkOS is growing rapidly, and our largest customers are growing with us. We're looking for an Account Manager to own the expansion of our most complex accounts — deepening product adoption, uncovering new use cases, and turning strong technical relationships into meaningful revenue growth.
This is a commercial role with a technical center of gravity. You'll build trusted relationships with engineering and product leaders, understand their roadmaps well enough to see where WorkOS should show up next, and drive the renewals, upsells, and multi-product expansion that follow. You'll also be a critical feedback loop into product — the expansion opportunities you can't close today become the roadmap that unlocks them tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of strategic accounts end to end: retention, renewal, and expansion targets
- Build and execute account growth plans — map the org, identify unadopted products and untapped teams, and drive a clear path to increased usage and spend
- Proactively surface expansion opportunities by understanding each customer's product roadmap, technical architecture, and growth plans
- Lead commercial conversations independently, from initial opportunity through pricing, negotiation, and close
- Drive adoption of the full WorkOS platform — SSO, Directory Sync, AuthKit, Audit Logs, and beyond — across new teams, new products, and new geographies
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Engineering to remove technical blockers standing between a customer and their next stage of growth
- Run executive business reviews that connect WorkOS usage to customer outcomes and set up the next expansion conversation
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene across your accounts
- Feed structured expansion signal back to Product — what customers are asking for, what's blocking adoption, and what would unlock the next tier of spend
- Help build the playbooks, content, and processes that make this motion repeatable as the team scales
Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or sales at an enterprise level, with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Demonstrated ownership of expansion, upsell, or net revenue retention targets
- Strong product sense and genuine energy for solving hard technical customer problems
- Ability to lead complex integration and architecture conversations in a consultative, proactive way
- Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to our largest and most technical customers
- Familiarity with SQL — comfortable writing basic queries and modifying more complex ones to find adoption and usage signal on your own
- Comfort navigating multi-threaded relationships, from individual developers to VPs and executive buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial instincts: you can spot an opportunity, build the business case, and ask for the deal
- Operations-savvy mindset — you remove process friction and build things that scale
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
You will own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Vercel Connect, the products that help developers and agents discover, provision, and connect external services to their workloads running on Vercel. You will design both sides of the ecosystem: builders choosing and managing services, and partners creating and operating integrations across the Vercel dashboard, CLI, API-driven agent flows, v0, and partner tools.
Both products are live, with active customers and partners. You will improve current journeys while defining how integrations and agent access should work next.
You will report into Design and collaborate with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team.
We’re considering candidates at both the Senior and Staff level and will calibrate level based on experience and demonstrated scope and impact.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal, and shape what the team builds next with Product and Engineering.
Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations across Marketplace and Connect.
Turn OAuth, permissions, environments, credentials, billing, and provider constraints into experiences that feel simple without hiding details that matter.
Build and test working prototypes independently, using coding agents to explore product behavior and technical constraints.
Work directly with customers and partners, using research, support signals, and product data to find opportunities, define success measures, and prove improvements through experiments.
Work through implementation with engineers and maintain quality through launch and iteration.
There is no mature design playbook here. Create the reusable patterns and structure Marketplace and Connect need, and adjust course as evidence arrives.
Take on foundational product problems, including provider dependencies and platform operations. Some high-impact work will be largely invisible to users.
What you need
Your portfolio makes your contribution, decisions, shipped outcomes, and impact after launch easy to understand.
You have independently owned ambiguous, technically complex product work from problem framing through launch and iteration.
You reason about systems while maintaining a high bar for interaction and visual craft.
You use qualitative and quantitative evidence, define success measures, and change direction when evidence challenges the hypothesis.
You make complex products feel clear and trustworthy, including edge cases, recovery, language, and accessibility.
You work directly with Product and Engineering, read APIs or code when useful, and explain tradeoffs clearly.
You independently use coding agents to prototype interactions, inspect implementation, and learn unfamiliar systems. Curiosity and agency with these tools are required.
Production engineering experience is not required. We care more about product judgment, craft, ownership, and how quickly you learn a technical system.
