Location: Remote: United States Workplace: Remote At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. APPLYING TO RENDER We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed. Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time. ABOUT THE ROLE Render is looking for a Staff Developer Relations Engineer to grow usage and word of mouth for Render among developers building full-stack and AI applications. You'll be Render's technical face on stage, in workshops, at meetups, and in the developer and AI ecosystems where our users build. DX at Render has two halves. DX Engineering builds and maintains Render's tutorials, sample apps, templates, and video library. DevRel takes Render to developers in person and through the communities and partners they trust, then brings what it hears back into the product. You'll set the technical bar and direction for DevRel, and you'll be the person developers and partners go to for a deep, candid answer about running AI workloads on Render. You'll build the demos and workshop material behind your own talks. When something you build deserves a long life, DX Engineering turns it into a maintained example or template. This is a remote role within the US, with the option to work out of our headquarters in San Francisco. Expect regular travel for conferences and events. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Represent Render at conferences, meetups, hackathons, podcasts, and livestreams, with talks and live demos on building and running AI agents and full-stack apps. - Design and run hands-on workshops and hackathons, from the curriculum to the technical setup behind them. - Set DevRel's technical direction: pick the communities, ecosystems, and events worth investing in, and define what good looks like for talks, workshops, and demos. - Be the technical counterpart for ecosystem partners such as AI frameworks, agent tooling, and open source projects: joint workshops, co-hosted events, and the integrations worth building together. - Go deep in technical communities on GitHub, X, Discord, Reddit, and Hacker News. Answer hard questions, debug real deployments, and show up where Render has a credible voice. - Run the developer feedback loop. Turn what you hear in the field into clear, prioritized input for Product and Engineering, and follow it through until it ships. - Help Render's highest-potential developers and startups go further on the platform through technical deep dives and architecture reviews, and turn them into champions who talk about Render in their own communities. - Raise the bar for the DevRel team through talk reviews, demo reviews, and your own work. - Track impact through activation from events and workshops, community engagement, partner-driven adoption, and the product changes you drove. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 8+ years in developer relations, solutions engineering, or software engineering, including at least 3 years in a developer-facing role at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company. - A track record on stage: talks at recognized developer conferences, and workshops you designed and ran yourself. - Experience setting direction for a developer relations program: choosing where to invest, measuring what worked, and changing course. - Hands-on fluency with AI agents: tool calling, MCP servers, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks. You can build a working agent app live and explain what it needs to run in production, such as long-running tasks, sandboxed code execution, and retries. The field is young, so we look at what you've done recently. We don't expect years of experience in it. - The engineering depth to be credible with senior engineers. You can deploy a multi-service app, read logs, trace a failed deploy, and find the root cause in front of an audience. - Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure: containers and Docker, networking basics, CI/CD, environment configuration, and infrastructure as code. - You use coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor every day and keep up with the agent ecosystem as it changes. - Examples of developer feedback you turned into product changes: what you heard, the case you made, and what shipped. - Excellent spoken and written communication. You can hold a room of engineers and explain a complex system clearly. NICE-TO-HAVES - Existing relationships in AI framework, agent tooling, or open source communities. - An existing developer audience through talks, livestreams, a newsletter, or social. - Experience starting or growing in-person developer meetups. - Experience with durable workflows, background job systems, or sandboxed code execution. - You've used Render before, professionally or on side projects. PROJECTS YOU MIGHT WORK ON - A workshop on deploying production agents with Render Workflows, run at a major AI conference and then at our own meetups. - A hackathon co-hosted with an AI framework partner, including the starter kit and the technical support on the day. - The talk track for an upcoming launch, delivered by you and the rest of DevRel. - A recurring field report for Product on where developers get stuck running agents on Render. If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need. BENEFITS - 4 weeks of paid vacation. - 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return. - Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans. - 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well. - Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc. - Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy. - Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders. - Continuous learning benefits & related support. This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization. Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation. We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you! We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. - United States (all figures in USD) - Zone A: 284,000 - 355,000 - Zone B: 267,000 - 334,000 - Zone C: 249,600 - 312,000 As Director, EPD Operations, you'll… - Run the EPD operating rhythm. Own the leadership and org-wide rituals that keep a multi-pillar EPD org aligned: weekly EPD Leadership, pillar lead reviews, quarterly all-hands, offsites, and protected builder time. Cut what doesn't earn its time; make what stays drive decisions. - Own planning, OKRs, and roadmap health. Run quarterly planning with pillar leads, manage the OKR program and its owners, and keep the roadmap current and trustworthy. Surface at-risk work early and route it to the right leader for a decision within a week. - Tell EPD's story to leadership and the board. Produce accurate, on-time reporting for exec staff, board meetings, and QBRs, sourced from live roadmap and OKR data rather than one-off reconciliation. - Own launch readiness and release governance. Run OK2GA and production-readiness reviews, coordinate high-profile launch moments (like Webflow Conf), and partner with Engineering and Support on post-incident follow-through so reliability work gets prioritized, not lost. - Run alpha and beta programs. Give product teams a predictable path from build-complete to customers' hands, with clear feedback loops, in partnership with Product, Research, and GTM. - Improve the product development lifecycle. Own PDLC standards (PRDs, stage gates, product-led releases), templatize or automate the repeatable steps, and make the process lighter for PMs, EMs, and designers. - Lead EPD's internal AI and tooling roadmap. Direct a team of agentic engineers building agents and automations for EPD: triage intake and routing, status updates, beta recruitment, roadmap views, and a shared skills library. Own EPD tooling (e.g., Linear) and partner with IT and Finance on spend and adoption. - Be the bridge to Finance and GTM. Partner with Finance and Accounting on headcount plans and capitalized software reporting, and with Marketing, Sales, and Support on launch plans and the flow of customer feedback into EPD. - Build and lead the team. Hire, coach, and grow a team of program managers, TPMs, and agentic engineers across US and LATAM time zones. Set clear priorities and give them room to own outcomes. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role. ABOUT YOU You'll thrive as Director, EPD Operations if you have: - 10+ years in technical program management, engineering or product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at a software company, with at least 4 years leading teams. - A track record of running planning, OKRs, and operating cadence for an EPD org of several hundred people, and of making that system simpler over time. - Experience owning launch readiness or release governance for a SaaS product, including coordinating major launches with GTM. - Strong executive presence. You can run a room of VPs, synthesize a messy debate into a decision, and write a board-ready update. - Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools and agents in your own daily work, and you've led or sponsored automation that removed real operational toil and got adopted. - Fluency with engineering and product tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Slack, data/BI tools), and the judgment to change tools only when it pays off. - Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change. You can re-plan quickly after a reorg or a strategy shift without losing the thread. - Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences. - Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact. OUR CORE BEHAVIORS - Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first. - Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act. - Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible. - Own it all the way. Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As the Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs, you will own what Anthropic brings to the table when we sit down with senior leaders from our most strategic customers. That covers Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and the other small-room gatherings where a C-level audience meets with our leaders, product teams, and researchers. You will set the content strategy across these programs, build the library of modules and the bench of speakers, and lead the team that keeps our content fresh as our models and products evolve. This role works cross-functionally with Product & Solutions Marketing, who owns positioning and messaging across industries and products, and customer programs which owns each program's operations, intake, and customer experience. You own the layer in between: turning Anthropic's product, research, and policy story into sessions built for an executive audience, deciding who is best placed to deliver them, and designing interactive formats and demos that work for customers building on the frontier. The right candidate has a product marketing or narrative background, has built content for C-level customer audiences at an enterprise technology company, and has managed a team. Key responsibilities Set and execute the content strategy across Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other gatherings of strategic customers: the themes for the year, the narrative that connects them, and how content differs by program, audience, and purpose. Build and maintain an evergreen library of content modules that program leads and account teams can assemble into an agenda without starting from scratch. Modules span product and roadmap, research, safety and policy, industry and use-case sessions, demos, and discussion guides. Keep the library current. Set a refresh cadence tied to model and product launches, retire what is stale, maintain a pipeline of net-new content modules, and make sure nothing in front of a customer executive is out of date. Identify, recruit, develop and certify speakers from Anthropic's executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams. Maintain the cross-program roster, shape each speaker's session, and prepare them for the room. Design the experience, not only the presentation. Choose the format that fits the audience and the goal, whether that is a working session, a live demo, a conversation with a researcher, or a peer discussion among customers. Partner with program leads on agendas for the highest-priority engagements, tailoring modules to the customer's objectives. Set the standards and templates that let every other engagement meet the same bar. Work with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, and Research so that executive-level content is ready when a launch happens, not weeks after. Capture what customers say in these rooms, including themes, objections, and requests. Route it to Product, Research, Marketing, and go-to-market leadership, and use it to improve the content. Measure what works, including session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance, and work with program leads to connect content to program outcomes. Hire, manage, and develop the team responsible for executive program content, and set its quality bar. Use Claude to scale the work: build workflows that tailor modules to a customer's industry and priorities so a customized session does not require a rebuild. Minimum qualifications Built content for C-level customer audiences in executive briefings, advisory boards, executive councils, or similar programs. Built a content system that other people rely on, such as a module library, a session catalog, or a speaker program, and kept it current through frequent product change. The technical fluency to work directly with researchers and engineers, understand what they have built, and explain it accurately to a business executive. Experience coaching senior executives and technical experts as speakers, including giving direct feedback on their material. Judgment about format: you know when a room needs a presentation, a demo, or a facilitated discussion, and you can design each one. Experience managing people, including hiring and developing a team. A high bar for writing. You can draft an executive session narrative yourself and improve one written by someone else. Genuine interest in AI and in helping the world's largest enterprises adopt it responsibly. Preferred qualifications 12+ years in product marketing, executive content, or executive customer programs at a B2B technology company. You have owned positioning and messaging for a technical product and know how to adapt it for different audiences. Experience at a company where the product changes quickly and content has a short shelf life. Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce or tailor content. Experience facilitating executive discussions, not only preparing others to lead them. Worked with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 — $400,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. For roles performing work in California: We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
