PAYOR INTELLIGENCE SR. ANALYST
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a Payor Intelligence Analyst with deep knowledge of the U.S. payor landscape and a talent for turning fragmented, conflicting information into durable logic. Understanding how payors actually relate to one another, which entities own which plans, who delegates what, and which policy applies when, is work our entire product depends on. You'll build and own payor intelligence at Tennr as a zero-to-one function.
The payor landscape is a massive, constantly shifting dataset: parent organizations, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, Medicaid MCOs, Medicare Advantage plans, delegated UM vendors, acquisitions, and rebrands. Your job is to make it legible, building the taxonomies, hierarchies, and governance that let our models and teams reason correctly about it, and translating that reality into product requirements alongside engineering, clinical, and operations.
If you've developed deep payer expertise inside a large organization, this is the rare seat with clear ownership and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and own payor entity mapping: the hierarchies, families, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, and delegated relationships that define how coverage and authorization actually flow.
- Source, interpret, and govern medical policies, coverage criteria, government guidance, and fee schedules, establishing effective dating, provenance, and version control.
- Design the delegated-relationship logic behind prior authorization, determining which entity owns the decision for a given plan, product, and service.
- Identify and track the clinical content sources our policies depend on, such as InterQual and NCCN, and own what we need to contract for and when.
- Map prospect and customer payor data back to Tennr's payor model, turning a recurring manual effort into a repeatable system.
- Embrace a founder's mindset, proactively driving projects from conception to completion, and contributing significantly to our company's growth and success.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years working across the U.S. payor landscape, with real breadth across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and MCOs, and commercial lines of business.
- Fluency in payor structure: payor families, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, delegated entities, regional versus national plans, and self-funded versus fully insured arrangements.
- Experience researching and interpreting payor policies, government guidance, fee schedules, or clinical guidelines, including reconciling sources that disagree with each other.
- A track record of building taxonomies, frameworks, databases, or mapping systems that other people rely on, not just answering questions as they come in.
- Exceptional analytical and pattern-recognition skills, with the investigative instinct to work productively from ambiguous and incomplete information.
- Self-directed ownership of a domain end to end, without predefined process or constant validation.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex payor concepts to a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with SQL or comparable data tooling is a plus.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won't just talk about things, you'll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we're not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you'll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office (travel to office on quarterly basis)
BENEFITS
- Remote Flexibility
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

Lead discovery conversations across early research, clinical development, HEOR/RWE, market access, and commercial analytics

MEDDIC or MEDDPICC certification, or equivalent formal sales methodology training
What You'll Get
Arcadia brings a rare advantage to Life Sciences: a
market-leading, scaled payer and provider platform
as its foundation
For more than a decade, Arcadia has been the trusted data and analytics partner to health systems, physician groups, and payers nationwide. That core business provides deep, longitudinal clinical and claims data, embedded clinical workflows, and durable relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
Building on this foundation, Arcadia has assembled a large, de-identified real-world dataset combining claims and clinically rich EHR data sourced directly from provider systems. The result is a longitudinal, research-grade asset with depth and clinical context that is difficult to replicate through aggregation alone
Life Sciences is a strategic pillar built on this foundation. Arcadia has made a deliberate, multi-year investment in:
Purpose-built real-world data assets
Clinically connected solutions that link insight back into provider workflows
A growing research and collaboration ecosystem to expand data use rights
Dedicated leadership, product, data, and operational resources
The opportunity is to sell—and help shape—solutions that connect
data, analytics, and real-world clinical activation
across the pharma development lifecycle, backed by enterprise credibility and executive commitment
This role is a
founding, hands-on commercial leadership role, accountable for building the direct Life Sciences revenue engine, and deeply involved in shaping deals, messaging, and market positioning
This role is not a
channel-only or account maintenance role, a narrowly scoped quota-carrying role with a fixed playbook, and insulated from product, delivery, or execution realities

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design.
If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you.
