About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Account Management teams create and build our relationships with restaurant-partners. Together, we help restaurant brands and neighborhood restaurants grow through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career. We are looking for an Account Development Manager based in Astana, Kazakhstan, to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners in the 2 largest cities across Northern Kazakhstan. As our new Account Development Manager, you’ll help a mix of enterprise and SMB restaurant-partners grow with Wolt. You’ll build strong relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and turn performance insights into practical actions that help your restaurant-partners succeed.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, working with restaurant owners, central teams, and local venue managers. You’ll adapt your approach to each restaurant-partner’s needs, balancing growth opportunities with day-to-day operational performance.
You’ll develop growth plans for restaurant-partners, run promotional campaigns, and lead commercial discussions. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll make sure plans are delivered and restaurant-partners receive the support they need.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own and develop a portfolio of restaurant-partners across Northern Kazakhstan.
Build strong relationships with restaurant-partners through regular check-ins and business reviews, aligning on priorities and following up on agreed actions.
Create and execute growth plans that help restaurant-partners increase sales, attract customers, and improve performance on Wolt.
Identify opportunities to grow adoption of Wolt’s advertising and promotional solutions based on each restaurant-partner’s goals.
Lead commercial negotiations and renewal discussions to support sustainable growth for both Wolt and our restaurant-partners.
Use performance data to identify trends, understand challenges, and recommend practical improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns, resolve issues, and improve the restaurant-partner experience.
Prioritize your time across restaurant-partners of different sizes, balancing commercial impact with the needs of your wider portfolio.
Our humble expectations*
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong relationship-building skills and enjoys taking ownership of restaurant-partner growth.
Experience:
You have 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience working with SMB or enterprise restaurant-partners is a plus.
Commercial understanding, upselling, and negotiation skills:
You understand how to grow a restaurant-partner’s business, identify and convert upselling opportunities through advertising and promotional solutions, and confidently lead commercial negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Analytical skills:
You’re comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and translating performance insights into clear recommendations.
Communication and relationship-building:
You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach to restaurant owners, operational teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
Adaptability:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and stay focused on delivering results.
Ownership and autonomy:
You roll up your sleeves and get things done, proactively identifying what needs attention without waiting to be told. You’re comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and following through on your commitments.
Ownership and organization:
You manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and take a proactive approach to solving problems.
Tools and curiosity:
You’re comfortable learning new tools and open to using AI to improve your daily work and analysis.
Languages:
You’re fluent in Kazakh and Russian and have a working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
Experience working with restaurant-partners, restaurant chains, or within the food delivery industry.
An understanding of marketplace or platform businesses.
Experience growing a portfolio of restaurant-partners across enterprise and SMB segments.
Advanced skills in data analysis or business intelligence tools.

We're hiring a Compensation Lead to build Perplexity's compensation function and own its day-to-day execution. You'll build the programs and processes that support how we hire, recognize, and retain people.
You should be comfortable moving between program design and an individual offer, building longer-term structure while keeping today's decisions moving. The goal is a compensation approach that is competitive, financially sound, and clear enough for people to use, without adding unnecessary complexity.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build the compensation foundation. Assess existing practices, data, and tools; prioritize the gaps; and develop recommendations on compensation philosophy, market positioning, and cash and equity guidelines.
- Develop salary ranges and market benchmarks. Establish a consistent approach to pricing roles across functions and locations. Partner with People and business leaders on job scope and leveling, and explain where market data is useful or incomplete.
- Own day-to-day compensation decisions. Be the primary partner for offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation questions. Evaluate recommendations against market data, internal equity, and budget, with clear approval paths for exceptions.
- Design and run compensation reviews. Build the calendar, planning models, manager guidance, and approval process. Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and equity partners to carry decisions through to accurate implementation.
- Inform leadership decisions. Model the cost and employee impact of proposed changes to salary and equity programs. Present a recommendation and its trade-offs, then own execution once approved.
