As GTM Lead — GoBTC Pay, you own go-to-market for a product at the start of its life, on both sides of a two-sided market.
Two words we use precisely here. Supply means merchants — the places where Bitcoin can be spent. They are also our paying customer, which makes them unusual: we acquire them like a client and count them like inventory. Demand means payers — the people who choose to spend Bitcoin rather than hold it. They are not our customer, and they are the harder of the two problems: the whole category has struggled for a decade with the question of why anyone would spend an appreciating asset.
You own both sides, they behave nothing alike, and part of your first quarter is establishing how much real demand exists rather than assuming it. You will build the launch playbook once and then run it market by market alongside regional BD Managers, Product and Ops. This is a senior expert role without direct reports, with unusually direct commercial line of sight.
Responsibilities
Own the category narrative for Bitcoin payments: why a merchant should accept BTC, why a customer would choose to pay with it, and why with us.
Feed market intelligence, objections and competitive insight back into Product.
Build the merchant proposition and messaging by segment and own sales enablement end to end.
Build the merchant pipeline with acquisition and activation.
Run co-marketing with live merchants and turn early adopters into reference cases and proof.
Own the payer proposition and build the payer-facing side of every market launch.
Partner with institutional partners (banks, wallets) on joint marketing in coordination with the BD team.
Define the metrics and reporting for campaigns together with analytics; run launch post-mortems and feed learnings into the next cycle.
Brief and quality-control creative and content produced by Brand & Content and Design.
Operate as the most senior GTM authority in the room: you influence decisions at executive level without formal authority, set the standard other marketers follow, and mentor without line-managing.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing / GTM in payments, acquiring, fintech infrastructure or SaaS.
You have launched a product into new markets and built the enablement that a field sales team actually used.
Strong sales-enablement craft: you can write a deck that closes and a case study that persuades a CFO.
Comfortable being the entire marketing function for a pre-revenue product for the first year — no benchmarks, no historical data, no team to delegate to, and you personally build the first version of everything.
Experience in a category-creation launch where the buyer did not yet know the product existed.
Understanding of merchant economics: settlement, chargebacks, checkout conversion, cost of acceptance.
Experience working shoulder to shoulder with BD or field sales in multiple geographies.
Intellectually honest about demand: you would rather tell us a segment does not convert than build a campaign on a hopeful assumption.
Fluent English and excellent business writing.
Nice to Have
Two-sided market or marketplace GTM experience, where supply and demand had to be sequenced rather than launched together.
Crypto payments, stablecoin settlement or digital asset experience.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Cyprus; Georgia; Poland; Spain; Serbia; Latvia

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
LangChain has strong technical credibility, a large developer community, and a lot worth saying. What we need now is someone to make sure we're saying it — consistently, strategically, and in ways that land.
We're looking for a Head of Narratives to own how LangChain shows up in the world across communications, brand, social, and design. This is a role for someone who thinks like a media company operator: always-on publishing, sharp editorial judgment, a clear point of view on the themes that matter, and a relentless focus on getting great narratives in front of the right people at the right time.
You'll lead an existing team of rockstars across brand, social, and design — each with deep expertise. Your job is to give the team a shared narrative direction, keep the output sharp and consistent, and make sure LangChain is building an audience that wants to hear from us.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the direction but you'll also be in the work — shaping editorial, giving creative feedback, and reviewing and writing. The right person is opinionated about what good looks like and hands-on enough to help get there.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Communications
- Define the themes and narratives LangChain is hitting. Spearhead the direction on what LangChain should be known for and translate that into a rolling communications strategy the whole team is working from. This is the backbone of everything else.
- Own press and media relations. Kickstart our comms efforts, building and managing relationships with key journalists and outlets, drive proactive press coverage, and act as the point of contact for inbound media inquiries.
- Shape executive visibility and thought leadership. Identify the moments, platforms, and formats where LangChain's leaders should have a voice, and help them show up with a clear, consistent point of view.
