Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
As one of our founding Technical Quality Specialists on the Product Support team for Figma Weave, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to help define, build, and elevate this new support function. This team will be responsible for troubleshooting complex bugs and working closely with our internal teams to elevate the Figma Weave experience for all of our customers. You will be delivering the kind of experiences that build trust throughout the Figma community, from customers to key internal partners, such as Product and Engineering.
We are looking for a Technical Quality Specialist who is an advocate for quality improvements that enable great end-to-end experiences for the people and businesses using Figma Weave. An ideal candidate will have a background with strong testing experience, be comfortable collaborating when priorities move quickly and the path forward is often ambiguous, while demonstrating leadership, technical competence, and a passion for quality.
This is a full time hybrid role based out of our Singapore hub.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Develop expertise in Figma Weave’s products and the journey of our customers—from Product Designers to Developers—to accurately diagnose sophisticated bugs
Interact with Figma Weave customers daily via email and the forum, taking ownership over complex problems
Troubleshoot complex customer inquiries to identify root causes, effectively communicate, and report bugs to our Engineering teams
Serve as the designated point of contact for critical technical issues raised by customers and internal teams, proactively engaging partners like Engineering and Product, and owning customer communication through to resolution
Make recommendations for tooling and process improvements that help the team better manage and diagnose bugs within Figma Weave
Work with the Product Support Learning and Performance team as a subject matter expert to develop documentation and training materials for future Technical Quality Specialists
Act as the voice of the customer by identifying trends and communicating insights to partners across Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes, process improvements, and feature enhancements to Figma Weave
Keep the broader Product Support team up to date on current high-priority bugs and fixes that have been implemented in Figma Weave
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years of experience working in a QA or Support environment for a technical SaaS product
Troubleshooting and debugging experience across multiple platforms
Consultative communication skills with the ability to tailor a message for your audience - translating complex technical concepts into concise explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability—you’re motivated by experimenting, building, and working across teams, and are confident navigating times of change and ambiguity
Japanese a plus, but not essential

Lead the modernization of Finance processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning frameworks through systems, workflow automation, structured data, and AI to improve accuracy, scalability, and the quality of forward-looking insights as the business evolves.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with business and functional leaders, serving as a trusted partner on financial performance, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
10+ years of experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines, including meaningful experience at a leading technology company and ideally complementary experience in investment banking or buy-side investing. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or the broader technology sector is strongly preferred.
Corporate FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a public-company, newly public, or public-company-readiness environment, with exposure to quarterly close, executive reporting, Board reporting, and other rigorous financial operating cadences.
Meaningful experience owning a consolidated P&L, company-wide forecast, and Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting processes.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch, pressure-test assumptions, identify root causes, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
You will be the first engineering manager for Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability.
Today, running a growth experiment requires engineering work, code rollouts, and manual coordination. We are creating a new Growth Platform team with two core missions: enable 10x more experiments at quality, and own the shared notification platform that powers all notifications and transactional emails across Figma. Together, these capabilities help teams experiment faster and deliver reliable, personalized communications to users across every Figma product.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and lead the team: Hire the initial engineers for the Growth Platform’s first team. Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, create career growth opportunities, and help scale the organization as scope expands
Build capabilities that unlock new experiments: This isn’t about building an experimentation platform—it’s about building the product capabilities (personalized messaging, self-service publishing, cross-system integrations) that make it dramatically easier for teams across Figma to run growth experiments without engineering bottlenecks
Leverage AI to scale quality and speed: Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches—for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, copy generation, and experiment governance—that allow experiment volume to grow without proportional growth in manual review
Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions, review system designs, and make build-vs-integrate choices
Partner across the company: collaborate with Marketing to align on cross-channel messaging, partner with growth teams to identify platform capability needs, and work with product teams to ensure growth messaging improves rather than detracts from the end-user experience
Shape the platform vision: Define what to build next based on adoption, impact, and what you learn from each phase. The roadmap will evolve as we learn—you’ll be central to how it evolves
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years in engineering management, with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms
7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier
Experience driving outsized impact from small changes—say, a UI layout change that lifted growth 20%—and energized by enabling such wins at 10x scale
Demonstrate strategic insight to optimize impact for both longer and short term.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision
Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion
Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams (marketing, design, content) to run experiments or publish content independently
Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection
Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services from product usage data
Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale
Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Account Management teams create and build our relationships with restaurant-partners. Together, we help restaurant brands and neighborhood restaurants grow through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career. We are looking for an Account Development Manager based in Astana, Kazakhstan, to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners in the 2 largest cities across Northern Kazakhstan. As our new Account Development Manager, you’ll help a mix of enterprise and SMB restaurant-partners grow with Wolt. You’ll build strong relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and turn performance insights into practical actions that help your restaurant-partners succeed.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, working with restaurant owners, central teams, and local venue managers. You’ll adapt your approach to each restaurant-partner’s needs, balancing growth opportunities with day-to-day operational performance.
You’ll develop growth plans for restaurant-partners, run promotional campaigns, and lead commercial discussions. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll make sure plans are delivered and restaurant-partners receive the support they need.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own and develop a portfolio of restaurant-partners across Northern Kazakhstan.
Build strong relationships with restaurant-partners through regular check-ins and business reviews, aligning on priorities and following up on agreed actions.
Create and execute growth plans that help restaurant-partners increase sales, attract customers, and improve performance on Wolt.
Identify opportunities to grow adoption of Wolt’s advertising and promotional solutions based on each restaurant-partner’s goals.
Lead commercial negotiations and renewal discussions to support sustainable growth for both Wolt and our restaurant-partners.
Use performance data to identify trends, understand challenges, and recommend practical improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns, resolve issues, and improve the restaurant-partner experience.
Prioritize your time across restaurant-partners of different sizes, balancing commercial impact with the needs of your wider portfolio.
Our humble expectations*
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong relationship-building skills and enjoys taking ownership of restaurant-partner growth.
Experience:
You have 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience working with SMB or enterprise restaurant-partners is a plus.
Commercial understanding, upselling, and negotiation skills:
You understand how to grow a restaurant-partner’s business, identify and convert upselling opportunities through advertising and promotional solutions, and confidently lead commercial negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Analytical skills:
You’re comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and translating performance insights into clear recommendations.
Communication and relationship-building:
You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach to restaurant owners, operational teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
Adaptability:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and stay focused on delivering results.
Ownership and autonomy:
You roll up your sleeves and get things done, proactively identifying what needs attention without waiting to be told. You’re comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and following through on your commitments.
Ownership and organization:
You manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and take a proactive approach to solving problems.
Tools and curiosity:
You’re comfortable learning new tools and open to using AI to improve your daily work and analysis.
Languages:
You’re fluent in Kazakh and Russian and have a working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
Experience working with restaurant-partners, restaurant chains, or within the food delivery industry.

Experience growing a portfolio of restaurant-partners across enterprise and SMB segments.
Advanced skills in data analysis or business intelligence tools.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing.
Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Exceptional live presentation or workshop facilitation skills.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
