Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is migrating a Tier-1 US payments platform from a single AWS region to a multi-region architecture.
We're hiring multiple Database Engineers to implement the DynamoDB replication, failover, and operational tooling for this program. You'll work under the Principal Database Architect and partner with the client's data and SRE teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement and operate cross-region replication using Amazon DynamoDB Global Tables, ensuring reliable multi-region data replication, high availability, consistency, and disaster recovery.
- Codify everything in Terraform (or CDK).
- Build the observability layer for replication health: lag metrics, consistency checks, alarm thresholds, and runbook automation. Datadog is the primary observability stack; CloudWatch is the baseline.
- Author and execute failover and failback runbooks. Run game-days using AWS Fault Injection Service. Measure and report against RTO and RPO targets.
- Implement KMS cross-account replication, IAM service principals for replication roles, and the secrets and parameter strategy for region-local dependencies.
- Support data extraction from the monolith into microservices: build CDC pipelines (DMS, DynamoDB Streams, Kafka Connect, Debezium), validate data integrity, and own the cutover sequence for individual extractions.
- Pair with application engineers on connection-string abstraction, retry and idempotency patterns, and graceful degradation during region failover.
- Write design docs and runbooks the client team can take over after the engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED)
- 8+ years in production database engineering on AWS, with hands-on responsibility for at least one of: payments, banking, brokerage, or comparable financial-services workloads.
- Deep production experience with DynamoDB and at least two of: Aurora MySQL, Cassandra, ElastiCache (Redis or Valkey), DocumentDB, Neptune. Working knowledge of at least two more.
- Practical experience with cross-region replication in production using DynamoDB Global Tables: you've configured and operated multi-region DynamoDB deployments and handled failure scenarios such as replication conflicts, regional outages, replication delays, and consistency or version-skew issues.
- Strong Terraform (or CDK). You can build a multi-region module from scratch and explain the trade-offs.
- Comfort with CDC tooling (DMS, DDB Streams, Kafka Connect, or Debezium) and the operational gotchas (schema drift, ordering guarantees, replay).
- Linux, networking fundamentals (VPC, Transit Gateway, peering, DNS), and IAM / KMS proficiency.
- Solid written communication and ability to operate in a regulated client environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Cassandra multi-DC operations experience at scale (nodetool workflows, repair strategy, tombstone management, cross-region anti-entropy).
- AWS MSK or Kafka MirrorMaker 2 experience for cross-region event replication.
- Experience with Datadog Database Monitoring and custom CloudWatch metrics.
- AWS Database Specialty or Solutions Architect Associate / Professional certifications.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales Director, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own a critical component of Garner's provider segment as a quota-carrying seller, selling our solutions into hospitals, health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, and digital health companies. You will run the full cycle from prospecting through close, using Garner's own data as the centerpiece of the pitch rather than a supporting slide. This is a builder's seat: the segment playbook is still being written, and the person in this role will help write it.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do
Own and advance a provider-segment pipeline end to end, from segmentation and prospecting through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Build and deepen senior relationships across hospitals and health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare consultants.
Run a data-driven sales motion: use Garner's own data and insights to shape strategy conversations with sophisticated buyers.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, feeding market signal back into the roadmap and handing off closed accounts cleanly.
Contribute to a repeatable playbook for the segment: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Build working fluency across Garner's full product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
5 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience as a builder, helping design the selling motion as you go
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
Executive presence: an articulate, compelling presenter who earns trust with senior buyers and sells with data rather than relationship alone.
Demonstrated quota attainment you can name: percentage attainment, President's Club, or marquee logos closed.
Intellectual curiosity and data fluency: you ask probing questions and ramp fast into a new data methodology.
