As a Lead Investor Relations team member at GitLab, you'll help rebuild our investor relations (IR) processes and shape how we communicate GitLab's strategy and performance to the public markets. Working closely with our VP of Finance Strategy & Operations, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and executive team, you'll be a senior individual contributor with broad ownership of investor communications and relationships. You'll connect insights from across the business to explain our technical products, evolving business models, and long-term investment thesis.
What You’ll Do
Lead key workstreams of the quarterly earnings process, including messaging, scripts, questions and answers, data collection and synthesis, and conference call preparation; build repeatable processes with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
Gather insights from research and development, Product, Sales, and other business leaders to explain GitLab's strategy, technical products, and business model transitions in investor communications and board materials.
Own relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community, monitor analyst models and consensus against our forecast, and flag gaps or risks to the head of IR and CFO.
Prepare the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CFO, and other executives for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows; lead investor calls independently when executives aren't available, explaining how GitLab's business works and answering investor questions.
Analyze peer and competitor earnings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, and investor days; maintain benchmarking analyses and deliver quantitative and qualitative insights for executive and board discussions.
Track GitLab's shareholder base and recommend investor targeting strategies to expand and maintain key ownership positions.
Draft and review earnings decks, shareholder letters, fact sheets, and IR website content; partner with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Strategy to keep messaging consistent, accurate, and compliant with disclosure requirements, including Regulation Fair Disclosure (Regulation FD).
Plan and deliver Investor Day with the head of IR to communicate GitLab's long-term story, alongside investor outreach, non-deal roadshows, and corporate access events.
What You’ll Bring
Experience evaluating software businesses from a buy-side or sell-side investment perspective, gained through investing, equity research, investor relations, or a related field.
Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to identify the business drivers that shape investor expectations.
Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations, and explaining technical software products, evolving business models, and financial performance clearly in writing and conversation. You can work directly with senior executives and offer an informed point of view.
Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Regulation FD, and public company disclosure practices.
Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools, experience with IR and market data platforms, and experience using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve workflows or a willingness to develop that capability.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an all-remote, asynchronous-first environment, with an approach that reflects GitLab's values, especially transparency and efficiency.
Nice to have: prior experience building an internal IR function.

We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to own inDrive’s largest cross-team programs end to end. You will work across tens of teams, partner directly with product and engineering leadership, and decide not only how our biggest programs are delivered but which ones we run and in what order.
The role sits between product intent and technical reality. You will work with Product Managers to scope, prioritise and phase what we build, and with engineering to decide how it gets built - then own the dependency picture across the entire surface.
This is a deeply technical role. You will spend your time in architecture discussions, design reviews and trade-off decisions, not only in status meetings. We are looking for someone who has built software or led engineers, and who can hold their own with staff engineers and architects.
You will join the Program Management team inside the Product & Technology PMO, alongside Product & Engineering Excellence and CTO/CPO Operations.
Please note that we are looking for a candidate based in
Georgia (the country), not the U.S. state
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of several product teams’ work to ensure delivery of value within expected timelines
Working closely with Engineering manager and team members to create products and achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle
Managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and timely informing all key stakeholders
Managing priorities, risks, and dependencies
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of metrics - performance (delivery and discovery), quality, as well as team engagement and maturity
Facilitating project or program-level events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
End-to-End Ownership.
Own end-to-end delivery of inDrive’s largest org-wide technical programs, from initiation and scoping through architecture, execution, launch and adoption, against measurable outcomes over multiple quarters
Product Partnership.
Partner with Product Managers across business verticals and platform to scope programs, challenge and sharpen requirements, agree what is in and out, and turn ambiguous product intent into a program with a defensible shape
Prioritisation and Phasing.
Drive prioritisation and phasing decisions with Product and Engineering — what ships first, what can wait, what can be split — so that value lands early and the plan survives contact with reality
Cross-Surface Dependencies.
Identify, map and resolve dependencies across the whole surface, including the ones nobody has noticed yet
Technical Depth.
Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to decisions on system design, scalability and reliability
Solution Architecture.
Own the technical coherence of end-to-end solutions that span multiple services, platforms, vendors and markets, and be accountable for the technical KPIs and SLAs your programs commit to
Technical Judgment.
Use your engineering background to help teams make sound design decisions, identify gaps in proposed solutions and weigh product-versus-technology trade-offs
Portfolio Management.
