What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
to be embedded in
Growth Marketing
, the team at Garner that owns B2C member activation & engagement. You will report directly to the
Director of Marketing Operations
and serve as the dedicated data & analytics partner for our
Growth Marketing
team.
Growth Marketing is responsible for getting employees to sign up and use their Garner benefit — through email, SMS, direct mail, in-app, in-office materials, and employer-led communication channels. We're looking for an
exceptional, AI-native data & analytics manager
to own how member activation and engagement are operationalized and measured across channels. You'll own the
audience targeting & segmentation
(SQL queries in Snowflake for our email / sms / direct mail targeting, partnering closely with Engineering) and build the
Business Intelligence layer
that powers our member engagement campaigns, ranging from cross-system data pipelines, attribution modeling, experimentation frameworks, and funnel & lifecycle analysis through core reporting and dashboards. You'll define the metrics behind member growth and ensure those definitions hold consistently across systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine — helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and improve health outcomes at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Targeting & segmentation (campaign operations):
Own the audience targeting, segmentation (SQL queries of Snowflake data tables to be built into our Iterable system), and personalization data behind our email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot upstream Data issues that affect our marketing campaigns, as well as enhance and automate the data mechanics and pipelines so the program can scale.
Analytics & Reporting:
Own how member activation and engagement are measured end-to-end (e.g., Looker dashboards). Define, build, and maintain the KPIs, metric definitions, performance reports, and dashboards Growth Marketing runs on — funnel and lifecycle metrics, email/SMS campaign activity, channel efficiency, operational health, and KPI target setting.
Product & engagement analytics:
Bridge marketing activity to member behavior in the Garner app so the team can optimize communications over time.
Experimentation:
Develop and execute on the Growth Marketing team’s A/B testing program and performance reporting.
Data governance:
Build our data foundation alongside Data Management & Engineering, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Growth Product to ensure our data is analysis-ready and trustworthy. Build workflows, documentation, QA practices, and tooling that ensure our metrics are standardized across systems and campaigns.
Systems & technology stack:
Uplevel our data sophistication by designing and building at the systems level, leveraging AI in order to maximize scale and leverage.
What you will bring to the team:
4–6+ years in marketing & growth & analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar data-centric role.
Growth & marketing, B2C, B2B2C, and Product-led Growth subject matter expertise preferred but not required (e.g., customer funnel analytics, cohort and retention curves, channel attribution, lifecycle email/SMS/direct mail performance, targeting/segmentation, personalization)
Expertise in the modern data stack
.
Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and visualization tools
(e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with ESP/CRM event data (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar) is a strong plus.
Experience in experimentation & reporting
. Familiarity with A/B and incrementality test design, statistics, measurement, and optimization.
Analytical rigor and problem framing
. You turn a vague business question into the right analysis, define a defensible metric, and state your assumptions rather than jumping to a chart. You’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable using insight to drive decisions for a marketing audience and executives.
AI fluency
. Comfort with and excitement about harnessing AI agents to build analyses, design dashboards, and validate results.
Self-starter approach
with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, doing whatever is necessary to ensure company success. You thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic
startup environment.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source by Webflow https://webflow.com/blog/introducing-source-by-webflow, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. Source is where the hard work of web marketing happens: scaling what works, driving impact with every iteration, and keeping brand and content consistent as teams and agents move at speed.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and gets excited about making complex content infrastructure feel simple — so marketers can move fast, agents can operate reliably, and every experience a brand ships stays coherent and on point.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $191,700 - $230,000
- Zone B: $180,000 - $216,000
- Zone C: $168,300 - $202,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- 209,000 - 251,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.

- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Go Developer to design and develop high-performance, secure, and reliable software components for enterprise-scale data collection and processing systems. You'll be building software that runs across Windows and macOS, processes high-frequency events, securely buffers and transmits data, and integrates with cloud-based data platforms — with production-grade engineering practices throughout.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and background services in Go, following clean architecture and production-grade engineering practices.
- Build multi-threaded and concurrent processing components using goroutines, channels, synchronization primitives, worker pools, and efficient memory-management techniques.
- Develop reliable event collection, processing, batching, compression, serialization, and transmission mechanisms for high-volume telemetry and event data.
- Implement robust local persistence and encrypted buffering — supporting offline operation, checkpointing, retry queues, recovery, and protection against data loss.
- Develop secure integrations with cloud platforms and data services using REST APIs, HTTPS, SDKs, and other integration mechanisms.
- Implement enterprise-grade authentication and security mechanisms, including RSA key-pair authentication, JWT/OAuth, TLS, certificate validation, encryption, and secure credential handling.
- Design resilient distributed-client behavior — idempotency, duplicate prevention, exponential-backoff retries, acknowledgement handling, failure recovery, rate limiting, and network resilience.
- Develop efficient data-processing capabilities across formats such as JSON, Parquet, and Protocol Buffers.
- Optimize applications for CPU, memory, disk I/O, network utilization, startup time, and long-running stability using Go profiling and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and support cross-platform software for Windows and macOS, including interaction with OS APIs, system services, file systems, networking, and OS-native security facilities.
- Build comprehensive unit, integration, performance, stress, resilience, and security tests.
- Implement production-grade logging, metrics, health monitoring, diagnostics, and telemetry — ensuring sensitive information is never exposed through operational logs.
- Contribute to application packaging, versioning, configuration management, automated deployment, upgrade, rollback, and enterprise software-distribution strategies.
- Provide senior-level technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
- Advanced knowledge of Go concurrency — goroutines, channels, mutexes, contexts, synchronization, and worker-pool patterns.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience building long-running services, agents, system utilities, telemetry applications, or distributed client applications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, HTTPS, TLS, JSON, authentication, and secure API integration.
- Experience implementing RSA/public-key cryptography, JWT/OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and secure credential management.
- Experience with local persistence, caching, queueing, batching, compression, retry, and failure-recovery patterns.
- Knowledge of Parquet or similar columnar/binary data formats and high-volume data-processing patterns.
- Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, mocking, profiling, debugging, and performance testing in Go.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, code-quality tooling, dependency management, vulnerability scanning, and secure SDLC practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms and cloud SDK integration.
- Experience with Windows and/or macOS system programming, enterprise endpoint software, or large-scale telemetry systems.
- Familiarity with C/C++ or .NET interoperability, Windows APIs, macOS APIs, or OS-level encryption and key stores.
- Experience with MSI/MSIX packaging and enterprise device-management platforms.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define Category Strategy:
Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.
Execute Signature Product Bets:
Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets—such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts—and ship them end to end.
Optimise Category Surfaces:
Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience.
Leverage Platform Capabilities:
Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner deeply with BD, Sales, Catalog, and Search teams to ensure category surfaces are powered by accurate data and align cleanly with merchant relationships.
Measure Impact:
Use data, customer insight, and experimentation to prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and directly move the needle on conversion and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Consumer Product Experience:
Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
Track Record of 0-to-1 Innovation:
Proven ability to ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences, navigating ambiguity to break broad opportunities into focused, testable bets.
Strong Analytical Capabilities:
Comfort driving data-informed prioritisation, establishing robust success metrics, and utilising experimentation to measure category-level impact.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) as well as commercial teams like BD and Sales to align business needs with product strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Product Instinct:
A natural intuition for customer behaviour, understanding what makes a shopping experience feel right and how to design the emotional hook that drives retention.
Nice to Have
Specialised Retail Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with merchandising, category management, product detail pages (PDP), or specialised shopping flows.
Data Structure Familiarity:
Experience working alongside Catalog or Search product areas to power front-end surfaces with complex item data.
Why Join Us?

We're looking for a Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions to join our Marketing Team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role.
Role Overview
As Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East. You will own the day-to-day delivery and performance of our promotional and incentive campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure every offer is targeted, well-timed, and commercially sound.
Incentives sit at the centre of how customers experience value on the platform - they influence whether someone tries the app, comes back, or drifts away. This role owns that layer day to day: turning the promotional calendar into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and making sure every campaign earns its budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be joining the Middle East Marketing team. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Data Science, and Global/Central teams to build promotional plans that improve customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like:
Promotional Calendar Execution:
Own the day-to-day execution of the Middle East promotional calendar, translating the quarterly plan into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back.