- Lead announcement strategy. Plan and execute communications around major launches, funding, partnerships, and company milestones, working cross-functionally to make sure the story lands with the right audiences at the right time.
- Set and uphold the communications standard. Define LangChain's voice in the outside world and the quality bar for anything that goes out under its name.
Brand
- Shape brand direction in close partnership with the brand lead. The brand lead focuses on brand voice, visual identity, and standards. You'll work closely together to align on where the brand is headed, what it stands for, and how it shows up — with narrative and brand informing each other rather than operating separately.
- Stay close to major brand moments. Bring a point of view on concept and messaging for out-of-home, awareness campaigns, and other brand initiatives. Work with the brand lead to make sure what we're saying and how we're showing up are pulling in the same direction.
- Make sure brand and narrative feel like one thing. The brand should feel like a natural extension of the editorial point of view, and vice versa.
Social & Rich Media
- Partner with the social lead on strategy, themes, and goals. The social lead focuses on growing LangChain's social channels and ways to amplify our content and messaging. Work together to ensure social is amplifying the themes and narratives the broader team is driving.
- Shape LangChain's rich media approach together. Work with the social lead to develop a shared point of view on how video, audio, and other formats fit into the content mix — where they build audience, where they deepen credibility, and how to build the right execution muscle over time.
- Track what's working, what's not, and use it to sharpen direction. Stay close to performance across content, comms, brand, and social to have a better sense on where to focus, what narratives are resonating, and where to double down.
Brand Design
- Lead the creative direction for brand design in close partnership with our brand designer. Own the visual vision for how LangChain looks and feels — and work day-to-day with our brand designer to translate that into execution across campaigns, content, comms, social, and brand moments.
- Be a strong creative partner. Have a real point of view on what looks right, what earns trust with a technical audience, and where the work needs to go further. Give clear direction and help the designer do their best work.
- Keep visual identity consistent across every channel. A media company looks like itself everywhere it shows up. Make sure LangChain does too.
Team Leadership
- Lead by being in it. Develop your team by being close to the work — giving useful feedback, shaping output, and raising the bar through example.
- Build the operating rhythm. Establish the rituals and shared workflows — editorial planning, cross-functional reviews, publishing cadences — that help brand, social, comms, and design operate as a unit.
- Connect narrative to the rest of the business. Translate what marketing, sales, product, and leadership need into a narrative strategy your team can execute — and keep everyone aligned as priorities shift.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to work like a media company operator. You think in publishing cadences, audience development, and narrative arcs — not just campaigns. You know what it takes to build an always-on narrative engine and keep it running at a high standard.
- Player-coach. You've led creative, comms, or content teams and know how to develop people — but you stay close to the work and make it better by being in it.
- Strong narrative instincts. You have a clear point of view on what makes a brand story work and can translate that into real direction across comms, brand, social, and design.
- Analytically grounded. You track what's working, form a view on why, and use that to make better decisions about where to focus. You connect creative work to business outcomes.
- Developer audience instincts. You understand what earns trust with technical audiences and can orient a creative team around that bar.
- Collaborative and clear. You work well with strong practitioners who own their domains — building alignment without stepping on what they own.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading narrative, brand, or comms teams at a developer-focused company
- Background in technical or developer marketing
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and the tools developers use to build
- Track record running brand campaigns, including out-of-home or awareness programs

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Production Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day operation of the event technology behind how Anthropic communicates — the all-hands, the executive presentations, the live broadcasts. You are the owner of these productions: accountable for their technical outcome from the moment a request arrives through to the follow-up after the room clears, and the technical partner our executives, events team, and communications partners rely on to make them land.
This is an operations role with engineering depth behind it. You'll work across the same technology stack as our broadcast engineering practice with your center of gravity in execution and service. You'll keep our event spaces in a state of readiness through preventative maintenance, and be the calm, capable presence that executives, comms partners, and event producers learn to trust. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.
