WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within Eastern Canada. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
As an Account Executive you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts to drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8-12+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprises negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus.
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences
Additional Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of Fortune 2000 operations.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.

Director, Partner Growth & Strategy
Classification:
Exempt (Salaried)
Reports to:
SVP Business Development
Role Summary
inKind is looking for a Director of Partner Growth & Strategy to build the strategy, systems, technology, and playbooks that power our Account Management organization.
Our Account Managers own relationships with inKind's restaurant partners and play a critical commercial role—helping partners maximize their relationship with inKind, secure additional funding, add locations, renew, and grow over time. Account Managers report directly to our Regional Sales Managers, giving them strong day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, and support.
This role is designed to complement that structure.
The Director of Partner Growth & Strategy will not directly manage the Account Management team. Instead, this person will own
how Account Management works
: developing the processes, sales methodologies, technology, data, training, product improvements, and partner experiences that allow our Account Managers to become more effective and our restaurant partnerships to become more valuable over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of
Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Technology
.
The right person will approach Account Management not simply as a relationship-management function, but as a scalable growth engine. They will constantly ask:
What are our best Account Managers doing differently? How do we turn that into a repeatable process? What should we automate? What should we build? What data should trigger action? And how do we make every Account Manager better?
What You'll Own
Build the Account Management Operating System
Develop and continuously improve the processes, tools, and methodologies used across the Account Management organization.
Create repeatable playbooks for key partner growth motions, including:
Renewals
Additional funding
New and sister-location expansion
Partner referrals
Slow-redemption intervention
High-performing partner expansion
At-risk partner recovery
Adoption of new inKind products and offerings
Define the triggers, data, messaging, collateral, objection handling, workflows, and expected outcomes associated with each motion.
Identify what our highest-performing Account Managers do differently and turn those behaviors into repeatable practices across the organization.
Own the Partner Lifecycle
Design the ideal restaurant partner journey from initial funding through onboarding, activation, growth, additional funding, renewal, and expansion.
Determine which partner interactions should be relationship-driven, technology-enabled, or fully automated.
Build proactive, data-driven engagement strategies so Account Managers know
which partners need attention, why they need attention, and the highest-value action to take next.
Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to continuously reduce friction throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve Account Management Sales Effectiveness
Build the sales methodology used by Account Managers to sell renewals, additional funding, additional locations, and other products.
Develop pitch frameworks, business reviews, partner-facing materials, objection-handling guides, and other tools that increase conversion.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities and translate successful field tactics into organization-wide best practices.
Design training and certification programs that continually improve Account Manager commercial capabilities.
Develop structured experiments to test new messaging, offers, processes, and sales techniques—and scale what works.
Drive Technology & Automation
Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Operations teams to make Account Management increasingly technology-enabled and scalable.
Identify manual activities that can be automated or moved into self-service experiences.
Help develop systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks across the restaurant portfolio, including:
Partners eligible for additional funding
Upcoming renewal opportunities
Newly opened or missing locations
Changes in redemption or sales pacing
At-risk accounts
Expansion opportunities
Partners requiring intervention
Help define the vision for an Account Management "cockpit" that allows each AM to quickly understand where to focus their time and what action to take.
Help Shape the Partner Product
Serve as a structured voice of the restaurant partner within inKind.
Develop systems for capturing and categorizing partner feedback, objections, product requests, and operational friction.
Partner closely with Product leadership to translate restaurant feedback and Account Manager insights into actionable product opportunities.
Play a key role in shaping the continued development of the inKind Partner Portal and other restaurant-facing technology.
Use data to quantify partner friction and product opportunities rather than relying solely on anecdotal feedback.
Build the Measurement Framework
Develop the KPIs and reporting required to understand Account Management effectiveness and partner health.
Measure performance across areas such as:
Renewal rate
Incremental funding
Location expansion
Partner engagement
Funding eligibility and conversion
Credit pacing
Time from opportunity identification to close
Portfolio growth
Partner retention
Create visibility into performance across Account Managers, regions, partner segments, and lifecycle stages.
Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement in people, process, product, and technology.
How You'll Work
This role will operate as the connective tissue between our Account Managers and the teams building the systems around them.
Regional Sales Managers will continue to own the day-to-day management, coaching, and commercial performance of Account Managers.