PERFORMANCE CREATIVE DESIGNER, STATIC + MOTION (MID-LEVEL+ TO SENIOR)
Growth at Recraft runs on creative that's tested, not guessed at. We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who works across static and motion and moves between them depending on what the week needs: reading what's working, turning that into the next round of ads, and shipping creative that holds up on Meta, Google, and TikTok. For the right person, this is a chance to build the performance creative function at Recraft from the ground up, with Recraft Studio itself as your day-to-day production tool.
TEST WEEKS AND SCALE WEEKS
The role alternates between two modes, and you need to be good at both.
- Test weeks. Speed and volume. Many statics and rough video cuts, each built around a clear hypothesis and shipped fast, to find the idea that sells.
- Scale weeks. Craft. Once an idea wins, you turn it into high-quality video ads that can carry real budget: tighter edits, stronger motion, cutdowns, every format and placement, and localised versions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce paid ad creative for Meta, Google, and TikTok in both modes: fast statics and rough video cuts for testing, finished video ads for scaling.
- Make video ads that show a concrete result: product demos built from screen recordings and motion graphics, before-and-after transformations, short cinematic spots made with AI video models, and edits of creator and UGC footage.
- Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: form a hypothesis, ship it, read the results, and iterate on winners.
- Take a winning idea across formats: a static into motion, a 20-second spot into 6- and 15-second cutdowns, 9x16 into 4x5, 1x1 and 16x9, and English into other markets.
- Translate performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, cost per payer) into the next round of creative yourself, rather than waiting for a brief.
- Use Recraft Studio as your primary production tool for image and video generation, and feed what you learn back to the product team building it.
- Keep the ad creative brandbook consistent while adapting tone by placement and audience.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join the Marketing team and work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and Creative and product teams. This is a role built around bringing your own ideas to the table, not just executing against a detailed brief.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative, with video ads as a regular part of that work.
- A portfolio of static and video ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why.
- Strong motion design and editing: After Effects (or similar) for type, UI, and product animation; Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut for editing; Figma or Photoshop for static.
- Strong understanding of video ad anatomy: hooks, the first three seconds, pacing, sound-off captions, safe zones, platform specs, and policy limits.
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video tools (such as Runway, Kling, Veo, or Seedance) in a real production workflow, including knowing where they fall short.
- Able to work at two speeds: rough and fast when testing, polished and precise when scaling.
- Based in the EU, Georgia, Armenia, or Serbia, with the right to work as a contractor there.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with design tools, creative SaaS, or dev tools (Canva, Picsart, Photoroom, Figma-adjacent products).
- Vector animation or 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D), a real differentiator given Recraft's vector and brand-style capabilities.
- Ad copywriting and scripting: able to write your own hooks, on-screen text, and voiceover scripts.
- Experience briefing creators and editing UGC or creator partnership ads.
- Sound design and music selection for short-form video.
- In-house experience at a product company, ideally with a subscription product, rather than purely agency-side work.
- Experience growing your own audience as a creator or influencer on Instagram or TikTok.
- You're already a Recraft user.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A full-time contractor engagement, fully remote, with compensation that matches the seniority and ownership this role carries.
- Real ownership of the testing pipeline, from hypothesis to shipped ad to the next iteration, not just execution against someone else's brief.
- Range in the work: fast testing one week, high-production video the next, with budget behind the ideas that win.
- A product built on AI image and video generation, growing fast, where your creative work has a direct, measurable line to company results.
- The chance to be the first person to define what performance creative looks like at Recraft. Your test results become the playbook everyone after you works from.
- Direct collaboration with our Performance Marketing, UA, Creative, and product teams.
- A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category: people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable — and we're looking for passionate people to help us get there.

Arcadia helps healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver measurable results. Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's commercial team depends on consistent process, clean pipeline data, and forecasts to help manage and grow the business. As a fast-growing company, we need to scale our infrastructure, systems and operating model to one that aligns to the pace of the growth. This role owns the systems, tools, and cadences that make pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting consistent and accurate across the entire commercial team.
Part of the initial mandate is understanding the current ecosystem of tools and technology that support commercial and revenue operations today, and making recommendations on the optimal tech stack for the function going forward — one that is AI native. This person will be the accountable owner of that stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation.
This person will run point on sales operations and the forecasting cadence, and will build the AI-powered operating layer (dashboards, briefings, and workflow tools) that gives the entire commercial organization — not just its leadership — real-time visibility and leverage.
This is role is for someone who is execution oriented. You'll work in the tools yourself — not just direct others to — while also setting the strategy, systems, and rigor that let Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance move as one aligned, predictable engine.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the revenue operating system, designing and scaling the processes, metrics, and infrastructure that drive consistent, predictable performance across the business
Partner with Systems Engineering to drive end-to-end improvements and scalability in Salesforce, including structure, data hygiene, workflow automation, and adoption across the sales org
Evaluate the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and make recommendations on the optimal, AI-native tech stack for the function
Serve as the accountable owner of that tech stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation
Own pricing strategy, SKUs, and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring pricing structures and deal execution are clean, consistent, and scalable
Own the forecasting cadence and develop robust, repeatable forecasting models (pipeline, bookings, ARR) that improve accuracy and predictability
Build the AI-powered operating layer — automated briefings, pipeline intelligence, meeting prep, and reporting dashboards — that gives the commercial organization real-time visibility
Establish and maintain a unified KPI framework, ensuring alignment on definitions, visibility, and accountability across the funnel
Act as connective tissue across live opportunities, coordinating Marketing, Finance, the RFP team, Value Enablement, and Sales Engineering so they're effectively leveraged
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to align execution with company goals and financial plans
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales efficiency to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Design and manage sales compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors across GTM teams
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Build a deep understanding of Arcadia's GTM model, revenue streams, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle)
Assess current RevOps infrastructure, CRM configuration, reporting, and forecasting methodologies
Map the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and begin forming a point of view on the optimal, AI-native tech stack
Establish trust across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
In 6 months
Own the CRM and forecasting cadence end-to-end, with a unified KPI framework giving clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency
Ship the first version of the AI-powered operating layer (automated briefings, dashboards, and reporting tools) that reduces manual reporting burden for commercial leadership
Improve forecast accuracy through enhanced pipeline modeling and data-driven insights
In 12 months
Operate a scalable revenue operating system — process, CRM, forecasting, and AI tooling — that enables predictable growth and aligns planning across GTM and Finance
Deliver consistent, high-confidence forecasts and actionable insights that directly inform the executive team's decisions
Improve key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales productivity, retention) through data-driven optimizatio
What You'll Bring
The Role, Done Before
You have held this exact role — Head/Director of Revenue Operations or equivalent — at a company of similar growth stage, and can point to what you built and owned.
Growth-Stage Fluency
Track record of operating at growth-stage speed and ambiguity — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building infrastructure from scratch rather than administering something already built. Candidates whose experience is exclusively at large, mature organizations without growth-stage exposure are not a fit for this seat.
Deep SaaS Metrics Expertise
Strong command of key SaaS metrics including ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity, and how they connect to business performance.
Forecasting & Modeling Rigor
Proven ability to build and operationalize forecasting models (e.g., pipeline velocity, ARR forecasting) that improve accuracy and predictability.
CRM & Systems Ownership
Deep, hands-on experience owning a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and the broader GTM tech stack — configuration, data integrity, and workflow design, not just consumption of dashboards.
Pricing & Quote-to-Cash Experience
Hands-on experience owning pricing strategy, SKU structure, and the quote-to-cash process, ideally in a company that scaled or restructured its pricing model.
AI-Forward
Comfortable using AI tools to build operational leverage — automating reporting, briefings, and workflows rather than relying solely on headcount to scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to drive alignment and results.
Operator Mindset
Ability to move between strategy and execution, translating insights into action and driving measurable impact.
