ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a commercially driven, analytically sharp, and results-oriented Account Manager to join the Xsolla Offerwall team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the advertiser side of a premium rewarded inventory network at the intersection of mobile gaming, user acquisition, and advertising technology. The best candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and is passionate about helping game studios achieve their acquisition goals through performance-driven advertising.
In this client-facing role, you'll build and grow relationships with gaming studios and UA teams, optimizing campaign performance and ensuring partners get measurable results through Xsolla's Offerwall. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers, translating data into actionable strategies, and collaborate closely with Xsolla's product, operations, and technical teams to continuously improve the partner experience.
Strong account management skills, a deep familiarity with mobile gaming and performance advertising, and the ability to balance day-to-day campaign management with long-term partner growth will be key to your success. If you're energized by the intersection of gaming and performance marketing and love building meaningful advertiser relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services designed to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla has helped over 1,500+ game developers reach more players and grow their businesses around the world.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Ownership
Own a portfolio of strategic advertiser and demand-side accounts running high-value user acquisition campaigns on the Xsolla Offerwall, serving as the senior point of contact for both day-to-day management and long-term strategic growth.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and by leading the onboarding of new, high-priority demand partners aligned with Xsolla's publisher network.
Act as a trusted advisor to UA and monetization leadership at partner studios, providing senior-level guidance on budget allocation, creative strategy, targeting, and bid optimization within the Offerwall environment.
Problem Solving & Diagnostics
Serve as the escalation point for the most complex, ambiguous account issues — performance anomalies with no obvious cause, cross-functional breakdowns, or conflicts between partner expectations and platform capabilities — and drive them to resolution.
Approach every issue methodically: isolate variables, form and test hypotheses against the data, and distinguish root causes from surface-level symptoms before recommending a fix.
Monitor campaign performance closely, using KPIs such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV to diagnose issues, surface insights, and recommend optimizations that improve outcomes for advertisers.
Anticipate risk before it materializes — using pattern recognition from past account issues to flag potential problems proactively and build safeguards into partner strategies.
Coach and support other account managers in developing a structured, diagnostic approach to partner problems, raising the problem-solving bar across the team
Strategy & Cross-Functional Influence
Develop and present data-driven business reviews, campaign recaps, and growth roadmaps that translate performance metrics and problem resolutions into clear, executive-ready strategies for partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Xsolla's product, operations, and technical teams to relay partner feedback, resolve campaign blockers, and directly influence the product roadmap based on patterns observed across your account portfolio.
Stay current on trends in mobile user acquisition, rewarded advertising, and the broader AdTech landscape, and translate those trends into forward-looking recommendations for partners and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple high-value accounts and competing priorities simultaneously, consistently delivering results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
5+ years in account management, sales, or business development within AdTech, mobile advertising, user acquisition, or a related performance marketing field, with a track record of managing strategic or high-value accounts.
Demonstrated history of growing advertiser accounts, exceeding revenue targets, and managing complex client relationships end-to-end, including through periods of ambiguity or account distress.
Problem-Solving Mindset
A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to ambiguity — able to break down a messy, undefined problem into testable pieces rather than waiting for someone else to define the issue.
Proven track record of resolving complex, cross-functional issues independently, with sound judgment on when to dig in personally versus when to mobilize the right internal stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about "why" — treats every escalation or performance dip as a question to be answered with data, not just a ticket to be closed.
Resilience and resourcefulness when the first solution doesn't work; iterates quickly and knows how to course-correct without losing partner confidence.
Comfortable being the person others turn to when a problem doesn't have a clear owner or an obvious answer.
Analytical Strength
Comfortable working with performance data and KPIs including CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV, using them not just to report performance but to drive root-cause diagnosis.
Able to diagnose campaign performance issues, interpret trends, and translate data into concrete, strategic recommendations for partners.
Proficient in tools such as Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM platforms.
Industry Knowledge
Deep understanding of mobile user acquisition strategies, rewarded advertising mechanics, and performance marketing models.