You will own the
system in which they operate
.
You will spend time with Account Managers understanding what happens in the field, with Sales leaders understanding what drives conversion, with Product understanding what we can build, with Operations understanding what we can automate, and with data identifying where the biggest opportunities exist.
Your job is to turn those insights into measurable improvements.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, we expect to see:
A clearly defined Account Management methodology and partner lifecycle
Repeatable playbooks for our major renewal and expansion motions
Better visibility into partner health and growth opportunities
Increased renewal and additional-funding conversion
Faster identification and pursuit of expansion opportunities
More consistent performance across Account Managers
Increased Account Manager capacity through automation and self-service
A stronger feedback loop between restaurant partners, Account Management, and Product
Meaningful improvements to our Partner Portal and internal Account Management technology
A culture of continuously testing, measuring, and improving how we grow existing restaurant partnerships
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines the commercial instincts of a sales leader with the systems thinking of a product or operations leader.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience building or scaling Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Partner Growth, or similar functions
Has a strong understanding of B2B sales and expansion motions
Is highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities
Has experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and training
Understands CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design
Has experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
Can translate frontline customer feedback into scalable product and process improvements
Is comfortable designing and running experiments
Has exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
Is equally comfortable talking to an Account Manager about objection handling and a Product Manager about workflow automation
Has a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, fintech, payments, marketplaces, SaaS, or other multi-location businesses is a plus.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are probably not someone who is satisfied simply managing an existing Account Management playbook.
You want to build a better one.
When one Account Manager significantly outperforms another, you want to understand
why
.
When Account Managers repeatedly perform the same manual task, you want to understand
why it isn't automated
.
When restaurant partners repeatedly raise the same objection, you want to understand whether we should
change the pitch, change the process, or change the product
.
And when something works, you want to figure out how to make it work across the entire organization.
This is an opportunity to build the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing restaurant partner network and help define how inKind manages, grows, and serves those partnerships at scale.
Who we are:
inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards.
Through the inKind app, guests earn 20% back every time they dine, turning everyday meals into something more rewarding. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As an Account Specialist, Growth, you’ll help very small business (VSB) customers and inbound prospects understand how 1Password can support their security and productivity needs. You’ll manage a high-volume book of business, guide customers through the sales process, and identify opportunities to expand their use of the 1Password platform. Reporting to the Manager of VSB Growth, this hybrid role is based in Toronto, Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's Toronto office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales and activity targets
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Strong customer discovery, objection-handling, deal-management, and value-based selling skills
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Ability to prioritize effectively across inbound leads and existing accounts while building trust with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience handling customer inquiries through channels such as email, phone, and chat; familiarity with 1Password, security tools, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar platforms is an asset
What you can expect:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of VSB customers and inbound prospects, developing a clear understanding of their goals, product usage, and growth opportunities
- Maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, progressing opportunities from discovery through close and keeping forecasts accurate
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing new business and expansion opportunities, including seat growth, add-ons, and tier upgrades
- Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, proposals, and pricing conversations
- Help customers understand and adopt 1Password by connecting their needs to relevant solutions and providing guidance throughout the buying process
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Onboarding, Legal, and other teams to remove blockers and support smooth deal progression
- Share customer feedback, objections, and common needs with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the customer experience
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $55,000 CAD and $77,000 CAD and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
As a Mid-level Marketing Data Analyst, you will analyze large-scale data across user acquisition touchpoints in order to generate insightful metrics, custom dashboards, and deep-dive analyses to measure marketing performance.
Our marketing teams aim for best-in-class user acquisition strategies, bringing high-quality players to our games while driving innovation around performance marketing and targeted campaigns. We're looking for a passionate, results-oriented talent to join our team, develop new insights to shape data-driven decisions, continuously improve marketing efficiency, and help drive business growth for years to come.
About the job

