About the Role We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 platform on a zkSync-based L2. This is an individual contributor role with a large technical scope. You are the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about. The product. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account. The account is derived from their identity claim, is identical on every device, and its private keys never leave the client. It is not a separate wallet screen: it is the player's inventory. It backs: minting and gifting; trading on our Bazaar marketplace; Merkle-based reward airdrops; gas sponsorship; an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider. Responsibilities The technical strategy and architecture of the smart wallet platform: account model, signing, session management and gas abstraction at scale The smart account and permissioning model, evolved to meet both product and compliance needs The security model where our signer meets third-party applications: what a player is actually approving, and proof that the UI shows it The custody and recovery roadmap, from today's interim mechanisms (including raw key export) to MPC -based custody Cross-team technical decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling and platform reliability, with buy-in from the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile and security teams Engineering standards in the Web3 domain Production escalations in the wallet and account abstraction domain WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and evolve the ERC -4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm), EIP -7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives (including origin-bound Smart Sessions) that let players act without a prompt on every transaction Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable Define EIP -1193 / EIP -6963 provider behavior, origin-bound and policy-versioned sessions, trust tiers, and the transaction and signature confirmation flow Design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and RPC dependencies, contract upgrade paths) and lead initiatives that resolve them before they become incidents Write RFCs and design docs; review critical code, contracts and designs Work with product, security, legal and infra teams to align on the roadmap and turn business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans Create leverage for the engineering org through documentation, tooling and mentorship Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues: a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, a signing prompt a player didn't understand Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively REQUIRED Experience 8+ years of engineering in the Ethereum ecosystem working with crypto wallets and smart wallets Designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value Shipping and operating systems where a bug meant lost funds. You can talk concretely about the guardrails, reviews and rollback paths you put in place Account abstraction and smart wallets ERC -4337 in depth: EntryPoint (v0.6 through v0.8), the UserOperation lifecycle, bundler and paymaster roles, validation rules ( ERC -7562), gas estimation and its failure modes, counterfactual deployment, signature validation for undeployed accounts ( ERC -6492) EIP -7702 and the post-Pectra landscape: EOA delegation, its interaction with EntryPoint v0.8, and the risks it introduces (residual key authority, delegation phishing, storage collisions) Building on or extending production smart account implementations; modular account standards ( ERC -7579 / ERC -6900) Session keys and delegated permissions: scoped, time-limited, policy-bound authority; TTLs and contract allowlists, origin binding, permission revocation; ERC -7710 / ERC -7715 Signature schemes and wallet interfaces: EIP -712 typed data, ERC -1271 contract signatures, WebAuthn / passkey (P-256) signers; EIP -1193, EIP -6963, EIP -5792 batched calls, ERC -7677 paymaster interfaces Smart contracts and EVM Solidity and the EVM : reading, reviewing and writing account, paymaster and module contracts; gas-aware design; upgradeability and migration patterns; working effectively with external auditors L2 specifics and their effect on wallet design: native account abstraction on zkSync-family chains, transaction and fee models, finality and reorg behavior, RPC and indexer semantics Backend Go: idiomatic code, concurrency patterns, performance profiling TypeScript and SDK design: client-side SDK surfaces that internal and external teams build on Distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes); reconciling off-chain state against an authoritative on-chain result Data and infrastructure PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations at scale Kubernetes: deploying, operating and debugging services Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka or NATS ): consumer groups, at-least-once delivery Git, CI/CD Security Key management in production: platform secure storage (Keychain / Keystore), HSMs, MPC or threshold signing, and the operational discipline around each Wallet threat modeling: signature and delegation phishing, malicious dApp origins, replay and cross-chain replay, token approval abuse, paymaster griefing and DoS Leadership Leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams Influencing architecture and standards beyond your immediate team RFCs and design docs that stand on their own and are actionable without you in the room AI-assisted engineering Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository English English at C1 level Nice to Have Hands-on experience with ZK Stack and zk -rollups Hands-on experience with embedded and ecosystem wallet and AA infrastructure technologies (thirdweb, Privy, Dynamic, Turnkey, Pimlico, Alchemy, Biconomy, ZeroDev, Safe{Core}), with clear views on build versus buy MPC / threshold custody, social recovery or guardian-based recovery in a consumer product NFT and token infrastructure at scale: ERC -721 / ERC -1155 / ERC -20 mechanics, marketplace contracts, Merkle-based airdrop and claim distribution, chain indexing services Contributions to open-source wallet, security or identity projects, including authoring or reviewing ERC / EIP standards Compliance requirements for crypto consumer products: KYC / AML , geofencing, MiCA , SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR data minimization, audit logging Identity and auth integration for wallet derivation: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC , JWT verification, token scoping Platform or infrastructure engineering: building systems other engineers build on Owning a mobile wallet surface: React Native / Expo, WebView provider injection, native signing UI Gaming industry experience: platforms for game developers, publishers or players How We Work Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We work across time zones, so a design has to stand on its own. AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work. HOW WE HIRE Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role. Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise. Location: US, Boston, MA Workplace: OnSite Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Director & Associate General Counsel at Humanoid, you will lead legal operations across the U.S. and Canada as we scale our footprint in the region. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, you'll serve as our senior legal representative and principal point of contact here — spanning regulatory support for production and R&D, IP across the research and manufacturing lifecycle, dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters, and the corporate and financing work that comes with our growth. You'll also partner closely with compliance leadership to track regulatory obligations, support public policy engagement, and own the region's legal infrastructure: entity management, governance, policies, templates, outside counsel, tooling, and reporting. If you're excited to help shape a growing legal function, want real ownership over how law and compliance guide the deployment of real-world robots, and are ready to be the senior legal voice for a fast-growing region, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own legal operations for North America across the United States and Canada, acting as an extension of the Office of the General Counsel in the region. - Provide regulatory support to our production and R&D functions as HMND‑01 is deployed into industrial environments, working with compliance leadership to translate requirements into workable processes. - Advise on IP rights across R&D and production, including invention capture, ownership, licensing, and protection. - Manage disputes and pre-litigation matters across the region. - Support commercial contracting in North America in partnership with our global contracts function. - Drive legal support for public policy and government engagement in the United States and Canada, in partnership with our government relations and commercial leadership. - Support corporate and financing workstreams in the region. - Engage and manage outside counsel across the United States and Canada, with a clear view of cost and value. - Own the legal operations infrastructure for the region, including entity management, policies, templates, tooling, and reporting. - Build, manage, and develop the North American legal team as headcount grows, while remaining close to the work yourself. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 10+ years of legal experience following bar admission, including 5+ years in-house in regulated industries. - Licensed US attorney in good standing. - 5+ years of people management experience, with the ability to build and scale a team as the region grows. - Regulatory support experience across production and R&D functions. - Substantive IP experience. - Dispute resolution experience. - A hands-on, execution-oriented approach: you do the work yourself as well as overseeing others. - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment. - Ability to work from our Boston office five days per week. Nice to Have - Familiarity with Canadian law, or experience running a cross-border US–Canada remit. - Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing. - Experience supporting a venture financing round in-house. - Exposure to product safety, export controls, or trade compliance. - Experience supporting government relations or public policy work. WHAT WE OFFER - Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources. - Time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays. - 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match. - Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale. - Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office. - Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics. Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing conversations with treasurers and trading desks. Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and collections. Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico. Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance in parallel. Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management. Strongly desirable Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company. Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly to a non-crypto CFO. Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia. Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes. Soft skills Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as partners in the deal, not obstacles to it. Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond personal quota. Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight settlement windows. Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk. Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee. What You Will Do Commercial ownership Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned corporate portfolio. Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly forecast within plus or minus 10%. Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and referral partners. Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury and Legal. Client management and structuring Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at corporates and financial institutions. Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement. Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own quarterly business reviews with top clients. Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is measured in days, not months. Market and product Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor dynamics and regulatory shifts. Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX and payment capabilities. Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region. Compliance and risk Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing due diligence rather than working around it. Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA; Remote (US) Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT PRODUCTION ENGINEERING Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them. A few things that define how we operate: - One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle. - If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack. - We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed. - We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix it for ourselves — the patterns and standards we establish become the foundation the rest of Ramp builds on. That's not a side effect of the job; it's the job. - We stay calibrated. Speed means nothing if we're moving in the wrong direction. We regularly stop and ask honestly whether what we're working on is still the highest-leverage thing we could be doing — the discipline that makes sure our effort compounds toward what actually matters. You cannot build the future of finance on shaky infrastructure. OUR TEAMS Production Engineering is organized into teams — but we think about teams differently. Teams are mutable. We build them around what needs to be done, not around what we need to do given the teams we already have. The structure below reflects our current priorities; it will evolve as Ramp does. Right now, we operate across four areas: - Compute — the foundation everything runs on: container orchestration, networking, load balancing, edge infrastructure, and the deployment systems that get code from engineers' laptops to production reliably and at scale - Storage — databases, caching, object storage, and the data infrastructure that underpins everything - Workflows & Messaging — the systems that power Ramp's financial workflows and event-driven architecture - Developer Infrastructure — the platform that makes every builder at Ramp faster and more autonomous: observability, cost attribution, and CI/CD systems that give teams visibility into what they build and what it costs WHAT YOU'LL DO Production Engineers at Ramp are full software engineers who happen to specialize in infrastructure. You write production code, you own systems end-to-end, and you drive technical outcomes across the organization — not just within your team. As a Tech Lead & Manager, you are a hands-on player-coach: you will lead and grow a team while remaining directly engaged in the technical work. Management at Ramp does not mean stepping away from the technology or the code. You will help set direction, develop engineers, and work alongside the team to deliver consequential infrastructure outcomes. Day to day, you will: - Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team. Create clarity, give direct feedback, mentor engineers, and help each person expand their technical judgment, ownership, and leadership. - Set technical direction for your team’s domain. Identify the highest-leverage problems, define a path forward, bring the right people along, and stay engaged with the team until the work is delivered. - Build and operate critical infrastructure across Ramp's compute, storage, messaging, and observability stack — owning the systems that handle real financial transactions at scale. - Drive architectural change — not just flag problems. When you surface a reliability or scalability issue, you own the path forward: you propose the solution, find the owners across engineering, and stay in until it's resolved. - Partner with product teams at the design phase — reviewing architectures, embedding golden paths, and making it easy to build correctly the first time. - Build Ramp's next level of scale — you'll be a hands-on contributor to the most consequential infrastructure shift happening right now: our move to a cellular architecture, enabling Ramp to scale, reach international markets, operate in highly regulated and constrained environments (e.g. FedRAMP), and deliver on enterprise-grade SLAs. - Enable AI-native engineering — as Ramp builds increasingly AI-powered products, PE is the team that makes sure the platform can support them. You'll proactively partner with product teams on AI infrastructure patterns, define the golden paths that turn one-off solutions into reusable foundations, and stay ahead of emerging challenges before they become blockers. - Build developer tooling and self-service infrastructure — so that other teams can answer their own questions (cost, performance, reliability) without involving PE. - Participate in on-call rotation — and more importantly, use every incident as a signal to eliminate the root cause, not just resolve the symptom. - Lead across the company — PE doesn't just review designs or show up when called. We proactively initiate cross-team architectural reviews, and we take full ownership of company-wide reliability and scalability initiatives: identifying the problem, proposing the solution, aligning the stakeholders, and staying in until it's done. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We don't hire for a checklist. We hire for the instincts that make someone exceptional on this team. The mindset we're looking for: - You love building teams, mentoring engineers, and helping people grow—and you are equally energized by writing code, reviewing designs, and digging into complex distributed systems. - You are a true player-coach. You know when to coach, delegate, and create space for others to lead; you also know when your direct technical involvement will create the most leverage. - You can set a technical direction, bring people along, and then lock in with the team to make it happen. - You do not believe managing engineers means stepping away from the technology or the code. - You can't walk past something broken without wanting to fix it — and you don't stop at the workaround. You find the root cause and eliminate the class of problem. - You think in systems, not tasks. You understand that "fixing the bug" is step one; making it so the bug can't happen again is the job. - You move with urgency but without chaos. You know when to go fast and when to slow down and do it right. - You treat product teams as your users. You build for them, communicate with them proactively, and measure success by how much faster they can ship. But you're also an owner — when something is broken or blocking, you don't wait to be asked. We win when our customers win. - You leave things better than you found them. Every system you touch, every process you encounter — you move it forward. Not always dramatically, but always directionally. You picked it up in a certain state; you leave it in a better one. - You are equally comfortable reading a database query plan, reviewing a system design doc, writing a Terraform module, and jumping into an incident at 2am. Experience profile: - 8+ years of software engineering experience, including a track record of shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems. - Staff+-level technical leadership: experience setting technical direction and leading complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives from ambiguous problems through durable production outcomes. - Experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineers. You create clarity, give direct feedback, and help people grow in technical judgment, scope, and leadership. - A sustained hands-on engineering track record. You are comfortable writing and reviewing production code, evaluating system designs, debugging incidents, and making difficult technical tradeoffs. - Hands-on experience building and operating distributed systems at production scale. - Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write clean, well-tested, production-ready code and set that standard for the team. - Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred). - Familiarity with observability and reliability practices, including SLOs, error budgets, alerting, dashboards, and incident response. - Track record of delivering through cross-functional coordination: aligning stakeholders, unblocking teams, and staying accountable for the outcome. - Comfortable using AI tooling and coding agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow — and helping a team use them to move faster and think bigger. Bonus (not required): - Experience with cellular or multi-tenant architecture patterns - Prior work on workflow orchestration systems (Temporal) - Contributions to developer experience or internal platform tooling - Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (FedRAMP, SOC 2) BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. About the Role We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Platform to launch targeted campaigns across Alchemy's full platform, from product launches to new vertical and segment pushes, and to own the always-on content that fills the gaps in between. This is a high-ownership, high-influence seat with a long runway: you'll start as an executional hire, but there's a real path to Product Marketing Lead and to building a team under you if that's the direction you want to grow. Alchemy isn't just infrastructure, it's a full platform: building blocks for reads, writes, launching custom chains, and more, spanning verticals from crypto-native builders to traditional finance moving assets onchain. Every campaign we run, whether it's a product launch, a new vertical push, or a piece of evergreen content, needs to tie back to one thing: Alchemy as the platform builders trust to build the future on. You'll own that positioning day to day, from the company-level narrative down to how a single launch is framed, working closely with Lisa (Product Marketing) especially early on as you build that domain authority. You'll run point end to end: strategy, tactics, project management, measurement, and reporting, on everything from major campaigns to the product launches, newsletter beats, and social content that run continuously. You can and should delegate execution (design, technical content with DevRel, and more), but you own the outcome. When there's no active campaign, you're not idle: you own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content, filling the gap with mid- and bottom-funnel work that drives activation and cross-sell across our existing platform. What You’ll Do - Launch targeted campaigns across product launches and new vertical/segment pushes, owning the strategy, the tactics, and the project management from kickoff to report-out. - Own and evolve Alchemy's platform positioning: the throughline that connects every campaign back to Alchemy as a frontier leader built for reliability and performance, backed by real customer stories. - Own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content cadence, mid- and bottom-funnel work, product launch beats, and activation/cross-sell content, whenever there isn't an active campaign in market. - Go deep on individual product areas and wide across the full platform, building the kind of product and audience understanding that lets you spot the next campaign or market opportunity before anyone asks for it. - Generate and pitch ideas for breaking into new markets and verticals, backed by a real read on the audience and the competitive landscape. - Partner with DevRel to produce the technical content (docs-adjacent explainers, videos, tutorials) that supports a campaign or fills a content gap. - Bring creative, visual thinking to launches that could otherwise be a dry API announcement, pushing for the campaign concept, not just the campaign checklist. - Delegate execution to design, agencies, and other specialists as needed, while remaining accountable for the outcome, the timeline, and the numbers. - Build stakeholder trust across Product, Engineering, and DevRel, so that partner teams want to work with you