Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
We’re looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to produce the real-world experiences where traders, creators, partners, and builders meet MetaMask. You’ll lead production, help shape event strategy, and sharpen the creative execution.
What You’ll Do
You’ll join the Experiential & Global Events team within MetaMask’s Creative Studio and report to the Director of Experiential Marketing. We concept, design, and produce the ways people meet MetaMask in real life across global conferences, community events, VIP experiences, co-branded activations, and more. Our calendar runs across the world with priorities across APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
You’ll lead production, taking each event from brief to on-site to recap. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, rallying people from planning through production and on the ground. Your focus will be experiences for our most active users and co-branded work with brands and creators, alongside community events for the builders who create on MetaMask.
Our formats are expanding to include live trading competitions, viewing events, product launches, and private experiences for VIP traders and creator partners.
How You’ll Do It
Produce events and experiences end to end: venues, run of show, fabrication, AV, F&B, and staffing, working alongside our production agency partners.
Own timelines, workback plans, and budgets for multiple events running in parallel across regions.
Source, negotiate with, and manage agencies, venues, and vendors in APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
Run registration and guest management, from guest lists and approvals to VIP access and arrival.
Build programming for events and panels, including formats, session flow, and speaker coordination.
Keep the operational side tight: source-of-truth docs, trackers, internal team staffing, and on-the-ground comms during conference weeks. Build playbooks that make each event easier to run than the last, using AI tools to move faster.
Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business development and more to turn briefs into event plans with clear audiences, objectives, and success metrics tied to product and business goals.
Help develop and refine concepts with the creative team. Bring a point of view on formats, venues, and cultural trends, and work with designers and copywriters on decks and creative deliverables.
Work with content capture teams so every event produces strong stories and shareable content.
Track post-event results, including attendance, registration data, and social reach and sentiment, and write recaps that show what worked and what to change.
Over time, help source and manage co-hosts and sponsors for our owned franchises.
We’re looking for someone with
5+ years in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, esports, or entertainment.
Experience producing large-format or competitive live events, such as tournaments, launches, or live viewing events.
A track record of delivering multi-city or international events on time and on budget.
Experience managing agencies and vendors and negotiating contracts under tight deadlines.
Experience producing premium or invite-only experiences for high-value guests.
Strong initiative. You spot what needs to happen and do it before anyone asks, and you stay steady when the plan changes.
Strategic and creative judgment. You connect an event to a product or business goal, and you bring ideas that sharpen a concept.
A systems mindset. You turn one-off events into repeatable processes.
Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership. Partners, vendors, and colleagues want to work with you again.
Based in the US or EU, and willing to travel internationally up to 20% of the year, typically 1 to 2 weeks per quarter across several markets.
Curiosity about money, markets, and how people trade, save, and spend. Finance experience isn’t required, but interest is.
It’s a bonus to have
Experience in crypto, whether producing events for digital asset audiences or at global conferences such as Token2049, Korea Blockchain Week, EthCC, or Devcon.
Experience sourcing or managing event co-hosts and sponsors.
Relationships with brands, creators, or communities that could become MetaMask partners.
An existing network of production vendors, agencies, and venues across multiple regions.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Luma.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. In three years, we’ve grown to 7M+ app downloads, 2M+ monthly active users, 7,000+ partner stores, and US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
You get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You’ll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge with experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
About the role:
Salmon operates across the Philippines, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi (ADGM), and our tax position has to hold up in all three at once. You’ll own that.
You report to the Head of Group Tax and work independently across corporate income tax, withholding and indirect taxes, international taxation, structuring, and transfer pricing. Transfer pricing is a core part of the mandate, but not the whole job — you’re the Group’s go-to technical voice on tax, full stop.
This is a hands-on seat for someone who can take a complex tax question, work it through alone, and land on a position the business can act on. You’ll work directly with the Head of Group Tax on live, cross-border problems that shape how Salmon expands — not theoretical tax exercises — with real autonomy and a direct line to the decisions your work informs, across finance, product, and tech.
What you’ll do:
- Research and resolve complex tax questions independently, and translate them into clear positions finance, product, tech, and commercial teams can act on.
- Own tax compliance across corporate income tax, withholding, and indirect taxes — partnering with local teams and external advisors to hit deadlines and document positions properly.
- Evaluate tax implications of new-market expansion, holding structure and capital optimization, profit repatriation, and any future M&A.
