FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance
Ensure all ads and app store assets meet the requirements of each regulator (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA and others), platform ad policies for financial products, and Apple / Google app store guidelines, including risk warnings and country restrictions.
Out of scope
Organic social and community (Discord, Reddit communities, Telegram), owned by the Organic Social & Community Growth Manager.
Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.
Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto: you understand regulated, high-CPA acquisition, deposit-driven funnels and the ad-platform restrictions these verticals face.
Hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget of USD 250k+ a month.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, MetaAds, LinkedIn, X and ASO, with proven results on both App Store and Google Play as well as driving Web/Desktop Leads and FTDs
Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), SKAdNetwork, post-ATT measurement and deep linking, plus Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, incrementality thinking and ROAS-based budget decisions; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit), not just clicks or installs.
A track record of running structured creative testing at scale.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with programmatic and mobile ad networks.
Experience with Snapchat, Reddit and other social or new ad channels such as ChatGPT.
Knowledge of financial-promotion rules (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA) and Apple / Google policies for financial apps.
SQL or BigQuery; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A second language relevant to our key markets (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese).
Personal attributes
Commercial and numbers-driven: you decide on cost per FTD, not clicks or installs.
Comfortable owning a large budget and explaining every euro of it.
A fast tester who learns from failures and scales winners quickly.
Collaborative with Creative, Product, CRM and Data Engineering.
Our offer
A welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership.
Real autonomy over a large growth budget, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase.
Support for your ideas and room to put your expertise into the company's best practices.
Continuous personal development, a training and development budget, growth with the company and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.

Preferred:
Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models.

Familiarity with desktop or mobile product development.

About the job
QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices, it gives users greater control over their data and how they use artificial intelligence. Our focus is on local, on-device, and privacy-preserving AI, with opportunities to connect these experiences across Tether’s peer-to-peer ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong interest in AI and a practical understanding of how to turn emerging capabilities into useful products.
You will work closely with the Product Lead to help advance the QV.AC vision: identifying valuable use cases, defining AI features, exploring product concepts, and working with engineering and design to bring them to users. You’ll contribute to product direction and take responsibility for moving assigned features from discovery through delivery and iteration.

Understand users and their problems:
Gather feedback, conduct research, and explore how people use AI in their everyday workflows. Identify where AI can solve a meaningful problem and where a simpler solution may work better.
Turn ideas into clear specifications:
Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows that help engineering and design understand the intended experience, constraints, and measures of success.
Prototype and explore:
Create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes to test ideas and communicate product behavior. Use AI-assisted tools to explore concepts quickly and refine them with the team.
Collaborate on technical trade-offs:
Work with engineers to understand what is feasible across devices and models. Help assess the impact of response quality, latency, memory usage, battery consumption, and privacy on the user experience.
Support prioritization and planning:
Help the Product Lead evaluate opportunities, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities.
Drive feature delivery:
Follow assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness with relevant teams.
Stay close to AI developments:
Explore new AI products, models, tools, and interaction patterns, and explain their practical relevance to
QV.AC
. Share clear recommendations about what is worth testing or adopting and why.
Mandatory:
7+ years of product management experience, ideally working on AI software products with technical engineering teams.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. This is a partner-facing role: you'll support nonprofits, research institutes, academic medical centres and public-sector funders as they use Claude to get treatments to patients with rare and neglected diseases, where there is little or no commercial incentive to fund development.
The role focuses on clinical development, where we think Claude can help these partners today. Trials in these diseases have small patient populations, investigator-led or nonprofit funding and little operational support, and they often stall on protocol quality, operational risk and site start-up. Claude can help teams design better trials and start them sooner. Much of this work is drug repurposing: testing new uses for approved, usually off-patent or generic medicines, whose known safety profiles can let a good hypothesis reach patients years sooner than a new molecule.
You'll advise and embed in partners' teams, building alongside their engineers, scientists and clinicians.
Responsibilities
Work with partners' trial teams to design, review and prioritise clinical trials with Claude: drafting and reviewing protocols and statistical analysis plans, and flagging enrolment and operational risks.
Build and validate tools that help partners find new uses for approved, mostly off-patent medicines in rare and neglected diseases, from literature, omics and patient data, and assemble the evidence so the partner can decide the next step.
Build reusable infrastructure other institutions can adopt (MCP servers for biomedical data sources, agent skills, benchmarks grounded in real clinical questions), and feed what you learn in the field back to product, engineering and research.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Hands-on clinical development experience: designing, running or analysing clinical trials, or assessing clinical evidence to decide which programmes go forward (for example due diligence or asset evaluation). Drug repurposing work as part of that is a strong plus, as is having contributed to a regulatory submission for a trial.
Comfort with biomedical data: literature, omics, and real-world patient data (health records, registries, claims), ideally inside secure or trusted research environments.
Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure it.
Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical role.
Clear written and verbal communication: docs other institutes can use without you, and results clinicians trust.
A scrappy mentality: you're comfortable in ambiguity, wear several hats, and do what it takes to get a result for a partner.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

£255,000 GBP

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
Claude is becoming the AI layer inside the platforms where enterprises already work. Our partnership with Salesforce — anchored by Claudeforce — is the first and largest example, and a growing roster of strategic technology partners is following the same path: making Claude the front door to their products for millions of users.
As Marketing Manager, Tech Partnerships, you will own the ongoing comarketing relationship with these strategic tech partners. You will be the single marketing point of contact for each partner’s marketing organization, build and run the joint marketing plan, manage shared marketing funds, and turn large partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs — exec summits at partner flagship events, joint workshops, enablement moments, and co-branded activations around the world.
Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day comarketing relationship with strategic tech partners, starting with Salesforce: be the one consistent Anthropic marketing voice your partner counterparts plan with, and keep both sides working from a single joint plan
Build joint marketing plans with each partner, with goals and success metrics agreed before any shared funds are committed
Manage joint marketing development funds (MDF): allocation across programs, spend tracking, compliance with partnership terms, and reporting on what the investment returned
Design and execute flagship joint moments — executive summits and sessions at partner events (e.g., Dreamforce, World Tours), joint customer workshops, partner sales kickoff enablement, and co-hosted executive dinners
Extend partner programs through the broader ecosystem, including joint activations with shared systems-integrator and consulting partners
Measure what matters: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, program-level attribution, and a partnership marketing health scorecard built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand: apply comarketing guidelines, run messaging and asset approvals in both directions, and know when to say no to a partner ask
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Partner Marketing, Partnerships/Business Development, segment field marketers, Product Marketing, Events, and Comms all touch these relationships. You keep them coordinated and the partner experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Ownership of a comarketing relationship with a large strategic partner: a hyperscaler, a major SaaS platform, or an equivalent, including joint planning and MDF management
A track record of executive-level field programs: summits, flagship-event activations, C-level dinners, and roadshows, with the pipeline to show for them
Strong relationship-building skills: able to earn trust with partner marketing leaders while holding Anthropic's line on brand, messaging, and spend
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field, partner, or alliance marketing at a technology company
Experience on both sides of a platform partnership (at the platform and at the ISV/partner)
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products
Experience running programs at global scale across multiple regions and event series
Experience working with or marketing through global systems integrators

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for an Affiliate Growth Lead, US to build and scale our relationships with finance and investing creators and affiliates across the US market. The role combines business development, creator and affiliate partnerships and performance marketing, with a clear commercial mandate: drive attributable funded accounts and trading volume from active traders and investors, starting with Margin.
This is not a crypto-native KOL role. The audience we want to reach already trades and invests, and we reach them through the creators and publishers they trust in traditional finance, trading education and wealth management.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own business development for US finance and investing creators and affiliates, building a high-quality pipeline of trading educators, finance YouTubers and podcasters, newsletter authors, and wealth-management and advisor-creators.
- Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, starting with a focus on driving Margin trading volume and funded accounts, with the scope to expand across Kraken's other trading products.
- Own partner acquisition and relationship development, from initial outreach and commercial conversations through activation and ongoing growth.
- Structure CPA, revenue-share and hybrid partnerships that tie partner incentives to funded accounts and trading activity.
- Set up and manage the tracking, attribution, payout and reporting needed to measure partners through funded and traded accounts.
- Work with Legal and Compliance on disclosure, content review and approved messaging, so that promotion of leveraged products is responsible and consistent.
- Partner across Growth, Marketing, Product and other relevant teams to turn creator and affiliate opportunities into effective campaigns, and bring partner and audience feedback back into the product.
- Coordinate with the NORAM Pro KOL Business Development team so each creator has a single point of contact and relationships are not duplicated.
- Track attributable trading volume, funded accounts, active-trader retention and CAC per partner, and use the results to prioritize partners and investment.
- Continuously identify emerging creators, communities and affiliate publishers that reach active traders and investors in the US.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep experience in business development, partnerships, influencer management or affiliate-led growth in the US, with a track record of running performance-based creator or affiliate programs for a brokerage, trading platform or investing product.
- Experience growing margin, options, futures or other leveraged or active-trading products.
- A strong existing network and understanding of the US finance and investing creator ecosystem, including trading educators, finance YouTubers, newsletter authors, podcasters and wealth-management or advisor-creators.
- Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets, with the ability to explain crypto trading products clearly to audiences who are new to them.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, negotiate and grow commercially meaningful partnerships, including CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deal structures.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
- A record of turning creator or affiliate activity into measurable outcomes such as funded accounts, trading volume, revenue or acquisition, with results you can describe in numbers.
- Familiarity with US financial advertising rules, including FTC paid-endorsement disclosure, and experience getting creator content through compliance review.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the credibility to work with creators who protect their audience's trust and are selective about the brands they promote.
- Commercial judgment: you prioritize partners based on expected impact on conversion and trading activity, not on reach or activity alone.
- Comfort using performance data to evaluate partners, diagnose results, adjust strategy and end partnerships that do not perform.
- Strong cross-functional execution skills and the ability to move opportunities from prospecting through launch and ongoing growth.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working in wealth management or fintech.
- Experience at a crypto exchange or digital-asset firm.
- Existing relationships with US crypto-native creators.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

