Job Overview
Welo Global is hiring an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to bring deep technical rigor to middleware-layer testing. This role requires strong technical expertise across gRPC-Web, Proto3, HTTP/2, JSON-RPC/REST, proxy-based traffic inspection, and API scripting. The primary responsibility is to observe and reconstruct the network interactions generated by the onboarding UI, including request/response structures, schemas, headers, identifiers, Enums, and client-injected parameters. This is primarily an API/network analysis and evidence-generation role rather than a conventional UI automation or regression-testing role. The resource will produce sanitized network evidence and controlled, benign tracer replay scripts for downstream backend validation.
Project Details
Title: SDET - API/Middleware
Rate: $9.50/hr
Start Date: 26th October
Duration: 5 Weeks
Commitment: 35 Hours per Week
Location: India (Remote)
Job Type:Freelance (with the possibility of full time employment based on performance and project needs in all opportunity)
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain automated API test suites covering gRPC-Web, Proto3, HTTP/2, and JSON-RPC/REST-based services
• Export clean, sanitized HAR/network evidence while maintaining traceability between UI actions and corresponding network requests
• Map relevant schemas, headers, identifiers, routing information, and client-injected parameters
• Use proxy tools such as Mitmproxy, Charles Proxy, and browser DevTools to inspect, intercept, and validate network traffic between client and server
• Develop and maintain API automation scripts using Python, Postman, and cURL for functional and regression testing
• Analyze protocol-level request/response behavior to identify defects related to serialization, encoding, and transport
• Inspect and validate request payload structure, including system-level headers (e.g., auth tokens, routing identifiers) and internal/hidden parameters, ensuring correct handling under both valid and malformed conditions
• Collaborate with backend and middleware engineers to define testable contracts and edge-case scenarios
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks for reliability, speed, and maintainability
• Document technical findings, automation coverage, and known protocol-level limitations
Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on expertise of 3-5+ years with gRPC-Web, Proto3, HTTP/2, and JSON-RPC/REST protocols
• Proficiency with proxy/traffic inspection tools including Mitmproxy, Charles Proxy, and browser DevTools
• Solid scripting/programming skills in Python, with practical use of Postman and cURL for API automation
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites for middleware or API-layer services
• Working understanding of API request structure, including headers, auth tokens, and internal/system parameters, and how to test for their correct handling
• Understanding of software engineering practices as applied to test automation (version control, CI integration, code review)
• Strong debugging skills at the network/protocol level
• Experience analysing browser-generated network traffic and reconstructing API behaviour is strongly preferred
• Experience with HAR analysis, API schema reconstruction, or controlled API replay is strongly preferred
• Ability to work within approved staging/test environments and follow defined data-handling and test-authorization requirements is required

Overview
We are seeking a Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to provide end-to-end technical governance across all QA layers - frontend, middleware, and backend - for a complex, multi-layered onboarding platform. This role owns the architecture of API contract testing and the data modeling of complex entity relationships (e.g., hierarchical/parent-child style structures), while ensuring that quality assumptions made at one layer (such as client-side validation) are independently verified at every downstream layer rather than trusted at face value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with the ability to set and enforce delivery governance across cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
• Provide technical governance across frontend, middleware, and backend testing layers
• Establish and enforce QA delivery standards, evidence requirements, review processes, and quality gates
• Review frontend constraint dictionaries and FSM/state-model outputs for completeness and consistency
• Review API schema reconstructions, network evidence, and tracer replay outputs for technical quality and traceability
• Coordinate with QA Analysts, SDETs, and Test Operations Associates to align technical execution with delivery timelines
• Review test architecture decisions, validation approaches, and coverage strategies
• Coordinate dependency resolution, evidence rework, and cross-layer reconciliation throughout the engagement
• Act as the escalation point for cross-layer technical discrepancies and evidence-quality issues
• Compile and quality-check the raw technical evidence dossiers produced by the workstreams
• Identify evidence gaps, inconsistencies, or areas requiring rework before handoff to client stakeholders
• Report on delivery health, technical risks, evidence quality, dependencies, and unresolved gaps
• Prepare the technical evidence package for handoff to the client team responsible for final modelling and logic-gap assessment
• Support technical readout preparation by ensuring that findings are traceable to empirical evidence
Project Details
• Title: Lead SDET
• Start Date: 26th October
• Duration: 4 Months
• Location: India (Remote)
• Job Type: Contractual (with the possibility of a Full-time employment extension based on performance and project needs)
Qualifications
• Proven experience of 8+ years in a QA leadership role spanning multiple testing layers (frontend, middleware, backend)
• Demonstrated expertise in API contract testing architecture and governance
• Practical experience with knowledge graph or entity-relationship data modeling and its application to test/data traceability
• Strong understanding of layered system architectures and the importance of independently verifying quality at each layer rather than relying on upstream assumptions
