Track dependencies across RevOps, Product Marketing, People and Product, flag risks early, and keep clear ownership, timelines and follow-through on every workstream.
- Support major enablement events: Help plan and deliver events such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO), including session coordination, timelines and the run of show.

Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, London, San Francisco, Paris and Seattle.
We’re looking for a Creative with a focus on campaigns for Product Marketing. This is not a growth role. It’s a hands-on campaign creative role for someone who makes the work themselves, with AI as their primary medium. You’ll own full-funnel launch campaigns for Runway’s products, features and research: launch films, key visuals, landing pages, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows and everything in between. You’ll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
We’re open to creatives who lead with art direction or with copy. What matters is that you make the work yourself and can move across both. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand and adopt what Runway builds. That means work with real taste that stops people mid-scroll, makes new research feel tangible, and turns curiosity into first use. You’ll also help build the workflows and automations that let a small team ship at the pace of the product. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, design, research, growth and product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build full-funnel launch campaigns end to end: the idea, the script, the boards, the generation, the edit, the finish.
- Make launch films, key visuals and campaign systems that hold up next to the best brand work in the world.
- Turn research breakthroughs into work people outside the field can feel, not just read about.
- Extend each campaign across every surface (landing pages, social, email, in-product) without losing the idea.
- Work at the pace of the product: several launches at once, fast timelines, quality never optional.
- Build the machine behind the work. Turn what you make into reusable prompts, workflows and automated pipelines, so every campaign starts further ahead than the last.
- Treat every new model as new creative territory, and show the team what’s now possible before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years making creative at an agency, studio or brand, with real campaigns shipped for real clients.
- A portfolio that proves taste first. AI-generated or AI-assisted work should be central to it.
- Fluency with image and video models, plus the craft tools to finish (editing, compositing, design).
- Art direction instincts: casting, styling, light, composition, type and pacing.
- A strong lead discipline (art direction, motion/edit or copy) and comfort across the others.
- A builder’s mindset. You’ve chained tools together, automated the repetitive parts, or built workflows others use.
- The range to move from a cinematic launch film to a single perfect frame in the same week.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience launching creative tools, AI products or research.
- You’ve already built something interesting on Runway.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Perplexity is looking for a senior commercial attorney to join our Legal team. We are looking for an independent, business-practical yet diligent-minded professional who can carry live deals, extend the infrastructure we have already built, and hold the line on the terms that matter as deal volume, complexity, and regulatory surface all grow.
You will negotiate directly with large enterprise customers across a large variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and other regulated industries, partner daily with Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Deal Desk, Security, Privacy, Product, and Finance, and advise on the legal questions that come with agentic, retrieval, and API products deployed inside enterprise environments. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who is genuinely a self starter.
This role is for you if you get energy from ambiguous, first‑of‑their‑kind problems and enjoy designing repeatable approaches that scale. You default to enabling the business, frame risk in practical terms, and focus on durable structures rather than one‑off fixes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of Enterprise customer agreements across our suite of offerings: Enterprise Pro, Enterprise Max, Computer, and API product lines, including MSAs, order forms, SaaS and API terms, DPAs, BAAs, security exhibits, customer-paper redlines, product-specific addenda, and public-sector vehicles such as GSA MAS orders and federal RFP responses.