- Advise on permanent establishment risk, withholding taxes, indirect tax exposure, and treaty applications, including RMC No. 5-2024 on services performed by non-residents.
- Coordinate with external consultants to build a global transfer pricing framework covering intercompany service agreements, IP/tech licensing, and financial transactions.
- Lead preparation of Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting, and keep them audit-ready.
- Manage benchmarking studies run by external consultants and confirm they’re applied correctly and kept current.
- Partner with Tech and Product on the tax implications of new launches and geographic expansion.
- Lead technically during BIR or other tax authority audits, including transfer pricing, and build the defense file.
- Monitor intercompany transactions monthly and quarterly against transfer pricing policy, and confirm they’re properly invoiced and documented.
What you’ll own:
- The Group’s technical tax position across three jurisdictions — nothing routes around you on tax.
- Transfer pricing documentation and defense, end to end.
- Tax input on every new market, structure, or product decision that touches tax.
- The BIR audit relationship and defense when it comes.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 6–10 years of broad tax experience spanning corporate income tax, international tax, structuring, and transfer pricing, with a track record of owning complex matters end to end.
- Big 4 tax practice at Manager level, or in-house tax at a fintech, is the ideal path here.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law; a professional certification is a strong plus.
- Deep working knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS 2.0, plus BIR and IRAS regulations.
- Can turn dense tax concepts into a straight answer a non-tax stakeholder can act on.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, competing priorities with minimal oversight.
- Thrives founder-led and high-pressure, and builds process from scratch rather than waiting for one to exist.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines’ growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

As OpenZeppelin’s Senior Product Marketer for Financial Services, you will own how we position, launch, and sell our solutions to banks, asset managers, and financial market infrastructures. You will lead the go-to-market for new institutional solutions, from positioning through launch and adoption, and make sure Sales has what it needs to win. You will work AI-native by default: building the workflows, agents, and tools that let you research faster, create better content, and give Sales assets that adapt to every account instead of going stale.
You will
Own positioning and messaging
for our institutional solutions, defining value propositions, differentiators, and messaging by use case and buyer persona.
Lead product launches
for new institutional solutions, from launch plans and timelines through announcement, assets, and post-launch adoption.
Enable Sales with AI-native assets:
sales kits, pitch narratives, one-pagers, battlecards, and evaluation materials built to be customized per account and kept current, not static decks.

by building workflows that track competitors, regulatory developments, and industry news, and turn them into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and leadership.
Build use-case and solution pages
directly in our CMS, explaining clearly what we offer, who it is for, and why it matters.
Support early adopter and design partner programs,
shaping the materials and narrative that turn institutional interest into qualified opportunities.
Contribute to institutional content,
including research reports, thought leadership, and newsletter topics, using AI workflows to research, draft, and repurpose efficiently.
Create light social media content
when valuable content or launches go live, in coordination with the wider Marketing team.
Close the loop with the product owners
by bringing customer and market feedback into roadmap and packaging discussions.
Measure what matters
by defining launch and adoption metrics and reporting on results.
Location
All positions at OpenZeppelin are 100% remote, however you should
be located between UTC-5 and UTC+2 to be seriously considered for this position.
You have
3+ years in product marketing at companies selling to institutions: financial services, digital asset service providers, or blockchain companies with an institutional customer base.
A proven track record of marketing to banks, asset managers, or market infrastructures at a company that actually won their business. You already know what these buyers want, how they evaluate, and what makes them move.
An AI-native way of working. You build and use AI workflows daily for content creation, research, competitive monitoring, and sales assets, and can show examples of what you’ve built.
A solid understanding of digital asset and tokenization use cases, such as tokenized deposits, money market funds, repo, and stablecoins.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to make complex technical and regulatory topics clear and credible for senior audiences.
Experience working closely with Sales and Product to turn strategy into assets that are actually used in deals.
Strong project management skills and comfort working through compliance and approval processes.
A self-driven, collaborative mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
Experience in product marketing for services (security, consulting, or professional services), not only software products.
Experience building web pages through a headless CMS such as Sanity.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contract development.
Experience running beta, pilot, or design partner programs.
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

Your main tasks will be:
Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of five international entities (US, Hong Kong, Cyprus), running month-end close, GL and trial balance reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.

