Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We're proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead Creatio's Platform & Cloud Operations domain - 17 engineers across four teams who own the foundation the entire engineering organization runs on and our customers live on:
the CI systems and development environments that set the pace for every product team
the automation behind the cloud environment hosting our product servers and customer instances
the upgrade pipeline through which every release reaches customers
the internal tooling that multiplies the output of all our engineering teams
This is one of the widest spans of ownership in our engineering organization. CI speed is product release speed. The reliability of our cloud is what Creatio looks like to customers every day. The quality of the upgrade pipeline determines how quickly the value of each release reaches the market. Decisions made here scale across the whole company.
Your customers are Creatio's engineering teams and the customers running on our cloud. Success is measured in build reliability and CI lead time, cloud availability and cost, upgrade success rate and time-to-upgrade, and how much faster our engineers ship because of what your teams built.
You will work at the system level: growing Team Leads, holding the architectural integrity of the domain and the quality bar on every release, and deciding where four teams put their focus. Planning, decomposition, and day-to-day delivery stay with the teams - your leverage is in making those teams stronger.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and commitments
Own delivery timelines and timeline trade-offs across the domain, and partner with engineering leadership team on scope and priorities
Own ways of working across four teams with genuinely different operating models - two infrastructure teams carrying on-call duty, one release and upgrade team carrying direct customer risk, one internal-product team whose users sit two desks away
Architecture and technical quality
Be accountable for the architecture of the domain and for its critical architectural decisions, working alongside Architects who drive the design
Own the domain's technical debt strategy - what gets paid down, when, and at what cost to delivery

Step personally into complex and critical technical problems
Release and operational quality
Be accountable for release quality readiness , you assess it, and you hold the authority to block a release when the quality risk warrants it
Own post-release quality analysis, and the operational health of the customer cloud: incident ownership, on-call practice, and the discipline that has to follow an outage
People and organization

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join Ramp's People team during an active Workday implementation. Reporting to our Senior HRIS Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in configuration and system support, partnering closely with our implementation partner and cross-functional teams through go-live and hypercare.
This is an opportunity to help strengthen the data integrity, controls, and employee experience that support Ramp as we scale. You'll bring a solutions-focused, collaborative approach and strong systems thinking to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, understands how People data flows across systems, and looks for ways to streamline processes as they build them, staying flexible as priorities evolve along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, run testing cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness
- Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance through regular reporting
- Support system releases and enhancements, including testing changes, documenting outcomes, and triaging issues as they arise
- Train and enable team members and system users on existing and new processes and functionality
- Build and maintain SOPs and job aids that make recurring HRIS processes accurate, scalable, and easy for others to support
- Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday, partnering with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support
- Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
- Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data with sound judgment, accuracy, and appropriate controls
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, IT and business stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation post-production stabilization
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, integrations, or security concepts
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
- Background in a high-growth tech or fintech environment, ideally with global scope
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is scaling the Sales Development org, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help build it. SDR hiring is its own discipline: the bar is high, the volume is real, and the strongest candidates rarely have a track record long enough to read.
You'll work with our Sales Development recruiter, owning full-cycle SDR hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer close. It's a foundational seat with real autonomy. You'll work as a team to build the playbook. The SD team you're hiring for moves fast, with consistent quota beats and frequent promotions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages, keeping data clean, and flagging what's stuck.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
- Run clear, timely candidate communication and a consistently good candidate experience, even at high volume.
- Keep scorecards and business case materials up to date and consistently applied, so hiring managers test the same way every time.
- Flag process friction early instead of waiting for someone else to catch it.
- Use AI daily for drafting outreach, summarizing notes, and speeding up research.
- Support sourcing and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude, and internal data.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sales, or a candidate/client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of overachieving against a goal or quota, in any context.
- Genuinely good at multitasking, with many candidates and stakeholders in motion at once and nothing slipping.
- High emotional intelligence: reads a room accurately, adapts on the fly, and knows when to push and when to hold back.
- Trustworthy with sensitive comp and candidate information.
- Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem.
- Strong written communication.
- Low ego, high curiosity, comfortable learning the craft rather than just executing a checklist.
- Genuine interest in using AI as part of daily workflow.

About the Role
The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.
What You'll Do
- Build payment infrastructure that works across multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory regimes
- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)
- Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets (international payment rails, FX, multi-currency ledgers)
- Familiarity with financial concepts: multi-currency accounting, reconciliation, cross-border compliance
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs or international banking partners
- Interest in or exposure to international regulatory environments and compliance requirements