again. What we’re looking for - Experience selling to developers on a technical, API-first product with a developer dashboard, not a B2B SaaS platform candidates sign up for and self-manage. This is a hard requirement. - A track record of owning a campaign end to end: you can walk through, in detail, how you align stakeholders, launch, measure, and report on a campaign from a template through to results. - Genuine curiosity and a love of learning: going deep on a single product area and wide across an entire platform both excite you. - Creative instincts: you notice good brand and campaign work in the wild, and you bring visual or conceptual ideas that make a technical launch land. - Experience leading a large, high-visibility project end to end, e.g., a website overhaul, a rebrand, or a sales enablement overhaul. - Strong cross-functional operator: Product and Engineering partners trust you and want to work with you again. - Bias for speed and pragmatism: you default to "how do I get this out the door as fast and sharply as possible," not "how do I make this perfect." - Genuine enthusiasm for AI and how it's changing marketing and the developer tools landscape. Nice to Haves - Experience marketing to enterprise customers, especially financial services. - Breadth of experience marketing to developers across crypto/Web3 verticals. - Experience as a software engineer prior to marketing. - Leadership or management experience, or a clear interest in growing into it. About the Role We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape where Alchemy invests growth: full-funnel, from self-serve signup all the way through the enterprise sales funnel. This is a high-ownership, strategic seat. You'll decide, each cycle, where our marketing dollars and headcount go for the highest return, and you'll have real influence over the tactics we run to get there. This role has real breadth. You'll own the channel mix we run today, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, a lifecycle program we're just getting off the ground, and our website, and you'll decide where each of those gets more or less investment based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline. You'll also go looking for what's next: new channels worth testing as the audience and the industry evolve, and product-led signals worth turning into a marketing motion. And you'll bring visibility to parts of the funnel we can't see well today, both self-serve and the enterprise sales flow, so the whole company can make better calls on where to spend. This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who's already built full-funnel growth measurement from scratch at a developer-focused B2B company, and who knows how to rank channels by ROI and act on it. You won't be building a growth program from zero, you'll be evolving one: an AI-powered SEO/AEO system already in production, a defined tool stack, and agencies already engaged. You'll decide what stays, what goes, and where you build a team to get us to the next level of growth maturity. What You’ll Do - Own full-funnel visibility for Alchemy's growth motion, from self-serve signup through the enterprise sales flow, including the quality of leads reaching the sales team, so the company can see how every channel performs end to end. - Set the channel investment strategy each half: given current resourcing and goals, decide where marketing dollars and efforts go, and defend that call with data. - Own and continuously re-rank channel ROI, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle/email, website, ecosystem/partner-driven channels, and any new channel you stand up, identifying the highest-ROI area each cycle and reallocating toward it. - Evaluate and evolve the existing tool stack and agencies: keep, renegotiate, or replace based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline. - Identify, pitch, and test new channels and signals, including product-led growth signals you pick up working with Product, as Alchemy's audience and the industry evolve, then scope and delegate what you find to the right owner: a product marketer, an ecosystem marketing manager, an agency, or your own hire. - Build and lead a team over time: propose and open headcount as the highest-ROI areas demand dedicated ownership, and directly manage the specialists and agencies you bring on. - Represent growth and channel performance in the twice-yearly marketing planning cycle and retro, as a primary voice in where the company focuses its tactics next half, backed by your own data. What we’re looking for - 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with a developer-focused audience and both self-serve and enterprise motions. - Track record of owning full-funnel measurement: connecting top-of-funnel spend to signups to pipeline, and using that to make investment calls, not just channel-level reporting. - Proven ability to rank and reallocate spend + efforts across channels based on ROI, and to kill or scale channels based on evidence. - Experience evaluating and managing agency relationships and a marketing tool stack, with the judgment to know what to keep versus replace. - Comfortable identifying, testing, and standing up entirely new channels rather than only running the established playbook. - Strong cross-functional operator: able to work with Product on in-product growth signals, with Sales/SDR on lead quality and funnel handoff, and with Product Marketing and Ecosystem Marketing on execution you delegate out. - Efficiency-obsessed: instinctively pressure-tests where a dollar or a headcount is going before committing to it. - Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted growth initiatives. - Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week. Nice to Haves - Startup experience building a growth function from 0 to 1, standing up measurement and channel testing where little existed, not just optimizing an established program. - Has built and led a team, or is ready to hire and manage one as the highest-ROI areas justify dedicated headcount. - Experience in crypto/Web3 or blockchain infrastructure marketing. - Experience marketing an API-first or infrastructure product.
