ABOUT THE ROLE
The Backend Platform team is the backbone of Perplexity’s product reliability, scalability, and performance, enabling every product and AI team to build with confidence.
This high‑impact group builds and maintains critical infrastructure, including backend systems for authentication, authorization, real-time data flows, service orchestration, and sandboxing, to ensure fast, reliable, and secure user experiences. By setting rigorous standards for code quality, uptime and performance, the Platform team ensures everyone at Perplexity can innovate at speed on top of a robust, well-architected foundation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and implementation of our sandboxing platform to safely execute untrusted and user‑generated code while meeting strict performance and reliability requirements.
- Define and extend our RBAC and authorization primitives, ensuring they scale with new product capabilities and enterprise controls.
- Own key backend services involved in authentication and encryption flows (including BYOK‑related pieces), partnering with Security and Infra on defense‑in‑depth.
- Set the technical bar for backend platform design and operations, driving best practices in reliability, observability, and incident response for always‑on systems.
- Partner with product and AI teams to define clear platform interfaces, SLAs, and integration patterns so new features can reliably build on shared backend capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership across the backend platform area, mentoring other engineers and making long‑term architectural decisions that keep the foundation simple, secure, and evolvable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience designing and building backend systems that run in production (typically 4+ years for mid-level, more for senior and staff).
- Strong system design skills, with a track record of creating efficient, reliable, and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure (for example AWS, Kubernetes, and related cloud technologies).
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-language environment.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to solve challenging technical problems with other experienced engineers.
- Comfort working in security‑sensitive areas (auth, authorization, encryption) and making pragmatic trade-offs between safety, simplicity, and velocity.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.
Location: San Francisco; Palo Alto; London; Berlin; Belgrade; New York City
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cloud Infrastructure team owns the foundational cloud primitives and deployment models that power Perplexity's products, from multi-tenant public cloud to single-tenant and on-premises solutions for enterprise customers.
As Perplexity grows its Computer and Enterprise products, this team builds and operates the security, isolation, and compliance layers that customers depend on. We provide the deployment topologies, multi‑region infrastructure, and core services that enable Perplexity to run reliably and efficiently for both consumer traffic and large enterprises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap and technical strategy for agent-driven cloud infrastructure management.
- Design and operate Perplexity’s cloud networking fabric, including VPC architectures, private connectivity, and peering with hyperscalers and neocloud providers to support low-latency, high-throughput AI workloads.
- Architect and scale compute platforms (Kubernetes/EKS, autoscaling groups, and mixed CPU/GPU fleets) to efficiently serve online request traffic and background workloads across regions.
- Build and maintain secure, isolated deployment topologies for multi-tenant, single-tenant, and customer‑owned cloud (BYOC) environments, including cross-account networking, identity, and policy guardrails.
- Implement and evolve multi-region strategies for availability, failover, and data locality, including traffic routing, regional capacity planning, and disaster recovery playbooks.
- Partner with security to deliver enterprise controls such as BYOK/KMS integrations, network isolation, and auditability required for regulated customers.
- Develop automation, tooling, and runbooks that make day‑2 operations (provisioning, upgrades, incident response) predictable and repeatable for Perplexity products across all environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS (VPC design, routing, security groups, load balancing, private connectivity).
- Strong background with Kubernetes/EKS and container orchestration, including multi‑cluster, multi‑region, or multi‑account setups.
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking and peering (VPC peering, Transit Gateway, private link/service endpoints, or similar constructs in neoclouds).
- Experience building or operating secure, isolated environments for enterprise customers (single‑tenant, BYOC, or on‑prem), ideally including BYOK/KMS integrations and compliance constraints.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and strong software engineering skills in at least one of Python, Go, or Rust for automation and tooling.
- Strong debugging and incident management skills across distributed systems (networking, compute, and platform layers), with a track record of driving root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
- 7+ years of industry experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure, including leading the design of complex systems or migrations.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.

WHO ARE WE?
Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.
We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.
With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.
The Product Engineer Mindset
We don’t hire people to implement specs. We hire people who can spot the right problem to solve, talk directly to product, design, data, and users to sharpen it, and ship the thinnest version that proves the bet, then iterate. If this is you, you probably:
- Measure your work in outcomes, not output. A feature isn’t done when it merges; it’s done when the metric moves, or you’ve learned it won’t, and killed it.
- Go to the source. You don’t wait for a perfect PRD. You sit with PMs, designers, marketers, and data, and sometimes users directly, to understand what’s actually being asked.
- Own things end-to-end. From the first conversation about a problem through architecture, code, rollout, monitoring, and the follow-up experiment. You don’t hand work off at a boundary.
- Have a strong bias to ship. Prototypes, A/B tests, feature flags, kill switches. You’d rather get something in front of users this week than a perfect plan in two months.
- Treat AI as leverage, not a novelty. You use agentic workflows to compress the loop between idea and learning, for yourself and the team.
What You’ll Own
This is an ownership role, not a feature factory seat. You’ll be on the hook for outcomes across the stack, not just the code in your area:
- A cross-platform foundation, end to end. Mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers, built and evolved with an AI-first, agentic development approach, and held to outcomes you helped define.
- Scalable foundations for health & fitness apps. React Native and modern web technologies, designed so product teams can ship and experiment faster without rederiving the basics each time.
- The discovery loop with stakeholders. Working directly with product, design, marketing, and data to translate business bets into running experiments, not just tickets in a backlog.
- AI-agentic workflows across the SDLC. You’ll continuously improve how the team uses AI to raise productivity, code quality, and delivery speed, and prove the impact.
- Shared platform capabilities. Internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that make every engineer at Welltech faster and the product better.
- Native mobile and media experiences. Video playback, streaming, and HLS, owned from native integration through user-perceived quality.
- Modular, reusable systems. Backend-driven UI, white-label capabilities, and the architectural choices that let one team’s work compound for the next.
- Reliable integrations. Between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure, with you on the hook for the health of the seams.
- The engineering culture. Architecture discussions, code reviews or pairing when working on trunk based development workflows, documentation, and continuous improvement, leading by what you ship and how you ship it.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Key responsibilities:
- Build and evolve a cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers using an AI-first, agentic development approach

- Develop and continuously improve AI-agentic workflows across the full development lifecycle to increase team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
- Develop shared platform capabilities, internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that improve development speed and product quality
- Work on native mobile integrations and advanced media experiences, including video playback, streaming, and HLS-based solutions
- Contribute to modular architectures, reusable systems, backend-driven UI solutions, and white-label application capabilities
- Build reliable and scalable integrations between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering workflows
Required skills:
- Strong commercial experience with React Native and modern TypeScript-based application development
- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture including mobile, web, BFF, and cloud/infrastructure layers
- Experience building scalable cross-platform systems and shared application foundations
- Deep understanding of software architecture, modular systems, scalability, and performance optimization

Nice to have:
- Experience building white-label mobile applications or multi-brand ecosystems
- Experience designing and implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend) services

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Senior Growth BI Project Manager
to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally.
You will own the full loop:
identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who does not wait to be told what matters — you find it yourself. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Growth Analytics & Insight
Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.
AI-Augmented Ways of Working
Actively apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.
Champion AI-native practices within the team and demonstrate productivity gains through concrete examples.
What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes. A genuine drive and passion for the work — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and find clarity and momentum where others find friction.
Excellent communication skills; able to adapt between technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products — genuine familiarity with the space is a meaningful advantage.
Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows, beyond general tool usage.
Experience working within international or multinational organizations, with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis — comfortable working with acquisition, retention, and channel performance data, and experience translating analytical work into growth decisions.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.
As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.
What you will own:
Prospecting & Business Development
– Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns
– Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
– Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships
Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new trade partners
– Present and promote the premium product portfolio to potential and current clients
– Manage ongoing communication and commercial development of your partner accounts
Market Coverage & Reporting
– Monitor territory performance and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends
– Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the territory
– Attend international trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and develop leads
Internal Collaboration
– Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or a related trade industry
Proven prospecting skills — confident working through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools without relying on inbound or a support team
Experience building and managing relationships with distributors or wholesalers
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling commercial agreements
Comfortable tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and territory performance
Fluent English, minimum C1 level (written and verbal)
Comfortable working fully on-site in Belgrade
Good to haves:
Previous international B2B sales experience across multiple countries or regions
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and client visits
Knowledge of German or Spanish
Experience with premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco
What Success Looks Like
A growing pipeline of qualified distributor and wholesale prospects from day one
New trade partnerships signed and successfully onboarded
Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate territory reporting
Expanding territory performance over the first 6–12 months
This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
Benefits
We offer:
International Exposure
Work with trade partners and stakeholders across multiple countries, with real visibility into how a premium international distribution business operates.
Direct Access to Leadership
Work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, with your results directly reflected in the company's growth.
Compensation
Competitive package based on experience and performance based commission.
Environment
International business exposure across 10+ markets
Structured, performance-driven culture
Opportunity to shape your territory and grow with the role