Own a portfolio of programs: sequence them, resolve cross-program dependencies and capacity conflicts, and make the calls on scope, timeline and technical approach
Structure in Ambiguity.
Create structure where none exists by defining program frameworks, decision points, operating cadences and communication models
Systemic Risk.
Detect risk visible only from a cross-program vantage point, and intervene to stabilise at-risk programs anywhere in the portfolio
Execution at Scale.
Identify where the organisation is losing speed, design scalable processes to fix it, and drive adoption across all Prod/Tech teams
Executive Partnership.
Partner directly with Product/Engineering Directors, VPs, the CTO and CPO on priorities, goals and trade-offs, and own executive communication so decisions are made quickly and with the right information
Craft Leadership.
Mentor Technical Program Managers and set the craft direction for the program management group
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries.
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
6+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a tier-one multinational organization, either in-house or as a consultant, is highly desirable.

Proven track record in designing and executing public policy strategies and managing complex advocacy initiatives at both national and regional levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with a demonstrated ability to engage with diverse partners on policy issues. Comfort in participating in challenging or controversial debates is essential.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships, with a leadership role in policy implementation and public affairs.
Deep understanding of legislative, regulatory, and political processes, particularly in highly regulated industries.
Experience in shaping regulatory frameworks and addressing complex legal and political issues is essential.
Prior experience in the ride-hailing or technology sectors is a plus.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex policy and regulatory issues and communicate them clearly.
Exceptional ability to translate intricate regulatory matters into accessible language for diverse audiences.
Proven skills in strategic alignment, with the ability to connect company strengths to government opportunities and challenges.
Strong ownership and accountability for the areas of expertise under your responsibility.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions at all levels within inDrive.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is scaling fast in the UK. Our European operations team (Europs) gets UK and EU businesses onboarded across Ramp's own regulated entities and our card-issuing and payments partners. We're a small team that runs on frontier AI tooling: our operators build and maintain their own automations and apps, and have taken daily processes from hours to minutes. We're hiring a KYB Operations Lead to run the UK onboarding operation day to day. You'll manage our UK operators, own the queue, make the hard calls on complex cases and escalations, and keep improving how the operation works as volume grows. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be as comfortable in a difficult ownership structure as in a capacity plan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Line-manage and develop the UK operators: prioritisation, 1:1s, performance, and helping them grow as builders as well as reviewers
- Own overall queue management and resourcing for UK onboarding: what gets worked first, who works it, and how we keep cases moving through leave and spikes in volume
- Make the final first-line (1LoD) call on complex cases: complex ownership structures, EDD, PEP and adverse-media outcomes, and cases that need a judgement rather than a checklist
- Own escalations with our card-issuing and payments partners, including recurring failures, disputed or unnecessary requirements, and turning each fix into a repeatable playbook
- Run customer-facing onboarding communications with quality: clear requests, fast follow-ups, no avoidable back-and-forth
- Define and report operational metrics (caseload by provider, time to close, handling time) and use them to improve the operation
- Find and remove friction: spot requirements customers shouldn't have to meet twice and work with Product and Engineering to design them out
- Build consistent, evidenced 1LoD decision standards that hold up to partner sample reviews and second-line scrutiny
- Act as hands-on backup for UK safeguarding: daily reconciliations and investigating breaks when cover is needed
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years in KYB / onboarding / financial-crime operations at a UK fintech, EMI, PI or bank
- Practical working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework for EMIs/PIs: MLRs 2017, JMLSG guidance, and FCA expectations for customer due diligence
- Strong judgement on complex business customers: multi-layer ownership, overseas parents, trusts, PEPs, and knowing when to escalate
- Clear written communication, both with customers and in documented case decisions
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in your day-to-day work to go faster or do better work, with concrete examples
- A bias to fix the process rather than just work the queue
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Line management of operators or analysts (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with card-issuing, BaaS or payments partners on onboarding (e.g. partner due-diligence requests, sample reviews)
- Safeguarding / client-money reconciliation experience
- Writing requirements for Product and Engineering teams
- EU onboarding experience or a second European language
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is seeking an experienced Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for its FINTRAC-registered Money Services Business entity. Under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and its Regulations, this role is the legally-appointed compliance officer responsible for implementing RBCC's AML/ATF compliance program and for reporting suspicious transactions to FINTRAC. This is a standalone, high-accountability compliance leadership role: you will own Ramp Canada’s AML program end to end, act as the primary point of contact for FINTRAC and Ramp’s financial partners in the region, and serve as the gatekeeper protecting Ramp's Canadian entity from financial crime.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as RBCC's MLRO, with authority over AML/ATF program design, execution, and effectiveness
- Act as primary regulatory contact with FINTRAC, managing supervisory correspondence, reporting, and exam readiness
- Make STR (Suspicious Transaction Report) filing determinations and file STRs
- Run day-to-day transaction monitoring and sanctions screening triage and investigation for the Canadian book
- -Own and maintain RBCC's AML/ATF risk assessment, refreshing it as products, geography, and risk profile evolve (including Quebec's onboarding)
- Develop, document, and deliver RBCC's ongoing compliance training program
- Define and stand up the operational workstreams for Canada, including case types, SLAs, escalation paths, tooling.