Dive deep into large-scale marketing data to identify key insights that will inform user acquisition strategies and business growth.
Help define how best to measure and monitor our marketing channels, creatives, budget allocation, and overall campaign performance.
Help to develop an analysis strategy and perform analysis of complex campaigns and A/B tests, both systematically and on a one-off basis.

You know your way around designing, communicating, visualizing, or reporting your results/analysis so they are clear and unambiguous to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.

About OKX
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

adjoe is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end. You come from a senior event/field marketing background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have owned a full regional program, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes, rather than executing against someone else's plan. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, US, you will build the US event strategy together with leadership and lead its hands-on execution, ensuring events drive business growth and strengthen adjoe's brand positioning in the market.
- Events are a pipeline engine, and you own that outcome. This role is pivotal in driving meaningful pipeline across both of adjoe's lines of business: supply, where app publishers monetize and scale with Playtime and Arcade, and demand, where advertisers grow with adjoe Ads. You align regularly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure events ladder up to strategic priorities, and you track performance and follow up with internal teams so that pipeline and lead goals are genuinely owned and delivered rather than assumed.
- You lead execution across a range of event types and audiences. You build and evolve the US event roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, choosing the right formats, audiences, and channels to drive measurable results. That spans industry trade shows and conferences where adjoe needs presence and share of voice, owned events that put our brand and perspective at the center, and executive hospitality events built to move specific accounts and relationships forward. You ensure flawless execution across all of them, from logistics and branding to experience design and post-event impact reporting, and you are as comfortable running the floor plan as you are presenting the roadmap to leadership.
- You negotiate and build partnerships with confidence. You serve as the primary point of contact for key conference and co-marketing partnerships, managing negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and long-term opportunities as the owner of those relationships. You manage and optimize the US events budget, making high-impact decisions on where and how to invest for maximum ROI. Externally, you act as a senior voice for the brand, building lasting relationships with conference organizers, local networks, and industry peers that compound in value year over year.
- You are metrics-driven and turn data into action. You set success criteria before an event and track ROI across the full lifecycle, evaluating performance rather than activity. You use what the numbers tell you to reallocate spend, retire formats that don't return, and independently optimize processes and results without waiting to be asked.
- You think in systems. You build scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows that improve event quality, efficiency, and attendee experience across teams and regions. You manage complex projects and relationships calmly when timelines are tight or priorities shift, you communicate strategy and expectations clearly across functions, and you lead with ownership and clarity, making things happen and keeping stakeholders informed as you go.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
At adjoe, we’re designing the organization behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. The initiatives you build, the talent you develop, and the culture you shape will directly influence how adjoe scales globally.
- Go Big. Own programs that have real impact on how 250+ people across 7 offices join, grow, and perform.
- Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where you design, test, and iterate on people programs with the same mindset as a product team.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and your ideas get heard.
- Thrive Together. Grow alongside a diverse, global team of 250+ people from over 40 countries — and help make that experience better for everyone.
- Have Fun. Build meaningful programs, celebrate the people behind the product, and bring your energy to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Claude's capabilities grow, so does our responsibility to ensure those capabilities reach the right people. The Access Programs team builds the systems that verify who our customers are, grant access to advanced model capabilities for approved use cases, and ensure that access is not misused. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the identity, vetting, and access management infrastructure that underpins our trusted access programs, along with the monitoring and enforcement tooling that keeps them safe. This work sits at the center of how Anthropic deploys frontier capabilities responsibly, balancing broad access with rigorous safeguards.
Responsibilities:
Build identity verification and vetting systems (KYC/KYB) that establish who our individual and business customers are
Design and implement access control systems that grant, scope, and revoke access to advanced capabilities based on approved use cases
Build infrastructure to configure safety systems and detection thresholds on a per-customer basis for trusted access programs
Develop monitoring to detect misuse of expanded access, and tooling that enables enforcement teams to act on it
Partner closely with policy, enforcement, threat intelligence, product, research, and go-to-market teams so that access decisions are well-informed and consistently applied
Build systems that identify account compromise and takeover, apply mitigations in real time, and carry affected accounts through to full remediation
Design and build the dashboards, alerting, and internal admin tooling that give the team and its partners clear visibility into the health and outcomes of our access programs
Integrate with third-party identity verification and data enrichment vendors
You may be a good fit if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience
Experience building and operating backend systems in production
Strong coding skills in at least one general-purpose programming language, and experience building software with AI coding tools

Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of industry software engineering experience
Experience building shared platforms or foundational services that many teams and products depend on, rather than one-off solutions for a single use case
A track record of working across functions (for example engineering, product, policy, operations, and go-to-market) to gather requirements, reconcile competing needs, and drive adoption of what you build
Experience with identity, authentication, or authorization systems at scale
Experience with KYC/KYB workflows or identity verification vendors
Experience in trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse detection
Experience detecting and responding to account takeover or credential compromise
Experience partnering with operational teams to build custom internal tooling

Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
