Product Operations is central to how Product and R&D teams work, creating systems and practices to focus on solving the right problems and delivering products. AI is increasingly important, with teams experimenting with tools like Glean and Claude, automations, agents, and AI usage throughout product development.
The role of AI Product Operations Lead involves building and operating internal AI Operations capability for R&D. It requires turning ambiguous opportunities into reliable solutions by identifying high-value AI problems, understanding workflows, designing solutions, building or coordinating delivery, and being accountable for performance after launch.
Responsibilities include:
— Building and improving a backlog of AI opportunities across R&D, prioritizing impactful AI jobs.
— Taking ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery: understanding users and workflows, exploring options, designing systems, implementing, testing, documenting, launching, measuring, and improving.
— Designing simple AI-native solutions fitting naturally into workflows, deciding when prompts, automations, integrations, agents, databases, or custom apps are appropriate.
— Helping R&D get value from enterprise AI tools like Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on access, configuration, connectors, enablement, and support.
— Owning the lifecycle of AI systems including automations, skills, agents, and internal web apps.
— Establishing evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance practices, improving systems over time.
— Partnering across R&D to uncover needs, unblock delivery, clarify ownership, and involve experts.
— Running and evolving R&D AI governance and enablement practices, providing leaders visibility into work, risks, adoption, and outcomes.
— Participating in broader AI governance efforts as an R&D contributor.
— Working with Finance and partners to improve visibility into AI tool usage, spend, and value to inform investments.
— Exploring and supporting autonomous agents to improve planning, discovery, design, build, evaluation, and management across product development.
Requirements:
— Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems, building usable solutions.
— Proven track record taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption, and improvement.
— Excellent systems thinking to understand people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and constraints, making trade-offs.
— Strong user and workflow discovery skills to understand real jobs and simplify solutions.
— Hands-on technical fluency building, modifying, troubleshooting internal workflows, automations, agents, or apps.
— Practical experience with modern development tools like GitHub, repositories, pull requests, application hosting, deployment, logging, and troubleshooting.
— Ability to manage work independently: prioritizing backlog, handling dependencies and risks, documenting decisions, communicating with stakeholders.
— Strong approach to evaluation and reliability, defining "good", testing, collecting feedback, and improving live systems.
— Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, asking questions, challenging assumptions, seeking expert input, and progressing without close supervision.
— Good judgment on responsible AI, security, access, governance, and knowing when to involve partners.
The role reports to VP of Product Operations and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, and AI practitioners across Typeform.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Job Scope:
- Own the data platform roadmap - Define and deliver the product roadmap for our data platform — covering data ingestion, on-chain data parsing, metrics frameworks, data-as-a-service, and data asset management — turning scattered data capabilities into reusable platform products.
- Build on-chain data capabilities - Lead multi-chain data ingestion and parsing (EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, Cosmos, etc.). Define standardized parsing logic for transactions, transfers, contract calls, and DeFi interactions. Drive the buildout of address labels, protocol labels, and transaction attribution.
- Own token and market data - Own the selection and governance of token metadata, pricing, and liquidity data sources. Establish source priority, fallback, and cross-validation mechanisms across CEX, DEX, third-party aggregators, and in-house indexers. Be accountable for data accuracy, coverage, and latency.
- Serve downstream consumers - Partner with business, growth, risk, and BI teams to package data capabilities into APIs, datasets, and self-serve analytics tools that cut the cost of getting answers.
- Data quality and governance - Build monitoring, metric definition management, and incident response processes. Eliminate the "same metric, five definitions" problem.
- Cross-functional execution - Work closely with data engineering, backend, algorithm, and BI teams on requirement breakdown, prioritization, and delivery.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in product management, including 3+ years on data platforms, data infrastructure, or internal data products
- Hands-on Web3 experience (wallet, exchange, L1/L2, data provider, DeFi protocol) with real understanding of the business and user behavior
- Practical knowledge of on-chain data: blocks, transactions, event logs, internal transactions, and the differences between UTXO and account models; familiarity with the data structures and parsing challenges of major chains
- Familiarity with the token data landscape — the strengths, limitations, and appropriate use cases of CoinGecko, CMC, Chainlink oracles, DEX pool pricing, and similar sources
- Solid grasp of data warehouse layering (ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS), metrics frameworks, and event tracking design
- Able to read and write SQL; can pull and validate data independently
Nice to Have
- Built a data platform from zero to one
- Experience with Dune, The Graph, Nansen, Covalent, Etherscan APIs, or similar tooling
- Working knowledge of Flink, Spark, ClickHouse, or Airflow — enough to hold a technical design discussion with engineers
- Experience commercializing data products or running external data services

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join Ramp's People team during an active Workday implementation. Reporting to our Senior HRIS Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in configuration and system support, partnering closely with our implementation partner and cross-functional teams through go-live and hypercare.
This is an opportunity to help strengthen the data integrity, controls, and employee experience that support Ramp as we scale. You'll bring a solutions-focused, collaborative approach and strong systems thinking to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, understands how People data flows across systems, and looks for ways to streamline processes as they build them, staying flexible as priorities evolve along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, run testing cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness
- Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance through regular reporting
- Support system releases and enhancements, including testing changes, documenting outcomes, and triaging issues as they arise
- Train and enable team members and system users on existing and new processes and functionality
- Build and maintain SOPs and job aids that make recurring HRIS processes accurate, scalable, and easy for others to support
- Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday, partnering with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support
- Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
- Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data with sound judgment, accuracy, and appropriate controls
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, IT and business stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation post-production stabilization
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, integrations, or security concepts
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
- Background in a high-growth tech or fintech environment, ideally with global scope

Build strong relationships across AML and other cross-functional teams to support a holistic approach to compliance and risk management.
Quality Calibration & Internal QA Meetings
– Participate in and facilitate regular QA calibration sessions to review complex or borderline cases, discuss grey areas, align on scoring methodology, and ensure consistency in quality evaluations across the QA team. Share key findings, emerging typologies, regulatory expectations, and best practices to improve review quality and reduce subjectivity.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
– Monitor investigator quality performance, analyze QA findings and recurring error trends, and prepare regular quality reports and dashboards. Identify systemic issues, emerging risks, root causes, and opportunities to strengthen controls and support management decision-making.
Coaching & Quality Improvement
– Provide timely and actionable feedback to investigators and team leads to improve investigation quality, strengthen analytical skills, and enhance case documentation. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AML investigations by providing guidance on complex or high-risk cases, typologies, and regulatory expectations. Support remediation activities by validating corrective actions and tracking quality improvements over time.
Policy & Process Compliance
– Ensure all reviews are conducted in accordance with internal AML/CFT policies, regulatory requirements, quality frameworks, and standard operating procedures. Escalate potential compliance risks, control weaknesses, or systemic issues identified during QA reviews.
Continuous Improvement & QA Framework
– Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to investigation procedures, QA methodologies, workflows, scorecards, sampling frameworks, training materials, and quality controls. Contribute to AI-enabled quality tools such as QA Copilot and participate in UAT, process validation, and implementation of new quality initiatives.
AML Projects & Program Enhancements
– Participate in AML-related projects, initiatives, and program enhancements as required. Provide QA expertise and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening AML controls, processes, and overall program effectiveness.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
– Perform additional assignments and special projects as delegated by the supervisor, including process improvement initiatives, training support, root cause analysis, documentation updates, and cross-functional projects to strengthen the overall quality program.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Vice President, Partnerships
Level:
Director (we are open to hiring at Senior Director level for more experienced candidates)
Role overview
GiveDirectly intends to transfer $10B by 2035 while building a resilient, durable cash-first movement in the aid sector.
To reach this milestone, we have brought all fundraising efforts under one leadership, to enable better coordination and optimisation of fundraising streams and operations over time. This unified approach is building a high-performance fundraising team that identifies and secures high-quality leads, while standardizing revenue operations and knowledge-sharing across all verticals, enabling a better donor experience and securing long-term funding to achieve our goals of eliminating extreme poverty and responding better in crisis.