- Negotiate and clarify AML/compliance requirements directly with BMO (our Canadian banking partner) and other partners as new products and use cases come online
- Partner with Ramp's broader Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs teams (US) on cross-border projects and Canada's continued expansion
- Partner with the Global team and the Engineering team to identify areas of opportunity for automation, and operational efficiency and lead AI-driven initiatives.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of financial services experience in compliance, AML, or related regulatory advisory roles, preferably in fintech or at an MSB
- Deep working knowledge of FINTRAC's supervisory expectations and regulations
- Direct experience interfacing with regulators and bank partners
- AI Fluency and demonstrated experience leveraging AI to build and scale AML programs
- Comfort operating as a standalone compliance lead with independent judgment on filing/escalation decisions
- Experience building an AML program from a nascent/early stage, not only maintaining an established one
- Fintech or payments domain experience (card issuing, corporate expense, high-velocity digital transaction monitoring) strongly preferred over traditional retail-branch compliance background
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Fluency in French
- Experience supporting an MSB registration/licensing process (e.g., provincial registrations such as Quebec)
- Prior cross-border/group compliance structure experience
- Data analysis skills

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is seeking a 2LoD Compliance Strategist to provide dedicated independent second-line assurance across Ramp UK & Irish regulated businesses.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn regulatory expectations into a practical, evidence-led monitoring and assurance programme.
The role sits within Ramp's Europe Compliance function and supports the Head of Compliance & MLRO - Europe. You will not own first-line operational decisions or perform routine casework. Instead, you will independently test and challenge the design and operation of financial-crime, safeguarding, payments, outsourcing, governance, and regulatory-change controls. You will make sure that findings are understood, remediated by accountable owners, and independently validated before closure.
Ramp Payments Europe is developing across multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, payment rails, banking partners, product journeys, and shared Group services. The successful candidate will help give management and Boards a clear, reliable view of whether controls work in practice and where action is needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a practical, risk-based compliance monitoring programme across Ramps European entities.
- Test key controls and identify gaps, with a focus on whether they work in practice.
- Support assurance over financial-crime, payments, safeguarding, and outsourced-service controls.
- Track regulatory, Board, partner, audit, and internal commitments to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Manage findings and remediation, helping accountable teams resolve issues and confirming actions are closed.
- Produce clear reporting for management and Boards on key risks, control issues, incidents, and progress.
- Provide independent compliance input and advisory on significant product, payments, outsourcing, and operational changes.
- Deputise for the Head of Compliance & MLRO where required.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Min. 4 year of experience in compliance, risk, audit, controls, or regulatory change within payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring, control testing, issue management, remediation, or governance reporting.
- Working knowledge of UK and/or EU financial-services regulation, with the ability to apply requirements pragmatically in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with financial-crime controls such as customer due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or record keeping.
- An interest in areas such as payments, safeguarding, outsourcing, operational resilience, or third-party oversight.
- Strong judgement and communication skills, with the confidence to identify issues, explain risk clearly, and work constructively with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams.
- Curious about using AI responsibly to improve compliance analysis, monitoring, or documentation.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in a UK payment institution, e-money institution, bank, card issuer, acquiring business, or payments fintech.
- Experience supporting FCA-facing work, banking-partner due diligence requirements.
- Experience with Consumer Duty, safeguarding, or formal outsourcing governance.
- Professional compliance, audit, risk, or financial-crime qualification.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is launching payments across the EU through its Swedish payment institution. Our European operations team (Europs) onboards European businesses and keeps them trading, across Ramp's own regulated entities and our card-issuing and payments partners. We're a small team that runs on frontier AI tooling: our operators build and use their own automations so they can spend their time on judgement, not admin. We're hiring a KYB/AML Analyst in Stockholm to review and onboard business customers of our Swedish entity, work directly with those customers to get them live, and resolve onboarding requirements raised by our partners. You'll join a small Swedish team and help keep onboarding moving every day as we grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Carry out first-line (1LoD) KYB reviews of business customers onboarding with Ramp's Swedish payment institution: company verification, beneficial ownership, sanctions/PEP/adverse-media screening, and risk assessment
- Decide standard cases end to end, and escalate complex or higher-risk cases with a clear rationale
- Handle customer communications through onboarding: clear document requests, follow-ups and status updates
- Resolve onboarding requirements from our card-issuing and payments partners for EU customers
- Document decisions to a standard that holds up to second-line and regulatory review
- Keep Swedish casework moving when teammates are on leave or handling incidents
- Spend part of your time improving how we work: playbooks, templates and AI-assisted workflows
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2–4 years of KYB / AML / onboarding experience at a fintech, payment institution, EMI or bank
- Solid grounding in business customer due diligence: company registers, UBO identification, sanctions/PEP screening, and spotting red flags
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Clear, friendly written communication with customers
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can make casework faster and better
- Based in, or relocating to, Stockholm, with the right to work in Sweden
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Swedish (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Swedish sources and requirements (Bolagsverket, the beneficial ownership register, FI expectations under the Swedish AML Act)
- Experience onboarding EU businesses across several jurisdictions
- An additional European language

Ramp is building the Private Equity channel into one of the company's most significant sources of enterprise growth. Sponsors and their operating teams shape how portfolio companies run finance, and when they standardize on a platform, they do it across dozens of companies at once.
This role will be focused on managing the largest funds in the market. You will own a book of the most strategic PE firms Ramp works with, many of which have multiple investment investment strategies, fund vehicles, and GP stakes businesses under a single name. Each one likely has a different operating partner for each strategy, a deal team with its own relationships, and portfolio CFOs who make the final call. Your job is to know all of them, keep every thread moving, and turn that access into measurable adoption across their portfolios.
It is a high-volume, high-stakes book. The work is relentless relationship management paired with genuine commercial discipline, and it carries the highest CP goal on the channel team. There are only a handful of these seats at Ramp, and real executive visibility comes with them.
What You'll Do
- Own a book of upmarket and megafund PE partners, serving as their primary relationship owner at Ramp.
- Multi-thread across each firm: operating partners by strategy, deal teams, platform and portfolio operations leaders, and portfolio-company CFOs.
- Run disciplined portfolio analysis to find where Ramp can create value, and work with Account Executives to convert that into pipeline.
- Generate and own qualified pipeline against an aggressive CP target, prioritizing the large opportunities that move the number.
- Negotiate custom partnership structures where they make sense, including adoption commitments, and hold the line where terms do not work for Ramp.
- Partner with Events, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to deliver sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners and the collateral your partners ask for.
- Build and maintain the operating system behind the book: relationship maps, portfolio analysis, follow-ups and next steps across a large partner set on a tight touch cycle
- Use AI to automate research, portfolio mapping, call prep and follow-through so the book scales beyond what manual effort allows
What You Need
- A track record of carrying and hitting a high quota in a commercial role. Outbound sales development, account executive, or partnerships backgrounds all work.
- Deep working knowledge of how a private equity firm is structured, including the distinct roles of operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships across a large, complex organization.
- Exceptional organization and agency. History of managing a large book without dropping threads, continual follow-up, and navigating complex organizations.
- Comfort negotiating directly with sophisticated counterparts, and the judgment to know when to walk away.
- A practical, self-directed approach to AI. You build your own workflows rather than waiting for tooling.
- Strong cross-functional instincts across events, growth, marketing and finance. Ability to work dynamically with others internally to drive results.
- Willingness to travel frequently and to work from our New York office. CT or NJ with an in-office commitment also works, and we are open to relocation
Nice to Haves
- Experience partnering with or selling to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Experience at a company with an established channel sales motion.
- Fintech, payments, expense management, or CFO-software background.