Responsibilities
Live Event Production & Run-of-Show
Own the technical execution of live and hybrid events, from small executive presentations to company-wide all-hands broadcasts reaching thousands of participants
Serve as technical director for live productions across the full range, up to and including executive presentations and company-wide broadcasts Operate production systems during live events including video switchers, audio consoles, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders
Build and run the technical run-of-show: cue sheets, source lists, rehearsal schedules, and backup plans
Direct contractors and onsite technicians during productions, delegating clearly under time pressure
Troubleshoot and escalate complex production issues with clear diagnostic context
Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language
Handle confidentiality and access requirements for sensitive sessions, including recording and streaming controls
Event Intake, Scoping & Scheduling
Own the event technology intake process end-to-end: request triage, technical scoping conversations, and staffing
Right-size production approach to event type, translating stakeholder goals into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the constraints and scope of our team’s SLA
Take on genuinely novel events and leave a repeatable standard behind — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier than the first and repeatable by the team
Maintain the event technology calendar and coordinate coverage across the AV Operations team
Partner with Events, Internal Communications, and Workplace teams on lead times, expectations, and readiness
Support Operations & Room Health
Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps across event spaces and conference rooms
Maintain and test inventory of equipment including wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear pre event, following event production framework
Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation
Surface recurring operational pain points to AV Engineering as candidates for systemic fixes
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, live event production, or technical event support
Have owned the technical side of live productions end-to-end — not just operated a single position
Bring working fluency across event audio, video, camera, and streaming systems, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them
Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives and event producers
Bring structure to ambiguity by building systems for repeatable events
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Technical direction for corporate broadcasts, conferences, or multi-camera productions
Q-SYS DSP platform, including reading and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs
PTZ and professional camera systems, camera control units, and multi-camera workflows
Video conferencing platforms and hardware including Google Meet, Zoom Rooms, and hybrid meeting technologies
Live streaming workflows including encoders and encoding settings, contribution and delivery protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS)
Network fundamentals for AV-over-IP including multicast, VLANs, QoS, and bandwidth management
Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and building intake or request workflows within them
Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for event coverage

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As Marketing Counsel, you will be an essential legal partner to OnePay’s fast-growing marketing organization — turning ambitious, creative go-to-market ideas into launches that are compliant, ddefensible, and fast. This role will impact OnePay’s vision by providing the legal foundation for a marketing function that is a sophisticated, high-velocity engine for growth and brand awareness.
You will be the go-to counsel across a wide range of subject matters, advising the business in real time while partnering with legal teammates to draft and negotiate the agreements that make marketing run. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Design, Paid Media, and Product teams.
It is well-suited for a strategic legal operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate intensity, ambiguity, and imperfect processes with steady judgment.
This role is responsible for
- Advising across the marketing lifecycle. Serve as the primary legal partner to marketing, brand, design, paid media, and product teams, providing practical, real-time counsel that keeps creative and campaigns moving.
- Ad tech, privacy, and consumer data. Guide the responsible use of advertising technology, tracking, and consumer data — advising on the state privacy law patchwork (CCPA/CPRA and beyond), PII, targeting, and required disclosures across the ad stack.
- Social media, creators, and influencers. Structure and paper creator, influencer, and brand-collaboration relationships, advising on FTC endorsement and disclosure rules, usage and content rights, and platform terms.
- Rewards, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions. Design and review rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions, including official rules, registration and bonding, and multi-state regulatory compliance.
- Affiliate marketing. Advise on and paper affiliate and partner-marketing programs, including disclosures, tracking, and payout structures.
- Production and content development. Support production and content development end to end — talent and releases, music and licensing, rights clearances, and production and vendor agreements.
- Claim development. Partner with marketing and product on claim development — substantiation, puffery, comparative claims, and disclaimers — to keep messaging both compelling and defensible.
