Workplace: Hybrid
Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed four acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic product to select customers.
The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success: people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world. As we enter a period of significant go-to-market growth, we're investing heavily in our sales organization and need a recruiter who can match that pace.
We're looking for a Recruiter, Go-to-Market who will own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role. You'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Account Executive roles among your key hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our enterprise and public sector sales teams, acting as a recruiting partner who understands the business and delivers results.
Please note that the position will require you to spend at least 1 day a week in our NYC Office
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
BUILD PIPELINE THROUGH OUTBOUND SOURCING
- Own pipeline generation for go-to-market roles, with a heavy emphasis on proactive outbound sourcing to find and engage top sales talent
- Map the competitive landscape across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services to identify where strong Account Executives and quota-carrying sellers work today
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity to keep pipeline ahead of hiring demand
RUN FULL-CYCLE RECRUITING AT PACE
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams
- Move candidates through the process efficiently while delivering a thoughtful, personalized, and transparent candidate experience at every step
- Make data-driven decisions about pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness to keep hiring on track
PARTNER WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND THE BUSINESS
- Build trusted relationships with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of their teams, priorities, and what great looks like for each hire
- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with clear communication, calibrated expectations, and market insights
- Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends across relevant markets
- Provide regular pipeline updates and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule
CONTRIBUTE TO TALENT ACQUISITION AS A TEAM
- Champion diversity and inclusion in every search, with intentional focus on engaging candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
- Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
- Occasionally provide recruiting support for roles outside of go-to-market as priorities and bandwidth allow
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline, generate candidate interest through direct outreach, and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles
- Proven track record of recruiting sales talent within the SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors, with a specific focus on candidates who have successfully sold complex solutions into the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.
- Comfort operating at high volume and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality or candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition
- The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to working on a small, close-knit Talent Acquisition team
- Curiosity about our industry and genuine interest in learning the Chainalysis product suite and competitive landscape
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for public sector go-to-market roles (Federal, DoD/Intel)
- Familiarity with government clearance requirements and their impact on candidate pools
- Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company
- Experience working with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools
- Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles, such as professional services, solutions engineering, or customer success
This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Deployment Manager on the Beneficial Deployments team, you will guide customers from a signed contract into a live, governed, and adopted deployment so that customers achieve tangible impact rather than simply incremental improvement with Claude. You'll guide organizations from contract signature to production deployment across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and our API products, fundamentally changing how they work and deliver on their missions.
You'll be the technical hands that switch Claude on. Before any organization can drive adoption, before any champion can ship their first workflow, someone has to connect Claude to the customer's identity provider, get the right people provisioned into the right workspaces, and walk their CISO through how it all comes together. That's your work. You turn "we've signed the contract" into "our employees can log in, with the right access, under the right policies, the way our security team expects."
This is a high-leverage role where you'll pioneer scalable activation methodologies that enable hundreds of nonprofit customers to unlock transformative use cases and realize measurable outcomes at unprecedented speed. You won't just follow playbooks. You'll design the frameworks and repeatable processes that can be deployed consistently across diverse customer environments, and you'll shape them into programs that reach customers we could never serve one at a time.
You'll operate at the intersection of technical deployment, enablement, and program design. Some days you'll be in the weeds with a customer's IT team debugging a SAML assertion; other days you'll be stepping back to ask how the last ten deployments should change the next hundred. Your systems-thinking approach will directly shape how we activate customers, and your strategic management will ensure every customer achieves meaningful outcomes within their first 90 days. By identifying patterns across activations, you'll build replicable approaches to organizational change while maintaining the agility to customize solutions for each customer's unique transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
Own the complete activation journey from contract signature to production deployment, orchestrating cross-functional resources and customer teams to ensure rapid time-to-value across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products.
Deploy Claude inside customer environments. Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML), SCIM and JIT provisioning, MCP connectors, admin policy templates, and seat-assignment logic across Okta, Entra ID, Ping, and Google Workspace. Deliver informative transitions to Support for deeper issues that require investigation or engineering support.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup. Bring a clear point of view on best practices, help security and IT leadership make the design decisions that determine whether a deployment holds up over time
Light up the capabilities that make Claude valuable. Enable and govern MCP connectors to the customer's systems, ensure Skills, Projects, and other capabilities are turned on and configured for their use cases, and work with their IT team on the approvals and OAuth consent this requires, so that day one feels ready
Design and scale activation frameworks by identifying patterns across deployments and building templated playbooks that balance standardization with customization for breakthrough outcomes.