Strong familiarity with the gaming publisher and advertiser ecosystem, including how game studios approach UA spend, retention, and LTV optimization.
Experience with offerwalls or rewarded ad networks strongly preferred.
Communication & Collaboration
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and problem resolutions clearly to both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams to deliver for clients and drive issues to closure.
Skilled at building trust with partners and maintaining long-term relationships grounded in accountability, transparency, and results — especially when the news isn't good.
Mindset
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercially oriented — takes full ownership of outcomes and thrives with minimal oversight.
Views obstacles as puzzles to be solved rather than blockers to be escalated.
Comfortable managing multiple high-stakes accounts and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Curious and growth-focused, with a genuine interest in the intersection of gaming and performance advertising, and a desire to mentor others.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. Confirm deal readiness and serve as the gatekeeper to validate transaction viability from Letter of Intent (LOI) through lease execution, ensuring all predevelopment, planning, technical and business requirements are met before commitment
Partner with landlords and developers post-deal to serve as Anthropic's primary point of contact, coordinating across internal stakeholders, tracking construction progress, and facilitating critical information exchange between development partners and Anthropic stakeholders
Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions required by partners during the development process, ensuring our infrastructure requirements are met while maintaining strong partnerships
Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with heavy focus on engagement across networking and deployment teams, enabling rapid workload turn-ups and minimizing time-to-production
Prepare and present regular executive reporting on progress versus plan for facility development, supporting forward capacity planning and strategic decision-making
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing blockers that could impact timeline, cost, or technical requirements
Develop and refine standardized processes and playbooks for facility delivery, driving continuous improvement as Anthropic scales its infrastructure footprint
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in the highest level of site leadership managing data center delivery, construction projects, or infrastructure deployment at scale within Australia. You won’t have a big direct team to delegate too but will instead be able to treat the entire cross functional organizations at a jobsite as your team.
Have a strong understanding of the end to end (dirt to delivery) data center development process to include entitlements and permitting, planning and supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover. You are not an administrator but an active player in the arena comfortable making decisions and guiding delivery execution without the need to consult across multiple external parties.
You should understand the nuances of data center design and construction in Australia- who the players are, what contractual norms get in the way of speed of delivery, how teams can be incentivized to build and deliver faster than normal.
In this role you will often be on an island and responsible for your own destiny. You will have free reign to develop your own approaches with the mission guidance being your only bounds.
It's a bonus if you:
Understand AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including high-density power and advanced cooling systems
Have had leadership positions (General Superintendent, Project Manager) within a GC or EPC on hyperscale data center projects or in self performance of hyperscale data center development projects.
Prioritize extreme ownership and have the ability to create winning cultures across diverse job sites.
Are deeply familiar with lease negotiations, construction contracts, or real estate development processes and have strategies to move those arrangements from traditionally transaction and risk managed arrangements to collaborative efforts that align incentives around accelerated delivery of facilities.
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Credit Engineering team builds the systems that enable Ramp to manage credit lifecycles for businesses end-to-end, from initial underwriting through ongoing portfolio strategy optimization. If you are obsessed with correctness, excited by ambiguity, and passionate about problems at the intersection of distributed systems and financial strategy, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect scalable, stateful systems for automated limit management to optimize Ramp’s charge card portfolio.
- Envision and build the next generation of agents and tools that automate manual credit decisions and increase operational efficiency.
- Develop high-volume, low-latency risk controls to support Ramp’s expansion into new products, customer segments, and geographies.
- Design and build real-time decisioning systems spanning the entirety of a business's credit lifecycle on Ramp.
- Partner closely with analysts, data scientists, and product to translate risk strategies into reliable software.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python or a comparable backend language.
- Experience working with distributed systems and async frameworks.
- Proficiency with converting abstract business problems into robust data models and technical specs.
- Experience building or operating systems with strict auditability, observability, and correctness guarantees.
- High ownership mentality – you care deeply about the systems you build.
