Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
At Fin, we believe AI agents and human support teams will work symbiotically as one team in one system, increasingly directed by AI, with humans elevated to higher-level roles and engaging directly with customers only in complex, high-stakes moments. So we built Fin to be natively integrated with the Intercom helpdesk, and are completely rethinking what a Helpdesk product should be when Agents do 90%+ resolution. We’re also building exciting new products and capabilities around how human teams collaborate with, are assisted by, and supervised by the AI agent so that they can deliver great customer experiences.
This PMM role will lead PMM for our Intercom helpdesk, loved by over 30k customers, and lead on how to market new capabilities that help human support teams deliver great experiences, with help and guidance from AI Agents. You'll shape how we talk to the 25,000+ businesses already using Intercom, build the narrative for an AI-first helpdesk era, and establish Intercom as the obvious choice for teams who want their AI agent and their human support layer working as one
You'll work directly with product, engineering, sales leadership, and the wider marketing team. This is a builder role for someone who wants to work fast, think from first principles, and help shape the future of PMM at Fin.
What will I be doing?
Shape the ICP and audience for the Intercom helpdesk and additional products for teams - who we're talking to, what their pains are, and what makes them choose us
Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment on what we're saying, why, and how it shows up everywhere - from the website to the sales deck to the customer email
Define and build the external narrative for the AI-first Helpdesk - what it means, why it matters, and why Fin is uniquely positioned to deliver it - and bring it to market in a way that reshapes how buyers think about the category
Partner with Product, GTM and Lifecycle on how we communicate product investment and progress to existing customers - turning roadmap momentum into customer confidence that retains and expands accounts
Build crisp, high-impact enablement that sales and customer success teams actually use to sell with confidence. Work closely with GTM teams to ensure messaging lands with the customers who need to hear it most
Be deeply customer-obsessed - sit with customer support teams, study how they evaluate and adopt, and turn signal into clear insight that shapes what we say
Lead launches and go-to-market moments for new products and capapbilties releases, working across the company to deliver impactful launch moments that drive mindshare and pipeline
Create high-quality core PMM assets yourself: web pages, first call decks, narratives and scripts launch materials. And maintain the core ‘brain’ of PMM context that feeds our AI-first approach
What we're looking for
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction.
You've done this before
5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B with a track record of shaping how complex products are understood in market
You've owned a core product area end-to-end - from ICP and positioning through to launches and field enablement
You've worked in fast-moving environments where the product ships faster than the messaging can keep up - and found a way to move at that pace without losing quality
Experience with customer retention or expansion motions is a strong plus
You think and write with precision
Excellent written communication - you write crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis memos that drive alignment
Strong editorial judgment - you know the difference between a sharp positioning statement and marketing language that means nothing
You push back on vague claims and force specificity - in your own work and in others'
You're product-obsessed and technically engaged
You read the docs, use the product, and dig into the tech before you craft a single message
You're genuinely curious about AI - not just as a talking point, but as something you think about, experiment with, and engage with constantly
You use AI tools fluently in your own work and are always looking for new ways to move faster and think sharper
You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
You don't hand off strategy and wait - you take it all the way to the asset, the launch, the field
Strong judgment and the ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives
A systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks others can use, not just one-off assets
You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective
Attributes we're looking for
Ambitious and competitive
- you set a high bar, think big, and want to win. You'll go the extra mile and you're motivated by building something that leads the market.
Confident and decisive
- you back yourself, optimise for progress over consensus, and value momentum. You ask for forgiveness, not permission.
Curious and intellectually engaged
- you're always learning, experimenting, and asking why. You keep up with AI's pace and use it to improve how you work.
Tasteful and creative
- you understand what connects emotionally with people and draw on design, culture, and craft to create ideas that resonate.
Impatient and change-oriented
- you hate slow and work to fix the root cause. You thrive in ambiguity and love building something new.

We are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits! If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, talk to us!
Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-up

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Research Engineer on Forge, you will turn real customer requirements into reliable training and deployment workflows. You’ll work end‑to‑end across model adaptation and post‑training (CPT/SFT/RL/distillation), evaluation, data, and infrastructure. The role bridges research experimentation and production constraints.
This role sits in Applied Science, with direct impact on client outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, product, and customer‑facing teams to ensure Forge projects ship, are maintainable, and can be trusted by others.
Interview focus can vary (algorithms, infrastructure, evals, or data). You don’t need to match every bullet below to apply.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and improve post‑training and evaluation workflows (CPT/SFT/RL/distillation), turning prototypes into repeatable Forge “recipes”.
- Develop tools and pipelines for synthetic data generation, data curation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Debug and harden large‑scale ML systems: distributed training, scheduling/execution, checkpointing, observability, and reproducibility.
- Improve the Forge codebase via clear APIs, tests, documentation, and maintainable abstractions.
- Push the frontier of our RL training stack (e.g., high-throughput async rollout and scalable post‑training systems at frontier-model scale)
- Make sure Forge deployment is seamless and adaptable to a diversity of clients (hardware access, software stack, cloud and on-premises, …)
- Partner with researchers and infrastructure engineers to translate bottlenecks into concrete system improvements.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong Python engineering skills and experience working in large codebases (testing, code review, CI, operational ownership).
- Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, JAX, or similar.
- Strong systems and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Experience with LLM training or post‑training: fine‑tuning, RL, distillation, evaluation, and/or data pipelines.
- Excellent debugging skills in ambiguous systems (distributed jobs, data issues, quality regressions, infra failures).
- Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- High agency, low ego, and comfort in fast‑moving, under‑specified environments.
NICE TO HAVE
- Distributed training experience (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron, etc.).
- Cluster/orchestration experience (SLURM, Ray, Kubernetes, Kueue, Karpenter, Skypilot, etc.).
- Experience building reliable ML infrastructure, evaluation systems, or large‑scale data processing pipelines.
- Research experience in LLMs, agents, multimodal models, reasoning, code, or domain adaptation.
- Open‑source contributions, publications, or widely used internal tooling.
- Experience training multi‑billion‑parameter models (pre‑training or RL). Experience training on petabyte- and exabyte-scale datasets.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks across the stack and drive improvements from first principles.

Location: United States
Company Overview
We provide a mission-critical DevOps and Data Management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. Our suite of products—including CI/CD, automated testing, backup & recovery, and data masking—empowers organizations to release code faster, more securely, and with total data integrity. We are entering a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a foundational leader to build our Enterprise presence in the United States.
The Role: Director of Enterprise Sales to serve as the "Incubator" for our U.S. sales organization. This is a unique "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will not be an armchair manager; you will be a hands-on builder responsible for the entire end-to-end operation of this business unit—from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals.
You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation: Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling: Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations: Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building: Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA: You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience: Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA: This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Benefits
Why join us?
Autonomy: You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact: Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.
Complexity: Work with a sophisticated, technical product suite that solves real-world engineering and security challenges

At Offchain Labs, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain Labs?
Offchain Labs is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain Labs technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
As the Corporate Development Sr. Associate at Offchain Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing transactions that align with Offchain Labs' vision for decentralized infrastructure.
What you'll do:
Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end - screen and evaluate targets, lead market and operating diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance, build valuation models, write investment memos, and support leadership on deal structuring and negotiation.
Own post-merger integration planning and execution - define the integration thesis prior to signing, build the integration plan, and drive the workstreams required to realize deal objectives.
Support in fundraising preparedness - maintain diligence-ready materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting, and manage process timelines and open items during live processes.
Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities, including market and competitive analysis, target segments and use cases, deal or partnership economics, and execution roadmap.
Be a strategic thinker to the leadership team - bring an informed external view on competitors, market structure, and emerging models into strategic planning, and translate it into clear recommendations.
Drive internal strategy communications - synthesize company priorities into clear strategy memos, and support planning and execution tracking against the agreed strategy.
Establish scalable processes and develop strategies that enhance Offchain Labs' corporate development capabilities, keeping pace with the rapidly evolving blockchain industry.
Build relationships with blockchain founders, and industry leaders while maintaining a robust organic pipeline of opportunities.
What you’ll need:
4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development or strategic finance function.
Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process from start to close, with real ownership of workstreams rather than adjacent exposure.
Genuine fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred.
Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in segments where public data is limited or inconsistent.
Exceptional written and visual communication. You can build an executive-ready deck without hand-holding and write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership - small team, wide surface area, and constant movement between long-range strategy work and next-day turnarounds.
Bachelor's degree.
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
Wellness stipend
Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program

