Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
The Figma Research team is hiring an experienced researcher for our Rapid Research program. We're product builders who bring research expertise to the team, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to clarify problems, test ideas, and recommend what to change—often in one- to two-week sprints.
You'll rotate across product areas, ramp up quickly, and build relationships as you go, energized by unfamiliar products and ambiguous problems and ready to take initiative rather than wait for a fully scoped brief. You bring strong opinions about what makes a great experience, grounded in the needs of the people using it, spot connections across product areas, and combine deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise with a flexible, resourceful approach to moving quickly without sacrificing rigor. Beyond individual studies, you bring a clear point of view on what to build or change, tailor your communication to your audience, and are willing to challenge assumptions and say the hard thing with care—asking for help when you need it and offering it when others do.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Scope and run focused research in quick sprints, using sound methods to answer the questions most likely to change a product decision
Turn findings into specific recommendations a designer or PM can act on, working through tradeoffs and helping the team put them into practice
Present product recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, telling the story behind the data, not just reporting insights
Rotate across product areas and teams as needed, building credibility and relationships quickly without being embedded long-term
Contribute beyond research studies by using our products, joining design reviews, and helping teams recognize when they have enough information to act
Bring clarity to ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and adjust the scope or approach as you learn
Experiment with tools, templates, and workflows to make research faster and sharper
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in research at high-growth product organizations, UX/design agencies, or strategic consultancies focused on digital experiences
Proficiency in mixed methods research, including qualitative approaches such as interviews and quantitative approaches such as surveys and data analysis
Strong product judgment, with examples of specific recommendations you made and how they shaped the product, backed by strong communication and storytelling skills with a track record of securing executive buy-in
Experience ramping up quickly on new projects and delivering clear recommendations in one- to two-week research sprints, turning ambiguous problems into clear questions and a practical path forward
A scrappy, flexible approach, adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines while maintaining sound research methods, including active use of AI tools to improve speed, quality, or scale
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Proficiency in designing and prototyping, ideally within the Figma suite of tools
Familiarity with researching design tools, developer tools, creative software, or other products people use to build things
A background in product design, product management, or engineering
Ability to combine product analytics with qualitative research to inform recommendations
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion has been at the cutting edge of AI since before ChatGPT launched. The job of the Model Capabilities team is to keep us there. We own the model layer of Notion AI: integrating frontier models as they ship, keeping inference reliable and economical at scale, and building new capabilities that other teams take advantage of.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Bring new frontier models into production quickly, making them available for our users and our engineers.
- Make inference reliable: better error categorization, self-healing retries, and cross-provider failover.
- Own observability for the model layer, driving down both time to detection and time to fix.
- Build new model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them.
- Act as connective tissue across Notion's AI teams: find the gaps, unblock people, and make sure fixes land with the right owner.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Comfort with a moving frontier: The model landscape changes monthly. You keep up with it, form your own view of what's real, and stay pragmatic about what's worth adopting now.
- AI fluency as a practitioner: You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- Production AI systems experience: You've built and operated systems on top of LLM APIs, not just prototyped with them. You understand token economics, streaming, tool calling, context limits, and how each of these fails in production.
- Measurement before conviction: You don't ship a prompt or model change on vibes. You define what "better" means, build or use the evaluation to test it, and are willing to be proven wrong by your own data.
- Cost and performance instincts: You treat latency and dollars as product qualities, not afterthoughts, and you can reason about the tradeoff between them and output quality.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $255,000 – $300,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone to own Runway's SEO and AEO strategy, end to end. You’ll build out our library of SEO content at scale, run experiments to sharpen what's working, own technical SEO health and report on what’s working to drive organic growth.
This is a hybrid strategy-and-execution role. You won't just hand off a keyword list and wait. You'll be optimizing a piece of content one day and making a technical case to our development team the next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Runway's SEO and AEO strategy: Keyword cluster architecture (pillar-and-spoke), competitive SERP and content-gap analysis, understanding what stage of the buying journey a searcher is in so content matches what they actually need, as well as champion Runway's presence in AI-generated answers.
- Build out Runway's library of SEO content: Briefs, landing pages, articles and more, identifying and scoping high-opportunity content, without sacrificing quality or brand voice
- Design and run experiments on content formats, internal linking and page structure and use the results to sharpen the strategy
- Own technical SEO health: Indexing, sitemaps, structured data and schema markup, ongoing site monitoring and recommend site structure and information architecture changes (page templates, internal linking, URL structure) that improve crawlability and rankings
- Own measurement and reporting for organic growth: Track keyword rankings, organic traffic and AI citation trends against clear targets, and go beyond traffic volume to measure whether that traffic actually converts into product signups
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years in SEO, with experience contributing to overall strategy
- Experience building or scaling an SEO function from a small base, moving fluidly between strategic and hands-on work
- Experience collaborating across teams, including managing freelancers and partnering with product, marketing and design teams
- Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console, plus keyword/competitive research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Experience in AEO / AI-search visibility, with the ability to bake it into a broader SEO strategy
- Experience using Profound, AirOps, or similar AEO tool is a plus
- Experience at an AI, product-led or consumer-facing tech company is a plus, where SEO has to coexist with a fast-moving roadmap
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT TENKI
Tenki is cloud infrastructure for code and agents. Sandboxes give AI agents disposable Linux VMs that boot in under a second. Runners make GitHub Actions faster and up to 60% cheaper. Code Reviewer catches more real bugs per pull request than CodeRabbit, Greptile, or Copilot in our benchmark. Hundreds of teams use one or all three.