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Deal Desk, and Customer Success, providing fast, practical, business-aligned counsel that accelerates deal velocity, protects the terms that matter, and scales as the Sales organization grows.
- Extend and maintain the existing Enterprise negotiation playbook, DPA and Privacy Notice architecture, product-specific term libraries, and fallback positions as our product surface, customer mix, and regulatory environment evolve, so that positions compound into reusable precedent rather than being re-litigated deal by deal.
- Advise on AI-specific contract terms for enterprise deployments, including bespoke data postures; negotiate output ownership and liability, agentic-feature risk allocation and translate product operations into enterprise contract commitments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Compliance to surface and address legal risk early, particularly on customer-data flows, enterprise integrations, model routing, and customer-specific compliance requirements.
- Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape for enterprise AI, data protection, and public-sector procurement (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, DORA, EU AI Act, sector-specific frameworks) and translate emerging requirements into practical contractual positions and updated playbook guidance.
- Represent Perplexity Legal externally on customer negotiation calls with counterparty counsel at sophisticated enterprises.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Exceptional communicator who owns deadlines, proactively manages internal and external expectations, and escalates early and clearly to protect deal timelines and momentum.
- A proactive problem‑solver who defaults to “yes, and” when engaging with internal stakeholders: you look for ways to make deals work, frame risk clearly, and design long‑term, scalable solutions.
- A disciplined drafter who favors surgical, minimal‑footprint edits over wholesale rewrites, grounds positions in documented rationale, and preserves material legal meaning and risk allocation under time pressure.
- Someone who can articulate complex legal risk and concepts in the form of simple, actionable terms for non‑legal stakeholders, leads with practical “how to make this work” advice, and designs creative, long‑term solutions to novel, cutting‑edge challenges.
- Someone genuinely excited by novel, cutting‑edge challenges in AI products and the commercial and regulatory questions they surface, and who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear, reusable approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD and in good standing with an active U.S. state bar membership.
- At least 7+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, with a substantial in-house component, and a demonstrated track record of independently owning complex enterprise SaaS or API deals from the vendor side, including work with regulated-industry customers (financial services, healthcare, or government).
- Experience advising on commercial terms and pricing structures for high‑growth SaaS/API businesses, including usage‑based and tiered pricing, pilots, and expansion frameworks.
- Familiarity with data protection and security frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DORA, EU AI Act) and hands-on experience negotiating DPAs.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Deal Desk, Product, Security, and executive stakeholders on live deals under time pressure.
- Proven ability to triage and progress multiple concurrent deals under tight timelines while maintaining rigorous diligence, clear risk assessment, and high‑quality documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and extend durable legal infrastructure — playbooks, templates, precedent repositories, or self-serve tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences and to translate legal concepts into usable guidance for non-lawyers, including Sales and Deal Desk.
- Hands-on, can-do approach to tackle projects large and small, low-ego approach to working closely with the Director and across the organization, and judgment about when to escalate and when to close.
- Positive collaborative attitude, comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace, high level of integrity, and intellectual curiosity about AI technology.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience with public-sector contracting or with on-prem deployment structures.
- Experience with AI-native contracting questions related to agentic products
- Experience with contracting with regulated entities (financial institutions or health care), especially in the EU/UK.

TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & COLLABORATION
- Own security findings from discovery through remediation, working directly with engineers to implement lasting fixes.
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on exploitability, business impact, and real-world risk.
- Establish practical security standards that enable rapid product development without compromising security.
- Help define security practices for emerging AI technologies and new product architectures.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product security, application security, penetration testing, or vulnerability research.
- Proven track record of independently discovering and exploiting real vulnerabilities through application security work, bug bounty programs, or security research.

- Strong ability to read and analyze modern codebases, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineers on remediation.
- Experience conducting threat modeling, secure design reviews, and hands-on penetration testing.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, and modern application architectures.
- Ability to translate security findings into scalable engineering controls and automated checks.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The Role
As an IP Rights Manager on the IP & Licensing team, you will own the operational backbone of how Mistral manages rights, obligations, and restrictions across the datasets we license. This role sits at the intersection of copyright, data protection, and AI, and exists because the volume and complexity of our data agreements have outgrown manual processes. You will work closely with the colleagues who negotiate our agreements commercially and legally, translating their work into systems, workflows, and databases that keep us compliant and scalable.
The IP & Licensing team is responsible for all content and data licensing at Mistral. Your work will directly determine whether we can use the data we acquire, how we track what we are allowed to do with it, and whether our clients and partners stay within the rights we grant them. You will build the infrastructure that makes legal analysis repeatable, not just advisory.
Your scope spans the full lifecycle of data-related agreements: clearing inbound data usage requests, codifying contract terms into structured metadata, tracking ongoing compliance obligations, and automating reporting. You will also design and run AI-powered workflows that handle contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts, turning legal judgment into scalable operations.
What You Will Do
- Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions before data enters Mistral systems.
- Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining the team's template library and playbook alongside Legal.
- Determine whether specific AI use cases are covered by third-party agreements, identify gaps, and recommend contract amendments.
- Build and maintain a central database as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement, covering permitted uses, confidentiality, and re-use permissions.
- Track ongoing compliance obligations and automate reporting, including renewal alerts and master licensing partnership administration.
- Develop and run AI workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and compliance monitoring.
- Verify provenance, ownership, and consents for acquired data, flagging obligations that must be tracked.
- Monitor that Mistral clients and partners operate within granted rights, administering the approval system that enforces legal restrictions.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in law, publishing, information science, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in copyright, permissions, licensing, legal operations, or contract administration, ideally in an AI, tech, or data-driven environment.
- Solid working knowledge of EU and US copyright law and contract administration, with demonstrated ability to interpret contracts independently.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential agreements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal constraints to non-lawyers.
- A legal-ops mindset: you take initiative, anticipate needs through ambiguity, and think about how to operationalize legal analysis at scale.
- Comfort building agentic AI workflows in a complex enterprise environment; you are an AI power user, not just a consumer.
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or another European language is a plus, as is experience with CLM tools like Ironclad, prior work setting up AI workflows in a legal team, or contracting experience with publishing houses.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be a key analytical partner to our Customer Success organization and our product-led, digital customer journey. You’ll shape how the business understands what drives adoption, retention, and expansion, analyzing how customers move from sign-up to activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and renewal, and turning that into clear, actionable insight on the growth levers leadership can act on. Sitting within our centralized analytics function, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Data Engineering, bringing strategic thinking, deep PLG expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that move the business forward. You’ll help define how digital and scaled success programs are measured, size opportunities, show where to invest next, and help shape the data foundations that underpin our AI and automation capabilities.
How we’re using AI today
On the Analytics team, we're thoughtfully embedding AI into how we work with data. That looks like using AI to accelerate SQL development, pressure-test interpretations, turn complex datasets into clear executive narratives, and increasingly, building Generative BI applications that let stakeholders explore and interrogate data on their own. We approach AI the same way we approach data quality: with clear standards, human accountability at every consequential decision, and a commitment to getting it right before it influences the business. Beyond our own workflows, our role is evolving to ensure 1Password has the data foundations, governance, and structure its broader AI transformation depends on.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion. B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus
- Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate them to senior leaders, influencing decisions and priorities
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), statistical modeling, or predictive techniques (e.g., churn or propensity modeling) in a business context
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
- Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
- Experience working with GTM and customer platforms such as Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, or similar). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a plus
What you can expect:
- The opportunity to do meaningful analytics work across adoption, retention, expansion, and digital success in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment
- Close partnership with Customer Success stakeholders and a direct line to leadership on the growth levers that matter most, contributing to how the organization measures performance and makes day-to-day decisions
- Involvement in building the data foundations and analytical standards that Customer Success and 1Password’s broader AI capabilities will depend on
- Exposure to how AI gets applied in customer analytics, including Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation
- Cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data teams
- An environment where there’s a lot to build and your contributions will have real impact, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make their mark

