Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical specialist who owns the performance of the Improvado website end to end: how it is found (SEO and GEO), how fast and healthy it is, and how well it converts visitors into pipeline. This is an analytics-driven, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, and the browser dev tools as in a keyword report. Because the website is our main product-facing marketing surface, you will also shape how the product is presented on it. In practice, the role covers part of what product marketing would otherwise do.
What You Will Do
Technical SEO and GEO
Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
Optimize the site for AI search (generative engine optimization): make Improvado understandable, citable, and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar engines.
Monitor visibility in both classic and AI search, and turn the findings into prioritized fixes.
Website optimization and conversion
Continuously improve page performance, UX, templates, and key conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups, high-intent pages).
Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests) and measure their impact on conversions and pipeline.
Work with engineering, design, and external contractors to ship improvements to the website stack (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
Analytics and measurement
Build and maintain dashboards that connect organic and on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Own tracking quality: events, attribution, and data accuracy across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
Analyze data to find growth opportunities, and report findings in clear, decision-ready form.
Product and messaging input
Use search demand, AI-visibility, and on-site behavior data to guide positioning, messaging, and landing page strategy.
Work with stakeholders so website content reflects ICP needs and the product’s value propositions.
What We Are Looking For
Must have
3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar). You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.
Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents).
Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
Nice to have
B2B SaaS or marketing technology background.
Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS, plus basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms.
Exposure to product marketing, positioning, or messaging.
You are
Analytical, curious, and driven by measurable outcomes.
Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel without heavy supervision.
A clear communicator across time zones.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement

ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager
Account-Based Marketing · Healthcare SaaS · Senior Associate / AM band
FUNCTION
Marketing
EXPERIENCE
3–5 Years
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
UK (1:30–10:30)
Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Why Join Neolytix
High-Visibility Pipeline Role
Drive pipeline across the full ABM tier structure, with direct exposure to Sales and Marketing leadership.
Scale an Intent-Driven Motion
Build ABM for a rapidly growing Healthcare SaaS product targeting the US mid-market.
Ownership Culture
An environment that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Development Support
Learning resources, external certifications, and leadership mentoring.

Experience gate —
This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).