The Director/Senior Director, Revenue Operations will own the operating backbone of the Fundraising function: the data, systems, and processes that let Partnerships, Philanthropy, Individual Giving, and Special Projects run at scale. As we grow our Emergency Cash and US work alongside our work on ending extreme poverty, the candidate will also help ensure fundraising strategies are complementary rather than competing. This is a BizOps-first role. You will build the pipeline infrastructure, KPI architecture, and operating rhythms that make Fundraising's growth predictable and measurable, and you will represent Fundraising to Finance, Compliance, Grants Management, and the People team.
Alongside this, the role carries a chief-of-staff dimension: partnering with the Vice President of Partnership on strategic priorities, high-stakes internal and external communications, and organizational change management, so the VP's time is focused on the highest-impact work.
Depending on the skills and interests of the person we hire, this role may grow to manage a team of 3-5, covering some combination of: fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management. Reflecting our "Team Next" value and commitment to organizational excellence, this person will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure fundraising operations scale seamlessly alongside our global growth.
Key responsibilities
Own Fundraising's revenue operations: data, systems, and process (primary focus)
Build and own the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising: pipeline tracking, annual and in-year forecasting, and reporting infrastructure (e.g. Salesforce) that gives every vertical a single, trustworthy source of truth.
Define, standardize, and own tracking of fit-for-purpose Fundraising KPIs, aligned to Board reporting needs and the team's long-term strategic direction.
Partner with counterparts on Fundraising Data and Tech to prioritize, execute, and approve projects that serve both functions.
Design and institutionalize the operating rhythms of the Fundraising function: pipeline reviews, QBRs, reporting cadences, and the processes that turn strategy into consistent execution.
Develop revenue systems and processes alongside the Finance, Fundraising and Donor Experience teams that support scalable growth, protect donor journeys, and ensure capital moves securely and efficiently through the organization.
Own revenue reconciliation and recognition, pledge and receivable tracking, restricted-fund coding, monthly/annual close handoff, or audit support.
Own workforce and capacity planning for Fundraising in partnership with the VP: role scoping, hiring prioritization, and structural improvements as the team scales.
Build and lead a team as the function matures
As the role grows, manage a team of 3-5 covering fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management, setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring quality across each area.
Set clear ownership and operating cadences across the team so each workstream (tech and data, donor experience, knowledge management) has a defined remit and reduces duplicated effort across Fundraising verticals.
Act as the go-to liaison between Fundraising and other functions
Maintain a comprehensive view of Fundraising needs across all verticals and sub-teams, and act as the single point of contact for Grants Management, Finance, and Compliance on run-rate donor management processes.
Represent Fundraising's operational needs to the People team, Legal, and other functions as cross-functional systems and initiatives are designed and launched.
Partner with the VP on strategy and organizational effectiveness (chief-of-staff functions)
Collaborate with the Vice President to refine the unit's strategy, manage organizational change, and lead internal communications.
Streamline decision-making, manage priorities, and provide strategic counsel to maximize the VP's focus and effectiveness on high-impact work.
Prepare briefing materials and executive-level communications for senior leadership and Board audiences as needed.
Lead on cross-fundraising initiatives and priorities
Address broader organizational priorities as needed, including high-level donor stewardship coordination, cross-functional system launches, flexible workforce planning, or market expansion initiatives.
This role would suit somebody who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who is energized by building systems and structure out of ambiguity, and who enjoys pulling together disparate workstreams into a cohesive, impactful strategy. It's a strong fit for someone with a business operations, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff background who wants a role weighted toward building and owning systems (and, over time, building a team) rather than one focused primarily on executive support.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally within a fundraising, sales, or partnerships organization.
Demonstrated experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. Salesforce), KPI frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that multiple teams rely on.
Strong analytical operator: comfortable structuring ambiguity, setting priorities, and using data to drive decisions. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus, not a requirement.
Proven track record managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders outside a direct reporting line.