Promo Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development of strategies focused on how value propositions can change customer behavior and drive ROI for Deliveroo and our Partners.
CRM & Lifecycle Campaigns:
Work with CRM and Tech to build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring offers reach the right customer segment at the right moment.

Own the set-up of promotions end to end - eligibility, caps, dates, and copy - so every offer goes live as briefed and on time.
Customer-centric Programmes:
Work with Data Science to translate customer and performance data into promo mechanics that are genuinely relevant, not just discounted.
Budget Tracking:
Own campaign-level budget tracking and reporting, flagging when a promotion’s ROI or margin impact is off plan.
Performance Optimization:
Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and post-campaign analysis, identifying what worked, what didn’t, and what’s worth testing next.
Test & Learn Agenda:
Design and run local test-and-learn experiments, feeding results back into the broader promotional strategy.
Competition Monitoring:
Keep on top of competitor trends and market activity to keep our offers sharp and well-positioned.
Customer Advocacy:
Champion the consumer voice, ensuring every promotion offers genuine value rather than just a lower price.
What You'll Need to Thrive:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Promotions within a high-growth technology, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer platform.
Commercial Acumen:
Experience owning or supporting customer incentive strategies and promotional campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, with working knowledge of core commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, GMV, margin impact) and how promotional decisions move them.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Analytical Rigor:
Strong analytical skills - proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker, and comfortable interpreting data to shape campaign decisions.
Technical know-how:
Experience running or supporting A/B tests and translating results into recommendations.
Attention to Detail:
Organised and accurate, able to run several campaigns at once without letting the details slip.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and the confidence to communicate at all levels.
Execution Focus:
A self-starter attitude, with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff engineer to set technical direction for the systems that move billions of messages a day. This isn't a role about shipping more, faster. It's about deciding what gets built, where the architecture needs to go next, and raising the ceiling for the engineers around you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership at company scale
You take on the problems nobody has claimed yet — the ones that span squads, have no obvious owner, and would quietly cost us a year if left alone. You either solve them or get leadership aligned to.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a user, not just an engineer. You connect architectural decisions to what customers actually experience, and you can explain that connection to people who don't write Go.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Your best quarter isn't measured by what you shipped. It's measured by what the department can now do that it couldn't before.
What You'll Do
Shape the technical direction of our distributed messaging systems in Go — making the high-level architectural calls on mission-critical services where scale, cost, and reliability are all in tension
Take on ambiguous, high-stakes problems that cross squad and function boundaries, and drive them to a decision when the right answer isn't obvious to anyone yet
Build consensus on contested technical questions across teams, and communicate the tradeoffs clearly enough that senior leadership can act on them
Raise the department's bar — set quality and design standards, mentor senior engineers, and turn what you know into frameworks and documentation other teams can use without you in the room
Drive engineering process and tooling improvements that span multiple squads, not just your own
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Interview and calibrate against our career ladder, giving honest, evidence-based assessments of candidates
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
What we're looking for
10+ years building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages), including several as the person others turned to on architecture
Depth across multiple systems or domains, not just one — you've been the recognized expert in more than one place
A track record of designing for production reality: you quantify tradeoffs in throughput, cost, and reliability rather than picking a reasonable path and defending it
Experience designing observability and recovery as first-class concerns — metrics, alerting, rollback, backpressure, checkpointing — not logging added afterward
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP), with relational databases (we use MySQL) and a real understanding of performance tradeoffs
Evidence of making other engineers better: mentorship, technical writing, design review, standards that outlasted your involvement
A bias for action over perfection, and the judgment to know which decisions are worth slowing down for
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus target. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.
Application
- We review everyone with care. Tell us why you're interested.
Recruiter Call (30 mins)
- Let's chat about what you're looking for and how we work.
Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins)
- Talk with one of our hiring managers about your working style and a project you've owned end-to-end, plus a short AI-assisted coding exercise.
Architecture Interview (60 mins)
- A collaborative system design conversation focused on scaling challenges, tradeoffs, and failure modes.
Take-Home Assignment
- Complete a short, realistic task similar to what you'd work on here.
Assignment Review Call (60 mins)
- Walk us through your work and discuss tradeoffs, priorities, and how you'd iterate.
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.
