ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Web Designer/Developer, you will own avoca.ai http://avoca.ai end-to-end, design and ship every page, landing experience, and campaign site that defines how Avoca shows up on the internet. Reporting directly to our Director of Brand, you'll be a hybrid designer-engineer, equally credible in Figma and in code, owning the surface where most of our market meets us for the first time.
You will partner side-by-side with our Creative Director on visual language, our Creative Producer on integrating motion and film, and Product Marketing on launch and campaign work. You will architect the design system and the codebase that lets us ship category-defining web work at the velocity a Series B running into a $1T market demands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own avoca.ai http://avoca.ai end-to-end, design every new page in Figma, build it in code, and ship it. No handoffs. No throw-overs.
- Build and maintain Avoca's marketing component library and design system, with Figma → code parity as a non-negotiable.
- Ship the Q4 product launch site, the marquee industry conference microsite, and the customer story film pages for our top accounts.
- Design and build conversion-critical landing pages for paid, SEO, and ABM campaigns; instrument, A/B test, and iterate based on data.
- Lead interaction and motion design on the web, hero animations, scroll-driven moments, the homepage live-performance counter, and integrating Creative Producer's film and motion into the site experience.
- Partner with the Director of Brand on web brand expression; partner with Product Marketing on launch and campaign sites; partner with PMM and Product on customer-facing announcements and microsites.
- Instrument and ship analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization, page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO are not someone else's problem.
- Own technical decisions for the marketing stack: CMS, framework, hosting, asset pipeline, deploy/preview workflow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4–7+ years of progressive experience as a hybrid marketing web designer/developer at B2B SaaS, agency, or in-house brand teams. Portfolio must include shipped marketing sites you designed AND built.
- Strong React / Next.js fluency. Production experience with Tailwind, Vercel or Netlify, headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or Storyblok), and modern asset pipelines.
- Strong Figma fluency including design system thinking, component variants, auto-layout, and library management. Bonus: Framer or Webflow fluency for rapid prototyping.
- Hands-on interaction and motion design experience, Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie, or similar with a portfolio that shows craft beyond CSS transitions.
- Strong instinct for marketing performance: page speed, Core Web Vitals, A/B testing, basic SEO, accessibility, and conversion design.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end web sprints from Figma to production deploy without intermediate handoffs, running multiple sites in parallel.
WHO YOU ARE
- A hybrid by choice, not by accident, a designer who codes and an engineer with taste, who has resisted being pushed into one lane.
- Obsessed with the line between brand and performance. Won't ship anything ugly; won't ship anything that doesn't convert.
- A craft maximalist on the details that matter, type, motion, spacing, performance and a pragmatist on the rest.
- Deeply collaborative, with a natural instinct for partnering with the Director of Brand, Art Director, Creative Producer, and Product Marketing.
- In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $165,000-$185,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward’s Payments & Blockchain team builds the capabilities that move money into and out of its products, connecting banking partners, payment providers and local rails for millions of users.
We’re building a peer-to-peer marketplace for Asia-Pacific that lets users buy and sell digital assets directly with each other using familiar local payment methods. Payward will provide the marketplace infrastructure, merchant network, escrow, transaction management, and trust and safety capabilities.
We’re looking for an experienced product leader who has launched crypto P2P in APAC and can turn that expertise into a shared platform serving multiple Payward products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Strategy and market expansion: Set the P2P vision, business objectives and roadmap. Prioritize markets, customer segments and payment methods based on demand, competitive conditions, economics and regulatory requirements.
- Merchant network and liquidity: Develop the merchant acquisition, onboarding, incentives and retention strategy. Work with commercial and local teams to build dependable liquidity, competitive pricing and coverage across relevant payment methods.
- Marketplace economics: Define fee structures and incentive programs. Set commercial targets and improve revenue, transaction costs and contribution margin with finance and commercial partners.
- Core P2P capabilities: Lead product development across matching, escrow, order management, payment confirmation, transaction limits, merchant controls and dispute handling.
- Platform adoption: Build reusable capabilities and integration requirements that allow multiple Payward products to offer P2P. Make the platform straightforward to integrate, operate and extend into new markets.
- Buyer, seller and merchant requirements: Define transaction workflows, exception handling and acceptance criteria. Bring customer research and marketplace expertise into interface decisions, and use transaction data to identify friction and improve completion.
- Trust and marketplace integrity: Partner with risk, compliance, legal and operations to build merchant verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and appeals into the product from the outset.
