ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Clipboard is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and run the systems behind our sales organization.
You'll work across Salesforce, data, automation, and internal tools to help our sales team operate more effectively. That might mean building an automation that eliminates a recurring workflow, investigating a messy data problem, redesigning part of our Salesforce setup, or building a new system from the ground up.
We are a small team with an unusual operating model. Much of our execution runs through AI agents that we direct and quality-check, allowing each analyst to operate with the leverage of a much larger team.
This is equal parts builder and operator. You'll own systems end to end, work through ambiguous requests from reps and leadership, and be accountable for making sure the things you build actually work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own live systems. Take ownership of production systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, and data sync pipelines. You'll be accountable for their accuracy and reliability.
- Solve ambiguous problems. Work through requests from sales reps, managers, and leadership, figure out what is actually needed, and execute quickly.
- Direct AI agents. Write specs and prompts, supervise AI agents, and rigorously QA their output before it touches production data.
- Build automations and tools. Create scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, and lightweight web apps that turn recurring manual work into scalable systems.
- Analyze and report. Use SQL and other tools to answer important revenue questions and build reporting the organization can trust.
- Guard data quality. Handle merges, deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and other work required to keep our systems accurate at scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of building. You've built scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems.
- AI-native working style. You already use AI to multiply your output and understand where it can fail and how to verify its work.
- High judgment under ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem, figure out what matters, and know when to act versus when to ask.
- Strong attention to detail. You're comfortable being the last line of defense before changes affect production systems and large datasets.
- Bias to ownership. When something you own breaks, you don't just fix the immediate issue. You look for the underlying problem and improve the system.
SQL and Python experience are strong pluses, but we're more interested in your curiosity, judgment, and ability to ship than checking every technical box.
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce administration or development experience, including flows, SOQL, or data model design.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a similar environment.
- Experience building automations with tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application Review – We'll review your experience and evidence of things you've built, automated, or owned.
2. Take-Home Assessment – A practical, ~2-hour assessment using a fictional company, mock website, and CRM. You'll have 48 hours to complete it, and AI tools are encouraged.
3. Technical Walkthrough – A 30-minute session where you'll demo what you built, explain your decisions, and make a small live change to your system.
4. Manager Interview – A 30-minute conversation focused on communication, ownership, judgment, and how you operate under ambiguity.
5. Final Steps / Offer! – Some candidates may have an executive conversation, followed by references and an offer.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits + 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first working environment

What the Role Is
This is a new role that owns integrated go-to-market strategy for every Wishlist moment: feature launches, seasonal pushes, and campaign activity tied to Registry/Wishlist. You’ll own user research, market sizing, and journey mapping, becoming the expert on the wishlist user. You'll direct the editorial and content work needed to bring each plan to life. You report to the Director, Customer Marketing, and hand finished plans straight to Brand & Creative, Growth channels, and Corporate Communications for execution, reporting on progress, and iterating to drive wishlist adoption and growth. This role exists because Wishlist is a core feature driving LTV growth, and needs a single owner focused on the user journey, threading strategy through to execution. This role will create a single point of partnership across product and marketing to enable faster and more cohesive go to market ways of working.
Who You Are
You have worked in an Integrated Marketing role in a Senior role, leading through influence with proven success. - this is an IC role, requiring deep cross functional partnership to succeed.
User focused: Have taken UX, analytics and custom research and built a marketing strategy for a product that appeals to this specific customer.
Consumer marketing experience at scale: you've built plans that work across email, push, SMS, paid, and site at once, not owned a single channel.
Product marketing background: you can turn a feature roadmap into a customer story and a sequencing plan without much hand-holding
A specific track record of driving business growth through cross-functional partnership- you can point to what you built and what it moved
Comfortable directing editorial and content work without owning the creative function; you know what story needs telling and can brief it clearly
Genuinely energized by ambiguity and lead with curiosity. There's no formal brief in this model, you build the plan from what you learn inside the squad
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You can lead through influence.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will become the expert on the Babylist Wishlist user, understand motivations, needs, and wants inside and out of the product.