Tenki was built by the founding team behind Luxor Technology, leading provider of Bitcoin mining and AI infrastructure. Today, Tenki is trusted by teams like Anchor, Omnara, and Naive, with MAU growing ~3.5x since April. We are the infrastructure layer for the next generation of AI companies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll sell to two kinds of teams. Engineering orgs are paying too much for slow CI and drowning in pull requests that AI now writes faster than humans can review. AI companies are building agents that need somewhere safe to run code, browse the web, and use a computer. The first group buys Runners and Code Reviewer. The second buys Sandboxes, often at a scale that turns into a large infrastructure contract.
Every product can be tried in minutes, so proof comes fast. Your job is to turn that proof into committed contracts, sell a customer's second and third product after they start with one, and build a sales process the next hires can repeat.
You'll be our first sales hire, working directly with the founders and engineering team. San Francisco-based, with regular in-office work.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of closing sales experience
- Strong technical acumen, ideally with a background in DevTools, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Based in San Francisco and open to working from the office at least 3 days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target across all three products, from prospecting through close and expansion
- Build pipeline in two segments: engineering orgs with heavy CI and review loads, and AI companies building agents that need sandboxed compute
- Turn free-plan, Team-plan, and startup-program customers into enterprise contracts with committed spend
- Sell across products: land with one, then sell the others into the same account
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has sold AI infrastructure or developer tools, especially in the areas where Tenki competes. For Sandboxes, that's E2B, Daytona, and Modal. For CI Runners, Blacksmith and Depot. For AI Code Review, CodeRabbit and Greptile. Knowing AI-native founders and platform leaders is a plus.
They're equally comfortable talking CI costs with a platform lead and agent infrastructure with an AI startup's CTO.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation and uncapped commission structure, including meaningful equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
- Unlimited PTO policy
- Paid parental leave
- Company-facilitated 401(k) with match
- OTE: $250K–$300K
We are building a startup within a startup. Tenki was born within Luxor http://www.luxor.tech/ as we expand our vision from mining compute to generalized compute. Learn more about how we work and our principles here https://luxor.tech/careers.
At Tenki we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Tenki welcomes all!
Tenki does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes. Tenki will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Tenki.
HOW WE USE AI IN OUR HIRING PROCESS
We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used.
During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team.
We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days.
In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time.
In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist or Data Scientist
- Strong python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch etc.) across ML techniques and backend engineering
- Prior experience deploying Machine Learning models to production and making meaningful contribution to backend systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, etc.)
- Fluency with agentic (AI) tools for software development and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Consumer Trading is a full-stack team behind the Consumer experience in Kraken mobile and web applications. Our flagship product allows our clients to instantly buy, sell, convert any combination of stocks, cryptocurrencies and cash. We are constantly working on extending the product suite with new features and improvements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer — a remit with real scope to shape how millions of people discover and return to our products.
- Build something from the ground up: the roadmap, the intake model and the standards for how marketing and product work together are all yours to define.
- Sit at the centre of the acquisition funnel, where small improvements in conversion compound into meaningful growth.
- Unlock new acquisition channels by building the product surfaces they depend on — paid social, search, affiliates and offline campaigns.

- Own both halves of the lifecycle: bringing new users in, and giving existing users compelling reasons to come back.
- Work in one of the most competitive corners of consumer fintech, where conversion craft and product quality genuinely decide who wins.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Own the marketing product roadmap end to end, and build the process that turns campaign ideas into shipped product work.
- Design and launch tailored campaign experiences — the in-app and web journeys users land in from push, email, social and paid.
- Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging so push and email feel useful rather than noisy, and convert accordingly.
- Own the incentives layer for new and returning users: offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns.
- Apply user psychology and sharp UX thinking to find where the funnel leaks, then run the experiments that close the gaps.
- Improve landing page and search performance, and build the product foundations that make paid and offline channels measurable and worth the spend.
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single point of ownership for growth enablement.
- Define the acquisition and reactivation metrics that matter, and report on them honestly — including when an experiment doesn't land.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

- Shape a fast-growing mobile acquisition motion, including in-product social, creator partnerships, community and friend-referral mechanics.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