Turn playbooks into programs. Package what works into repeatable, increasingly self-serve motions (deployment checklists, admin enablement sessions, onboarding cohorts, Claude-powered guidance) so that activation quality no longer depends on you being in the room.
Drive organizational transformation by developing change management strategies, rollout plans, and Train-the-Trainer programs that build internal AI champions and catalyze adoption across customer organizations.
Define and track success metrics across activation rate, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using data to continuously optimize the motion.
Channel customer insights back to Product, Support, and Security teams, serving as voice of the customer so that repeat deployment blockers get solved once.
You may be a good fit if you have:
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation management, technical account management, technical onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success, with a track record of running multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with documented handoffs.
Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. You've worked with (or inside) them and you understand how they differ from commercial enterprises.
Hands-on, sustained ownership of enterprise identity integration work. SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning across at least two major identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, Google Workspace). You can debug a broken SAML assertion or a misconfigured SCIM attribute map without escalating, and you know when a Support handoff is the right call.
Experience advising CISOs, CTOs, or IT leadership on enterprise governance and setup for a SaaS or AI platform, with an informed point of view on org topology, access models, RBAC, and OAuth.
Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) sufficient to anticipate what a customer's security review will ask, and to know when to bring in our AI Security Specialist.
You've designed, shipped, and measured programs that serve many customers at once: onboarding cohorts, enablement series, admin academies, lifecycle or engagement motions. You naturally ask "how might we scale this?", turn 1:1 moments into 1:many programs, and instrument what you build so you know what's working.
Hands-on fluency with AI in your own workflow. You've prototyped, generated content, analyzed accounts, or replaced internal processes with LLMs, and you can talk concretely about what worked, what didn't, and what's next. You don't wait for AI tooling to arrive; you build it.
Organizational change and enablement experience including developing rollout strategies, navigating stakeholder resistance, building internal champions, and designing programs that drive adoption at scale.
Comfort building in ambiguity. This is a new role on the team, and what you build becomes the template. You'll thrive creating structure where none exists, adapting quickly as the business evolves, and learning continuously.
Data-driven and metrics-oriented. Experience setting and tracking success metrics from day one, using data to optimize approaches, and demonstrating impact to diverse stakeholders.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.

Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.

📍JOIN ALAN OPERATIONS TEAM IN LYON
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Expert role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:

- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️

- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English as well as in French or Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
- Our healthcare agents already reach over 50% of U.S. families. We partner with leading health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle some of the most sensitive and high stakes conversations in any industry. From helping members understand their benefits to resolving billing questions with empathy, our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system.
- Our healthcare customers include major health insurance networks, nonprofit providers, multi-site primary and urgent care practices, healthcare diagnostics companies, and healthcare financial platforms.
- Join us to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system—and help build technology that makes care more accessible, more human and more affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design integrations grounded in real healthcare workflows. Translate customer requirements into clear recommendations on interfaces, data flows, and EHR configuration. Identify assumptions, tradeoffs, and limitations so engineering teams have an actionable implementation plan.
- Resolve customer-specific EHR complexity. Understand how each organization configures and operates its EHR, including scheduling rules, patient identity, permissions, and workflow dependencies. Work with customer analysts, vendor teams, and Sierra engineers to investigate unexpected behavior and resolve integration blockers.
- Guide integration readiness through go-live. Define customer setup requirements, dependencies, and validation criteria. Guide EHR and IT teams through application registration, access provisioning, environment setup, and workflow testing, partnering with engineers to verify that integrations behave as intended.
- Bring EHR expertise to customer discovery. Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Agent Development to assess feasibility, explain integration requirements, and scope achievable projects. Make clear what Sierra supports today and what requires additional configuration or development.
- Shape Sierra’s healthcare integration roadmap. Evaluate vendor capabilities, integration programs, and emerging customer needs. Recommend where to invest, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from customer-specific configuration and implementation work.
- Make each implementation easier than the last. Turn deployment experience into reference designs, implementation guides, and internal training. Help teams apply proven approaches and recognize when a customer’s requirements call for a different design.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability or EHR implementation, with direct responsibility for designing or delivering integrations at an EHR vendor, health system, healthcare technology company, or implementation consultancy.