Maintain and execute the group tax calendar — CIT, VAT and local returns filed and paid on time, every time, with zero penalties.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, strategic finance, investment, corporate development, management consulting, private equity / venture capital, investment banking or a comparable analytical leadership role.
Demonstrated experience developing or maintaining enterprise or group-level strategy and translating complex analysis into clear choices for senior decision-makers.
Strong portfolio mindset, with the ability to assess strategic fit, concentration, adjacency, risk, expected value and trade-offs across multiple businesses, products, markets and initiatives.
Strong financial and investment analysis skills, including business-case review, valuation logic, unit economics, scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
Proven ability to evaluate new projects, market-entry plans, strategic initiatives and investment theses independently and to challenge assumptions constructively.
Excellent research and intelligence capabilities, including the ability to synthesize market, competitor, regulatory, technology and customer signals into decision-relevant implications.
Experience preparing executive and Investment Committee / Board-level materials, recommendations and concise decision memos.
Prior experience leading and developing a high-performing strategy, research or analytical team, with strong quality-control standards.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, digital assets, payments, banking, brokerage, investment or financial infrastructure is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills; able to build trust while maintaining independent judgment.
High professional integrity, intellectual curiosity, discretion and the confidence to provide an evidence-based challenge to senior stakeholders.
Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Group Strategy & Portfolio Stewardship
Own and maintain the group strategy process, including the strategic narrative, priorities, key choices, assumptions and periodic refreshes.
Maintain a portfolio-wide view of businesses, products, markets, capabilities and strategic initiatives, and identify imbalances, gaps, duplication, concentration risk and adjacency opportunities.
Develop evidence-based recommendations on where the group should focus management attention, strategic resources and future investment, while preserving the Investment Committee's decision authority.
Ensure that major roadmaps and programs remain coherent with the approved group strategy and portfolio logic.
Research, Intelligence & Strategic Insight
Set the strategic research agenda based on the group's highest-priority decisions and uncertainties.
Build and maintain structured intelligence on markets, competitors, regulation, technology, customer behavior, business models and relevant macro trends.
Convert research findings into implications, scenarios, strategic options and concise recommendations rather than stand-alone information reporting.
Establish strong standards for source quality, analytical rigor, assumptions, fact checking and institutional knowledge retention.
Value Creation Opportunities
Continuously identify and prioritize value creation opportunities across the existing portfolio, including growth, cross-business synergies, product / market adjacencies, partnerships, operating-model improvements and other strategic moves.
Structure each opportunity into a clear thesis covering expected value, strategic rationale, risks, dependencies, required capabilities, sequencing and success measures.
Work with the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners to convert approved opportunities into roadmaps and executable initiatives without taking over day-to-day execution ownership.
Evaluation of New Projects, Markets & Strategic Moves
Lead independent strategic review of new project proposals and market plans before they are submitted for approval.
Assess strategic fit, market attractiveness, competitive position, economics, risk, execution readiness, alternatives and portfolio implications; test critical assumptions through scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
Formulate a clear recommendation - proceed, revise, stage, defer or stop - and define the key conditions or milestones required for success.
Partner with the M&A and Deal Team on strategic fit, investment thesis and portfolio impact of potential acquisitions, divestments and other transactions, while the Deal Team retains transaction execution ownership.
After-Action Review & Portfolio Learning
Establish a systematic after-action review approach for major strategic actions, initiatives and completed deals.
Compare actual outcomes with the original strategic thesis, expected economics, risk assumptions, milestones and value-creation plan, and assess the resulting effect on the group portfolio.
Capture lessons learned, identify repeatable patterns and feed findings back into strategy, evaluation frameworks and future recommendations.
Investment Committee & Executive Decision Support
Prepare clear, concise and decision-grade strategic recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership consideration.
Work with the Board / IC Secretary to ensure strategic materials are complete, internally consistent and framed around the decision required, alternatives, trade-offs and implications.
Support interpretation of execution feedback and result reporting from the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners, focusing on strategic implications and any need to revisit prior assumptions or decisions.
Maintain a disciplined distinction between analysis / recommendation, governance decision-making and execution ownership.
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the Strategy and Research Team; allocate work against the highest-value strategic questions and maintain clear accountability for output quality and deadlines.
Build repeatable methods, templates and analytical standards for strategy development, market / project evaluation, portfolio review, research and after-action analysis.
Create a high-trust culture that values intellectual honesty, constructive challenge, clear writing, collaboration and decision usefulness.
