With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started. Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Senior Engineering Manager to join our Disputes team. Our mission is to build the tools, services, and models that help merchants manage and win disputes at scale - reducing the cost and operational burden of chargebacks while protecting revenue for our merchants and our business. Disputes sit at the intersection of merchant-facing products, complex scheme and regulatory processes, and data-driven decisioning. Our team owns the full stack, anchored by a .NET back end that manages the dispute lifecycle and integrates with card schemes, alongside the front-end experiences merchants use to track and respond to disputes and the machine learning models that predict outcomes and recommend the best action on every case. We're building for scale, and that scale brings ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional setback - so we're looking for a resilient leader who has built and sustained high-performing teams, learned from failure, and come back stronger. Above all, you'll be someone who drives predictable delivery and operational efficiency: shipping consistently, running systems reliably, and continuously improving how the team works. The ideal candidate has operated across both enterprise and scale-up environments and has a proven track record of driving growth within large, complex, regulated organisations. Key Responsibilities - Lead a team centred on a .NET back end, with front-end and machine learning components, helping engineers establish and validate their understanding of technical architecture and design end-user-centric systems and tools. - Own predictable, high-velocity delivery — establishing healthy engineering practices, sensible estimation, and a smooth path from idea to production so the team ships consistently and sustainably. - Drive operational efficiency and reliability by automating processes — including monitoring and alerting — meeting SLAs/SLOs, reducing operational cost, and minimising toil to keep the team focused on high-value work rather t - Continuously improve delivery and operational metrics (e.g. cycle time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and incident response), using data to identify bottlenecks and raises the bar over time. - Manage team engineers across various seniority levels and disciplines while staying hands-on when needed. Cultivate an inclusive environment where every team member feels they belong, and mentors them in both their career development and interpersonal skills. Make a good team great, and keep it great.. - Oversee quarterly execution of roadmap delivery, ensuring the team stays focused on the right priorities and manages efficiently through dependencies and cross-functional hurdles. - Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions for merchant and internal dispute use cases. - Build and strengthen relationships with engineers, managers, and people leads across multiple teams. - Operating in a highly regulated financial space, ensure compliance with a range of control frameworks — from internal stakeholders such as InfoSec and Internal - Audit, to external auditors, card schemes, and regulators. - Oversee the responsible use of machine learning and AI in dispute decisioning, leading the team to develop the infrastructure, tooling, and governance required to run models safely and at scale in production. About You - A resilient leader who has learned from setbacks and failures and consistently comes back stronger, keeping teams steady and delivering through periods of change and ambiguity. - You thrive on pace. You're energised by a high-growth environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and you keep the team moving and shipping when priorities shift under you. - A proven track record of driving predictable delivery and operational efficiency — improving throughput, reliability, and the team's cost of operation, and using metrics to back it up. - Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining high-performing engineering teams over time — not just standing them up. - Experience across both enterprise and scale-up environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivery within large, complex, regulated organisations. - A strong back-end engineering background, ideally in .NET / C#, leading teams building scalable, event-driven services and APIs. Comfortable also overseeing front-end and machine learning work, able to earn credibility and make sound trade-offs across disciplines even where you aren't the deepest expert. - Able to partner with Product Management to assess technical feasibility, provide capacity estimates, and balance new features against architectural health. - Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills. Technologies we work with - Back end (primary): .NET / C#, REST APIs, event-driven and microservice architectures. - Front end: React, TypeScript. - Machine learning: Python, model training and serving, and the infrastructure to run models in production. - Data & platform: SQL, plus experience designing batch and stream data-processing systems. - Cloud & tooling: AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform, and observability tooling such as Datadog. - Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial. Location: Ireland; London, England, United Kingdom About the Job: We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA to be the go-to operator for our EMEA GTM team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who wants to shape how a growing region runs, from the first marketing touch to the closed deal and beyond. You'll join our GTM Operations team as the face of operations in EMEA, partnering day-to day with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders across the lifecycle. You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful. As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you. Why This Role Matters: High Impact: You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate. Strategic Influence: Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership Break New Ground: Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region Career Growth: Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company Regional Playbooks: Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time. Responsibilities: Business Partnership : Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked. First Line of Defense : Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart. Operating Cadence : Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates. Strategy -> Process: Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented. Actionable Insights : Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through. Planning Inputs : Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations. Adoption & Accountability : Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps. Voice of the Field : Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements. About You: You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations. You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP. You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar. You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness. You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change. You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you. You’re energized by working across multiple EMEA markets, and you keep a global team aligned from a different time zone. Qualifications: Typically requires 8 years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations role Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams, ideally in a regional-focused capacity Proven experience running forecast, pipeline, and business review cadences with senior GTM leaders Strong working knowledge of the full GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales stages, and customer handoffs Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to write clear business requirements for systems product owners and developers Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Cognism About LaunchDarkly: Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Location: Paris; Munich; London ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. The Role As a Legal Operations Specialist – Data Licensing on the IP & Licensing team, you will own the processes that let Mistral license content and data without slowing down. This role exists because we need someone who can turn legal analysis into repeatable workflows — managing rights, obligations, and restrictions across our growing dataset portfolio. You will work closely with the colleagues who negotiate our commercial and legal agreements, turning their work into clear metadata, tracked obligations, and automated systems. Your impact will be visible in how smoothly data moves into our AI products: fewer bottlenecks, clearer rights status, and one reliable record for every data agreement we sign. You will sit where copyright, data protection, and AI meet, making sure that as we acquire and use training data, we comply with EU and US law, respect third-party rights, and enforce the restrictions our contracts impose. In scope: clearing permissions for inbound data, reviewing and codifying contracts, maintaining a central rights-and-obligations database, and building AI-powered workflows that make all of this scalable. What You Will Do - Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions — including anonymization and data protection requirements — before data enters our systems. - Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining our template library and playbook alongside Legal. - Assess whether specific AI use cases fall within the scope of third-party agreements, flag gaps, and recommend contract amendments. - Build and maintain a central database that serves as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement. - Track and manage compliance with ongoing obligations — permitted uses, confidentiality, re-use rights — automate our reporting, and administer master licensing partnerships. - Verify provenance, ownership, and consent for acquired data, and identify obligations that require active monitoring. - Monitor that Mistral clients and partners stay within their granted rights, operating the approval system that enforces legal restrictions. - Design and run AI-powered workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts. What We're Looking For - A bachelor's degree in law, publishing, information science, business, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience in copyright, permissions, licensing, legal operations, or contract administration — ideally in an AI, tech, or data-driven environment. - Working knowledge of EU and US copyright law and contract administration, with demonstrated ability to interpret contracts independently. - Meticulous attention to detail and discretion with confidential contracts, combined with strong project-management skills. - Clear, direct communication and the initiative to anticipate needs through ambiguity. - A legal-ops mindset: you want to turn legal analysis into repeatable, scalable processes, not just handle one-off reviews. - Comfort building agentic AI workflows in a complex enterprise environment — you are an AI power user, ideally with experience setting up such workflows in a legal team. - Additional depth in formal legal training, CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad), publishing-house contracts, or European languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is welcome. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks. For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link. B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus - Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling - Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks - Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate them to senior leaders, influencing decisions and priorities - Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), statistical modeling, or predictive techniques (e.g., churn or propensity modeling) in a business context - Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data - Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar) - Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt - Experience working with GTM and customer platforms such as Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, or similar). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a plus What you can expect: - The opportunity to do meaningful analytics work across adoption, retention, expansion, and digital success in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment - Close partnership with Customer Success stakeholders and a direct line to leadership on the growth levers that matter most, contributing to how the organization measures performance and makes day-to-day decisions - Involvement in building the data foundations and analytical standards that Customer Success and 1Password’s broader AI capabilities will depend on - Exposure to how AI gets applied in customer analytics, including Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation - Cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data teams - An environment where there’s a lot to build and your contributions will have real impact, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make their mark USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $122,000 USD and $171,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. About the role As Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance, helping institutions put agents in front of customers, policyholders, and advisors that are safe, compliant, and fit the systems they already run. In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. This is a rare chance to join while the vertical is moving from pilots to production, with the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team. In this role, you will: - Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team - Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution - Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each of Banking and Insurance, including different buyers, regulators, and use cases - Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call - Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security, bringing Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec in early - Help customers pick a narrow, high-volume first use case in Banking (servicing, caller verification, collections, onboarding) and Insurance (claims intake, policy servicing, renewals), and scale from there - Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-build and share what the field teaches us - Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations - Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy and platform bundlers, to positioning and strategy - Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution Requirements: - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team. - Track record selling into banks and/or insurers, and navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec gatekeepers - An established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days - Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook - Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company - Deep fluency in banking and insurance regulation (model risk, third-party risk, data protection, consumer protection), which you can speak to without a briefing - Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex, multi-stakeholder cycles - Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once - Executive presence at C-suite and board levels - Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title - Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: Dublin, Ireland WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them. This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes. You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness. If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE - Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion. - Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes. - Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership. - Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met. - Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals. - Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value. - Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion. - Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down - Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs. SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING - Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy. - Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation. - Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it. - Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account. - Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans. - Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams. - Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team. - Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity. - Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership. - Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers. - You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems. - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes. NICE TO HAVES - Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes. - Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management. - Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership. - Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path. - Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model. - Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €123,000-€138,000 per year. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds.