Build the integrated GTM strategy for every Wishlist moment, in lockstep with the product squad's roadmap
Direct editorial and content needs for Wishlist, briefing Brand & Creative and Content/Social directly
Demonstrate a level of competency on what good creative looks like and how to measure its success.
Create the internal playbook for this user and product, including competitive analysis, market opportunity and sizing and what good will look like in our marketing.
Hand finished GTM plans straight to execution centers; Brand & Creative, Growth channels, Corporate Communications, and keep each moving in parallel
Own the customer marketing value proposition for Wishlist across every channel it touches
Drive measurable growth in Wishlist adoption, you're accountable for the number, not just the campaign activity around it
Report progress and blockers directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Marketing
Why This Role
You're one of the first two hires into a brand-new model. Integrated Marketing didn't exist here before, so you're defining what good looks like, not inheriting a process.
Wishlist is one of Babylist's highest-leverage customer journeys, and this is a huge opportunity to shape the growth of this product.
You'll work inside the product squad itself, not downstream of it and your plan shapes the roadmap instead of reacting to it.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,800 to $191,700 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by alumni of Goldman Sachs' Digital Assets team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world, including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and growing quickly. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Our Data Science team turns on-chain and off-chain data into the analytics, risk, and decision-making infrastructure behind Ondo Global Markets (tokenized stocks) and Ondo Perps. We're hiring
Ondo's first Data Engineer
to build the foundational data platform that this work depends on—consolidating fragmented data sources, standing up a unified warehouse in BigQuery, and making trustworthy, well-modeled data available to the entire team.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role with end-to-end ownership. You'll lead the migration of analytics into BigQuery, work directly in the Go services that power Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse, and build the repeatable ETL pipelines that let data scientists, risk, and analytics move quickly and self-serve. You'll partner closely with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to replace today's siloed, ad-hoc pipelines with reliable, observable, and reusable data infrastructure.
Our team operates with high autonomy, high trust, urgency, and an uncompromising quality bar. We're looking for someone who improves the platform without waiting to be asked, cares deeply about data quality and correctness, and pairs strong engineering judgment with humility. You'll shape both Ondo's data foundation and how our Data Science team builds and scales analytics.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of analytics and existing data workflows into BigQuery, establishing it as Ondo's unified, trusted warehouse and reporting layer.
Read, understand, and extend the Go services powering Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse (e.g. changefeeds and streaming/batch sinks from production systems).
Design, build, and operate repeatable, well-tested ETL/ELT pipelines that the wider Data Science team can rely on and reuse.
Consolidate fragmented and siloed data sources—internal databases (CockroachDB, QuestDB), on-chain and market-data vendors (Allium, Dune, Databento), and product analytics—into consistent, well-modeled datasets.
Establish standards for data ingestion, transformation (e.g. dbt), orchestration, testing, lineage, and documentation so definitions are consistent and self-serve.
Experience building foundational metrics and dashboards, with strong opinions on data lineage and quality, in partnership with Data Science.
Own data quality, observability, monitoring, access controls, and cost management across the pipelines and warehouse.
Partner with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to turn analytical and reporting needs into durable data infrastructure.
Requirements
5+ years of data engineering experience building and operating production data pipelines and warehouses.
Deep hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse—BigQuery strongly preferred—including performance, partitioning, and cost optimization.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills, plus experience with modern transformation and orchestration tooling (e.g. dbt, Airflow, Dagflow-style schedulers, or similar).
Experience designing batch and streaming ingestion (CDC/changefeeds, event pipelines) from operational databases into a warehouse.
Experience building data infrastructure for fintech, trading, or other high-integrity financial systems where correctness and auditability matter.
High standards for data quality, reliability, testing, observability, and documentation.
Clear communication, high ownership, and a track record of delivering effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Nice to haves
Proficiency reading and writing Go, or strong general software-engineering ability and a track record of quickly ramping on unfamiliar production codebases.
