Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.

You see software development and team organization not as a rigid set of rules, but as a craft that deserves better tools. You want to design complex, data-rich productivity platforms where information architecture is a first-class problem, and you want to rethink how humans work alongside AI. If you are a designer who values hands-on craft, hates unnecessary bureaucracy, and wants the autonomy to build a team's design process from scratch, this role was built for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
YouTrack handles serious complexity – agile boards, backlogs, knowledge bases, helpdesks, and deeply customizable workflows – across teams from two-person startups to global enterprises. We’re at a point where the category's oldest assumptions are worth reconsidering. Issue tracking has relied on the same foundational blocks for years, but AI opens an opportunity to rethink how software can actively help teams get work done.
We need a Lead Product Designer to shape where project management goes next while keeping a massive, mature surface area coherent, legible, and a pleasant to use. In this role, you’ll lead a small design team of two designers, own the overall design quality bar across the product, and act as an individual contributor on our hardest, least-charted problems. You’ll build a fresh design process from scratch with the full backing of a team lead who respects craft and values professional judgment.
Day to day, you will:
Shape a point of view on how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world and turn those concepts into tools people can actually use.
Design how people work alongside AI capabilities in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline assistance and background automation.
Develop interaction patterns for unsettled problems, including surfacing AI confidence, making actions transparent, and keeping users in control.
Prototype and test new concepts quickly, separating ideas that feel clever from those that genuinely reduce friction.
Keep a large, deep product coherent so that boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration feel like a single cohesive engine.
Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from a design perspective, influencing what gets built and why.
What you’ll bring
A deep commitment to craft ownership, holding yourself and your team to high standards without creating bottlenecks.
Comfort building clear, lightweight processes, without turning them into restrictive bureaucracy.
The generosity to share knowledge openly and collaborate across a broad, global design community.
Clarity in your writing and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex design decisions in plain words.
Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy appetite for finding the right questions before designing the answers.
Strong opinions, loosely held, with a clear understanding of when to follow platform conventions and when to break them.
What you’ll need
Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems where information architecture is a primary challenge.
Proven understanding of how modern AI systems operate beyond single-turn prompts, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that lands and raises the bar.
Ability to design unified experiences that cater to small startup teams and large enterprise customers simultaneously.
A portfolio showing a range of work from precise micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team and peers through sound interaction choices and clear systemic improvements. You will establish a reliable critique rhythm and a structured way of working that helps your designers grow. Within your first few months, delivering clear patterns for our AI capabilities, paying down accumulated UX debt, and ensuring YouTrack remains both deep and remarkably quick on its feet.
Why join JetBrains?

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Life Sciences team is building a world-class research group focused on making fundamental biological discoveries. The team combines cutting-edge AI with hands-on biological research, positioning Anthropic at the forefront of demonstrating how AI tools can accelerate scientific workflows and enable discovery.
About the role
We are hiring Research Associates: early-career bench scientists who will join a small team to help establish our biology research program. This is an entry-level role, great for individuals who have done some research during an undergrad or masters program and may be considering pursuing a PhD in Life Sciences in the future.
You'll work directly alongside senior scientists, executing and troubleshooting experiments at the bench while learning advanced techniques in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. We value curiosity, careful hands, and the willingness to take ownership of a result. Our scientists are eager to teach; we're hiring for motivation and trajectory as much as for existing skill.
This is a fully hands-on bench role — while familiarity with computational biology and bioinformatics is welcome, the role does not involve AI/ML model development.
Key responsibilities
Execute molecular biology and biochemistry experiments at the bench under the direction of senior scientists
Maintain meticulous, reproducible records and contribute to shared protocols
Troubleshoot experiments, propose adjustments, and present results clearly in group meetings
Maintain mammalian and bacterial cell lines, materials stocks, and reagent inventories
Learn and adopt new techniques rapidly as projects evolve, with training provided
Minimum qualifications
Have hands-on research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a closely related field
Are proficient with foundational molecular biology techniques: PCR, gel electrophoresis, molecular cloning, and plasmid preparation
Have experience with aseptic technique and bacterial or mammalian cell culture, and with nucleic acid extraction, purification, and quantification
Follow, document, and adapt experimental protocols with care and precision
Are highly motivated, eager to learn, and energized by hands-on bench work
Are practical and resourceful — you'd rather find a way through than a reason it can't be done
Listen carefully, take feedback well, ask good questions, and are comfortable when priorities shift quickly
Are excited to use AI models as a tool at the bench to plan experiments, interpret data, and decide what to try next
Preferred qualifications
A BS or MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemical biology, microbiology, bioengineering, or a related discipline
Protein expression and purification experience (e.g., affinity, SEC, IEX)
Mammalian cell culture experience, including transfection and stable line maintenance
Enzyme kinetics or quantitative biochemical assay development (fluorescence, absorbance, FRET)
Next-generation sequencing library preparation experience
Familiarity with common bioinformatics workflows and molecular biology software (e.g., sequence analysis, alignment, primer and construct design)
Experience using AI tools such as Claude in a research setting — for literature review, protocol drafting, data interpretation, or experimental troubleshooting
This is a rare opportunity to help define how a frontier AI company does biology. You'll learn quickly, work closely with people who want to teach, and see your results feed directly into how the most capable AI models are evaluated and improved.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
We're seeking an exceptional Research Scientist to join the team. As a founding member of Life Sciences, you'll work in a high-impact group that operates at the intersection of computational and experimental biology. You'll help establish Anthropic as a leader in biology research while developing product intuition through direct engagement with the challenges and opportunities of laboratory science.
Key responsibilities
Design, execute, and iterate on the experimental programs at the core of the team's research: molecular biology, biochemistry, protein and nucleic acid characterization, high-throughput functional screens, and the assay development that makes new questions answerable