Experience managing people or workstreams, with the ability to scope roles and structure as a function grows; direct people management experience is a plus given this role may build and lead a team of 3-5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for high-stakes internal and Board-facing materials.
Deep alignment with GiveDirectly's values, especially recipient choice, transparency, and evidence.
Bonus
Experience working with institutional donors or fundraising teams in Africa.
Experience standing up a BizOps or RevOps function from scratch, including building out a team across tech and data, donor experience, and knowledge management.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

- Hands-on experience building or supporting production systems using LLMs / generative AI.
- Practical experience with one or more of RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise knowledge systems.
- Experience building data or platform capabilities that are reusable across teams, rather than only developing one-off solutions.
- Experience taking systems from experimentation to reliable production, including considerations around scalability, observability, performance, and maintainability.
- Solid understanding of security, authentication/authorization, privacy, and data governance, particularly in the context of enterprise data.
- Strong communicator who can work across Engineering, Product, and IT to turn ambiguous AI and data problems into practical engineering solutions.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
We are also the stewards of our members' most sensitive data, and building privacy in by design is core engineering work for us, not an afterthought.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE DATA FOUNDATIONS CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 MISSION
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Data Foundations - is one of its crews. Its mission: be the enabling and platform team for data lifecycle and privacy engineering across Alan: retention, deletion, anonymization, and pseudonymization, by design. It builds and runs the GDPR Orchestrator (the platform's current embodiment) and equips each area to own its own data rules on top of it. The team also handles data shared with third parties and partners, with Legal and Security on requirements, including authority-facing work (e.g. CNIL).
🔭 SCOPE
1. Own and evolve the privacy platform (build & run): its core engine, its safety mechanisms (preview/dry-run, audit trail), and its operational health (deploys, on-call, observability). You design the contract areas build on and keep it reliable as adoption grows.
2. Build the paved road (enable, teach to fish): docs, templates, and self-serve tooling so any of our 15+ areas can plug into the platform and manage its own data rules and dependencies. You coach areas through pairing and syncs; you build the capability rather than doing the work for them.
3. Coordinate across areas (the cross-area bridge): align legal, security, data, and the data-producing areas on requirements, surface cross-area data dependencies, and resolve design trade-offs between them. You own the coordination; each area stays accountable for its own data and rules.
4. Push the foundations forward: drive open platform design questions to a conclusion and grow the platform's capabilities as Alan's data, products, and footprint expand.
👀 FOCUS FOR 2026
- Own the platform: become the long-term owner of the GDPR Orchestrator and shape the roadmap for how Alan manages data lifecycle at scale.
- Raise the bar on the platform: invest in its safety, observability, and developer experience so areas build on it with confidence.
- Lay the paved road: ship the docs, templates, and tooling that let areas self-serve, then move ownership of data rules to the areas that produce the data.
- Scale the surface: grow the platform's reach across data stores and third-party systems as Alan expands into new countries.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- Senior-level experience (typically 8+ years) in backend or platform software engineering, or equivalent, with deep production ownership (API and contract design, data modeling, running what you ship).
- You've built and operated platforms, libraries, or services that other engineers depend on, and you care about the contract you expose to them.
- You're comfortable operating across many teams and influencing without authoritarianism: getting legal, security, data, and product crews who don't report to you aligned on a plan, and driving it to completion.
- You bring pragmatism under constraint: you ship sound, safe solutions and improve them over time, rather than waiting for perfect.
- Strong plus: prior privacy, GDPR, or data-governance exposure, and experience working in an enabling or platform-team operating model.
- Explicitly not required: deep legal expertise. Legal and security partner with this role; they don't get replaced by it.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat platform engineering as product work: engineers and members are your customers, and doing the right thing with their data should feel effortless.
- You're hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You design and communicate: you're as comfortable writing a framing doc, drawing a dependency map, and aligning several areas on a design decision as you are writing the code.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast areas run their own data rules without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and safe-by-default abstractions that keep data handling correct and safe by design at scale.
- You're fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above the E level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