Would Love for You to Have
8–12+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics in a SaaS environment
Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS company through key milestones (e.g., post-acquisition integration, scale-up, or M&A)
Familiarity with modern BI, AI, and planning tools (e.g., Sigma, Adaptive, Salesforce ecosystem, AI-native reporting/agent tools) and building self-service analytics environments
Experience designing and optimizing sales compensation plans at scale
What You'll Get
The mandate to build a consistent, predictable commercial engine — including its AI-powered tooling — rather than inherit and maintain one
A growth path from individual contributor to leading the people and functions that support sales operations as Arcadia scales
A mission-driven culture where your work supports better healthcare outcomes
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
A collaborative, data-driven environment focused on impact, ownership, and continuous improvement

Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia’s data and analytics platform is used by hundreds of health systems, ACOs, payers, and life sciences organizations, touching tens of millions of patient lives. This role owns how our agentic capabilities perform at that same scale: accurate, transparent about their own confidence, and safe for the clinicians, care teams, and patients who depend on them.
As a staff-level individual contributor, you will own the product-layer decisions that shape agent behavior, including prompting, retrieval and context, memory and state, evaluation, and escalation, while partnering with Product and Engineering on the systems that support them. Your work will help Arcadia make evidence-based launch decisions and scale responsible AI that is steerable, trustworthy, and ready for real healthcare workflows.
What Success Looks Like

regressions
, failure modes, and edge cases
Author evaluation rubrics, quality heuristics, and thresholds that weight failures by severity and cost
,
not just frequency
,
and
monitor
those measures against production behavior
Design and
validate
escalation paths that route agents to human review based on confidence and uncertainty while preserving safety and consistency under adversarial and edge-case conditions
Design for cost-aware performance alongside latency, reliability, and accuracy through efficient context construction and tool-call economy
Evaluate and sign off on model changes by baselining current behavior, running comparative evaluations, and making the go/no-go call before a change reaches a customer
Maintain product-level AI documentation, including model cards, intended use, limitations, and known failure modes, so customer-facing teams work from actual agent behavior
Partner closely with Product and
product managers
to ensure agents are not just capable, but steerable, trustworthy, and ready to scale
What You'll Bring
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field and/or masters of Data Science or related field
4+ years of production software engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on ownership of ML, LLM, or agentic systems in production, with direct experience in healthcare, finance, or another regulated industry
Demonstrated ability to diagnose why an agent failed, correctly attribute the fix to instruction, retrieval, context, or memory design, and weigh failures by severity and cost rather than frequency alone
Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, production-grounded evaluation frameworks, and fallback or human-in-the-loop logic for automated systems
Working familiarity with AWS AI/ML services, including Bedrock and SageMaker, sufficient to build and evaluate effectively in Arcadia’s environment
Evidence-led judgment and the credibility to push back on launch decisions, paired with a builder’s instinct to run the experiment and move from a production failure to a fix
Would Love for You to Have
Experience applying AI to healthcare data or workflows where safety, transparency, and calibrated uncertainty directly affect care teams or patients
Experience with long-horizon, multi-turn or multi-agent workflows and product-level AI documentation such as model cards
What You'll Get
The opportunity to define how agent performance, safety, and readiness are measured for
production
healthcare workflows
Meaningful ownership across prompts, context, memory, evaluations, and escalation patterns at product scale
A cross-functional role translating production evidence into AI improvements used across Arcadia’s platform
A mission-driven company working to improve how patients receive care
A flexible, remote-friendly culture with personality and heart
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian community

Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia is at a growth stage where the connective tissue between ideation, execution, and executive decision-making matters enormously. This primarily manifests across two areas today: (1) Growth (Strategy, Sales, and Retention & Expansion) and (2) cross-functional Executive initiatives. This role sits at that intersection: you will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and launch new growth initiatives—whether that's a new vertical, a new go-to-market partnership, or a new solution while also engaging directly with the executive team to drive alignment on the initiatives that matter most across the company. In practice, this typically plays out as roughly 75% of your time on commercial strategy and growth initiatives, and roughly 25% partnering directly with the executive team and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.
This is a role of ownership and initiative, not execution-on-request. You will be given real latitude to define how new opportunities get approached, how cross-functional work gets organized, and how the executive team stays aligned—and you'll be trusted to run with it. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner closely with Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Actuary, Account Management, and the broader executive team.