Creativity when a deal stalls: you generate new paths to momentum rather than waiting on the funnel.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to pull in the right internal partners at the right moment, and to route market signal back to the people who can act on it.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range (base and commission) for this position is $230,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as one of the founding members of our Japan Customer Success team as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across Japan, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities: API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives. You'll work closely with them to provide best practices and guidance, and support them as their usage (consumption and seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies. That makes you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As one of the founding members of our Customer Success team in Japan, you'll help shape how we build the function in-region. That includes establishing regional processes, developing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market alongside a small, growing team. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams. This requires someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Key responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key Japanese customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption and adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness of new products, and engaging Product PMs as the voice of Japanese customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle: manage comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as part of our founding in-region CS team, developing Japan-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
Minimum qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to various audiences
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Fluency in English and Japanese
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of experience in relevant field
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Elasticsearch, Scala) to join a team powering food search and logging for one of the world’s leading health and nutrition platforms. You’ll contribute directly to the systems that drive search — backend services, search infrastructure, and experimentation — with a focus on improving core metrics: conversion rates, time to log, query abandonment, and result relevance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contribute to, build, and maintain backend services that drive the food search experience, integrating with systems across the broader engineering organization.
- Perform search performance tuning end-to-end — data design, indexing, query evaluation, and iterative improvement within Elasticsearch.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of search and data technologies that improve result quality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior search engineers, product management, and leadership on solution discovery, experiment planning, and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and metrics for measuring and monitoring search quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Elasticsearch
- Demonstrated experience with performance tuning, query analysis, and relevance optimization in Elasticsearch at scale.
- Strong understanding of index design, mapping strategies, cluster management, and scoring/ranking mechanics.
- Familiarity with high availability, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring for Elasticsearch clusters.
- Ability to deploy new indexes or clusters as needed for load balancing or experimentation.
- Ability to translate product specifications into technical requirements and deploy ranking and relevance experiments with clearly defined success criteria and metrics.
Scala
- Strong experience writing, shipping, and maintaining Scala services in production.
- Comfortable working across a stack that also includes SQL and Python — Scala is the primary language for this engagement.
Agentic development
- Active user of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI-powered coding environments — shipping production code with them, not just using autocomplete.
- Familiarity with agentic coding patterns and workflows — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring.
- Able to articulate how AI tooling fits into their development process and where human judgment remains critical.
Engineering fundamentals
- First-hand experience building, scaling, and supporting large-scale data infrastructure systems in production.
- Strong understanding of database design, data architecture, and performance tuning across multiple data stores — MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Experience with high-volume messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Strong peer code review practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leveraging AI workflows for meaningful development acceleration beyond autocomplete — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring at scale.

This is an opportunity to join a specialized group of practitioners dedicated to transforming how modern enterprises utilize data to achieve clarity and results.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-octane Sales Executive to lead a critical expansion phase for a premier digital marketing agency. Having dominated the automotive and collision repair space, the team is now scaling into new verticals. We need a full-cycle closer who thrives in the "zero-to-one" phase—someone who can hunt, consult, and close high-value retainers while leveraging modern AI tools to outpace the competition. This is an opportunity to report directly to GTM leadership and shape the growth trajectory of a fast-moving, distributed agency.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the full sales cycle from proactive lead generation and outbound prospecting to discovery, proposal, and closing.
Identify and penetrate new market verticals, translating the agency's proven success in automotive into fresh industries.
Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and pitch complex, multi-channel marketing retainers.
Manage a clean and rigorous pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring all data is accurate and actionable.
Collaborate with the creative and performance teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with client goals.
Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate prospecting, personalize outreach, and streamline administrative tasks.
Requirements
Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Agency Experience: Proven track record selling professional services within a digital marketing agency environment.
Full-Cycle Expertise: Demonstrable experience running the entire sales process; we are looking for a closer, not just an SDR or account manager.
Proven Performance: A history of hitting or exceeding quotas with specific revenue numbers to back it up.
Tech-Forward: You are an early adopter of AI tools and can articulate how you use them to gain a competitive edge.
Digital Literacy: Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including performance marketing, SEO, and creative strategy.
Sales Hygiene: Disciplined CRM habits (HubSpot preferred) and a structured approach to pipeline management.
Benefits
💰 Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure
🌎 Fully remote work environment
🚀 Career growth and leadership opportunities
📈 Long-term stability in a growing market
🎯 Performance-based incentives and bonuses
