Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, you will own the end-to-end execution of key marketing programmes—from event strategy and audience acquisition to on-site experiences, post-event follow-up and pipeline impact. You will bring events to life through compelling stories and tightly integrated campaigns across digital, content, paid media, ABM and commercial activation.

This is a six-month contractor role based in Sydney, with the potential to extend depending on business needs.
How you’ll make an impact

- Partner closely with Commercial teams in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore to align event and campaign priorities with market needs, target accounts and pipeline goals.
- Apply an ABM lens to priority events and campaigns, creating personalised experiences and follow-up journeys for key accounts and buyer groups.
- Identify, test and scale new growth opportunities, including new verticals, audiences, partnerships, event formats and paid or organic channels.
- Develop strong regional campaign messaging and creative copy, and help build local content assets—including case studies, white papers, blogs, thought-leadership articles and event materials.
- Support localised product marketing initiatives and ensure regional programmes reflect market needs.
- Measure programme performance rigorously, translating results into clear recommendations and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in event marketing and demand generation.
- Experience managing events end to end, from strategy, planning and execution through to follow-up, measurement and reporting.
- A growth mindset: you are curious, commercially minded and always looking for smarter ways to create impact.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities; you can make sound decisions, bring structure to open-ended problems and keep work moving.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, with the resilience and adaptability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines at once.
- Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A natural storyteller who can turn market, customer and product insights into compelling messaging and experiences.

Ищу к себе в команду AI/ML Delivery Manager (FinTech). Нужно будет отвечать за скорость и результат поставки ML-решений в прод с последующей интеграцией в бизнес процессы конечных заказчиков.
Location: Dubai; London, England, United Kingdom
Workplace: hybrid
We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
We are looking for a
Senior Product Owner
to build how Capital.com detects and prevents fraud and money laundering as we expand into new financial products and markets.
You will own the roadmap for fraud prevention and transaction monitoring. That covers the rules, models and systems that flag risky activity, and the tools teams use to review it. You’ll use AI to clear routine alerts automatically, so people can focus on the cases that need a person. You’ll work closely with Compliance, Operations, Data, Engineering and the Financial Investigation Unit. Because this is a new capability, you’ll shape it from the ground up and, over time, build the team that runs it.
Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product roadmap for fraud prevention and transaction monitoring within the agreed financial crime strategy.
Translate fraud threats, money-laundering risk scenarios and control requirements into clear product requirements, detection logic and acceptance criteria.
Lead the development of rules, models and preventive controls with Engineering, Data, Operations and Compliance. Apply AI and machine learning where they demonstrably improve detection, prevention and case handling.
Establish reliable, timely data inputs for detection. Identify gaps in data quality, availability or coverage and prioritise their resolution.
Evaluate proposed controls using historical data and realistic test scenarios. Assess detection coverage, missed activity, false positives and the impact on legitimate customers.
Deliver changes through the agreed approval process, with clear testing, staged rollout, monitoring and rollback plans.
Measure performance after release, including fraud losses, detection effectiveness and customer friction. Use the findings to improve controls without treating fewer alerts as proof of success.
Adapt fraud prevention and transaction monitoring capabilities to emerging threats, new products, markets and transaction types. Make readiness requirements and unresolved coverage gaps visible before launch.
Coordinate delivery across product teams and control owners, making priorities, dependencies and trade-offs clear and escalating decisions that require accountable leadership.
Requirements:
5+ years in product ownership or product management, including end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap at a senior level.
Strong financial crime experience covering both fraud and money laundering, gained in fintech, banking, payments or another regulated business.
Hands-on experience building detection capabilities such as rules, models or transaction monitoring systems.
Experience using AI or automation to reduce manual alert review, for example automated customer outreach, while keeping people on complex cases.
Strong data skills: you understand where data comes from and how reliable it is, and you can evaluate detection using historical data, coverage and false-positive analysis.
Experience releasing changes to live controls safely, with testing, staged rollout, monitoring and rollback.
Excellent stakeholder management, including working with Compliance and control owners through approval processes.
Experience building or growing a product team is desirable.