- Deep expertise in at least one major EHR ecosystem, such as Epic, athenahealth, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, or similar systems. You understand its integration options, configuration model, and implementation processes, and can investigate unfamiliar capabilities independently.
- Practical knowledge of patient-access workflows, such as scheduling, registration, or referral management. You can explain how operational rules and customer configuration affect what an integration can do.
- Technical fluency in healthcare integrations. You can read API documentation, interpret requests and responses, and troubleshoot data and configuration issues. You have hands-on experience with relevant approaches such as FHIR, HL7v2, vendor APIs, or file-based exchange, and can explain when to use them.
- A track record of taking third-party integrations through deployment. You have worked through application registration, authentication and permissions, test and production environments, workflow validation, and go-live dependencies.
- Clear communication and independent judgment. You can lead discovery with EHR analysts and operational teams, turn incomplete information into an implementation plan, and explain recommendations to software engineers and business stakeholders. You know when to validate an assumption before committing to an approach.
EVEN BETTER...
- Epic certifications in areas such as Bridges, Cadence, Prelude, or Interconnect, or comparable expertise in another EHR ecosystem.
- Experience across multiple EHR vendors or health systems, particularly integrating third-party products into patient-access or contact-center workflows.
- Experience using SQL, scripts, or code to investigate integration issues, or working with teams building AI agents for healthcare.
- Hands-on software development experience, including building or extending integrations with EHRs or other healthcare systems.
- Comfortable contributing directly to integration code, including implementing API calls, troubleshooting failures, and writing tests. Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE
Enterprises hand Cohere their most sensitive data and put our models inside workflows they can't afford to get wrong. Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far.
We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them.
- Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and sandbox escapes.
- Threat model new capabilities. Identify trust boundaries, abuse cases, and high-impact failure modes before implementation. Translate findings into practical, prioritized mitigations.
- Perform hands-on testing. Investigate suspected vulnerabilities, develop proofs of concept, assess exploitability and impact, and partner with engineers through remediation.
- Build scalable guardrails. Develop secure defaults, approved patterns, reusable controls, review requirements, and automated checks that reduce recurring risks.
- Strengthen engineering capability. Pair with engineers, document practical guidance, and help product teams develop durable security expertise.
- Influence risk decisions. Explain technical findings, business impact, and remediation options clearly to engineers, product leaders, and executives.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals and can independently understand, test, and contribute fixes to production codebases.
- You are proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- You have led security reviews or threat models for complex production systems and can point to meaningful design or risk improvements that resulted.
- You understand common vulnerability classes and their underlying design failures, including injection, authorization flaws, IDOR, SSRF, unsafe deserialization, race conditions, cryptographic misuse, and software supply-chain risks.
- You understand modern application architecture, including web applications, APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
- You can reason rigorously about untrusted input, authorization, isolation, identity, delegation, and data boundaries. Direct experience with agentic AI systems is valuable but not required.
- You have driven security improvements involving multiple engineering teams, including situations where influence mattered more than authority.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or operating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, custom linters, or policy-as-code.
- Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise software, or systems that process sensitive customer data.
- Offensive security experience through penetration testing, red teaming or security research.
- Experience operating or participating in a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program.
- Contributions to open-source security projects, published research, conference talks, or credited vulnerability discoveries.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. About the Opportunity
Join the team building Agentic OKDS—OKG’s design intelligence infrastructure and the operating system between human intent and AI-generated output. You will contribute across three connected capability areas: Foundations, including token architecture for color, spacing, and radius; Components, spanning OKDS core components, business components, and AI-ready architecture; and Templates + AI Tooling, covering template systems, AI transformation infrastructure, and pipeline readiness. Your primary assignment may change based on team needs, while you build the breadth to work effectively across all three. You will combine strong craft with design-engineering judgment to improve reuse, adoption, delivery speed, and implementation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own scoped initiatives across Foundations, Components, or Templates + AI Tooling—from research and reuse validation through specification, release, adoption, and iteration—while contributing effectively across all three areas as priorities change.
Develop and maintain foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes, and platform variation, ensuring consistency between Figma and implementation.
Design and evolve OKDS core components and reusable business components with clear naming, variants, states, metadata, composition rules, and architecture suitable for designers, engineers, and AI-assisted workflows.
Build reusable template systems and AI-readable guidance, and contribute to tooling infrastructure and validation workflows that improve AI pipeline readiness and production-quality output.
