About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users make up the majority of ElevenCreative’s user base, and they use the platform to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
You’ll drive growth and adoption across the self-serve product experience, focusing on how users discover what ElevenCreative can do, how they move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows, and what keeps them coming back and upgrading. There’s no shortage of things we could build. The job is defining the big bets, scoping them well, and shipping them quickly with the team.
PMs at ElevenLabs work in small, highly collaborative teams with minimal process, alongside engineers who have room to build creatively and lead. The scope is broad by design. Some weeks lean toward product, others toward growth or go-to-market work, and you’ll own whatever it takes to make ElevenCreative the best product for its users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments, and partnering with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams where they connect
- Scope and define the big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows
- Find the biggest opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, and turn them into clearly scoped projects
- Drive adoption of newer experiences like agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform
- Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts yourself when it speeds things up
- Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and the moments that bring users into new parts of the product
- Define success metrics for your area and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans
- Talk to creators and marketers regularly to understand how they work and where the product falls short, and bring those insights back to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
- A track record of moving growth and adoption metrics through the products you’ve shipped
- Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools, with a habit of bringing user insights into every product decision
- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
- Design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience and the ability to mock up concepts yourself
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on how things are built and the tradeoffs involved
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in product analytics tools to find opportunities and measure impact
- A track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on what the data shows
- Ownership pedigree, meaning you drive your own projects fully rather than handing off after the spec
- Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to how the space is moving

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix builds more products for more customer segments, faster than before. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are the go-to-market partner embedded into a product team, from the first discovery conversation to scaling. You’re not just handed a final product to talk about it. You bring customer, market and competitive evidence into the decisions that shape what gets built from day one: which segments to target, what features to prioritize, how to create Aha moments. You influence what the product does, how it wins and whether people will pay. You also build the systems that keep this work running: from automated competitor and customer insights generation, to agentic workflows that let product teams run smaller launches themselves at high quality.
You work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Growth Marketing and Paid Acquisition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Taking one (or many) of our big bets to market. With high level of responsibility, autonomy and direct support from senior leaders and domain experts, you will help us launch assisted and AI-native experiences that customers truly love.
- Bring the market into product decisions. Turn customer, market and competitive evidence into clear recommendations for the product team. Join discovery work and design sprints where market specifics shape what gets built.
- Choose who to serve, and who not to. Break users and products down into needs, pains, and functional and emotional value. Define sharp ICPs and decide which segment to win first and later.
- Position the product to win. Define the competitive alternatives, what makes the product different and why it wins. Turn that into a sharp messaging and shape the pricing and packaging inputs.
- Run launches as tests. Run lean tests early, report what the measures show, and adapt the product, the positioning and the go-to-market. You gather evidence that improves our GTM decision quality, not tick off a launch checklist.
- Align the people around the work. Bring structure to complex go-to-market work: clear owners, milestones, decision points and success measures. Facilitate decisions across Product, Engineering, Data, Growth and commercial teams.
- Build the insight engine. Replace ad hoc research with automated flows of competitor and customer insight that product and marketing teams use every week.
- Own part of the context system. Turn each go-to-market decision and artifact into governed context that empowers people and agents alike.
- Build with AI. Build your own prototypes, applets and automations for the opportunities you prioritize, and help product teams self-serve lower-tier launches at quality.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of bringing tech products to market. You have successfully taken complex products or features from discovery to launch and adoption, in a fast-paced environment.
- Data- and evidence-driven over opinion. You set clear targets, success definitions and guardrails. You analyze data and derive actionable next steps. When evidence contradicts the plan, you say so, including to senior stakeholders.
- Customer insight and craft. You stay close enough to users to quote them. You turn what they said into why they behave as they do, and into a narrative people remember.
- AI as a builder. You build agents, automated workflows, prototypes and context towards clear milestones or outcomes.
- Communication and project leadership. You write and speak with precision, align several teams at once and keep many moving pieces on track.
- High agency and curiosity. You find the problem and solve it without waiting to be told, and you carry it like an owner.
- Bias for action. You prioritize speed of learning and progress over perfection.
- English and German. You use German to write customer-facing messaging and English to work with the wider team.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

Identify and coordinate referral and prior authorization requirements before patient visits.
Ensure in-network vs. out-of-network benefits and policy limitations are clearly verified.
Scheduling & Operations
Manage and optimize complex physician calendars using eClinicalWorks (eCW).
Confirm, schedule, and reschedule patient visits while maintaining organized follow-up queues.
Support external outreach by liaising with referring physician offices, attorneys, and medical-legal contacts to support practice volume growth.

Medical VA Experience:
2+ years of virtual assistant support for a U.S.-based medical practice (handling phone workflows, scheduling, verification, and remote physician collaboration).
Software Proficiency:
Recent, hands-on experience using
eClinicalWorks (eCW)
.
(Note: Outdated experience with eCW will not be considered).

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are developers, and they expect answers from people who can read their stack trace, open the SDK source, and tell them what's actually wrong.
We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead Support Engineering. You'll run the team that handles everything from a single developer's SDK question to a production incident at one of our largest enterprise customers. You'll also help drive how we use AI in support: what systems are used, how they best help customers, enable the teams, and how we know the answers they give are right and forward looking.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people, set the support strategy, get face to face time with customers, while also getting into tickets when it matters.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Lead and grow the team
- Manage and coach a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Set clear expectations for technical depth, response quality, and ownership, and give direct feedback
- Design a coverage model that works across time zones, including on-call and escalation paths
- Build career paths for Support Engineers who want to go deeper technically, move into management, or move into different teams and practices
Own support outcomes
- Own and report the team's core metrics: CX, time to resolution, escalation rate, and more
- Use support conversations as a signal: find the top drivers of tickets and get them fixed in the product, the docs, internal operations, or the SDKs, not just answered faster
Run AI-assisted support
- Own the roadmap for our support agents: which request types they handle, what context they need, and when they hand off to a person
- Set the quality bar for agent answers and the process for catching incomplete ones
- Decide where automation is worth building and where it isn't, based on data
Handle escalations and partner across Sentry
- Run the escalation process with Engineering: make sure bugs reach the right team with a reproduction and clear impact, and that customers hear back
- Be the support lead on high-stakes enterprise issues, working with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales
- Bring a clear picture of customer pain to Product and Engineering, backed by numbers
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Think great support is an engineering problem, not a staffing problem
- Want to build the team and the systems at the same time
- Can debug a tricky SDK issue yourself and also explain to a VP why their incident took four hours
- Would rather fix the cause of 200 tickets than answer them faster
- Have strong opinions on where AI helps in support and where it makes things worse, and be willing to discuss this at length.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in technical support, support engineering, or software engineering at a SaaS or developer tools company
- 3+ years managing technical support engineers, including hiring and growing a team
- Technically credible with senior engineers: comfortable reading code in at least a few of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Ruby, and debugging across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and how observability tools (errors, tracing, logs) fit into them
- Hands-on experience running AI or automation in a support org, and a clear view of its failure modes
- Track record of using support data to drive product and process changes
- Clear, direct written communication with customers, executives, and engineers
Bonus
- Experience at a developer tools or observability company
- Former software engineer
- Managed a team spread across multiple time zones
- Open source contributor or maintainer
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

The Role
You’ll own a net-new enterprise territory in Melbourne. Most of your number comes from accounts that don’t buy from us yet.
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that’s hard to defend, a warehouse that can’t serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows.
You’ll carry a small set of existing accounts alongside the hunt, where growth comes from new teams inside an account that already buys from us. One team lands a workload, it works, and four other teams have a similar problem. But the bulk of this role is finding and opening accounts that aren’t on our map yet.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for new accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Build your own pipeline. Self-sourced outbound is the primary input to this territory, not a supplement to inbound.
- Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements, including Australian data residency where it’s required.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Grow the accounts you land by mapping the remaining teams and use cases and building an expansion plan against them.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events across Melbourne.
What You Bring
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record of self-sourced pipeline. You can explain your weekly prospecting approach and what actually works for you.
- Experience selling into Melbourne and Victorian enterprise accounts, and familiarity with how procurement and security review run here.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don’t need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don’t report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Comfort building a territory from scratch rather than inheriting mature coverage.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.
