Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Higgsfield AI is looking for a highly commercial, product-minded Senior Account Executive to help scale our product-led growth and enterprise expansion motion during a period of hypergrowth.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Growth, helping convert product adoption into long-term commercial expansion across strategic accounts. You will work directly with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, increase product consumption, grow contract value, and identify new revenue opportunities.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands how modern PLG and usage-based software companies grow — especially within AI, GenAI, API, infrastructure, creator tooling, or credit-based product environments where expansion is driven by product usage, adoption, and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate has experience working at a PLG-first company, a usage-based SaaS business, or a credit-based GenAI platform where revenue growth came from expanding existing customer relationships, increasing usage, and turning power users into enterprise accounts.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong customer instincts, operational rigor, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT-LED REVENUE GROWTH
- Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding contracts, and growing long-term account value.
- Partner with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for increased product adoption across teams, workflows, and use cases.
- Structure pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer usage signals into actionable revenue opportunities.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & SOLUTIONS
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.
- Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product.
- Translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers across creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.
GTM STRATEGY & SCALE
- Help refine Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Surface customer insights, product feedback, and market trends to improve adoption and expansion.
- Bring operational structure to account management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies.
- Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred.
- Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption.
- Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly operational and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data and customer insights to drive growth.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

- Develop highly targeted, vertical-specific outbound motions aligned to Runway’s evolving use cases and customer needs
- Continuously test and refine messaging, sequencing, workflows, and enablement programs to improve team effectiveness
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and RevOps to shape ICP strategy, lead routing, and overall GTM execution
- Work alongside sales leadership to help define and scale Runway’s enterprise sales motion

- Experience managing and developing high-performing SDR/ BDR teams
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience building outbound processes and operational infrastructure from the ground up
- Deep interest in AI-native workflows and a strong point of view on how AI will reshape modern prospecting and sales development
- Experience operating in product-led, usage-based, or highly technical GTM environments
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to use insights to drive strategy and execution
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and excited to experiment and iterate quickly
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a builder mentality
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on three core missions. One, you will help our users and prospects navigate their Grafana journey by engaging with and listening to them in order to provide them with appropriate resources and guidance. Two, with these learnings, you will partner with our Sales Team to connect with other influential people in these organizations to identify new business opportunities that are the pipeline for our company’s revenue goals by partnering proactively with our Sales Team. And three, you will develop valuable, transferable skills to help you achieve your career goals. We're looking for driven, humble, technically curious people who embrace a team-first attitude and demonstrate extreme ownership. This is a great team to join, whether you’re just starting your career or looking to pivot into the tech industry. You’ll have managers and teammates that care deeply about you as a professional and human, and you will learn more than you thought possible.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and maintain knowledge of our technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends
Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently
Use a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts; our top SDRs are confident and effective on the phone

Drive effective discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals in to provide them the appropriate resources and communicate how Grafana can help them
Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to win as a team
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Open to feedback and coaching, always looking for ways to improve
Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize many tasks and demands
Willingness and ability to take on any task - no matter how small or big - with a focus on quality
Resourceful and proactive in an environment that is constantly evolving
Driven by purpose and by winning with a team-first attitude
Located in the Netherlands
Bonus Points For:
Let’s be honest - interviewing is not easy. However, we want you to come prepared and succeed. When we interview, we’re trying to determine a couple of things:
Would you be successful if you were part of our team?
Will you love working here and be a positive influence on your fellow colleagues?
Will you grow professionally and personally during your time here?
We’re looking for people who are curious and passionate about technology, so make sure you invest some time in learning about Grafana Labs. Explore our community, the industry we operate in, what we offer, and how we set ourselves apart.
During your interview, you’ll be sharing stories about your current and past roles and experiences. The best way to frame this is with the CARR model: Context, Action, Results, Reflection. This allows you to succinctly share the experiences you’ve gained.
Remember, humility drives learning and we love working with people who are always trying to better themselves. Throughout our interview process, you will receive feedback, and usually directly in the interview. As you move through the interview process, make sure you listen to the feedback you receive and figure out how to incorporate the advice in the next step of the interview.

We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