- Scaling with AI and better systems. Bring hands-on fluency with AI tools to accelerate contract review, marketing review workflows, knowledge management, and issue-spotting, while maintaining appropriate controls and confidentiality. Build lightweight, stage-appropriate processes and self-serve guidance that let marketing move fast and stay compliant as volume and complexity grow.
- Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
You bring
- J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- 8+ years of legal experience, including at a leading law firm and/or in-house, with at least 6 years focused on marketing, advertising, and/or ad tech law.
- Deep, hands-on command of the marketing-legal landscape: advertising and consumer-protection law (FTC Act, UDAAP), promotions and sweepstakes, endorsement and influencer rules, affiliate marketing, and advertising-related privacy (CCPA/CPRA, the state privacy patchwork, PII, and ad tech/tracking).
- A demonstrated history of working directly with C-suite and other executive leadership — influencing decisions, earning trust, and communicating clearly at the highest levels.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across agency, vendor, talent, and marketing-partnership agreements, with a strong eye for detail.
- AI-forward: proficient with AI tooling and genuinely excited to use it thoughtfully to improve the team’s velocity and quality.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
- A practical, business-first mindset with the ability to weigh legal risk in the context of product, brand, and commercial realities, and to drive toward creative, business-oriented results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Clear, concise communication across creative, technical, and non-legal audiences, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and energized by dynamic change. Low ego, high ownership, and strong collaborative instincts — no task is too big or too small.
Preferred
- Prior tech, fintech, or financial services experience, and familiarity with marketing in a regulated industry.
- In-house experience at a high-growth consumer brand or platform.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
This role focuses on building and operating the end-to-end execution, training, and data infrastructure that powers Mistral’s agentic models and coding assistants. You will be a core contributor to our agent research stack: designing scalable systems for synthetic data generation, building ultra-fast training and RL execution environments, and maintaining high-throughput execution engines.
You will tackle the engineering challenges at every step of the agent lifecycle: from orchestrating 1M+ concurrent and short-lived sandboxes for untrusted code execution to optimizing agent training codebases, distributed trajectory collection pipelines, and dataset processing workflows across massive hybrid and multi-cloud clusters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Large-Scale Sandboxing Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and operate our high-throughput sandboxing platform, executing LLM-generated untrusted code across over 1 million isolated environments concurrently for model evaluation and interactive RL environments.
- Agent Data Generation Pipelines: Architect and scale high-throughput pipelines for synthetic code generation, agent trajectories, rollouts, and self-play data collection to power post-training and RL loops.
- Training Codebase & Systems Optimization: Optimize agent training codebases and distributed execution runtimes (PyTorch, Ray, SLURM/Kubernetes) to minimize multi-step rollout overhead, improve GPU utilization, and eliminate scaling bottlenecks.
- Low-Latency Orchestration & Warm Pooling: Reduce sandbox cold-start times to sub-second levels using container warm pools, snapshot/restore technology (e.g., CRIU, microVMs), and optimized image delivery layers across hybrid clusters.
- Multi-Cluster Queueing & Resource Allocation: Implement Kubernetes-native custom controllers, CRDs, and queuing systems to dynamically route short-lived evaluation, synthetic data, and agent execution tasks across diverse hardware fleets.
- Isolation, Security & Security Boundary: Ensure strict multi-tenant network and process isolation for untrusted agent code using container/sandboxing runtimes (e.g., gVisor, Firecracker) and default-deny network postures.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high availability, telemetry, and automated self-healing across millions of transient jobs while participating in on-call rotations for critical agent training and execution pipelines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Distributed Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or MLOps supporting LLM/RL workloads.
- Data & Pipeline Engineering: Proven experience building high-throughput data processing and generation pipelines for large-scale datasets (e.g., Ray, Spark, custom distributed queues).
- Deep experience with Kubernetes & Container Tech: Strong expertise writing custom K8s operators/controllers, managing Linux cgroups/namespaces, and optimizing Docker image layers and distribution systems.
- High-Performance Software Engineering: Advanced proficiency in Python, Go, C++ or Rust, with a track record of profiling and optimizing high-performance ML or backend systems codebases.