- Ability to work closely with non-engineering partners (Risk Strategy, Ops, Sales) to create impact.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience leveraging AI/LLMs for development or for internal workflows.
- Interest in financial optimization problems.
- Willingness to learn and move fast while holding the bar on correctness.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Director of Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting
Location: Remote, US
Compensation: $220,000 to $240,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced leader to own the strategy, execution, and growth of our
North American
Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting (DE&TH) operations.
While you will align with the DE&TH Director on the overarching 18-month vision, you will have autonomy to drive the operational tempo and outcomes for your region. You will provide weekly supervision to focus on scaling the team, managing regional hiring/budgeting, and serving as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering.
You will manage a team of technical practitioners. Your mission is to operationalize our "hunt-to-detect" feedback loop at scale, ensuring that our detection portfolio matures in lock-step with our platform's growth, while collaborating with your counterparts in other regions to ensure a seamless, 24/7 global defense.
Responsibilities:
Regional Operational Leadership:
Own the execution of the DE&TH mission for the North America region. You will translate global strategic goals into actionable regional roadmaps, ensuring that our NA-based hunters and engineers are focused on the highest-value threats.
Team Scaling & Talent Strategy:
Manage and grow a team of practitioners. You are responsible for the region's hiring strategy, capacity modeling, and performance management. You will mentor up to Staff and Principal practitioners, helping them navigate technical leadership paths.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Strategize with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Security.
Global Collaboration:
Partner closely with regional managers in EMEA/APAC to ensure consistent standards, seamless handoffs, and shared knowledge. You will ensure that "how we hunt" in North America contributes to and benefits from our global ecosystem, preventing regional silos.
Incident Command:
Serve as the senior leadership point of contact for DE&TH during North American business hours. During high-impact security incidents or mass exploitation events, you will provide calm, strategic direction to the team and effective communication to executive stakeholders.
Efficacy & Accountability:
You are responsible for the results of the NA region. You will track and report on key performance indicators and drive systemic improvements when metrics deviate from our standards.
What You Bring To The Team:
Proven Management Experience:
5+ years of experience leading technical security teams (Detection Engineering, Hunting, or IR), with specific experience managing distributed or remote teams.
Strategic Mindset:
You can balance local autonomy with global alignment. You know how to run your region as a business unit—managing resources and priorities—while adhering to global standards.
Technical Gravity:
While you are less involved in day-to-day coding than a Team Lead, you possess the technical depth to guide Staff/Principal Engineers. You understand "Detection-as-Code" principles, adversary tradecraft, and can adjudicate complex technical disagreements.
Advocacy & Communication:
You are a skilled advocate for your team. You can effectively communicate the value of proactive hunting to non-technical stakeholders and negotiate with Product/Engineering for the tooling and telemetry your team needs to succeed.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office

If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on
Product Manager
to join our hardware team (R&D). You will take full ownership of our interactive haptic device - from defining product vision, features, and go-to-market strategy to building a robust distribution network and delivering the product to customers worldwide.
What You Will Do

Lead all communication, negotiation, and documentation with manufacturing partners, managing the factory relationship independently
Oversee production cycles, certifications, regulatory compliance, and quality control across markets (China, US, Europe)
Manage logistics end-to-end: from factory to end consumer - across direct sales and distribution partners
Build and execute distribution strategies across online, retail, and direct channels
Orchestrate inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency, including accessories and SKU lifecycle
Monitor product performance post-launch (sales, returns, defects, customer feedback) and drive continuous improvement including after-sales and reverse logistics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, channel readiness, and alignment on pricing and availability
Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions, including travel to key markets
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience owning product delivery from development through launch, ideally for hardware or consumer electronics
Strong expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and sales in US/EU markets.
Proven negotiation skills: able to secure favorable terms with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
Strategic, technical, and operational thinker: capable of managing end-to-end product delivery.
Experience managing documentation, regulatory compliance, and the full product pipeline from development to delivery.