- Identify and address inconsistencies. Assess pay compression and potential inequities across teams, levels, and locations. Partner with People leadership and Legal on appropriate reviews and recommend actions.
- Build processes people can use. Establish decision records, recruiter and manager guidance, and clear explanations of compensation programs. Improve recurring workflows so consistent decisions don't depend on individual knowledge or one-off conversations.
- Own the data and tools behind the work. Establish reliable compensation records, select and manage benchmarking resources, and improve reporting and quality checks. Use approved automation and AI tools where they help, with appropriate protection for employee information and verification of results.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience building compensation programs: You've established or substantially rebuilt compensation frameworks and processes with limited infrastructure, and stayed accountable for running them after launch.
- Technical compensation depth: Hands-on experience with market pricing, salary ranges, cash and equity programs, compensation reviews, and individual pay recommendations.
- Strong analytical judgment: You can build and audit models, reconcile imperfect data, and explain your assumptions. You know when a benchmark is a useful comparison and when it misses the role.
- Ability to influence decisions: You can turn analysis into a clear recommendation, discuss trade-offs with leadership, and constructively challenge an approach that isn't working.
- Independent, hands-on execution: You can set priorities, build a workable process, and manage urgent requests without losing progress on longer-term work. You're comfortable being both the person designing the program and the person checking the data.
- Discretion and clear communication: You handle sensitive information carefully and explain compensation decisions in language that recruiters, managers, and employees can understand.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing.
Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Exceptional live presentation or workshop facilitation skills.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the base compensation range for this role is $162,275 - $194,730. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process.

We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Software Engineer on Sierra’s Cloud Infrastructure team, you’ll own the foundation that every Sierra customer runs on. That includes our multi-tenant environments, where most of our customers and data live, and our isolated single-tenant environments for highly regulated enterprises. Sierra is expanding quickly across AWS and GCP, in regions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We expect to roughly double our number of deployments over the next year.
The work is very visible. Our deployments support the relationship with major customers, so you’ll see directly how your infrastructure affects customers and the business. Our challenges keep evolving, from scaling, reliability, and new compliance and regulations.
ON THIS TEAM, YOU WILL:
- Design, build, and operate Sierra’s cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP (and soon Azure) using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Simplify and standardize our deployments so that adding a new region or environment is repeatable and predictable. We want to treat deployments like cattle, not pets.
- Stand up and operate new multi-tenant regions and single-tenant environments for customers with strict regulatory or isolation needs.
- Help build and run compliant environments, including our FedRAMP deployment.
- Own and improve deploys and releases across our fleet, investing in tooling and developer experience so engineers can ship quickly and safely.
- Build security guardrails that give enterprise customers confidence in our shared multi-tenant environment.
- Work with our BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) team to make Sierra easy to deploy into customers’ own cloud environments.
- Drive reliability across the platform through observability, incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Write production code, mostly in Go, to automate infrastructure and replace manual work with durable systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years of hands-on software or infrastructure engineering experience, including building and operating production systems at scale.
- Broad infrastructure experience on at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Breadth and fundamentals matter more than expertise in one specific cloud.
- Deep expertise in at least one layer of the stack, such as compute, orchestration, networking, or deploys, plus a real interest in owning the layers next to it.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong coding skills and a bias toward automation and tooling. Go experience is a plus.
- A pragmatic, scrappy approach. You can start with a rough prototype and evolve it into production ready.
- Curiosity and flexibility. You adapt to new clouds, tools, and customer requirements instead of forcing every problem into one familiar pattern.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER
- Experience running infrastructure across multiple clouds and many regions or environments.
- Experience with compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, or financial services).
- Experience building deploy systems, CI/CD, or internal developer platforms.
- Experience deploying software into customer-managed cloud environments.
- An SRE background, or experience leading reliability and incident management programs.
- Experience with distributed databases such as DynamoDB or Spanner.
- Experience at a fast-paced startup or on a small infrastructure team with broad scope.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