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a threat intel manager to build and run our Model Exploitation & Fraud team within Threat Intelligence. This team detects, investigates, and disrupts the large-scale exploitation of Anthropic's AI systems. Model distillation, unauthorized access, account farming and reseller abuse, and fraud and scam operations.
You will set the strategy for the mission area, hire and lead a small team of technical investigators, and build the systems, processes, and partnerships that let the team scale. The team includes established senior investigators who own our deepest technical casework, tracing distillation networks, reseller and proxy ecosystems, and financially motivated actors across first-party surfaces and third-party platforms; your job is to direct, resource, and amplify that work, not duplicate it. This area carries regular U.S. government engagement and requires deeply understanding external black market ecosystems and how they interact with our systems.
Important context: In this position you may be exposed to explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role may require responding to escalations during weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
Own strategy, priorities, and outcomes for the Model Exploitation & Fraud mission area; define what we detect, investigate, action, and share
Hire, manage, and develop a team of technical threat investigators; set the quality bar for casework and intelligence reporting
Design clear lanes between this role and the team's senior individual contributors: strategy, people leadership, and program ownership sit with you, while ownership of the deepest technical investigations and tradecraft stays with the senior experts closest to the work
Capable of independently leading complex investigations.
Direct, prioritize, and resource complex investigations into model distillation, unauthorized AI R&D usage, unauthorized access, coordinated account abuse, and fraud/scam networks, partnering with the senior investigators who lead the deepest technical casework and clearing blockers from their path
Drive the redesign of triage for a very high-volume detection pipeline: partner with investigators and engineering to build abuse signals, clustering, and agentic investigation workflows that separate sophisticated actors from noise

About the role
We are looking for a threat intel manager to build and run our CBRN-E & Advanced Weapons team within Threat Intelligence. This team detects, investigates, and disrupts attempts to misuse Anthropic's AI systems for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives threats and for the development of advanced or novel weapons.
You will mature this from a promising start into a rigorous program, hiring investigators with real CBRN-E, weaponization, and counterproliferation expertise, sharpening detection beyond broad harm screens into threat-specific capabilities, and personally leading the cases where scientific judgment determines whether we're seeing curiosity, legitimate research, or a genuine weapons-development attempt. The area carries significant engagement with government, biosecurity, and scientific stakeholders.
Important context: In this position you may be exposed to explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role may require responding to escalations during weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
Own strategy, priorities, and outcomes for the CBRN-E & Advanced Weapons mission area; mature it from an emerging function into a rigorous investigative program
Hire, manage, and develop a team of investigators with deep domain expertise across biological, chemical, and weapons-development threat areas
Personally lead investigations into attempts to use our systems to develop, enhance, or disseminate CBRN-E weapons, or advanced weapons capabilities
Evolve detection from broad harm screens toward CBRN-specific signals and methodologies tailored to dual-use research concerns, in partnership with our collections engineers
Set the analytic quality bar: cross-platform threat analysis grounded in real threat actor behavior, open-source research, and publicly reported weapons programs
Own escalation and enforcement decisions with policy and enforcement teams for the highest-severity misuse category we handle
Lead external engagement with government agencies, biosecurity and chemical-security research communities, and scientific organizations
Inform safety-by-design and capability-evaluation strategies by forecasting how threat actors will leverage frontier AI for CBRN-E purposes
Serve as a liaison to government partners, educating stakeholders on AI-enabled threats through regular reporting and briefings.
Minimum qualifications
Are an intelligence analyst, policy expert, or researcher with deep domain expertise in biosecurity, chemical defense, weapons non-proliferation, dual-use research of concern (DURC), or related CBRN-E threat domains
Have led investigative or analytic teams and are a senior domain expert with demonstrated mentorship and program-building experience ready to lead
Have experience with threat actor profiling, threat intelligence analysis frameworks, and collection frameworks
Have hands-on experience with large language models and how AI could be misused for CBRN-E threats
Have excellent stakeholder management skills across researchers, policy experts, legal teams, government, and external partners
Can present analytical work to technical and non-technical audiences, including government stakeholders and senior leadership
Preferred qualifications
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in biological sciences, chemistry, biodefense, biosecurity, or a related field
Real-world experience countering weapons of mass destruction or other high-risk asymmetric threats in the intelligence community or defense organizations
Experience working with government agencies, defense/national security organizations, or in regulated environments handling sensitive CBRN-E programs, counterproliferation and threat analysis.
Background in AI safety, machine learning security, or technology abuse investigation
Experience building and scaling threat detection systems or abuse monitoring programs