• Strong track record of technical delivery governance, including setting standards and quality gates
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Deep technical grounding across QA disciplines (manual, automation, systems-level testing) to credibly guide teams at every layer
• Experience mentoring or managing SDETs and QA Analysts
• Experience leading complex multi-week technical QA, API validation, or security-assessment engagements is strongly preferred
• Experience establishing evidence/traceability models across complex technical workflows is preferred
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, entity-relationship models, or structured technical dependency/evidence modeling is preferred; deep knowledge-graph engineering expertise is not required
• Ability to synthesize technical evidence into concise stakeholder-ready findings and handoff materials

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join Ramp's Legal team and own the operational backbone of how we govern and structure the company. Ramp runs a growing portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. entities — including regulated and licensed subsidiaries — across a business that ships constantly and raises, acquires, and expands on short notice. You will be the person who keeps that machinery accurate, current, and audit-ready.
This is a broad generalist role. You'll sit at the center of corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and litigation/employment and you'll partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People, and outside counsel. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Corporate governance: Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, written consents, resolutions, secretary's certificates, and incumbency certificates. Track and calendar governance obligations across the entity portfolio.
- Entity management: Own the full lifecycle of entity administration — formations and dissolutions, foreign qualifications, annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, signatories, officer and director lists, post-integration cleanup.
- KYC, UBO, and diligence: Respond to KYC/UBO and diligence requests from bank partners, regulators, auditors, insurers, and counterparties, and build reusable packages.
- Equity support: Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, board approvals of equity awards, secondaries, and equity plan recordkeeping in partnership with Finance and People.
- Transaction support: Run diligence support, signature collection, closing checklists, closing binders, and post-closing obligations for financings, credit facilities, M&A, real estate, and insurance renewals.
- Commercial and cross-functional support: Assist with powers of attorney, delegations of authority, and corporate approvals needed by the business.
- Employment support: Support employment- and immigration-related requests and filings.
- Litigation support: Support subpoena and law enforcement requests, legal holds, e-discovery, and document production. Review and respond to garnishment orders and UCC liens. Serve as Ramp’s custodian of records and as Ramp’s representative in small claims court cases.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology or financial services company.
- Deep working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, corporate recordkeeping, and secretary's office functions.
- Excellent drafting skills across resolutions, consents, certificates, and corporate documentation, with genuine precision — you catch the wrong entity name, the stale date, and the missing signature block.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive workstreams without dropping threads or waiting to be asked.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work directly with executives, board members, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and a bias toward action.
- High judgment around confidential and sensitive corporate information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company, including support for licensed entities (money transmitter, EMI, or similar).
- Experience supporting venture financings, secondaries, M&A integration, or IPO readiness.
- International entity management experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada.
- Experience with equity administration and cap table platforms (e.g., Shareworks).
- Experiencing with litigation or employment matters.
- Notary Public commission (NY or CA), or willingness to obtain one.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. For more information, visit www.influxdata.com http://www.influxdata.com.
InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota

ABOUT THE TEAM
OpenAI Academy is an AI literacy initiative dedicated to ensuring the benefits of AI are widely shared. Our programs help individuals and organizations build AI fluency, explore real-world applications, and use AI responsibly to solve problems.
Academy delivers in-person and virtual learning experiences in partnership with mission-aligned organizations. We create hands-on, accessible programs for audiences with different goals, contexts, and levels of experience. To date, over 4 million people worldwide have engaged with our content online, and thousands have attended our in-person events.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced, highly self directed Learning Designer & Content Developer to create and test AI training for OpenAI Academy’s in-person and virtual programs. You’ll work with Academy leads and subject-matter experts to produce training packages from agreed-upon briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet delivery timelines. OpenAI will set program priorities and retain final approval of curriculum, content, and delivery standards. This is a contractor position.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Learning Design & Content Development
- Personally develop complete training packages, including polished, brand-aligned slide decks; speaker notes and concise live facilitation cues; demonstration scripts and prompts; realistic sample files; participant exercises and handouts; and facilitator preparation materials.