- Sandboxing & Isolation Technologies: Hands-on experience with lightweight virtualization, container runtimes, or WASM (e.g., Docker, gVisor, Firecracker).
- Queueing & Scheduling: Deep familiarity with task queue systems, resource schedulers, and low-latency queuing architectures for high-volume, short-lived workloads.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Passion for working directly alongside AI researchers to rapidly turn frontier agent ideas into scalable, production-grade infrastructure.

This role is responsible for advancing sites through entitlement and permitting, building and maintaining relationships with municipal and county officials, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with utilities — all in support of the company's data center development pipeline. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who has been through at least one real estate development from land acquisition to entitlement and is excited to apply that experience to the data center industry.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support site entitlement efforts, including zoning, platting, land use approvals, and other local governmental approvals required to advance data center sites.
Serve as the company's primary point of contact with municipalities, counties, city councils, county commissioners, and other public officials on assigned projects.
Build and maintain working relationships with mayors, city managers, county judges, and municipal/county staff.
Prepare and deliver presentations to city councils, commissioners' courts, planning and zoning boards, and other public bodies.
Identify, evaluate, and help acquire permits required for site development, including building permits and entrance/access permits, and coordinate with public works and TxDOT/county road authorities as needed.
Coordinate with utility providers (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom/fiber) to confirm capacity, service availability, and extension requirements for prospective sites.
Support land acquisition efforts, including sourcing prospective sites, negotiating with landowners, and structuring purchase and option agreements.
Apply working knowledge of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights to identify and help resolve mineral, surface, and lease issues affecting site control.
Understand and help manage the basics of real estate contracts, title work, and the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel, title companies, and surveyors as needed.
Understand the basics of handling claims that may arise during due diligence, construction, or site development (e.g., title, boundary, or contractor-related claims), and know when and how to escalate them internally.
Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders — leadership, legal, engineering, and construction teams — on project status, risks, and timelines.
Develop working knowledge of data center development requirements (power, fiber, water, site criteria) and apply that knowledge to site selection and entitlement strategy.
Travel within the Lubbock region and broader Texas market as needed to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in at least one completed development project from acquisition through entitlement (commercial or residential); OR equivalent experience as a landman.
Demonstrated experience entitling property and working directly with municipalities, city councils, county commissioners, or other public officials.
Comfortable and experienced presenting to public bodies, boards, and internal leadership.
Working understanding of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they can affect a real estate transaction or site.
Basic understanding of real estate purchase contracts, title, and the closing process.
Experience negotiating with landowners and/or sellers in a land acquisition context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external officials and internal stakeholders alike.
Willingness and genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of data center development.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Bonus Points:
Commercial real estate development experience strongly preferred over residential.
Prior experience acquiring or coordinating utility, building, or entrance permits.
Existing relationships with officials or staff in Waco and surrounding municipalities/counties.
Familiarity with the basics of handling title, boundary, or construction-related claims.
Background in energy, land, or infrastructure-related real estate (landman, oil & gas land experience, utility right-of-way, etc.).
NOTE:
This position is based in Waco, Texas, with regular local travel and periodic travel elsewhere in Texas to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.

Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Software Engineer, L3.
About the job
The Compliance Experiences team sits at the heart of the Twilio platform, owning two critical domains: Phone Numbers and Compliance (KYC).
In 2026, "getting a phone number" is no longer a simple API call; it requires sophisticated orchestration across global phone number inventory, real-time identity verification, regulatory compliance, and operational tooling at massive scale.
Twilio’s KYC Platform, the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs, enables customers to securely provision and operate communication services globally while navigating complex, constantly evolving regulatory requirements.
As a Software Engineer (L3), you will be a key technical contributor driving the feature design, execution, and operational health of platform services that process millions of requests. You will build scalable, high-performance solutions while working closely with engineering partners across Twilio to ensure alignment. Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into precise technical specifications, developer-first APIs, and seamless application workflows.
