Location: Limassol, Cyprus Workplace: hybrid We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team. As Senior Operational Risk Analyst, you will be a core member of Capital.com's risk function, reporting to the Head of Risk Management. You will run the operational risk cycle across the Group's Cyprus-regulated investment firms: the risk register, the business-wide risk assessment, the RCSA, the operational risk event register, and relevant reporting. ICT and digital operational resilience under DORA sit alongside that work, with framework direction and regulatory sign-off set by the Head of Risk. Responsibilities: Operational Risk Framework and RCSA: Run the risk register, business-wide risk assessment and risk and control self-assessment cycles for each entity: collect and challenge first-line input, score likelihood and impact, assess control effectiveness, and carry each risk from inherent through to residual. Operational Risk Event Management: Maintain the operational risk event register: capture and classify events against the risk taxonomy, complete root-cause analysis, identify repeat patterns, and track first-line remediation through to closure. Operational Risk Reporting: Produce the monthly operational risk event report and the operational risk sections of the Risk Committee pack. Monitor key risk indicators against stated appetite and flag adverse trends before a threshold is reached. ICARA Contribution: Provide the operational risk input to the ICARA for each entity: loss data, scenario analysis, and the operational risk element of the additional own funds and liquidity assessment. Control Assessment and Testing: Test whether controls work rather than whether they exist: query platform and warehouse data directly to evidence risk positions, assess control performance, and substantiate event impact instead of relying on first-line summaries. DORA and ICT Resilience: Support delivery of the DORA programme across each regulated entity: maintain the ICT risk management artefacts, prepare the material for the ICT risk workstream, and track remediation actions through to closure, under the direction of the Head of Risk. ICT Incident Classification and Reporting: Prepare major-incident assessments against the DORA classification criteria. CT Third-Party and Outsourcing Risk: Carry out vendor and outsourcing risk assessments, prepare critical-or-important-function assessments, and track concentration across ICT service providers. Assurance Support: Prepare responses to internal audit findings, external readiness reviews and supervisory observations, assemble the supporting evidence, and track action dates with the owners. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Legal and Finance so that risk outputs land in the governance process and escalate on the right trigger. Requirements: At least 3 years in risk management within a regulated financial services environment, with a material part of it in operational risk: investment firm, bank, payment institution, or a consulting or audit practice serving them. Hands-on experience running operational risk framework cycles, including the risk register, business-wide risk assessment and RCSA, with likelihood and impact scoring, control effectiveness assessment and the inherent-to-residual step. Experience managing an operational risk event register: capture, classification against a taxonomy, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking with first-line owners. Experience producing operational risk reporting and governance deliverables that reach a committee, a board or a supervisor, including key risk indicators measured against stated appetite, and readiness to own them as you grow into the role. Working knowledge of DORA (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554), with exposure to at least one area: ICT risk management artefacts, incident classification and reporting, ICT third-party risk and the register of information, or resilience testing. An organised approach to tracking regulatory developments across CySEC, ESMA and the EBA, and the ability to set out what a new rule means for the firm. A degree in a numerate discipline: economics, finance, mathematics, engineering or similar. CySEC Advanced certification, or willingness to obtain it, is an advantage, as is an operational risk, operational resilience or information security certification. Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do. Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. What you'll do As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai Lead, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers, from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. We believe the best leaders stay hands-on and close to the work. You'll sit at the intersection of product, building agents, and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for and the team you lead. - Lead the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Our leads operate as ICs for their first 2-4 months at Sierra, then evolve into the lead role, all while continuing to take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production. You'll both build directly and guide your team through the full lifecycle, coaching strategists to set and maintain the standard for ADLC best practices. You'll ensure agents launch on time, meet customer needs, and measurably move the customer's business. - Build the team as you build the business. You’ll take on two kinds of leadership: serving as the senior sponsor on our key customer deployments, and managing a team of strategists. You'll drive how the strategist function grows, from hiring and onboarding to defining what success looks like. - Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and actively build/shape the AI strategy that gets them there. You'll develop your team to do the same. - Guide delivery with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot agents as issues come up, and coach your team to make the calls that keep every build on track for launch. You'll be accountable for delivery quality and customer impact across your team's portfolio. - Shape the future of the product. Your team's direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to