adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Transforming 50M+ daily events into real-time actionable dashboard insights
The Dashboards team is responsible for the systems and interfaces that define our partners' daily operations. We build the campaign management APIs, analytics engines, and high-throughput tools that allow advertisers and publishers to configure, monitor, and optimize their activity on our platform.
This is not about simple CRUD interfaces, it is about building high-performance data surfaces that drive massive business decisions. Using Go, Kafka, and Druid, we process and render real-time analytics across 50+ million daily events, ensuring accuracy and complex campaign performance reporting at scale. On the frontend, we tackle genuine engineering constraints: utilizing TypeScript and React, we have moved beyond standard library limitations to build highly optimized graph-rendering with Recharts capable of visualizing datasets that would overload conventional solutions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in a fast-paced environment. You have hands-on experience with agile development and a track record of taking features from concept to launch. At adjoe, you'll own the Advertiser Tools product end-to-end, managing a dedicated development team, driving the roadmap, and making strategic decisions that directly impact advertiser performance.
- High ownership, low ambiguity tolerance. You prioritize ruthlessly based on user and business needs, work independently, and make objective calls when requirements are still evolving. You've delivered at least one significant 0-to-1 product iteration and know what it takes to ship at pace without sacrificing quality.
- Bridges business and engineering naturally. You're as comfortable presenting a product roadmap to management and external partners as you are discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers. You close the gap between what the business wants and what the system can realistically deliver.
- KPI-driven team lead. You manage team progress with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for our advertisers and create solutions that meet their goals.
- Develops the people, not just the product. You guide and grow the individuals on your team, helping them operate at their best even as requirements and priorities shift.
- Plus: AdTech background. Experience in an adtech company is a plus, not a requirement.

The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Documentation is your product. You have 2–4+ years in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management. You own and evolve external developer documentation end-to-end: API references, SDK guides, integration tutorials, and example applications, and treat it with the same rigor as shipping code. You drive documentation standards and consistency across teams.
- You build to validate. You create lightweight demos and sample apps in Swift or Kotlin to test and support what you document. You contribute directly to documentation tooling like Docusaurus, including Markdown, frontend components, and styling. You're comfortable with mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript to identify friction in the developer experience and fix it.
- AI-assisted, not AI-dependent. You use code copilots and LLMs to explore unfamiliar codebases, analyze SDKs, and accelerate content creation, but you validate every output for technical accuracy. You're also comfortable building and maintaining AI tools, like publisher-facing integration assistants, to reduce integration friction at scale.
- Debugging is part of the job. On the support side, you perform root cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows, working with SQL, dashboards, and logs to investigate integration health and performance issues. You collaborate with TAMs and Growth Managers on technical escalations.
- Cross-functional and cross-regional by default. You manage multiple documentation and integration projects in parallel, work across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver documentation at launch, and optimize resources culturally and linguistically across regions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure where none exists are a must. AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK-based product experience is a strong plus.

The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The Platform Behind 770 Million Users and Billions of Daily Ad Decisions
Behind the value exchange sits an ecosystem of interconnected engineering teams, each owning a distinct part of the stack. On the demand side, Go microservices evaluate 30+ targeting constraints in milliseconds, process 5.5 billion API requests daily, and integrate with ML models making 100,000+ predictions per second to decide which campaigns reach which users.
On the publisher side, native Android and iOS SDKs run on 13% of the world's smartphones, delivering rewards to 770 million users annually through a system where accuracy and latency are not optional. At this scale, product and technical decisions don't happen in isolation, every change ripples across the entire platform.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a leadership role where you owned the product vision. You have a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in a high-growth environment, with a CS degree or equivalent hands-on mastery of system design and modern tech stacks. You think like an entrepreneur, if something is broken or missing, you fix it without waiting for a brief.
- Ships with conviction, measures with precision. You don't just ship features, you define why they're being built, how they fit the product lifecycle, and exactly how to measure success via business KPIs. You're a fast thinker who values question-and-answer efficiency over process overhead.
- Translates vision into execution. You take high-level business and product goals and turn them into actionable technical roadmaps. You drive projects by coordinating across domain areas, acting as the go-between for business stakeholders and engineering leads, and optimizing delivery processes to maintain velocity as the organization scales.
- Makes executive-level calls without hesitation. You step into technical and product meetings, unblock bottlenecks, and balance technical feasibility with product desirability. You're comfortable with ambiguity and dive into tickets, API documentation, or raw data to confirm product viability on your own.
- Tech fluency is your edge, not your identity. You understand system design and modern tech stacks well enough to make the right calls and ensure every feature maps back to measurable growth and revenue, not to write the code. You value AI as an optimizer but prioritize impact over hype.
- Manages and influences across teams. You have experience managing or mentoring people and can influence stakeholders across different departments. You articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences with confidence.
- Plus: Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to leverage complex data models and pipelines for product-led growth decisions.

adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is a leading mobile ad platform developing cutting-edge advertising and monetization solutions that take its’ app partners’ business to the next level. Part of the applike group https://applike-group.com/ ecosystem, adjoe is home to an advanced tech stack https://adjoe.io/company/adtech-stack/, powerful financial backing from Bertelsmann, and a highly motivated workforce to be reckoned with.
Meet Your Team: Fraud Operations
Our Fraud Operations team tackles one of adtech's biggest challenges: industry reports suggest 25% of global mobile ad spend is fraudulent. As a specialized operational force within Anti-Fraud, we actively investigate, reproduce, and mitigate abuse to prevent fraud from impacting our partners' business.
At the core of our day-to-day work is rapid exploit analysis and telemetry forensics across Android and iOS platforms, dissecting device manipulation, hooking frameworks, and emulator-driven abuse. Partnering closely with core SDK and Backend teams, we query billions of daily events across our distributed data stores (Trino, ScyllaDB, DynamoDB) to isolate suspicious traffic anomalies in real time, translate complex attack vectors into actionable detection heuristics, and deploy pragmatic mitigations directly across our Go-based services. This means working hands-on with cutting-edge tech and adversarial forensics to continuously outsmart even the most creative tactics.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- AdTech & Anti-Cheat Domain Expertise: You understand the mechanics of digital advertising (attribution, publisher monetization, traffic quality) or bring experience from adjacent anti-abuse environments like gaming anti-cheat. You will act as the escalation point for BI, Product, and Support, translating complex abuse patterns into concrete technical solutions.
- Reverse Engineering & Exploit Analysis: You have an adversarial security mindset. While our core SDK team develops production client libraries, you understand iOS and Android internals well enough to decompile binaries, understand and use hooking of APIs and work with frameworks to root/jailbreak devices (e.g., Magisk, Xposed, KernelSU, Dopamine), and reproduce emulator- or bot-driven exploits in a sandbox environment to find the root cause.
- Large-Scale Telemetry & Data Forensics: You can query and analyze billions of daily events across distributed databases (Trino SQL, DynamoDB, ScyllaDB). Using data analysis tools and LLM-assisted workflows, you quickly isolate anomalous clusters, model suspicious traffic patterns, and turn raw telemetry into actionable detection heuristics.
- Distributed Systems Observability & Profiling: You are comfortable working with high-throughput event pipelines. Leveraging Grafana, Kibana, and distributed tracing, you monitor system health, diagnose bottlenecks across Kafka and SQS queues, and verify that detection APIs maintain low-latency response times under heavy load.
- Technical Leadership & Team Enablement: You will serve as the technical lead for our new Fraud Operations unit within the Anti-Fraud Solutions team. Partnering with the Product Lead, you will drive technical strategy, conduct meaningful code and architecture reviews, and mentor engineers. We value clear communication and pragmatic decision-making over years of formal management hierarchy.
- Pragmatic Engineering & Rapid Mitigation: You are a hands-on engineer who can read, debug, and review Go microservices without needing to be a Go purist. Working alongside Backend, Mobile, and Data Science teams, you will prototype detection logic, deploy verified mitigation rules, and automate responses to emerging attack vectors.

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers
About the team
You will join the Enterprise Technology & AI team. We're the backbone of the organisation, driving transformation in how GitLab team members make decisions, operate at scale, and deliver results for our customers.
We believe the best AI solutions start with understanding the system, not the technology. We value people who think in constraints and flow, who build with conviction, and who never stop learning. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous setting, guided by GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

HEY THERE
We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join the Food Tracking squad at Yazio, the team building the core experience of our product. This includes daily food tracking, AI-driven insights, and features used by millions every day.
You are a key part in shaping the Food Tracking squad, leveraging our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) stack to deliver high-impact solutions for iOS and Android users. You join a cross-functional team partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers and Analysts.
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.
YOUR MISSION
The Food Tracking squad is entering a new phase. From AI-driven features to deep personalization to help users lead a healthier life. Your mission is to shape the future of our squad with your technical expertise.
- Own Features End-to-End. You take ideas from a technical design to a polished, deployed feature. You are responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring high quality, and monitoring the impact of your work in production.
- Lead Migration to KMP: You assess, document and plan the migration of our complex domain from iOS/Android platform code to KMP-first code—while continuing to ship features to our users.
- Integrate AI Features: Together with the backend team, you bring scaleable AI-powered features to the app and evaluate best practices to ensure a great user experience.
- Partner with Product and Design. You won't just be handed tickets. You are a key contributor to the why and what by assessing new technical areas, weighing trade-offs, and helping shape a roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable.
- Elevate the Team. You act as a mentor for other engineers, leading by example with thoughtful code reviews and improving team processes without being asked.
YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for a seasoned engineer who is passionate about the craft but even more passionate about the impact their code has on users.
- Expert in Modern Mobile Development. You have significant experience building native mobile apps on Android with Kotlin and Compose, ideally with KMP. Experience on iOS with Swift and SwiftUI is a huge plus as well as the willingness to expand ownership across both ecosystems.
- End-to-End Ownership. You have a track record in organizing delivery of features end-to-end.
- AI Adopter. You're comfortable using AI tools to automate your daily workflows and achieve results while maintaining a high bar of quality and safety. Experience in integrating and shaping AI-driven features in production environments is a huge plus.
- Pragmatic. You know how to build the smallest piece fast to achieve results. You know what to build first and what to leave for later. You have high standards for code quality and leave it better than you found it even when things move quickly.
- True Product Engineer. You are obsessed with the user experience and the "why" behind what you're building. You're comfortable with product metrics and are driven to see your work make a measurable impact.
- Excellent Communicator. You can clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical partners. You’re comfortable documenting technical topics in written form to your peers.
OUR CORE TECH STACK
We believe in Kotlin Multiplatform and use it heavily in our modularized monorepo. We share as much code as possible outside of the UI layer, while building the fully native UI using Compose on Android and SwiftUI on iOS.
We use libraries like:
- kotlinx.coroutines
- kotlinx.serialization
- Ktor
- SQLDelight
- Metro for dependency injection.
WHY US?
- An exciting product with millions of users in over 150 countries, driven by our mission to transform the world through healthy eating
- A remote-first setup: work 100% from home, join a co-working space, or work abroad for several weeks per year
- 30 vacation days to relax and recharge, plus 5 child sick days if your little one needs you
- A focus-driven culture that values efficiency over long hours - no overtime expectations, and if it happens, you get that time back!
- A high-impact environment where your work drives real change - short decision-making processes and no micromanagement
- A team culture where ambition and balance go hand in hand, supported by strong connections - from our fully covered company retreat to team meetups and virtual coffee breaks
- Tools and support to do your best work: MacBook, monitor, and €1,000 annual learning budget, plus regular feedback and career development
- A truly international team with English as our company language and a shared commitment to growth and well-being - supported by Sunday Supplements and Nilo Health

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the DACH market. As Regional Partner Manager for DACH, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our Munich sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's DACH partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the DACH partner community.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's DACH partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in DACH, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the DACH sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in DACH
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in Munich with existing knowledge of the DACH technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with DACH-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