EMPOWER OTHERS:
Mentor and uplift junior engineers (L1–L2), onboard new team members, and foster a collaborative environment through constructive code reviews, tech talks, and technical guidance.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE:
Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities within team services. Fully own on-call responsibilities, driving incident resolution and following through with durable root-cause remediation.
WRITE IT DOWN:
Articulate technical designs, system trade-offs, and operational runbooks clearly to your team and cross-functional partners through high-quality design documents, RFCs, and thorough documentation.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join our Data Intelligence team and build the measurement foundation that tells us what's actually working across paid and PLG channels. You'll work closely with Marketing, Growth, and channel owners, helping us move past platform-reported metrics and vanity numbers into causal, trusted answers about what drives pipeline and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments, is AI-forward in how they work, and is excited about building a measurement function from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Marketing Measurement Strategy
- Own the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy across experimentation, media mix modeling, and attribution for paid and PLG channels
- Establish and evolve the attribution framework: how platform data, multi-touch attribution, MMM, and experiments work together to inform decisions
- Translate complex measurement outputs into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to cut, and how to hit pipeline, revenue, and efficiency targets (CAC, payback, LTV to CAC)
- Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing measurement, educating stakeholders on causality, model uncertainty, and the limitations of platform-reported metrics
Incrementality and Experimentation
- Design and run always-on incrementality tests, user-level and geo-level, to quantify the causal impact of key channels, campaigns, and tactics
- Calculate incremental lift, incrementality percent, and incremental ROAS/CPA, and use these to guide budget reallocation
- Build repeatable analysis templates and playbooks for experiment design, analysis, and readouts so results are consistent across teams
- Partner with channel owners (paid search, paid social, lifecycle, website/SEO) to build and prioritize a experimentation roadmap, embedding it into campaign planning, creative testing, and audience strategy
Media Mix Modeling and Forecasting
- Build and maintain media mix models using historical data to estimate channel contribution, marginal returns, and optimal budget allocation
- Incorporate seasonality, adstock, and saturation effects, and continuously validate model performance through backtesting and reconciliation with experiment results
- Turn MMM insights into budget scenarios and forecasts across channels and regions, communicated in a way non-technical stakeholders can act on
Context, Tooling, and Data Integrity
- Own and build the context and skills that let marketing teams run accurate self-serve analytics: metric definitions, model documentation, and reusable analysis patterns, not just dashboards
- Use AI tools as a core part of daily work to accelerate analysis and go deeper than a traditional analyst workflow allows, and help establish AI-forward practices across the marketing org
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in marketing data (tracking, spend, platform exports) and work cross-functionally to fix them at the root rather than patching around them downstream
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 6+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or a related role, with a focus on performance marketing and/or PLG growth
- Deeply understand marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling, and how they complement each other rather than compete
- Are advanced in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R) for experiment analysis and modeling
- Have hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments across digital marketing channels: search, social, display, email, in-product
- Have built or worked closely with MMM and/or advanced attribution models, ideally in a consumption or BaaS environment
- Have strong business acumen and fluency in growth metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, funnel performance
- Think in terms of self-service and scale: your instinct is to build tools and frameworks that make marketing teams independently capable, not to become the bottleneck for every "did this work" question
- Can hold technical and strategic context at once: you're as comfortable in a model's residuals as you are in a conversation about budget tradeoffs
- Are AI-forward in how you work: you use LLMs and AI tooling habitually and have a clear point of view on how it changes what an analyst can do
- Communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders and know how to make causal nuance land in a business conversation
- Thrive in async, autonomous environments and are energized by building a measurement function from the ground up
Nice to Haves
- Experience in BaaS, DevRel or open source dev tool companies, connecting marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience with applied econometrics, time-series modeling, or Bayesian methods for MMM and experimentation
- Familiarity with common marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, web analytics, CDPs, BI/visualization tools)