This role cannot be performed in California, or Colorado.
Please be advised that there has been a rise in fraudulent recruiter activities, particularly within the Web3 space. If you would like to confirm whether someone is an Offchain employee or the legitimacy of an offer you received, please email jobs@offchainlabs.com
At Offchain, we are committed to building a welcoming and supportive workplace for all employees, regardless of their background or identity. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compute & Infrastructure Accounting team supports accounting and financial reporting for OpenAI’s rapidly evolving cloud computing, data center, server, equipment, colocation, software and data, and other AI infrastructure arrangements. We’re seeking a hands-on Contract Accountant to support recurring close and day-to-day operational accounting for these costs.
The contractor will translate contract terms, pricing, delivery, usage, invoices, and operational data into accurate accruals, true-ups, journal-entry support, reconciliations, and variance explanations. This role works closely with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and external vendors to resolve exceptions and keep accounting outputs timely, complete, and audit-ready. The contractor will use approved AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
This role does not make final accounting conclusions or approve journals, payments, vendors, contracts, or access; it does not negotiate contracts or commit company funds. Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Close and Operational Accounting
- Prepare and support assigned month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, true-ups, journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare journal-entry support and submissions, including account and cost-center coding; monitor approval, posting, and rejection status and coordinate timely follow-up with authorized employees.
- Perform vendor- and contract-level reconciliations, monitor actuals against accruals, resolve differences, and support recurring management reporting.
- Support lease, fixed-asset, construction-in-progress, and related infrastructure accounting as assigned, including data capture, schedule maintenance, modifications, and period-end entries.
Contract, Invoice, and Data Validation
- Maintain complete and accurate contract and pricing records across new agreements, amendments, credits, delivery or drawdown changes, extensions, and terminations.
- Translate commercial terms into accounting inputs and operating workflows and ensure relevant changes are reflected in recurring accounting processes.
- Validate vendor invoices and operational data against rates, usage, commitments, delivery, resource attributes, and accounting mappings.
- Investigate exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items and bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up through completion.
Controls, Audit, and Issue Resolution
- Follow established accounting policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over source data and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks, evidence retention, and reviewer-ready documentation.
- Respond to audit and control requests by assembling tie-outs, schedules, explanations, and source evidence.
- Use company information only through approved systems and devices, follow least-privilege and security requirements, and promptly escalate suspected data, security, or access issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve accounting and operational blockers.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Escalate unusual contracts, accounting judgments, control exceptions, or access requests with clear context and recommended next steps.
Process Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring data-quality issues, process delays, and control gaps, and surface trends and recommended improvements to the appropriate team lead.
- Write clear requirements, test system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis and documentation, and support scalable and agentic workflows while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent execution as systems, accounting requirements, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and workpaper preparation.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to recognize and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Experience interpreting contracts, invoices, and large operational datasets and translating them into accurate accounting outcomes.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear documentation habits, and the ability to independently manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, external vendors, and time zones.
PREFERRED
- Operational accounting experience in a technology, cloud-computing, or infrastructure environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and lease-accounting, fixed-asset, or similar finance systems.
- CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Exposure to cloud and compute costs, lease accounting, fixed assets, construction in progress, or related infrastructure arrangements.
- Familiarity with SQL, GitHub, issue-tracking tools, or similar technical tools used to investigate data and process issues.
- Experience in audit-ready, high-growth, or control-focused operating environments.
- Experience collaborating across time zones with distributed teams and external service providers.

RECRUITING OPERATIONS & DATA-DRIVEN IMPROVEMENT
- Develop and refine recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Use data to diagnose pipeline issues (e.g., drop-off at specific stages, time-to-fill by role, offer acceptance rates) and propose targeted solutions.
- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key EMEA Corporate and GTM segments.
- Standardize interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across EMEA hiring teams, while respecting local market and language differences.
RAISING THE BAR

- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is scaling globally at extraordinary speed, growing from 400 to 1,000+ by the end of 2026. We operate across 46+ countries, with a highly distributed workforce spanning researchers, engineers, GTM teams, operators, creatives, and frontier AI specialists. Compensation and total rewards are core to how we attract and retain the best builders in the world.
This environment is inherently complex. Different regulatory frameworks. Different talent markets. Different role archetypes. High volatility in frontier AI compensation benchmarks. That complexity is not a constraint, it’s the challenge.
We are looking for someone to own and evolve our global compensation and total rewards strategy, designing systems that are competitive in frontier AI markets, internally consistent, globally scalable, and built for long-term sustainability.
You will operate as the single point of accountability for compensation architecture across the company, partnering closely with Operations, Legal and Finance.
If you’re energized by solving hard global compensation problems, building clarity across diverse markets, and designing systems that scale globally without slowing the company down, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPENSATION STRATEGY & PHILOSOPHY
- Own and continuously refine ElevenLabs’ global compensation philosophy.
- Ensure pay, equity, and incentives reinforce attraction, retention, and performance.
- Balance market competitiveness with internal equity and financial discipline.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex, high-impact compensation decisions.
JOB ARCHITECTURE & LEVELING
- Design systems that introduce rigor without slowing the company down.
- Evolve our structure intentionally to match our scale: mature enough to support 46+ countries and a diverse set of roles, but not over-engineered or bureaucratic.
- Drive clarity and consistency in job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation bands globally.
EQUITY & LONG-TERM INCENTIVES
- Design equity programs that reflect a core ElevenLabs belief: employees should be genuine owners in the company and invested in our long-term ambition.
- Own our equity philosophy, structure, and grant strategy.
- Partner with Finance and Legal on equity design, refresh cycles, and promotion grants.
COMPENSATION CYCLES & GOVERNANCE
- Assist annual compensation reviews end-to-end.
- Design clear off-cycle governance and decision frameworks.
- Build calibration rigor and tooling that scales globally.
- Introduce AI-enabled workflows where appropriate to improve speed and consistency.
- Act as the final escalation point for leveling and pay consistency decisions.
BENEFITS & TOTAL REWARDS
- Own global benefits strategy across a distributed workforce.
- Balance standardisation with regional relevance.
- Ensure benefits are competitive in frontier talent markets while remaining operationally scalable.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards, ideally in high-growth technology companies that operate across multiple countries
- Ownership of equity programs
- Strong track record of building compensation systems that scale
- Experience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling systems
- Experience operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- First-principles thinker: approach problems without bias
- Hands-on builder: comfortable designing systems from scratch
- Strong analytical skills: the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions in complex, fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication skills
- High standards and high ownership

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