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

*Open to hiring remote across North America. We have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle.
We’re looking for an AI-Native Social Media Creative, a creative generalist who works natively with AI tools to produce exceptional short-form work for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and X. Your background might be in editing, directing, design, animation, art direction or writing. What matters is that you’re already deeply embedded in AI-assisted creative workflows and are pushing the boundaries of what these tools can do. Editing is the core of the role, and you know how to cut short-form video that holds attention from the first frame to the last.
This is a making role. You’ll create work across formats, from short-form video and motion to design and editorial, using Runway’s products and the broader landscape of generative AI tools. Some days you’ll be cutting a launch-day Reel from generated footage. Other days you’ll be jumping on a trend the moment it breaks, building out tutorial content or exploring a creative application of a product feature no one’s tried yet. The output varies; the throughput and quality standard don’t.
Much of your work will sit at the top of the funnel, often as someone’s first encounter with Runway. It needs to stop the scroll, perform with the algorithm and feel native to each platform. You’ll also work in real time, turning model releases, trends and cultural moments into fast, reactive content while they’re still peaking.
You’ll sit within the creative department and report to the Social Media Lead. But the nature of the role means you’ll also work across product, research and marketing, often as the person who translates a product capability into a compelling creative artifact that’s geared to social audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create high-quality short-form video, motion, design and animation for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and X using AI tools, primarily Runway’s own products
- Edit short-form content built to hold attention, from the opening hook through the final frame
- Develop concepts and execute finished work, not just prototypes, from initial idea through final output
- Create top-of-funnel content that stops the scroll and performs with each platform’s algorithm
- Respond to trends, news and cultural moments with fast, real-time content
- Explore and push the creative boundaries of generative AI tools, finding new techniques, workflows and visual languages
- Produce content across brand campaigns, product marketing, social, tutorials and internal demos
- Partner with product and research teams to translate new features and model capabilities into creative work that showcases what’s possible
- Contribute to the team’s evolving creative process by sharing workflows, techniques and best practices as the tools themselves evolve
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4 to 8 years of professional creative experience in social, in editing, directing, design, animation, art direction, writing or a combination
- Exceptional short-form editing skills, with a strong instinct for hooks, pacing and sound
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creative output made with AI tools, not just traditional work, and not just experimentation, but polished, intentional creative work
- Deep, hands-on fluency with generative AI creative tools: you use them daily and understand their capabilities and constraints at a practitioner level
- Strong visual and conceptual taste: you know what good looks like regardless of the medium or how it was made
- Proven understanding of social media across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, with a strong handle on trends, formats, strategies and what each algorithm rewards
- Real-time instincts: you spot trends early and turn quality work around fast
- Self-direction and creative initiative: you don’t wait for a brief to start making
- Curiosity about the technology itself: you follow model releases, experiment with new tools and understand the trajectory of generative AI
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where the tools, workflows and possibilities are changing constantly

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
This position is ideally Paris-based.
TEAM
For this position, you will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.
You will be part of the team building Castle Busters, a turn-based multiplayer game, working alongside its client engineers and game designers as a full member of the game team. You will be part of a small group owning the backend that this game needs as its requirements become more specific and demanding.
You’ll also be plugged into Voodoo's shared gaming backend platform - the same architecture and patterns that power titles like Mob Control and Block Jam 3D - building on it and contributing back, in close collaboration with the wider backend team. You get the focus and ownership of a dedicated game engineer with the leverage and support of a battle-tested platform behind you.
This is a pivotal hire: Castle Busters is moving towards competitive multiplayer, which means moving game logic from the client to the server. You will be central to that transition.
ROLE
You will design and build the server-side foundation that takes Castle Busters from a client-authoritative game to a competitive, server-validated one. The current game computes everything on the device - progression, economy, and match outcomes alike, which won't hold up for competitive PvP. Your job is to change that.
Working closely with client developers and game designers from feature design through delivery, validation and iteration, you will:
- Build server-side validation for the metagame - currency, card upgrades, chest opens, and progression - staged by risk, replicating economy and reward logic on the server.
- Move toward server authority for competitive features, where game state lives in one place and can be trusted.
- Design APIs and player-state management that the Unity client integrates against, and help shape how client and server split responsibilities.
The responsibilities are cross-functional, ranging from infrastructure, API design & coding all the way to client-side integration (we are using Golang).
To succeed in this role, you will need to have passion for everything you do. You love to write code that scales to millions of users, are skilled at requirements gathering, champion new tech initiatives & leverage existing solutions.
PROFILE
- 7+ years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals
- Extreme fluency in Golang (At least 1 year in a professional environment)
- Mastery of SQL and NoSQL
- Background in high-scale systems
- Understanding of Unix-like environments
- AI-first mindset: Comfortable using AI daily and building custom agents or reusable automations to speed up your work
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex problems related to scalability, performance, and integration in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing teams and interfacing effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to be self sufficient and work autonomously.
- A deep interest in game development is a plus.