Experience with crypto-native or on-chain data, and vendors such as Allium, Dune, or Databento.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Are you the person on your team who builds the agent everyone else ends up using? We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our Training Product team and do that at Baseten. You'll build AI-driven product features for the customers training and post-training frontier models on our platform, and you'll raise the ceiling on how Baseten itself uses AI internally, turning manual workflows into agentic ones that make every other team faster.
You'll work directly with our research engineers to scope and build products, taking ideas from a research loop that already works internally to something customers can run themselves. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You'll pick the problems worth solving, build the harnesses, execution flows, and guardrails that make AI systems reliable, and own the results. If you've been shipping agents and want that to be the job, let's talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our team:

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to sit at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and generative media. This is not a brand systems or campaign concepting role — it's a high-volume, output-driven design role. You'll own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats, producing assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people first encounter and engage with Runway's products. That means producing scroll-stopping video ads, designing static and animated assets for paid social and display, and using generative tools — including Runway's own — as a core part of how you work. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and creative teams, and you'll be measured on craft, throughput, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats — paid social, display, YouTube and beyond
- Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed — not just technically functional
- Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, working from briefs or generating your own directions when needed
- Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and compellingly
- Partner with the Product Marketing and growth team to develop integrated ad concepts where copy and design work together
- Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing — adapting formats, hooks and visual treatments based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without letting assets feel templated or stale
- Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories that resonate with target audiences
- Hands-on experience designing for the major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) with fluency in each platform's native specs, aspect ratios and ad formats, and a real point of view on what works where.
- Own updates to GTM assets and templates, keeping them current and on-brand across campaigns. Bring hands-on experience building and automating deck design systems, so our presentations stay consistent without manual rework each time.
- Contribute to a growing library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies that raise the team's overall output velocity
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company
- A portfolio that shows range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative — with clear evidence of craft and art direction judgment, not just execution
- Strong motion design skills — you're fluent in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent, and can produce polished animated and video assets independently
- Solid graphic design fundamentals — typography, layout, color — applied to high-converting ad formats, not just editorial or brand work
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools with an art director's eye — you know how to prompt, iterate and finish work that looks intentional
- Comfort with performance data — you can look at creative metrics and know what visual changes to make next
- Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality
- Experience working closely with growth marketers and product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Training and serving frontier AI models requires compute infrastructure at a scale and density that pushes past what conventional data center designs were built to handle. Anthropic’s Data Center team is responsible for delivering that physical infrastructure — partnering with build partners, equipment manufacturers, and vendors to stand up facilities that can reliably cool some of the largest accelerator clusters in the industry.
As a Senior Data Center Mechanical Engineer based in the United States, you’ll lead the design direction and technical oversight of building mechanical systems — cooling, chilled-water distribution, liquid cooling, plumbing, and fire protection — across our rapidly expanding U.S. portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving and reviewing mechanical design from concept through detailed design and construction documentation produced by external engineering firms and development partners, ensuring every facility meets Anthropic’s standards for reliability, efficiency, and scalability. You’ll own the mechanical design direction from Basis of Design through construction and commissioning, serving as the primary technical interface between Anthropic’s internal teams and our external engineering and development partners.
A central part of this role is speed-to-capacity through prefabrication and modular construction — modular cooling skids, prefabricated piping assemblies, and design for offsite manufacture that compress schedules and reduce onsite labor. You’ll bring deep familiarity with U.S. mechanical, plumbing, and fire codes and the local regulatory environment, and ensure the cooling architecture keeps pace with rapidly increasing rack densities and the shift toward direct-to-chip liquid cooling. Strong candidates will bring deep mission-critical mechanical design experience and the judgment to make sound trade-offs when the standard playbook doesn’t apply.
Responsibilities
Design direction & review
Drive mechanical design concepts for data center cooling plants, chilled-water distribution, liquid cooling (direct-to-chip and CDUs), plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Review and direct design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation produced by external engineering firms, ensuring alignment with Anthropic’s Basis of Design and owner requirements.
Evaluate design submittals, shop drawings, and equipment selections; respond to RFIs with clear technical direction.
Identify design conflicts and drive resolution across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
Maintain and evolve Anthropic’s internal mechanical design standards and reference configurations.
Prefabrication & modular delivery
Drive Anthropic’s prefabricated and modular mechanical strategy — modular cooling skids, prefabricated piping and pump assemblies, and design for offsite manufacture and onsite assembly — to accelerate deployment and reduce onsite labor.
Drive standardization of modular mechanical designs across sites while preserving flexibility for site-specific constraints and evolving hardware generations.
External partner & vendor coordination
Serve as the primary mechanical engineering point of contact for external developers, design engineers, and construction partners across the U.S. portfolio.
Develop scopes of work, equipment specifications, and bid packages for mechanical infrastructure.
Perform technical due diligence on third-party and colocation facilities, evaluating mechanical designs against program requirements and redundancy targets.
Coordinate with equipment vendors and manufacturers on cooling system procurement, including chillers, CDUs, pumps, and piping assemblies, and partner with supply chain to mitigate lead-time and single-source risk.
Construction & commissioning
Monitor mechanical system installation for compliance with design intent, applicable U.S. codes and standards, and industry best practice.
Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve field issues, and validate construction quality; travel to sites across the region as needed.
Support testing and commissioning of mechanical systems; analyze data and troubleshoot issues against design intent.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years of experience designing building mechanical systems for data centers or mission-critical facilities, across the project lifecycle from concept design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
Have deep familiarity with U.S. mechanical, plumbing, and fire codes and standards — including the International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), International Building Code (IBC), NFPA 13 (automatic sprinkler systems), ASME B31 piping codes, and applicable state and local amendments, alongside ASHRAE guidance (incl. TC 9.9).
Have strong knowledge of chilled-water systems, air-cooled cooling plants, liquid cooling (direct-to-chip and CDUs), and redundant piping configurations.
Have hands-on experience with prefabricated and modular mechanical infrastructure — modular cooling skids, prefabricated piping assemblies, and design for offsite manufacture.
Have experience driving and reviewing mechanical design work produced by external engineering consultants, and are proficient reading and marking up construction drawings, P&IDs, and single-line diagrams.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; a Professional Engineer (PE) license (or eligibility) is valued but not required.
Communicate clearly and can drive technical decisions across internal teams and external partners, and are results-oriented with a bias toward practical solutions.
Are able to travel up to ~30% to data center sites across the region.
Strong candidates may also have
15+ years of experience designing building mechanical systems for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
Direct project experience delivering data centers in multiple U.S. markets (e.g., Virginia, Ohio, Texas, Arizona, Oregon).

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Forward Deployed Engineers work directly with the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world, owning their technical outcomes on Baseten and taking on the hardest problems in serving and improving models at scale. The work spans the model lifecycle: inference, post-training, and the systems that tighten the loop between them.
- Act as each account's de facto CTO on Baseten, with final accountability for how their workloads are designed, run, and scaled.
- Take customer objectives from vague to shipped: frame the problem, define the spec and success criteria, build the PoC, and carry it through to production quickly, using the right tools for the problem.
- Design the evals and benchmarks that isolate where quality or performance falls short, then close the gap yourself, whether that means optimizing inference, improving the model through post-training, or reworking the eval itself.
- Be the first responder to mission-critical failures including triage, owning the fix directly or route to the owning team and stay accountable until it ships.
- Build internal systems so that each engagement is faster than the last. This includes tooling and automation for eval and deployment infrastructure, and the recipes and reference implementations that make the product more self-serve.
- Shape the product itself, channeling what your accounts need into the roadmap and shipping fixes and features into Baseten's codebase yourself.
- Do all of this across multiple accounts at once, sequencing the work, pulling in the right people at the right time, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders aligned on status and risk.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of software engineering experience, shipping and maintaining code in large production systems, ideally with breadth across the stack
- Experience debugging complex production issues - working through logs, metrics, and traces to root-cause problems in unfamiliar systems
- Confidence owning ambiguous technical problems. This includes triaging, making decisions under uncertainty, and knowing when to pull in other engineers who own the underlying systems
- Motivation beyond pure engineering. An interest in wanting to work directly with customers, understand their problems firsthand, and influence the product
- Clear communication on complex technical topics, whether you're talking to a customer's engineers or their leadership
- Genuine curiosity about AI inference and training, and a drive to become an expert in the infrastructure powering it
- Willingness to respond to customers outside regular working hours and participate in an on-call rotation
- Excitement about solving problems for some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the world running mission-critical AI workloads
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We don't expect any one person to cover all of this - the strongest candidates may spike in one or two of the following:
- Depth in a core infrastructure domain such as storage systems or networking (anywhere from the cloud layer to cluster interconnects like InfiniBand and RoCE)
- Experience operating distributed compute platforms like Kubernetes, Slurm, or Ray, especially for GPU workloads
- A detailed understanding of LLM architectures and modern inference engines like vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or SGLang
- The ability to profile and optimize GPU workloads, in training or serving
- Hands-on experience with post-training techniques like SFT and RL, or a broader deep learning background plus fluency in a tensor computation library like PyTorch or JAX
- Operational depth - running on-call, leading incident response, debugging distributed systems under pressure
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance team is where numbers become decisions. We partner closely with business leaders across the company to make sure Wealthsimple is allocating resources wisely, hitting its targets, and building toward long-term sustainability. Within Finance, the Tax team is responsible for managing Wealthsimple's tax profiles across a growing number of legal entities and products — balancing tax law compliance while enabling business strategy. We're a small, high-trust team embedded in the business, and we hold ourselves to a high bar for both rigour and clarity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Manager, Transfer Pricing & International Tax to join our growing Tax team and take ownership of the company’s transfer pricing framework.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining technical tax expertise with practical business partnership. You will lead transfer pricing policy, documentation, compliance audit and advisory work across the group, while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, FP&A and business teams.
The role is primarily focused on transfer pricing, with an opportunity to support broader international tax matters if/when the company expands into new markets in future.
You will have the opportunity to help build a scalable transfer pricing function in a fast-growing fintech environment, including establishing processes, controls and documentation that support continued growth and future IPO readiness.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own, update and maintain the group’s transfer pricing framework, policies and governance processes, including the contemporaneous documentation. Ensure they remain aligned with the group’s actual functions, assets and risks.
- Lead the preparation and review of Canadian and international transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files and supporting analyses, as applicable.
- Develop scalable transfer pricing processes, controls and governance appropriate for a growing organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate transfer pricing calculations, data collection and reporting.
- Lead transfer pricing analysis for intercompany services, technology and IP arrangements, financing, guarantees, cost allocations and other related-party transactions.
- Assess appropriate transfer pricing methodologies and oversee benchmarking and economic analyses.
- Manage transfer pricing calculations, data requirements and processes
- Monitor intercompany transactions and identify gaps between transfer pricing policies, agreements and actual activity.
- Review and/or design intercompany agreements and supporting documentation.
- Monitor changes in the business and proactively identify transfer pricing implications of new products, entities, jurisdictions and changes to operating models.
- For any special projects, manage external advisors and ensure deliverables are technically sound and commercially practical.
- Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority inquiries and controversy matters.
- Build relationships across the organization and proactively identify tax considerations before business decisions are finalized.
- Support the Tax team with international tax matters as the company expands its footprint.
- Monitor developments in international tax rules, including bilateral tax treaties and OECD initiatives, and assess potential impacts on the business.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, international tax or tax advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian transfer pricing rules and OECD transfer pricing principles.
- Experience with Canadian transfer pricing documentation, T106 and T1134 reporting.
- Experience with intercompany transactions and multinational or cross-border operating models.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing methodologies and economic benchmarking.
- Experience managing transfer pricing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex transactions and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tax matters to non-tax stakeholders, and translate complex transfer pricing concepts into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA, CA, LL.M. or another relevant professional designation is an asset.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology or another rapidly growing industry.
- U.S. tax or other international transfer pricing experience.