Bonus if you
Have designed a marketplace, integrations platform, partner ecosystem, or other multi-sided product.
Understand OAuth, permissions, secrets, billing, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
Have shipped AI or agent experiences, especially workflows that move between human approval and autonomous action.
Have an engineering background or experience contributing production web code.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns

Our Seychelles business has operated since 2017 and now sits within the licensing regime established by the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act of Seychelles 2024 (the VASP Act). We are seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director, resident in Seychelles, to join the board of our Seychelles entity to supplement its board of governance with an independent resident non-executive director.
About the Role
As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Resident Director of our Seychelles entity, you will bring independent challenge to strategy, risk and conduct, hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders, and provide the resident board presence that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require. The role exists to do three things at once: provide independent challenge; satisfy the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (the FSA) that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act; and provide local substance in Seychelles.
The entity operates within the group's global governance, risk and compliance framework while remaining separately accountable to its own board and to its regulator. The Board comprises a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors. This is a genuinely resident role. From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are coming together with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together we're building the data infrastructure layer that moves, transforms, and adds context to data — from the moment it lands to the point where teams and AI systems depend on it.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products our customers know and trust. It's a good time to join a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work.
About the Role
Product Finance covers two things: how our products perform, and what they cost to build, run, and support. This role owns the cost and investment side, as the finance partner to the Product and Customer Support organizations.
You'll own the operating expense P&L for both organizations — headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, annual planning, monthly close, and budget-vs-actuals — and work with those leaders on where to spend and what to trade off.
You'll also build our view of product investment at the portfolio level: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that means for how the roadmap gets funded. That includes bringing cost of revenue and unit economics into the picture, so we can talk about product margin rather than just product spend. This is how we'll decide where to invest and where to pull back.
You'll build our cost-to-serve view as well — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Expect close work with Product Managers, Support and Engineering leaders, Pricing, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting, and regular exposure to senior leadership as we scale toward public company readiness.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership — own their budgets, partner on spend decisions, and flag risks, trade-offs, and reallocation opportunities early.
Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, and quarterly reforecasts.
Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis — budget vs. actuals with clear driver explanations and forward-looking implications.
Build the portfolio view of product investment: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that implies for roadmap funding and resource allocation.
Bring cost of revenue and product unit economics into that view, working with the teams that own the underlying cost data.
Build cost-to-serve analytics — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Build business cases for new product investments and major roadmap decisions, including the economics of retiring or consolidating products, and provide Pricing with the unit economics behind packaging and monetization changes.
Co-own the Product Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reviews with the product top-line lead, so cost and performance are presented together.
Improve how this work gets done — better data models, less manual assembly, and AI applied to recurring analysis.
What We're Looking For
4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting, including ownership of a model or forecast that others relied on.
Experience owning an operating expense budget, or partnering with a non-finance organization on its spend.
Strong modeling skills across both driver-based revenue forecasts and operating expense and headcount models.
Working knowledge of software and subscription economics — ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin — ideally in a usage-based business.
Comfort working directly with large and complex datasets. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and present it to Product, Support, and senior leadership.
Interest in how software gets built and what it costs to run.
Nice to Have
Product or Engineering finance partnership at a software, data infrastructure, or developer tools company.
Hands-on product margin, cost of revenue, or cost-to-serve analysis.
Experience supporting a Customer Support, Services, or other cost-to-serve organization.
Usage-based pricing, packaging, or monetization modeling.
Planning and BI tools (Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Sigma) and lightweight automation in Python or SQL.
Experience through a period of rapid scaling or IPO preparation.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team in Singapore.
The team operates at the intersection of mobile engineering, consumer growth, and product development. You will work closely with Product, Business Development, and regional market teams to build and improve growth initiatives that directly influence user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
This role is suited to an engineer who enjoys solving user-facing problems, working with data, and contributing ideas beyond implementation. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, test, and maintain reliable mobile growth features and supporting systems.
Contribute across the full engineering lifecycle, from understanding business and user problems to implementation, launch, monitoring, and iteration.