Partner closely with engineers to ensure design intent, platform behavior, component APIs, and accessibility requirements remain aligned across Web, iOS, and Android.
Prototype and improve AI-assisted workflows for template generation, component discovery, variant generation, specification, and quality review—while applying critical human judgment to the output.
Drive adoption with product teams through consultation, enablement, migration support, and feedback loops; treat designers and engineers as users of the platform.
Apply quality acceptance criteria covering interaction states, responsive behavior, accessibility, compliance, and implementation-ready handoff.
Plan and deliver work transparently, manage dependencies, and track outcomes such as reuse, adoption, reduced rework, and faster implementation.
What We Look For In You
Demonstrated experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations in a complex digital-product environment.
Strong Figma capability, including component properties, variables, modes, libraries, and scalable file organization.
Working knowledge across design-system foundations, component architecture, and template systems, including tokens, theming, documentation, versioning, reusable business patterns, and contribution workflows.
Strong craft under ambiguity: able to explore, prototype, test, and refine detailed interaction and visual behavior.
Design-engineering fluency and comfort discussing implementation constraints, states, APIs, and platform differences.
An adoption mindset: you investigate user needs, make standards practical, and follow through until teams can use them successfully.
Practical capability with AI-assisted design and development workflows, plus the judgment to assess tooling, strengthen pipeline readiness, and review generated output for correctness, consistency, and production readiness.
Clear written and verbal communication, constructive collaboration, and the ability to explain system decisions to designers, engineers, and product partners.
Reliable operational ownership: able to scope work, communicate progress and risks, manage dependencies, and deliver with quality.
Product and business awareness, including the ability to connect design-system choices to speed, quality, risk, and reuse.
Working knowledge of accessibility, compliance, responsive behavior, and complete global-state design.

Working with them, alongside our own developments in building Perplexity’s core application gives our team direct exposure to how search, models, and tools are used to build and scale AI-native products and applications.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a technically fluent Customer Success Manager to help our API customers succeed and shape how we support them as the business grows. You will own a portfolio of customers, understand what they are building, and help them move from evaluation to production and broader adoption.
Alongside your accounts, you will lead projects such as product and endpoint migrations, customer enablement, and communications for product updates and incidents. You will work directly with customers developing AI products and with the engineers building the APIs they depend on. As an early member of the team, you will help shape our customer success programs and bring what you learn from customers into product decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, building trust with developers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Understand each customer's use case, integration, and success criteria. Help them evaluate the APIs, resolve adoption barriers, and establish a path to production.
- Use account and product usage data to identify declining adoption, technical risks, and growth opportunities, then work with customers on specific next steps.
- Investigate technical questions using API documentation, sample requests, and usage data. Coordinate with Engineering and Support on deeper issues and keep customers informed through resolution.
- Lead customer-facing programs such as endpoint migrations, product rollouts, and enablement. Define milestones, coordinate internal owners, and track customer readiness and completion.
- Manage customer communications for product changes, deprecations, and outages, partnering with technical teams to provide accurate updates and clear guidance.
- Build and improve the API customer success playbook, including onboarding, account reviews, customer health signals, escalation paths, and sales-to-CS handoffs.
- Partner with Sales and account owners on renewals and expansion, using adoption, consumption, and business outcomes to demonstrate value and surface risks early.
- Bring customer feedback into product planning and work with Developer Relations and Support on documentation and enablement that address recurring needs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing role at a technology company.
- Technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation, making API requests, interpreting responses and errors, and discussing integration questions with developers.
- A track record of driving adoption, retention, or growth across a portfolio of customers, with clear ownership of follow-through.
- Experience creating or improving a customer program, playbook, or cross-functional process, not only operating an established one.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and communicate carefully when facts are still developing.
- Sound judgment in balancing account needs with strategic projects, setting priorities, and moving work forward without a detailed brief.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or usage-based products.
- Familiarity with AI applications, search, retrieval, or agents, including how customers evaluate quality, latency, and cost.
- Working knowledge of Python or SQL for reproducing issues, analyzing usage, or automating recurring work.

We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it.
We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote.
This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend;
Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems;
Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow;
Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result;
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations;
Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution;
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements;
Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective.
You are a perfect match if you have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals;
Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience;
Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code;
Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems;
Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs;
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete;
Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output;
Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.
Our Tech Stack:
Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE
Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture
Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB

Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs
API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation.
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code.
Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations.
Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs.
Open-source contributions, especially in Go.
What you get:
An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development;
The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise;
Work on high-load communication products with real business impact;
A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture;

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's Compute org is in hyper growth. As it scales, the systems and workflows that keep supply and demand balanced across our GPU fleet need to get more sophisticated, and this role exists to make sure they do.
Compute sits at the center of how Baseten allocates, forecasts, and manages the capacity that powers every customer inference request. The team that supports this work, C3, runs on a mix of internal tooling, manual processes, and systems that haven't fully kept pace with the scale of the problem. This role exists to close that gap.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that give the Compute and C3 teams real leverage, automating the manual, repetitive, and error-prone parts of the capacity lifecycle so the team can focus on judgment calls that actually need a human. We want someone who can walk in, audit what exists today, identify what's missing or broken, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for an existing internal tool and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader capacity systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something existing tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for Compute and C3: build the agents and automations that give capacity analysts, ops leads, and engineers real leverage, off-loading manual and repetitive work like data pipeline cleanup, migration troubleshooting, and capacity investigation.
- Get insights in front of the team: turn fleet utilization, allocation, and demand-forecasting data into the dashboards, alerts, and recommendations that C3 and Compute leadership actually act on. A build isn't done until the team is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog: Compute runs on a mix of tooling with real overlap and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship team-productivity workflows fast: triage asks from Supply, Demand, and C3, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like an ops lead asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom: not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions: every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications across Supply, Demand, and Engineering. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems to sync events and information across disparate tools: ensuring data flows reliably between C3, the CRM, and the systems Compute depends on every day.
- Document what you build: if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in AI/automation engineering, workflow automation, or a technical operations role, ideally at a high-growth, AI-native infrastructure or B2B company
- You've shipped production agents on Vercel. Build custom internal apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar)
- Direct experience with a CRM or system-of-record platform (Salesforce or similar)
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or operations-heavy environments
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, capacity planning, or fleet management concepts
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with high-stakes, operationally complex environments where mistakes have real business impact
- Challenging work and exposure to the operational core of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE INFRA CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 Mission:
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Infra - is one of its crews. Its mission: operate and evolve the foundations Alan runs on (multi-cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the operational practices around them) so that product crews ship safely and quickly, members never feel the platform underneath, and the business can expand to new countries without re-inventing how we run.
🔭 Scope:
1. Cloud foundations & multi-cloud architecture: own and evolve Alan’s cloud footprint, Infrastructure-as-Code stack (Terraform, Terramate), and the architectural decisions enabling international expansion.
2. Data & application platforms: operate and evolve the foundations product crews build on: PostgreSQL/Aurora, our events pipeline, async workloads, and database migration tooling, without leaking complexity into product code.
3. Reliability, observability & on-call: own Alan's platform uptime and latency SLOs end-to-end. Evolve our observability stack (Datadog), the incident response process (Incident.io http://Incident.io), and the shared on-call rotation across the area to keep it sustainable as we scale.
4. Governance & compliance enablement and FinOps: own the cross-cutting concerns no single domain holds, infrastructure cost (FinOps), IAM posture, backup and disaster recovery, exit strategy, with automation and reporting that scales beyond the crew.
5. AI-augmented infrastructure operations: make AI assistants a first-class citizen for incident investigation, runbook execution, and toil reduction, so engineers spend their time on high-leverage work.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're growing the team significantly to step up impact across four bets:
- Multi-cloud expansion: revisit our cloud strategy as we go international, and launch new geographies.
- Decoupling for scale: evolve service architecture to carry Alan 2.0 from 1M members today to 10M.
- Operational excellence: raise the quality bar end-to-end by overhauling observability, on-call, and cost management practices.
- AI-augmented infra ops: make AI assistants a first-class part of investigation, troubleshooting, and toil reduction, so engineers spend time where leverage is highest.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
- You have strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS or GCP).
- You're comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line, developer portal) and willing to work in Python/Typescript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- You have touched observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management tools and practices.
- You are able to design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- You can maintain our uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- You’ve built and maintained internal or external tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line, configuration as code, etc) for other engineers.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat infrastructure and platform engineering as product work: engineers & members are your customers, and infrastructure should feel effortless.
- You’re hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript, Terraform). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast product crews ship features without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and reliable-by-default abstractions that prevent outages and runaway cost at scale.
- You’re fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
