BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in Berlin and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the DACH region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in German (C1 level- fluent or bilingual)
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Berlin office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Mistral AI’s Defense team to build software for defense institutions and industry.
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and a background in data engineering or transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You will help shape the architecture, write production code and own substantial software components, from design through deployment and operation.
This role offers the scope and autonomy of a senior technical individual contributor in a small team. It is particularly suited to engineers operating at Senior or Staff level in demanding product engineering environments who want broad ownership and to stay deeply involved in implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build services for data ingestion, transformation, storage, querying and operational workflows.
- Develop shared data models, APIs and SDKs that help engineers build applications on a consistent foundation.
- Make authorization a core part of the architecture: define and enforce which users, applications and agents can access data or perform actions, with clear audit trails.
- Solve problems involving data consistency, schema evolution, concurrency, performance and failure recovery across services and data systems.
- Turn needs from our applied engineers and defense users into reusable software capabilities, making pragmatic choices about what to build and how to evolve them.
- Own delivery end to end, including implementation, testing, observability, debugging and maintainability in demanding deployment environments.
- Use AI coding tools and coding agents extensively to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring and debugging. Help the team improve these workflows while maintaining a high engineering standard.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong practical familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic engineering workflows. You use coding agents regularly, can break complex work into well-scoped tasks, provide effective context, review generated code and validate the result through tests and debugging. You remain accountable for the architecture, correctness, security and maintainability of what you ship.
- A strong track record of building and operating production software, with substantial ownership of complex systems.
- Experience in data engineering or in building transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You understand the trade-offs behind data models, storage, query execution and service boundaries.
- Experience building products where access control, permissions and data governance are central to how the system works. Work on platforms such as Foundry, or systems with comparable requirements, is particularly relevant.
- Broad software engineering skills and the ability to move between architecture, implementation and production debugging. You are comfortable working across unfamiliar parts of a codebase.
- Strong proficiency in Python or another programming language, solid SQL skills and the ability to become productive quickly in a Python and TypeScript environment.
- High autonomy and sound judgment: you can turn an ambiguous problem into a concrete plan, make technical decisions and deliver useful increments with limited supervision.
- A collaborative approach to technical leadership through code, design discussions, reviews and mentoring, and a clear motivation to build software for defense institutions and industry.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a data platform or developer product used by other engineering teams.
- Experience with fine-grained authorization, multi-tenant architectures, data lineage or auditable operational workflows.
- Experience with self-hosted software, restricted networks or other demanding deployment constraints.
- Familiarity with LLM applications and their integration with data and tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About the Role
We are an international broker. Our clients fund and withdraw through approximately 60 payment methods across Asia, Africa, LATAM, and the Middle East.
Payments Product is now a standalone function, and we are building the team around it. This is an early core hire.
We are looking for a Payment Integration Manager who will own payment integrations end to end—from the initial technical call with a provider through to stable production.
You will also be the first line of response for every payment incident and the person responsible for deciding whether a new integration is ready to go live.
This is a technical operations role rather than a coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Provider Onboarding & Integration
Manage the full onboarding cycle for new payment providers, including:
Initial technical calls
Credentials and sandbox access
Configuration and test design
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Production launch
Post-release stabilisation
Define integration acceptance standards and own the go/no-go decision before launch.
Review provider API documentation and translate it into implementation-ready specifications for engineering, covering edge cases, failure paths, and confirmation model behaviour.
2. Payment Incident Management
Own the first-line response for payment incidents, including:
Failed and stuck transactions
Unconfirmed payments
Payment method-level anomalies
Investigate and drive incidents to resolution rather than simply escalating them.
Diagnose provider-side versus platform-side issues using logs, API responses, and transaction data.
Communicate findings clearly to providers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
3. Technical Testing & Verification
Perform hands-on verification of payment integrations.
Conduct manual checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Verify callbacks and API behaviour using Postman or equivalent tools.
Execute SQL queries to investigate transaction data.
Validate asynchronous payment statuses, confirmation models, redirect flows, and failure scenarios.
4. Payment Method & Provider Catalogue
Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of payment methods and providers, documenting:
Supported capabilities
Available integration types
Completed testing
Known failure modes
Build the initial capability inventory of all live payment methods and providers.
Convert ambiguous provider documentation and undocumented operational knowledge into actionable specifications.
5. Payment Performance Analysis
Produce a 90-day breakdown of deposit attempts, categorised by outcome:
Completed transactions
Declined by the provider
Abandoned by the user
Abandoned during redirect
Completed but never confirmed back to the platform
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms, with hands-on ownership of integrations rather than coordination alone.
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, asynchronous payment statuses, callback mechanics, confirmation models, redirect flows, and common failure modes.
Ability to review provider API specifications and identify missing information.
Experience using Postman or equivalent tools for API testing.
Experience performing structured checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Proven ability to investigate live payment incidents using logs and API responses.
Ability to distinguish provider-side issues from platform-side problems.
Experience translating incomplete or ambiguous technical documentation into clear specifications for engineering.
Strong communication skills and composure during incidents.
Basic knowledge of using AI tools in daily work.
Working proficiency in both English and Russian, as both languages are used daily.
What Success Looks Like in the First Year
First Few Months — Operational Ownership
Take ownership of first-line payment incidents, build the payment method and provider catalogue using documentation and direct investigation, and produce the 90-day deposit attempt analysis.
By Mid-Year — Integration Acceptance Standards
Establish the integration acceptance framework and apply it to a live provider onboarding process, from initial engagement through production launch.
Second Half — Established Processes & Decision-MakingAs the team expands, a Systems Analyst will assume responsibility for formal verification, while the integration acceptance gate remains under your ownership.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date provider catalogue, ensure the integration acceptance gate is fully operational, and take ownership of incident-related decisions.
Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process consists of four stages:
HR Interview: Background, motivation, and overall role alignment.
Technical Interview: Payment integration knowledge, technical tools, hands-on experience, and incident diagnosis.
Product & Problem-Solving Interview: Integration decisions, prioritisation, and practical problem-solving.
Final Interview: Discussion with senior stakeholder.
Benefits
Fixed monthly compensation of [depending on experience]
Fully remote work within GMT to GMT+4, with no relocation required
End-to-end ownership of a provider from first call to production, and the go or no-go decision on every integration