- Design practical learning experiences for virtual and in-person delivery, with clear learning objectives, realistic timing, transitions, prompts, participant practice, and fallback plans.
- Adapt examples, language, pacing, setup instructions, and practice activities to participants’ roles, goals, digital confidence, and AI experience. Design clear support for beginners and meaningful extensions for experienced participants, with useful outcomes learners can apply to their own lives or work.
- Work with subject-matter experts and Academy leads to turn complex product and policy concepts into clear, accurate, and usable instruction.
Curriculum Development & Maintenance
- Create reusable templates and document agreed design standards and production practices. Keep source materials organized, current, and clearly versioned so facilitators and partners can find approved materials.
- Develop agreed training packages from initial brief through review, rehearsal, final handoff, and subsequent updates. Keep slides, guides, prompts, exercises, and supporting assets aligned as the training evolves.
- Keep assigned training materials up to date as product capabilities, interfaces, and access requirements change. Update affected slides, prompts, demos, exercises, and facilitator guides, and retest workflows before delivery.
Facilitation & Trainer Support
- Pilot new trainings, lead rehearsals, and facilitate selected sessions to test materials and model effective delivery.
- Develop materials and support pilots to extend and improve Academy’s existing facilitator training pathway under the Academy team’s direction.
- Prepare and coach Academy and partner facilitators to use the materials through rehearsal and feedback, following OpenAI-approved guidance on accuracy, inclusion, safety, and participant experience.
Instructional Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Create lightweight learning-assessment and participant-feedback approaches that reveal whether programs are understandable, relevant, and actionable.
- Use rehearsal findings and participant and facilitator feedback to recommend and implement revisions to materials and delivery guidance.
- Build and rehearse demonstrations in the intended delivery environment. Verify prompts, outputs, timing, account and feature requirements, and screen readability; prepare realistic sample data, setup and reset instructions, and fallback outputs where needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Academy program leads, trainers, subject-matter experts, and relevant Global Affairs, Product, Customer Education, Communications, and partner teams.
- Coordinate reviews at agreed milestones, resolve content and usability issues, and submit materials for OpenAI’s final approval.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Complete, tested training packages are delivered on schedule, meet Academy’s requirements, and enable facilitators to run engaging sessions without extensive clarification or undocumented knowledge.
- Participants can complete the intended activities and apply what they learned; audience adaptations reflect their needs while preserving the agreed learning objectives.
- Academy leads can delegate training development from an agreed brief, with focused review at key milestones and final approval by OpenAI.
- Rehearsal observations and participant and facilitator feedback lead to specific improvements, and materials remain current as products and audience needs change.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience in learning design, instructional design, adult learning, customer education, educator development, or a closely related field.
- A portfolio of complete training programs you personally designed and produced, including presentation materials, facilitator guidance, practical exercises, and demonstrations. Be prepared to explain your contribution, what changed after testing, and how other facilitators used the materials.
- Strong live facilitation skills and the ability to rehearse and deliver practical learning sessions for audiences with different levels of experience, confidence, and familiarity with AI.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with ChatGPT and AI-assisted workflows, including the ability to independently build, troubleshoot, and explain practical demonstrations for nontechnical audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and slide-development skills: you make complex material clear, accurate, and actionable, and create polished, accessible materials that follow brand guidelines.
- Experience verifying product claims and updating instructional materials as capabilities, interfaces, and access requirements change.
- Experience managing content versions, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and delivering multiple training projects against agreed briefs and timelines.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
- A commitment to accessible, inclusive learning and enthusiasm for OpenAI Academy’s mission.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Designing AI literacy, digital-skills, workforce, public-interest, or technology-learning programs.
- Adapting learning experiences for different communities, sectors, languages, or cultural contexts.
- Coaching facilitators, developing train-the-trainer resources, or supporting delivery through partners at scale.
- Using lightweight assessment, field observation, or performance evidence to improve instruction.
POTENTIAL EXPANSION AREAS
Additional work may be agreed upon with Academy leads based on program needs and contractor capacity, including:
- Translation and localization systems for Academy materials.
- Support for facilitator assessments, field observation, and quality sampling using OpenAI-approved readiness criteria, with qualification decisions retained by OpenAI.
- Additional learning-assessment tools and impact-measurement support.