- Experience with intercompany financing and guarantee arrangements.
- Experience with technology, intellectual property or centralized service arrangements.
- Experience with transfer pricing audits or tax controversy.
- Experience with tax technology, automation or data analytics.
WHY JOIN US?
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth fintech at an exciting stage of its evolution and help build the transfer pricing function rather than simply maintain an established model.
You’ll work on cross-border transactions, innovative financial products and evolving business models while partnering with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Treasury and the broader organization.
The role offers significant opportunity to grow with the company, with the potential to take on broader international tax responsibilities as the business expands internationally.

Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Delivery Manager at Tennr, you carry our strategic and enterprise deployments from kickoff to adoption: shipping efficiently, keeping every stakeholder oriented, and leaving customers fully enabled on our products. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage the timelines, issues, and risks for every deployment in your portfolio
- Build the training materials that ensure customers can use Tennr's products successfully
- Partner with Platform Strategists to make sure the workflows you design deliver maximum ROI

- Engage across the customer organization, from leadership to the staff who use what we deliver

- 2+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within healthcare or B2B SaaS implementation
- A track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder work to completion across deadlines
- A track record of connecting deployments to business outcomes and long term account growth
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present at an executive level and interact comfortably with all levels of an organization

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to own billing, contract review, and revenue recognition as Baseten scales. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of the revenue cycle at a company where deal structures are getting more complex: usage-based pricing, committed capacity, credits, multi-year enterprise contracts, and new business models coming online.
You'll join Lauren, who built Baseten's quote-to-cash function from the ground up, to take on billing, contract review, and revenue recognition as deal volume and complexity grow. Having completed our first year-end audit, we're now focused on tightening contract review processes, close procedures, and reporting rigor to support the scale ahead. You'll partner closely with Lauren, FP&A, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations to make sure every deal is structured, billed, and recognized correctly from day one.
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI-native companies, and we're scaling quickly - in deal volume, contract complexity, and customer size. If you want real ownership over a growing function on a lean team, this role offers real scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Recognition and Technical Accounting
- Own revenue recognition under ASC 606 across all contract types, including usage-based/consumption arrangements, committed capacity deals, credits, multi-year contracts, and new business models
- Serve as the go-to person on rev rec treatment for new deal structures, products, and pricing models
Billing Operations
- Own end-to-end billing: invoice generation, accuracy checks, and dispute resolution
- Identify and automate manual, error-prone steps in the billing-to-cash workflow
- Assist with strengthening our collections efforts and overall process
Contract Review and Deal Support
- Build and maintain a standardized contract review process for Sales and Legal, flagging non-standard terms that affect recognition before deals close
- Partner directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal as a proactive advisor on deal structuring
Sales and Indirect Tax
- Own the sales and indirect tax process, including reviewing and maintaining our tax automation tool (nexus tracking, exemption certificates, filings), and building the governance around it as we scale into new jurisdictions
Close and Reporting
- Own the revenue-related monthly close: deferred revenue rollforward, unbilled AR, credit memos, and revenue reserves
- Partner with FP&A to reconcile billed vs. recognized revenue and support ARR reporting and forecasting
- Own revenue-related audit deliverables, including technical memos and sample testing support
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years focused specifically on revenue accounting and recognition
- Deep working knowledge of ASC 606, including variable consideration, multiple performance obligations, and usage-based revenue models
- Hands-on experience reviewing and abstracting commercial contracts for accounting treatment
- Experience owning billing operations directly, not just reviewing output from a billing team
- Public company or audit-ready private company experience (Big 4 or industry, with audit exposure)
- Builder mentality with a bias toward execution; comfortable operating on a lean team relative to company scale
- Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP) and a modern billing platform
- Based in San Francisco or New York, with the ability to work in-person 3+ days per week
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed infrastructure or cloud company with usage-based or hybrid pricing
- Experience with committed-use/capacity contracts
- Experience overseeing sales and indirect tax compliance through an automated tax tool across multiple jurisdictions
- CPA
- Exposure to SOX controls in a revenue cycle context