About the Role
We are looking for a SOX Director - Compute and Infrastructure to join our Internal Audit team at Anthropic. In this role, you will lead financial risk assessment and internal control design over compute and infrastructure. This is Anthropic's largest cost and one of the most complex areas of our financial reporting. You'll focus on cloud spend, usage-based costs, vendor commitments, accruals, and cost allocation, as we scale rapidly toward an IPO.
This is a unique opportunity to build SOX controls at an AI-first company, in a domain where few established playbooks exist. Compute is purchased under multi-year agreements with multiple providers, metered in third-party environments, accrued from internal telemetry, and increasingly provisioned and scheduled by automated systems and agents. You will help define how controls work in that environment for both business and IT environments, from reliance on service providers to full-population monitoring of high-volume usage data, while maintaining the rigor required for public company compliance.
As the SOX Director, Compute and Infrastructure, you will own scoping, control design, testing, remediation, and reporting for compute and infrastructure processes, partnering directly with Compute Accounting, Finance Analytics & BI, Infrastructure Engineering, Finance & Strategy, and Procurement to design scalable controls, oversee documentation, and support communication with external auditors. This role reports to the Head of Business Controls and plays a critical part in strengthening internal control maturity through pre-IPO readiness and beyond.
Key responsibilities
Lead financial risk and internal control design for compute and infrastructure accounting, including cloud spend, usage-based costs, vendor commitments, credits, refunds, accruals, cost allocation, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management
Develop and execute the SOX control plan and roadmap for compute and infrastructure, making defensible prioritization calls on what must be controlled now and what can follow
Own scoping, risk assessment, walkthroughs, testing, remediation, and reporting activities for compute and infrastructure processes
Build scalable, automated, and sustainable controls to support growth through pre-IPO and post-IPO readiness
Pioneer the use of AI and automation to enhance control effectiveness, including full-population matching of usage to invoices, continuous monitoring, and anomaly detection
Design, implement, and monitor controls over the completeness, accuracy, and cutoff of compute cost, including monthly accruals built from internal workload telemetry and the true-up to provider invoices
Establish controls over multi-year provider agreements, including reserved capacity, minimum spend commitments, usage-based charges, signing credits, service-level credits, refunds, and billing corrections
Design and test controls over the allocation of compute cost between cost of revenue and research and development, including workload tagging, shared clusters, and changes to tagging logic or allocation models
Establish the investigation threshold and variance criteria used in the control design to ensure the precision needed to detect a material misstatement
Design and test controls over infrastructure related control inclusive of development of an asset lifecycle management system
Oversee control documentation and ensure audit-ready evidence is maintained for all compute and infrastructure processes, in compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Own control requirements across high-volume financial data pipelines, partnering with Finance Analytics &BI, Finance & Strategy, and Accounting to validate completeness, accuracy, classification, general-ledger mapping, key reports, and monthly close governance
Own the identification and control treatment of key reports and Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) used in compute accruals, allocation, and the close
Partner with IT SOX and engineering teams on the IT general controls and automated controls that support compute data, including interface, ITAC’s, and change management over pipelines and models
Embed control requirements into new systems, pipelines, and process changes at design time
Lead the assessment of reliance on cloud providers that meter and bill compute, including review of SOC 1 reports, scope and period coverage, bridge letters, and exceptions or qualified opinions
Define and monitor complementary user entity controls, and design alternative procedures where a provider report is missing, does not cover the relevant system or period, or includes exceptions
Assess how the use of AI in Finance and in the close changes what controls need to cover, and update the control environment accordingly
Partner with Compute Accounting, Finance Analytics & BI, Infrastructure Engineering, Procurement, and Finance & Strategy to implement scalable controls over compute and infrastructure
Work with the Compute Controller and Chief Accounting Officer organizations to align control priorities with business objectives
Train and enable process owners and control performers, many of whom are new to SOX, on control execution, evidence retention, and what audit-ready means
Support management's assessment of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and related disclosures
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors on compute and infrastructure SOX matters
Prepare the Company's formal positions on control design, provider reliance, and deficiency evaluation for compute and infrastructure
Manage audit requests, coordinate testing schedules, and facilitate walkthroughs across compute and infrastructure processes
Track and report on control status, testing results, and remediation to leadership
Drive alignment with external auditors on testing approaches, reliance strategies, and deficiency evaluation and aggregation assessment
Minimum qualifications
Have designed controls over cloud, compute, or infrastructure cost, or over a comparable high-volume, usage-based process, and understand control objectives, IPE, and sufficiency of audit evidence
Have proven ability to establish or scale SOX controls at newly public or pre-IPO companies
Possess deep understanding of compute accruals, vendor commitments, cost allocation, financial close, and US GAAP requirements
Have experience evaluating service organization reports (SOC 1 and SOC 2) and complementary user entity controls
Are comfortable working with large datasets and data pipelines, and partnering with data science and engineering teams
Can structure ambiguous control problems and influence across stakeholders without direct authority
Have strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT/Engineering
Are passionate about building scalable processes that support organizational growth and Anthropic's mission to create safe AI
Preferred qualifications