- Launch and operating performance: Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish the processes needed to run each market. Track liquidity, order completion, time to trade, repeat usage, dispute rates, fraud losses and platform reliability.
- Product leadership: Align senior stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs, work closely with engineering on system capabilities, and develop product talent as the platform scales. Apply proven P2P playbooks and move quickly from decisions to live transactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A demonstrated record of launching and scaling a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC, ideally including a launch from zero.
- Senior product leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of merchant operations, two-sided liquidity, pricing, incentives and the economics of P2P trading.
- Practical knowledge of APAC payment methods, local banking and wallet ecosystems, and how customer behavior differs across markets.
- Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple products, channels or external partners.
- Strong judgment about fraud, payment verification, transaction disputes and the operational realities of running a financial marketplace.
- Technical fluency across APIs, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations and reliable financial systems.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through partnerships with engineering, interface product teams, operations, risk and commercial teams.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience expanding P2P across several APAC markets.
- Experience with stablecoins and local fiat on/off-ramps.
- Experience building and leading product teams.
- Fluency in one or more APAC languages.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
In 2025 we doubled, from 95 to 200 people. Today we hire fewer roles, but more senior ones, and every single hire moves the needle. We have built a hiring system we believe in: a clear profile for every role, structured interviews, real-life cases and culture fit assessment on every final. Now we need recruiters who make it run every day, go out and find people who raise the bar, and close them fast.
You will own a portfolio of roles across Adapty, from engineering and product to marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own your vacancies end to end: from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer. Every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire.
- Hire the best people, fast. Run a tight process and keep Time to Offer low without lowering the bar.
- Proactively bring top talent to Adapty. Map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines instead of waiting for inbound.
- Partner with hiring managers and drive alignment. Challenge the brief when it's wrong, keep feedback loops short, and push back when the data says so.
- Run structured interviews and assess candidates against our values and the role's competencies.
- Keep ATS clean and data-driven: scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates.
- Help improve how we hire: share what works, fix what doesn't, and make the process faster and better.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
- You have closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
- You think in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention. You know your own and can explain what you did to move them.
- You are a strong stakeholder partner. You can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
- You move fast and own your results. When a role gets stuck, you are the first to know and you come with a plan.
- You write and speak fluent English and Russian.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
- Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing within our Growth team across Deliveroo and Wolt! This role operates across 40+ markets in EMEA, and sits at the heart of our marketplace: Our fee strategy directly shapes consumer conversion, order frequency, PnL outcomes - and connects deeply to rider earnings and merchant economics across the Globe. You'll be responsible for building a pricing strategy and experimentation roadmap that grows revenue and profitability sustainably, without compromising the customer experience.
This is a very high-visibility role. You'll partner closely with Leadership, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to design, launch, and iterate on pricing experiments across all markets, from delivery fee and service fee algorithms to 0-1 new ventures. You'll be expected to build a strong testing culture, translate ambiguous commercial questions into a rigorous experimentation agenda, and communicate results and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
About the Team
Our ambition is simple: make our platform an affordable, daily habit for all users.
The Pricing team builds the systems and experiences that touch every single order — from delivery options to promotions, fees, and entirely new pricing models. Operating across 40+ markets, our work sits at the intersection of customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Small changes at this scale can change how customers perceive us, how often they order, and the economics of the entire marketplace. We bring together consumer psychology, experimentation, data science, economics, and product craft to answer one deceptively difficult question:
How do we make every order feel like great value while driving sustainable growth?
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of global pricing products.
Identify and launch major growth opportunities across affordability, conversion, frequency, revenue, and profitability.
Drive 0 to 1 big bets through validation, launch, then scale them 100X.
Partner deeply with Data Science and ML Engineering to design pricing algorithms, experiments, and scalable platform capabilities.
Develop hypotheses, launch experiments, interpret results, and turn learnings into product strategy.
Define the metrics and decision frameworks used to evaluate customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Communicate strategy, results, and tradeoffs to senior leaders across DoorDash.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have significant product management experience building complex consumer, marketplace, growth, or monetization products.
Are deeply analytical and comfortable using experimentation and data to make high-stakes product decisions.
Are comfortable working closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on algorithmic or optimization problems.
Can turn ambiguous commercial questions into clear and executable product hypotheses and roadmaps.
Can operate as a “conductor” — aligning technical, operational, and business stakeholders and stitching together strategy, execution, and influence across teams.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo and Wolt, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