influence where Sierra goes next. What you'll bring - Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers, understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships, plus the ability to develop that muscle in others. - Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences. - Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and guide teams through fast-changing, ambiguous environments. - A leadership style that comes from being hands-on. You blend high standards with empathy, fostering both speed and quality across your team. - Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts (reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion). - Ownership and delivery. A track record of running, as well as leading teams that run, multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes. - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business. Even better... - Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering), working closely with technical counterparts. - Background as a founder, product or strategy leader, or startup operator with high ownership and urgency. - Experience managing teams in product, consulting, solutions, or other customer-facing roles. OUR VALUES - Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work. - Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it. - Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve. - Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time. - Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements. WHAT WE OFFER We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees: - Flexible (unlimited) paid time off - Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family - Life insurance and disability benefits - Retirement plan dependent on country of employment - Parental leave - Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot - Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized - Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most - Free alphorn lessons These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. BE YOU, WITH US We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
Location: Austin, in-person Director of Growth Marketing Location: Austin, TX — In Office Department: Marketing Reports To: CRO About inKind inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants. We're entering our next stage of growth, with significant opportunities to improve how we acquire, engage, retain, and monetize customers while building inKind into a recognized consumer brand. We're looking for a Director of Marketing who is a builder and an operator — someone who can turn growth opportunities into working programs, launch new initiatives, optimize existing channels, and create repeatable systems that drive measurable results. The Role The Director of Marketing will lead the execution and optimization of inKind's marketing initiatives across consumer lifecycle, subscriptions, performance marketing, brand, and partner acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, technical fluency, and a bias toward action. You'll work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, build solutions, launch campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve results. We are not looking for someone who simply develops strategies, manages agencies, or oversees campaign calendars. We want someone who understands how modern marketing systems work, can get into the details of execution, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable business outcomes. Three immediate priorities will define the role: Transform lifecycle marketing: Move inKind from calendar-driven, ad hoc campaigns to automated, behavior-based customer engagement that increases activation, frequency, retention, and lifetime value. Launch and scale consumer subscriptions: Build and execute the go-to-market, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs needed to establish a successful subscription business. Integrate brand into B2B performance marketing: Evolve inKind's transaction-focused restaurant acquisition channels by incorporating stronger brand storytelling, differentiated positioning, and creative that builds trust while improving commercial performance. Beyond these priorities, you'll continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, customer experience, and growth. What You'll Own Build an Automated Lifecycle Marketing Engine Lead the transition from one-off, calendar-driven campaigns to a scalable, automated lifecycle marketing operation. Audit existing customer communications, journeys, segmentation, and engagement performance to identify gaps and opportunities. Build and execute automated customer journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, repeat usage, retention, and reactivation. Use behavioral data, transaction history, customer preferences, and predictive signals to trigger relevant, personalized communications. Work directly with Braze, Snowflake, and internal teams to improve audience segmentation, orchestration, and campaign automation. Develop testing frameworks across messaging, creative, timing, offers, and channels. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automated agents to improve personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization. Establish clear performance dashboards and continuously improve conversion, engagement, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value. The outcome: A lifecycle marketing engine that consistently drives customer behavior and revenue without relying on constant manual campaign creation. Lead the Launch and Growth of Consumer Subscriptions Own the marketing execution behind the introduction and scaling of inKind's consumer subscription offering. Partner with Product, Finance, Data, and Engineering to develop and execute the subscription go-to-market plan. Translate the subscription value proposition into clear positioning, messaging, creative, and customer-facing experiences. Build the acquisition strategy across existing users, paid channels, referrals, restaurant partnerships, and owned media. Develop conversion journeys that move existing inKind customers into paid subscriptions. Execute subscription onboarding, activation, engagement, renewal, and retention programs. Test pricing presentation, promotional offers, trial structures, messaging, and conversion flows in partnership with Product. Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments based on behavior, frequency, and potential subscription value. Monitor subscriber acquisition cost, conversion, activation, churn, retention, and subscription lifetime value. Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase subscriber engagement through automated lifecycle programs. The outcome: A successfully launched subscription offering with a repeatable, measurable acquisition and retention engine. Bring Brand Storytelling Into B2B Performance Marketing Evolve inKind's existing restaurant acquisition marketing from primarily transaction-focused messaging into a more differentiated, brand-led growth channel. Evaluate current B2B paid acquisition campaigns, messaging, creative, audiences, and funnel performance. Develop compelling stories that communicate why restaurants partner with inKind, beyond the immediate financial transaction. Build campaigns that highlight restaurant success stories, operator experiences, hospitality expertise, and the broader value of the inKind platform. Work with Sales and Business Development to understand restaurant decision-making, objections, and buying motivations. Introduce brand-led creative and messaging into existing paid channels without sacrificing lead generation performance. Develop and execute structured tests comparing transactional, educational, and brand-led messaging. Build content and creative that can be reused across paid acquisition, landing pages, email, sales enablement, and partner communications. Improve conversion through stronger positioning, creative testing, audience targeting, and landing-page optimization. Measure the impact of brand-led marketing on lead quality, acquisition efficiency, conversion, and partner engagement. The outcome: A more differentiated and effective B2B acquisition engine that strengthens inKind's brand while continuing to deliver measurable commercial results. Drive Consumer Growth and Marketing Performance Own the continuous improvement of inKind's consumer acquisition and engagement programs. Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the customer journey. Build and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, referral, partnership, and owned channels. Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute experiments across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, and conversion experiences. Work with Product to improve customer journeys and reduce friction in the app and purchase experience. Identify opportunities to use inKind's restaurant network as an acquisition and engagement channel. Allocate marketing resources toward initiatives demonstrating the strongest incremental impact. Maintain clear accountability for customer acquisition cost, conversion, frequency, retention, and lifetime value. Build Scalable Marketing Systems and Automation Help modernize how Marketing operates by reducing manual processes and improving the speed and effectiveness of execution. Identify repetitive marketing activities that can be automated or simplified. Leverage Braze, Snowflake, AI tools, and other technologies to improve campaign execution and decision-making. Partner with Engineering and Data to improve the availability and use of customer data. Develop reusable campaign frameworks, audience segments, reporting dashboards, and experimentation processes. Introduce AI-driven workflows where they can meaningfully improve productivity, personalization, or performance. Create processes that allow the marketing function to execute more effectively as the business scales. Lead Marketing Execution and Cross-Functional Delivery Take ownership of delivering marketing initiatives from initial concept through execution and optimization. Translate business priorities into clear marketing initiatives with defined owners, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Lead and develop marketing team members while remaining directly involved in execution. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to remove blockers and deliver results. Manage agencies, creative resources, vendors, and marketing technology partners where appropriate. Establish clear operating rhythms for campaign planning, execution, experimentation, and performance reviews. Maintain visibility into what is working, what is not, and where the team should focus next. Balance longer-term marketing improvements with immediate commercial priorities. Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience, including experience owning and executing growth initiatives. Experience within a high-growth consumer technology, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, subscription, or e-commerce business. Demonstrated success building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs. Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Braze or similar. Experience launching or scaling consumer products, subscription offerings, membership programs, or recurring-revenue initiatives. Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion optimization, customer segmentation, retention, and LTV. Ability to use data and analytics tools to evaluate customer behavior and marketing performance. Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement marketing initiatives. Demonstrated ability to develop and test brand-led creative within performance marketing channels. Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing resources. Strong communication, prioritization, and project execution skills. Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, AI-powered marketing workflows, or other technical marketing capabilities is a plus. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist who is deeply product-minded and highly proactive. This is not a role for someone who waits for perfectly defined questions or works in isolation. We are looking for someone who actively looks at our data, understands our customers’ pain points, identifies opportunities, and pushes ideas forward. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. Your work will directly power customer-facing features such as LTV prediction, experimentation and statistical significance, benchmarking, and entirely new data-driven products we have not built yet. You will be expected to bring ideas to the table, backed by analysis and clear hypotheses, and to influence product direction through data. Our data stack includes a Python backend, PostgreSQL production databases, Snowflake, dbt, and AWS. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Proactively explore RevenueCat’s data to identify customer problems, opportunities, and product bets. - Translate ambiguous product and business problems and questions into clear analyses, models, and recommendations. - Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps, not just execute on them. - Design, build, and ship production-grade predictive and descriptive models that power customer-facing features. - Define and evaluate statistical approaches for experimentation, benchmarking, and forecasting. - Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on customer impact. - Continuously iterate on shipped models and features based on real-world usage and feedback. This role has real ownership. You will not just support decisions, you will help drive them. ABOUT YOU You are a Senior Data Scientist who cares deeply about impact and product outcomes. From a skills perspective, you bring: - 5+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist. - Strong SQL skills and comfort with data modeling. - Experience building and deploying predictive and descriptive models in production. - Experience writing or collaborating on production-ready Python code. - A solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, ideally including Bayesian approaches. - The ability to clearly explain complex ideas and results to broad audiences. You recognize yourself in several of these: - You are highly proactive and opinionated, and you are comfortable pushing ideas forward. - You enjoy working with messy, real-world data and imperfect information. - You care more about creating customer value than academic elegance. - You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists. - You enjoy working closely with Product teams and influencing decisions. - You are excited by the consumer subscription ecosystem and curious about how developers make money. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL: - Understand our data models. - Get to know the team. - Ramp up on the ongoing data feature work. - Implement and ship your first project. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Meaningfully contribute to shipping a data feature to thousands of developers. - Learn the basics of incident response, and be part of the on-call rotation. - Work with our Product, Analytics and Engineering teams to improve our data pipelines for data science features. - Launch your own explorations into our data to fulfill your own curiosity. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Own one or more core data-powered features end to end. - Influence the data feature roadmap with clear, data-backed proposals. - Be a go-to partner for product teams on data-driven decision making. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Propose and lead entirely new data-driven product initiatives. - Push the boundaries of how RevenueCat uses data to help developers grow revenue. - Help shape how data science operates at RevenueCat as the function grows. WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. We want to be sure that everyone we bring on is genuinely excited about this work, aligned with how we operate, and ready to meet our high bar for performance. Curious what that actually looks like? We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot. Every year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come! Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re building something game-changing at Circle: a discovery marketplace where millions can find creators, communities, and products to help them achieve their highest personal and professional goals. You’ll own generating and growing the demand engine for the Discover marketplace https://circle.so/discover. Think of a Pinterest, Reddit or Instagram-style product, reimagined with a mission to help people achieve their goals instead of distracting them with endless doom scrolling. Through Discover, you will be building technology that could help millions of people grow, self-actualize, and live their best lives. As the Growth Lead for Discover https://circle.so/discover, you’ll report directly to the GM of Discover and work closely with Circle's co-founders to bring this vision to life. Day to day you'll work with the product team for Discover, our paid media team, data team, brand and design studio, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and more. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in any North American time zone. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Own growth for the Discover marketplace. Drive traffic to Discover, experiment with how consumers find and engage with Discover, and grow its GMV and transaction volume. - A/B testing and experimentation. Run experiments to better acquire, engage, and retain traffic. Test what people see when they arrive on Discover, the algorithms behind recommendations, and marketplace structure. - Build Circle's end-to-end lifecycle email programs. Build the acquisition funnel for Discover by setting up a recommendations newsletter, creating offers to acquire subscribers, and developing email programs to turn visitors into repeat buyers. - Build an SEO program. Grow Discover's organic surfaces and SEO / AEO across product pages and distribution partnerships with the creators already building on Circle. - Drive creator success on the marketplace. Help creators listed on Discover succeed by sending them buyers who convert and stay, diagnosing which categories generate traffic but underconvert, and applying those learnings across the marketplace. - Build the team's reporting. Track funnel performance by category, cohort retention of Discover-sourced members, and what individual creators earn from the marketplace, and own reporting on performance and recommendations to leadership. - Help shape and execute Discover's growth strategy. Partner with the GM of Discover and co-founders to shape growth priorities and collaborate with the product team to evolve the product. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL - A track record of owning a revenue or GMV number across multiple channels at one time, where you were able to grow the number and deliver real results. Ideally, you can walk us through what moved the number, what worked, and what you got wrong. This matters a lot more to us than your title or how many years you've been doing this. - Experience with email and lifecycle marketing, including building a program from scratch. You should have a clear view of what it should be judged on beyond opens and clicks. - Experience acquiring email subscribers profitably and growing their value over time. This mechanic is going to be key here: bring someone in for less than they'll eventually spend, then earning more from them by delivering real value to both them and the creator. - Comfortable being hands-on as a player-coach. This includes writing the emails, building the pages, talking to the creators, setting up reporting, and reading the results yourself. - Deep understanding of marketplaces and/or businesses with strong network effects. Ideally, you’re someone who obsesses about marketplace network effects, and shows strong judgment and opinions on growing the demand side of a marketplace. - Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning). - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent https://englishonline.britishcouncil.org/free-english-level-test-cefr-2/), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year. We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Principal, Product Analytics who loves getting to the bottom of things. You'll do the deep investigative and technical work that explains why users and customers behave the way they do, and turn it into decisions that change the product and the business. We're building a more proactive data function, and this role is its deep-investigation engine. You'll take ambiguous, high-stakes questions about user behaviour and customer experience and follow them wherever the data leads, across acquisition, activation, usage and the wider customer journey. You'll work hands-on and independently, partnering with Product Managers, engineering managers and commercial teams, and working alongside a VP of Growth who will set the function's direction and build the team. Your findings will inform experiments, the roadmap and company strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Go looking for what nobody asked about. This is the heart of the role. You'll notice when something looks off in a funnel, a cohort or a metric, disappear into it, and come back with a product issue, a cost leak or an opportunity nobody was looking for. You set much of your own agenda, and you don't wait for a request to start digging. - Lead deep investigations into user behaviour and customer experience across product and non-product touchpoints, including support, customer success and sales. - Find where activation breaks. Identify failure points in the user journey, including those that could become productised capabilities. - Understand acquisition and intent. Dig into acquisition channels, user use cases and what people are actually trying to achieve. - Do rigorous causal and statistical work. Go beyond correlation with regression, causal analysis and well-designed experiments, and be clear about what the evidence does and doesn't support. - Build models that drive action. Apply data science to real business problems, such as churn modelling that can trigger real-time product action, and explain clearly how models are applied and what impact they have. - Analyse unstructured and AI-specific data. Work with agent-user conversations, context layers and evaluation systems alongside structured product data. - Size opportunities. Produce market opportunity sizing that helps the business prioritise. - Measure how we build. Partner with engineering managers on organisational productivity metrics. - Communicate for impact. Translate findings into clear recommendations for product teams, management and executives. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVES - Deep product analytics experience across growth and broader product areas, with a record of investigations that changed decisions. - Data science and modelling experience, and the ability to explain how you applied it and what business impact it had. - Strong grounding in correlation, regression and causal analysis. - A proactive approach. You surface insights and shape the agenda rather than working to a brief. - Genuine curiosity. You notice what looks off and dig until you understand why. - Clear communication with management and executives about business impact, simplifying complex analysis into actionable recommendations. PREFERRED - Experience with unstructured data. - Experience at an AI-native company, or with the added data complexity AI products bring. - Understanding of subscription businesses. - Understanding of the PLG motions in a B2B space. BONUS POINTS IF YOU'VE… - Worked on multi-product platforms where upsells, cross-sells and bundling were a key revenue driver. - Worked alongside qualitative research, connecting the what (data) with the why (qual). - Done pricing and packaging work: willingness-to-pay, price testing, bundle performance. - HOW WE WORK We optimise for responsibility and freedom. - No ticket conveyor belt. We run on ownership and a small number of high-impact projects. - Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth and commercial teams to ship real outcomes. - A bias toward pragmatic solutions that get used, measured and improved. WHY JOIN - Do the hardest, most interesting analytical work in the company, with direct line of sight to product and strategy decisions. - Work across structured and unstructured data, customer conversations and AI evaluation, at the intersection of product usage, AI and revenue. - Independence and impact at principal level, without the management overhead.