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance, helping institutions put agents in front of customers, policyholders, and advisors that are safe, compliant, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. This is a rare chance to join while the vertical is moving from pilots to production, with the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each of Banking and Insurance, including different buyers, regulators, and use cases
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security, bringing Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec in early
- Help customers pick a narrow, high-volume first use case in Banking (servicing, caller verification, collections, onboarding) and Insurance (claims intake, policy servicing, renewals), and scale from there
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-build and share what the field teaches us
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy and platform bundlers, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into banks and/or insurers, and navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec gatekeepers
- An established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Deep fluency in banking and insurance regulation (model risk, third-party risk, data protection, consumer protection), which you can speak to without a briefing
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Healthcare, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across providers, payers, and life sciences, helping health organizations put agents in front of patients, members, and clinicians that are safe, fast, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. You’ll have the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma/medtech: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each segment
- Land and expand with large health systems, health plans, and life sciences companies
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Work through BAAs, security review, and AI governance boards (and MLR review for pharma), starting compliance conversations in week one
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers to scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run
- Help customers pick one high-volume starting point (scheduling, reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, HCP support) and prove it before scaling
- Build a reference network of healthcare peers that buyers can call
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy, platform bundlers, and vertical point solutions, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into health systems, payers, or life sciences, with deep fluency in HIPAA, BAAs, AI governance, and long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- An established network of senior decision-makers in one or more of health systems, payers, or life sciences, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex sales cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI

Prior experience building evals for autonomous agents and large language models.

The role Marketing is your lens; project management is the job. You own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end and carry each one from its kickoff target to the delivered result. Success is measured by the client's key metric, not just tasks shipped on time. You work alongside hands-on media buying, AI marketing engineers, and account leadership. Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
What you'll own:
— Carry the project to its target, focusing on one key client metric such as gross revenue growth, contribution margin, or lower CPI/CPA without losing volume.
— Diagnose what moves the number and translate client and engineer requests into work that serves the goal.
— Run the account and project management tasks including accounting, operations, client and project management, task tracking, documentation, timelines, budget, risk, and paperwork.
— Manage about 10 clients in parallel, maintaining pace and monitoring key metrics week-over-week.
Requirements:
— Ability to communicate with clients at the level of their business results, translating business goals into clear targets.
— Skill in diagnosing and filtering work to focus on what moves the metric.
— Hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid advertising accounts or teams, especially on Meta, Google, or TikTok with accounts around $300K+/month.
— Experience running distributed teams to goals, delegating work, and holding scope and timelines.
— Familiarity with automation and AI agents, having built at least one self-contained automation.
— Engineering background is optional but must be comfortable working with internal AI tools daily.
— Client outcome focus with KPIs tied to client metrics like traffic conversion, revenue, and CPA.
— Confirmed senior, autonomous, and systematic work style managing multiple accounts without follow-up.
— Timezone alignment with CET or west toward the Americas, including late-evening contact with US clients.
— Data fluency in client acquisition, sales funnels, attribution models, data structure, and marketing performance analytics.
Nice to have:
— Agency background with ability to build project plans on the spot.
— Public presence such as LinkedIn, Telegram channel, or conference talks.
— Experience briefing developers and engineers.
Red flags:
— Strategy or media planning only without hands-on account fluency.
— Not systematic or unable to hold process.
— IT/delivery PM without performance marketing feel.
What you can expect:
— Direct influence on client key metrics.
— Work at the frontier of AI in performance marketing.
— AI-first team culture with remote-first work from supported timezones.
Hiring process includes screening call, interview with Head of Project Management, possible test task, and final interview with senior engineer and/or CEO.