Develop and optimise growth capabilities such as onboarding funnels, referral programmes, acquisition journeys, engagement mechanics, notifications, and experimentation frameworks.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Development, data teams, and regional stakeholders to translate growth objectives into practical engineering solutions.
Instrument user journeys and analyse relevant metrics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
Participate in technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and contribute proposals based on engineering principles, user impact, and data.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and problem-solving.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to code reviews and engineering best practices.
For senior-level hires, independently lead projects, guide technical decisions, and support the development of other engineers.
What We Look For In You
At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with greater depth and independent project ownership expected at the Senior Software Engineer level.
Hands-on experience developing production mobile applications using iOS technologies such as Swift or Objective-C, or Android technologies such as Kotlin or Java.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Experience building consumer-facing products, with an understanding of how engineering decisions affect user experience and business outcomes.
Product and data instincts: you are comfortable thinking in terms of user journeys, funnels, conversion, retention, and measurable impact.
Ability to take ownership of engineering tasks and work effectively with product and business stakeholders.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset: you identify problems, form a point of view, and propose practical ways forward.
Experience using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow, together with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated outputs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.

Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the US. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
5+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
- Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation.
- Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
- Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements.
- Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers.
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signal, reusable architecture patterns or scalable product improvements.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. You will own strategic sourcing for critical cloud infrastructure and AI providers, helping Vercel secure the compute, storage, and infrastructure capacity we need as we scale. You will develop commercial models that balance competitive economics with flexibility, avoiding commitments that constrain growth while creating transparent pricing that improves as our usage scales. Vercel's spend and revenue are scaling fast, and our sourcing motion has to scale with it — you'll know when to move fast versus when to hold the line on process, partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and Security to get deals done without unnecessary friction. This role reports to the Head of Procurement.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Lead sourcing strategy and commercial negotiations with cloud infrastructure providers and hyperscalers.
Structure complex IaaS, compute, storage, and capacity agreements that balance committed spend, consumption growth, flexibility, and long-term unit economics.
Design pricing structures (tiered, committed-volume, usage-based) that reflect how Vercel actually consumes vendor services, and that scale with our growth trajectory.
Own strategic sourcing for emerging AI infrastructure and hyperscaler relationships, including commercial models supporting high-volume or customer-facing AI workloads.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams to forecast demand, understand technical requirements, evaluate suppliers, and translate Vercel's growth into sourcing leverage.
Analyze provider pricing, consumption patterns, contract structures, and market dynamics to identify opportunities to improve economics and reduce commercial risk.
Build and maintain AI-powered sourcing tools and playbooks (leveraging Claude, v0, etc.) for redlining, negotiation prep, benchmarking, and vendor reporting — raising throughput and deal quality across the team.
Help define what an AI-native sourcing function looks like at Vercel as spend and deal volume continue to climb.
What you need
Strong analytical skills — rate/unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling, pricing model design — able to find the real economics underneath a vendor proposal.
Comfortable operating at pace: high deal volume, ambiguity, imperfect information, and a bias toward execution over perfection.
Clear, direct communicator with executives, both internally and across the negotiating table.
You have significant strategic sourcing experience owning cloud infrastructure deals, including direct experience negotiating with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, or comparable infrastructure providers.
You understand cloud infrastructure commercial models, including IaaS, compute, storage, consumption-based pricing, committed spend, discounts, and capacity agreements.
You have led complex, high-value negotiations where rapidly changing consumption makes forecasting and long-term commitments challenging.
You can evaluate the tradeoffs between commitment, flexibility, unit economics, pricing transparency, and negotiating leverage as infrastructure usage scales.
You have experience partnering with technical and financial stakeholders to translate infrastructure requirements and forecasts into sourcing and negotiation strategies.
You have experience managing strategic supplier relationships and contracts through negotiation, execution, consumption monitoring, and renewal.
Bonus if you
Have experience sourcing AI/ML infrastructure, data services, or technical services for an engineering-heavy organization.
Have negotiated directly with AI hyperscalers or providers of large-scale AI compute and inference infrastructure.
Have experience sourcing SaaS and other enterprise software alongside infrastructure.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000.

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
