We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Our Risk & Compliance team is hiring a Senior AML Analyst who will improve the effectiveness, resilience, and scalability of our financial monitoring program. You will own Lithic's AML and financial crime monitoring program at the SOP and monitoring-engine level, and you will be the person who turns our agentic monitoring and investigation tooling into realized, defensible capacity. This is an ownership role, not purely a queue-based execution role: you’ll certainly handle escalations, exceptions, and perform population sampling, but the goal is routine, documented volume is increasingly absorbed by automation, and you own the design, tuning, and exception handling that sit around it.
What You’ll Do:
Own and continuously improve the AML and financial crime transaction monitoring SOPs, keeping them aligned to current regulatory requirements, evolving typologies, and operational reality
Own the feedback loop into Lithic's monitoring engine: partner with your Analytics, Engineering, and Product peers to evaluate alert logic, assess rule and scenario effectiveness, and tune thresholds to reduce false positives while preserving coverage
Lead the testing, deployment, and tuning of agentic transaction monitoring and investigation solutions, including documenting the investigative context the tooling needs to produce repeatable, examiner-ready output
Investigate complex suspicious activity independently and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs; own escalations and the judgment-heavy cases automation cannot close unattended
Supervise and quality-check alert review and investigative output, including AI-assisted output, so decisions hold up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny
Synthesize monitoring performance data, operational trends, and emerging financial crime risks into actionable program insights, and define and influence AML KPIs and KRIs
Lead governance preparation for relevant oversight forums and support bank partner and exam-readiness deliverables
Train and mentor analysts on investigations, money laundering typologies, and the agentic tooling, so program knowledge scales beyond any one person
What you'll bring:
3+ years of AML/BSA and transaction monitoring experience in fintech, payments, or a bank-partnered environment
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AML programs or work streams with limited guidance, including authoring and maintaining SOPs and preparing governance materials
Deep knowledge of money laundering typologies and emerging financial crime trends, with the ability to investigate complex activity and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs independently
Hands-on experience evaluating alert logic and assessing or tuning transaction monitoring rules and scenarios for effectiveness
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid grasp of the BSA/AML regulatory framework (USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and sanctions, SAR requirements)
Nice to Have:
CAMS or CFE (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Experience deploying or tuning AI, automation, or agentic tooling in a compliance or investigations context
Experience with OSINT tooling and SQL or Snowflake for investigative data retrieval
Card issuing, payments, or fintech experience with exposure to sponsor bank relationships
Background in high-risk verticals (MRBs, crypto-adjacent businesses, or similar)
The annual US salary range for this role is $65,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:
Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave
4-Week Fully Paid Sabbatical (earned at your 5-year anniversary)

About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.

IT
in your DNA?
Location: Poland; Georgia; Serbia; Bulgaria
We are looking for a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
who is comfortable working on high-load, distributed systems and making architectural decisions, not just implementing tasks.
At MMDSmart, you will work on a CPaaS/CCaaS platform handling messaging and voice communication at scale. This is not a typical CRUD product: you’ll deal with real-time flows, external integrations, billing complexity, and systems where design mistakes surface quickly in production.
You will be expected to take ownership from design to delivery and challenge assumptions when needed.
Since 2007, MMDSmart has been a
leading supplier in cloud-based business communications
, delivering game-changing IT products to businesses in over 100 countries. Our success is fueled by the inspiration and innovative ideas of our team members, encouraging their growth and impacting our Messaging and
Voice solutions
. These empower our clients to communicate more effectively with their customers. Don’t miss this chance to excel in a rapidly expanding tech company, where your potential and ambitions are not just recognized, but celebrated.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Design and implement new platform capabilities across backend and frontend (not just “features” but system-level improvements);
Contribute to architecture decisions in a microservices environment (Go-based services, event-driven patterns, APIs);
Build and evolve React-based interfaces used by enterprise customers and internal teams;
Work on integrations with external vendors (messaging providers, voice, billing systems);
Investigate production issues in a high-scale environment and drive them to resolution—not just patch them;
Participate in technical discussions, trade-off analysis, and system design reviews;
Occasionally lead initiatives or own a domain end-to-end.
You are a perfect match if you have:
4+ years of real production experience as a Full Stack Engineer;
Strong backend expertise with Go (3+ years), not just syntax, but concurrency, performance, and system design;
Solid frontend experience with React + TypeScript (2+ years);
Experience building or maintaining distributed systems / microservices;
Good understanding of data modeling (SQL + NoSQL) and when to use each;
Ability to debug complex issues across services (not limited to your own code);
Comfortable working in an environment where requirements evolve and not everything is predefined.
Will be a plus:
Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or telecom domains;
Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka or similar);
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred);
Exposure to billing systems or high-throughput APIs.
What you get:
Work on systems that actually operate at scale and have real business impact;
A team where senior engineers are expected to influence architecture, not just execute;
Remote work.
Benefits
Why do talents choose and stay at MMDSmart?
Embrace the opportunity to work in a company that cares about:
Your Wellness:
Access to mental health programs, comprehensive medical insurance, and a sports card*.
Your Happiness:

Remote-first, flexible working environment

About the job
The Compliance Experiences team sits at the heart of the Twilio platform, owning two critical domains: Phone Numbers and Compliance (KYC).
In 2026, "getting a phone number" is no longer a simple API call; it requires sophisticated orchestration across global phone number inventory, real-time identity verification, regulatory compliance, and operational tooling at massive scale.
Twilio’s KYC Platform, the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs, enables customers to securely provision and operate communication services globally while navigating complex, constantly evolving regulatory requirements.
As a Principal Engineer (P5), you will own the technical strategy for a platform that processes millions of requests. You will be expected to pioneer AI-driven development workflows using LLMs and agentic agents to accelerate code generation, automate architectural reviews, and synthesize complex global telecommunications regulations into executable logic. Your mission is to collapse the distance between a great idea and a production ready feature.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
DRAW THE OWL:
Lead the architecture and long-term technical roadmap, transitioning legacy systems into a modern, distributed microservices architecture that supports global scale.
ACCELERATE WITH AI:
Lead by example in using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or internal LLMs) to automate boilerplate, generate exhaustive test suites, and perform rapid prototyping. You will be measured on your ability to amplify your own output and the team's velocity through AI augmentation.
BE AN OWNER:
Drive technical excellence across multiple teams, making critical architectural decisions that balance rapid feature innovation with world-class reliability and security.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES:
Partner with Product Managers to translate complex global telecommunications regulations and customer needs into elegant, developer-first APIs and application workflows.
EMPOWER OTHERS:
Mentor and uplift senior and staff engineers. Foster a culture of technical curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning. Teach the team how to move from "writing code" to "reviewing and orchestrating AI-generated logic" without sacrificing security or quality.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE:
Identify and mitigate technical risks early, ranging from scalability bottlenecks to security vulnerabilities and lead the team through complex production incidents with a focus on long-term remediation.
WRITE IT DOWN:
Communicate complex technical strategies to both executive leadership and engineering teams through high-quality design documents, RFCs, and presentations.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Architectural Mastery:
Deep experience with cloud-native infrastructure (

AI-Native Workflow:
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to significantly accelerate software delivery. You should be comfortable discussing how you use LLMs for architectural brainstorming, debugging, and code synthesis.
API Excellence:
A track record of building and maintaining high-volume public-facing APIs that focus on exceptional developer experience.
Data Savvy:
Experience with high-throughput data processing and storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL, Redis, Kafka, or Spark).
Infrastructure as Code:
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD paradigms.
Leadership:
Proven ability to influence technical strategy across multiple teams and organizational boundaries without direct authority.
Desired:
