About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the Role
We're looking for a Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our monitoring and investigations program across both fiat and on-chain activity. You'll own transaction monitoring, secondary market and trade surveillance, investigations, and regulatory reporting, and you'll be a key partner to Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations as we scale.
This role suits a hands-on investigator who's equally comfortable tracing funds through a blockchain explorer, analyzing trading patterns for manipulation, and writing a SAR narrative that holds up to regulatory scrutiny.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day transaction monitoring program for fiat and digital asset flows, including alert review, escalation, and disposition.
Design, tune, and document monitoring rules and scenarios based on the firm's risk assessment, typologies, and emerging threats.
Use blockchain analytics tools to assess wallet exposure, counterparty risk, and illicit-finance indicators such as sanctions, mixers, darknet markets, scams, and ransomware.
Track alert volumes, false-positive rates, and SLAs, and drive improvements in efficiency and coverage.
Build and run surveillance for trading activity on primary and secondary markets, including on-chain transfers, DEX/CEX activity, and OTC flows.
Detect and investigate potential market abuse, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, front-running, pump-and-dump schemes, and insider trading.
Work with Engineering and Data teams on surveillance tooling, data pipelines, and alert logic.
Maintain reporting procedures, quality control checks, and audit-ready documentation.
Support regulatory exams, independent audits, and responses to regulator inquiries.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with significant hands-on work in investigations, AML/BSA, and transaction monitoring.
Demonstrated experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis (Reactor, KYT), TRM Labs, or Elliptic, and the ability to trace funds independently on-chain.
Strong working knowledge of the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN guidance, and OFAC sanctions requirements.
A track record of writing high-quality SAR narratives and investigation reports.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and spot anomalous patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Nice to Have
Experience with trade surveillance or market abuse detection at a broker-dealer, exchange, ATS, or digital asset trading venue.
Familiarity with securities regulations (SEC, FINRA) and how they apply to tokenized assets or digital securities.
Experience building or scaling a monitoring program at a high-growth fintech or crypto company.
Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
Certifications such as CAMS, CCAS, CFE, or CCI.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Codeless, our internal Server-Driven UI (SDUI) platform team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team bridging mobile/web frontend engineering and core platform backend systems.
While this role is deeply rooted in modern UI architecture, its mission goes beyond standard UI development: Codeless empowers product teams across the organization to ship dynamic, native UI experiences dynamically from the backend—eliminating app store release bottlenecks, dramatically accelerating feature iteration, and establishing a unified UI schema across iOS, Android, and Web.
What you’ll be doing
This is a role with broad impact, from hands-on technical guidance to championing web and mobile accessibility across the company. We're looking for a leader who excels at fostering collaboration and can confidently guide a concept from initial idea to robust implementation.

Team Leadership & Strategy:
Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team responsible for our core Server-Driven UI platform ("Codeless"). Foster an inclusive, high-ownership engineering culture.
Platform Architecture & Evolution:
Oversee the design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web.
Developer Velocity & Platform Adoption:
Partner with product feature teams to drive internal adoption of Codeless. Ensure the platform provides exceptional Developer Experience, clear tooling, robust design system integration, and seamless debugging workflows.
Technical Execution & Quality:
Set high technical standards for platform performance, payload optimization, caching strategies, backward compatibility, and graceful offline/fallback behavior across client devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers to align the Codeless roadmap with broader company initiatives and global design paradigms.
What you’ll need to thrive
Engineering Management:
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a track record of coaching engineers, delivering complex platform initiatives, and driving technical strategy.
UI & Platform Domain Expertise:
Strong foundational background in mobile (iOS/Android) or modern web architecture (React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or declarative UI paradigms).
Product & Platform Mindset:
Ability to treat internal product engineering teams as customers, evaluating platform success through developer velocity, adoption metrics, and rendering performance.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role
You'll own regulatory license application projects for Salmon, managing submissions to the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas), the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), and other regulators as the company expands its licensed products and geographies. This is a hands-on role for someone who goes deep into the detail, drafts the materials themselves, and keeps applications moving.
What you'll do
- Work within a small, dedicated licensing function, coordinating across legal, compliance, finance, product, and PMO teams to move license applications forward
- Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact in Manila for licensing projects, working closely with a remote team lead
- Navigate regulatory back-and-forth: drafting responses, tracking open items, and keeping stakeholders aligned across multiple concurrent applications
- Keep applications on track by explaining the regulatory context and requirements behind each request, so stakeholders understand what is needed and why, and escalating with clear facts and impact when inputs are blocked
What you'll own
- End-to-end management of regulatory license applications, from initial pack preparation through regulator approval
- Drafting application documentation yourself (application letters, governance materials, and corporate documents), bringing in the relevant stakeholders for input/support where needed and sign-off
- Timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple license projects simultaneously, pushing stakeholders to deliver on time and escalating risks early
- Coordination with legal, compliance, finance, and business owners to gather inputs and ensure submissions are accurate and complete
- Ongoing communication with regulators, tracking questions, comments, and required follow-ups through to closure
- Supporting the transition of licensing projects from the PMO team into the dedicated licensing function
What makes you a strong fit
- 3-5 years of experience combining legal, regulatory, and project management work on complex, multi-stakeholder projects in financial services or fintech

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.
London, United Kingdom; We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief