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will be based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
You’ll build the systems that let any knowledge worker leverage fast, scalable databases without having to become a DBA.
You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, helping set the architectural direction and roadmap as we take a new product from early alpha to general availability. You’ll work directly with early customers to shape foundational technical and product decisions. Then, together, we’ll work on scaling as adoption and workloads grow.
This is a backend-leaning role with work spanning the stack. You might build the systems that provision and manage a fleet of customer Postgres instances, design how user-defined schemas evolve safely, or make complex queries execute efficiently. You’ll also follow those systems into the product: improving how a table loads, how users understand a slow operation, or how an agent safely works with their data.
You’ll help shape the architecture and the product together. Some problems call for a better abstraction, others for a better default, and others for rethinking what we ask the user to do in the first place. You’ll work with teammates and customers to find those answers, ship practical solutions, and evolve them as usage grows.
Our stack includes Postgres, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The people who understand a business best aren’t always the people who can build its software. A support lead knows how tickets should be triaged. An operations manager knows how inventory should move. But turning that knowledge into a reliable system often means finding an engineer, provisioning a database, and building an application.
We’re building database infrastructure for everyone else. We want everyday knowledge workers to bring their data into Notion, connect it, and build workflows around it. And do so with the power of a real database (Postgres!) and the approachability of a tool they already know.
AI agents make that opportunity even bigger: helping people build and operate systems they couldn’t have created on their own.
For our team, this is much more than putting a friendly interface on Postgres. It means making hard database problems disappear from the user’s workflow without sacrificing correctness, performance, or flexibility. How do you let someone reshape a live database as easily as editing a document? Make the right indexes exist without asking someone to become a DBA? Let a weekend experiment grow into a company’s system of record without anyone having to rearchitect it?
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Take a new product from alpha to general availability. Work with early customers to understand what matters, iterate on feedback, and help shape what we ship.
- Make real customer workloads fast. Improve query execution, indexing, and client data loading so performance holds up as datasets grow and workflows become more demanding.
- Build systems businesses can trust with their data. Make schema changes, concurrent writes, permissions, and recovery reliable enough for customers to build essential workflows on top.
- Make powerful capabilities approachable. Turn database provisioning, migrations, and indexes into a reliable, easy-to-use product experience that gives people the power of a database without the burden of managing one.
- Build for the customers who come next. Automate database provisioning and fleet operations, strengthen observability, and evolve the architecture so we can serve many, many customers.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Production relational database experience (e.g., Postgres or MySQL). You’ve made decisions about schemas and indexes, analyzed database performance, and debugged issues involving transactions, locking, or concurrency. Your experience goes beyond accessing a database through an ORM.
- Engineering experience and technical leadership. You bring 10+ years of experience building and operating production software, with a track record of setting technical direction and leading complex, cross-team initiatives from concept through delivery. You identify the most important problems to solve, turn ambiguous goals into a technical strategy, and align engineers and partner teams around a practical plan. You stay hands-on while helping others make better decisions through design reviews, mentorship, and clear technical guidance.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You’ve built services that need to remain correct under concurrency and failure. You can reason about retries, partial failures, consistency, and the trade-offs involved in reliable reads and writes.
- A systematic approach to performance. You use query plans, traces, profiles, and experiments to find bottlenecks and verify improvements. You’re willing to follow a problem across storage, services, and client code rather than stopping at a team boundary.
- Product judgment. You’re interested in who will use what you build, not just how it works. You can turn a customer’s problem into a technical approach and recognize when a better default or simpler workflow would solve it more effectively.
- Willingness to work across the stack. You bring backend depth, but you’re comfortable learning unfamiliar systems and working in client code when that’s what delivering a good experience requires.
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering. You use AI to accelerate exploration, implementation, and testing while taking responsibility for understanding and validating the result.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience managing fleets of databases or building database platforms, including provisioning, upgrades, backups, and recovery.
- Deep Postgres expertise, such as advanced query optimization, performance tuning, or workload isolation for large datasets and high-concurrency workloads.
- Experience building query layers, sync engines, change-data-capture pipelines, permission systems, or other reusable data abstractions.

⭐ The role, concretely
Are you excited about building, structuring and scaling HR operations in a company that's just getting started? You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.
We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.
Your time is split between:
- Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.
- Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.
- People admin: leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting and employee administrative follow-up, onboarding formalities and affiliations (health/provident insurance, occupational health), GDPR compliance.
- Operational finance: expense reports, preparing and sending accounting documents to Impulsa, preparing routine filings (including VAT).
Over time, this person will take ownership of payroll management in coordination with our accounting partner, with training and support.
👤 The profile we're looking for
Essential:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on, and comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing the relationship with an accounting firm)
- Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up, ideally having helped build or scale People processes during a period of significant growth.
- Business curiosity: genuinely interested in what's happening on the business side, and able to connect your work to where the company is heading
- Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus
- Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail
- Autonomy: you don't wait to be told there's a problem — you spot it, bring a solution, and know when to loop someone in on the tricky ones
- Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI
- Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team
- Based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, with the ability to work onsite regularly, ideally three days per week or more.
Ideally:
- Experience in MedTech or in a start-up / scale-up
- Sensitivity to the medical world (professional or personal)
- Note: a 100% Occupational Health background may not be the right cultural fit, but worth testing
🙏 What we offer
- Location: 117 Quai de Valmy, Paris 10th, in a brand-new centre designed to support high-quality practice
- Base salary: between €53,000 and €61,000 gross per year, depending on experience and level
- Profit-sharing scheme: 10%, in line with Prévenir’s framework
- Benefits: daily transport costs covered, company restaurant, RTT days and regular team events
