OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.
We are hiring a
Senior Directort of Product, AI & Agent (Chatbot)
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
User-Facing AI
Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
Operational AI & Agent Systems
Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.
AI Platform
Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and fly-in fly-out workforces across Australia, with international expansion in progress. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
The Care Account Manager is the clinical coordinator and case manager for high-risk employee cases, and the single owner of the journey from initial risk assessment through to reintegration and case closure. They hold clinical oversight of risk across the caseload, shape treatment planning with treating providers, co-develop the clinical protocols and SOPs the client operates to, and turn case activity into clinical insight the client can act on. The role is consultative, and includes delivery of counselling and psychotherapy where required. It is distinct from commercial account management, which is held separately.
Flexible hours with availability for urgent escalations during client business hours.
Responsibilities
End-to-end case management and coordination
Manage the full lifecycle of high-risk cases, from handover after the initial risk assessment through escalation, support, fitness-for-work assessment and case closure.
Monitor incoming care requests, ensure appropriate response, and assign cases to approved clinicians with the right competency and registration.
Ensure therapy sessions are scheduled, completed and documented within agreed SLAs, and coordinate with care navigators on booking.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up with clinicians, network partners and client contacts to keep cases moving.
Act as the third line of escalation for the helpline, after ranger and supervisor, for case clarifications and complex issues.
Treatment planning and clinical support plan orchestration
Liaise with client contacts and on-site teams for situational updates, and align an initial support plan with the treating clinician, including session volume and cadence.
Work with treating providers on case formulation and treatment goals, oversee implementation of the support plan, and track employee progress.
Manage support plan adjustments, including requesting and aligning additional sessions with the client where clinically indicated.
Support provider re-matching where the therapeutic fit is not working.
Apply cultural and contextual formulation, including for First Nations employees and isolated site-based workers.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Review and sign off risk assessments, confirm risk tiering against the client's framework, and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires: disputed risk ratings, medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy, and session credit decisions.
Ensure clinical documentation and risk assessments are completed and categorised to the client's framework and to internal SOPs.
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, and keep them current as the programme expands.
Hold clinical standards where operational or commercial pressure runs the other way.
Fitness-for-work and reintegration
Initiate and coordinate fitness-for-work assessments on completion of clinical support, liaising with doctors and clinical psychologists.
Communicate assessment outcomes to the client's chaplaincy and people teams and align on next steps.
Develop the reintegration plan in collaboration with client contacts, and maintain regular check-ins through reintegration, monitoring progress and flagging deterioration.
Stakeholder relationships, clinical insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads on individual cases, responding within the programme's operating window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, and support training of internal clinicians and rangers on client-specific protocols.
Work closely with helpline operations, care excellence, clinicians and network partnerships, and feed service quality issues back to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Three to five years in clinical case management, ideally within EAP, corporate wellbeing or a high-acuity mental health setting.
Proven experience managing complex, high-risk cases from assessment to closure, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs, and working within strict guidelines.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders in a corporate or large-organisation client-facing role.
Based in Australia with the right to work. Perth or another AWST location strongly preferred; other states considered only where 07:00 to 19:00 AWST can be reliably worked.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders, and written English that stands up in client-facing clinical documentation.
Desirable
AHPRA registration.
Understanding of fly-in fly-out and mining culture, and the pressures of remote, high-risk work environments.
Familiarity with Australian psychosocial risk and work health and safety obligations.
Experience of multi-stakeholder coordination across internal clinicians, external partners, HR and client contacts.

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap

- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert visual and UX instincts, a deep curiosity about our products, and a point of view on how to make product stories land on the web—showing what Figma can do, not just telling. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. You’ll play a central role in defining how Figma shows up on the web through experiences that are inventive, accessible, and beautifully crafted.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About the Team
Our Workforce Management team's primary focus is to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time, so customers, merchants, and delivery partners get help as quickly and reliably as possible. The team brings a people-first mindset paired with strategy and operations to achieve its goals, moving quickly, applying first-principles thinking, and focusing on problem-solving to ensure seamless execution. The team manages workforce capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time operations for a large and growing global network of in-house and outsourced support centers, with the goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience reliably, at scale.
About the Role
As a Manager, Workforce Planning, you will lead planning for our rider and merchant support ops, own KPI performance, and partner cross-functionally to keep staffing supply aligned with business priorities.
This role flexes across two tracks depending on team needs and where your strengths lie: an Audience-facing track, where you act as the primary bridge between a specific line of business and the Workforce Management function, translating business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting; and a Technical track, where you directly supervise the in-house and outsourced sites, focusing on the technical accuracy of capacity models and the tools behind them. Both tracks require a leader who can navigate ambiguity, identify root causes through data, and manage up and across with clarity and confidence.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Own capacity plans and scheduling coverage across an integrated scope spanning in-house and outsourced/vendor sites
Own KPI performance — service level, occupancy, over/under staffing, and quality — and lead root-cause analysis and recovery planning when performance slips
Anticipate staffing risks and deviations before they affect service, and put proactive mitigation plans in place
Lead goal-setting for your area and track progress, translating results into clear updates for leadership
Partner cross-functionally to align staffing supply with evolving business priorities, and drive process and efficiency improvements
Communicate performance, blockers, and root causes clearly to leadership while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Act as the primary bridge between your assigned line of business and the Workforce Management function
Translate business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting that keep service levels on track
Manage outsourced/vendor relationships tied to your audience, holding partners accountable to staffing commitments and service level targets
Build trust and influence with business stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs and risks clearly and proactively
Own the technical accuracy of capacity models, forecasting methodology, and underlying assumptions
Ensure planning tools and systems are used to their full potential, and lead improvements to the models, templates, and tools themselves
Translate high-level goals into precise, data-driven staffing blueprints the broader team can execute against
We're excited about you because…
You have 5-7 years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations, including experience leading or directly managing a team
You're fluent in workforce management fundamentals: capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, shrinkage, and occupancy
You bring strong analytical rigor and are comfortable with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau

Department overview:
The Senior Solutions Architect shapes the technical approach for moving employee technology support from reactive response toward predictive detection, safe self-healing, and higher value enablement. self service
,
assisted
support, and controlled
self healing
, with criteria for choosing the
appropriate response
.
Define safeguards for AI assisted workflows, including source quality, evaluation, human review where needed, auditability, and paths for uncertain or failed outcomes.
Establish measurement approaches with service owners that separate automation execution, resolution, employee impact, and any verified change in support demand.
Evaluate
new technology
through focused proofs of concept and recommend where it should be adopted, improved, or deferred.
Technical engineering
Design or review advanced Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and API based components when architectural risk or reuse
warrants
direct involvement.
Set expectations for code quality, version control, testing, performance, resilience, and documentation across automation solutions.
Engineering leadership and partnership
Review high-impact solution designs and resolve architectural tradeoffs with platform owners, security partners, and delivery teams.
Provide reference designs, decision records, and guidance that engineering teams can use in delivery.
Prototype selected high-risk elements to validate feasibility and guide production implementation of critical integrations.
Mentor engineers and contribute technical input to the employee technology roadmap.
What we are looking for:

designing and delivering enterprise integrations or automation across multiple teams and platforms.
Evidence of making sound architecture decisions and guiding solutions from concept through production operation.
Strong knowledge of APIs, scripting or software engineering, security controls, reliability, and operational design.
Ability to explain technical tradeoffs and work effectively with engineering, operations,
platform

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience developing reference architectures and guiding multi-platform engineering without formal line management authority.
Ability to assess AI enabled automation for safety, quality, maintainability, and measurable service value.