What You'll Be Doing
Launch New Growth Initiatives
You will partner across the Commercial, Value Enablement, and Product teams to identify and pursue new paths to growth—whether that's a new vertical, a strategic partnership, a new product or solution go-to-market motion, or another initiative altogether—taking ownership of the work from initial concept through initial traction.
Identify and size new growth opportunities by understanding the market, our competitive position, and where Arcadia's assets and talent can be leveraged to win
Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks, so leadership can make a clear go or no-go decision
Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and other domain SMEs as needed to shape the specifics of each initiative—what it is, who it's for, and how it comes together
Build the
GTM positioning
and competitive differentiation for each initiative, grounded in Arcadia's outcomes-first brand and validated against real buyer needs
Translate the business case into a tactical execution plan, and drive that plan forward: coordinate cross-functional workstreams, resolve dependencies, and keep the initiative moving toward real traction
Define success criteria for each initiative and track progress against commitments
Strengthen GTM Motion
New markets don't succeed in isolation—they depend on a commercial engine that's tightly coordinated. You will take initiative to close gaps and accelerate growth across the teams that make GTM work and bring visibility into that progress at the executive level.
Build and refresh competitive intelligence in target markets, synthesizing signals from win/loss data, market research, analyst commentary, and field input
Collaborate with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting to improve discovery-to-proposal velocity, solution credibility, and RFP quality
Partner with Actuary to sharpen financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks used in payer and risk-bearing organization deals
Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, manage project tracking for strategic commercial initiatives, and proactively remove blockers
Bring commercial progress, risks, and decisions needing executive input directly into board and executive committee conversations
Executive Team
Support
As Arcadia scales, the initiatives that matter most increasingly cut across teams and leaders—commercial expansion chief among them. This role gives you a direct seat in that conversation, extending the alignment work you do in Commercial to the executive team as a whole.
Drive the Executive Committee Operating Rhythm: Help shape and run the weekly executive committee meeting -- build agendas, synthesize pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across leaders
Partner on board meeting preparation, ensuring materials reflect a coherent narrative across commercial, product, and financial priorities
Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and executives, acting as the driver who keeps them moving and accountable
Proactively surface where executive-level initiatives are stalling and broker resolution before they become bigger problems
Take on special projects with the executive team as they arise, applying the same ownership and rigor used in the commercial work
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, you have mapped the highest-priority growth opportunities in front of Arcadia, built relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team, and built the business case for at least one priority initiative.
In year one, you have taken two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction—whether new verticals, partnerships, or products—contributed measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates, and become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence.
What You'll Bring
Required
Seven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role
Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape—you can speak credibly to value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, quality and Stars
Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context—building the business case, shaping the go-to-market approach, and driving execution
Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms, including meeting preparation, cross-functional tracking, and driving follow-through on strategic commitments
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align product, clinical, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders behind a common strategy
Comfort working in ambiguity—this role requires structuring undefined problems and building the plan, not executing a defined playbook
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build crisp, compelling narratives for executive, board, and buyer audiences
Preferred
Experience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations
Familiarity with buyer segments beyond traditional payer and provider markets—including self-funded employers, risk-bearing entities, or adjacent healthcare services organizations
Prior experience as a chief of staff, or in a strategy-and-operations role partnering closely with a CEO or executive committee
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian Community
Be a part of a mission driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care

Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Analytics sits at the center of how Arcadia turns complex healthcare data into better outcomes and smarter decisions.
On the product side, that means building and owning the productized analytics engines — risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care, and more — that power Arcadia's platform company-wide, built once and delivered at scale across our entire customer base.
On the Customer Insights side, that means going deep on a specific customer's specific problem: custom data models, bespoke dashboards, advisory work, and long-running embedded programs that don't fit a one-size-fits-all product. We describe Customer Insights' work as sitting between a platform and a plan — more customized and hands-on than an off-the-shelf reporting product, more flexible and embedded in the customer's actual decisions than a traditional outsourced consulting engagement.
We're currently hiring for several closely related analyst roles across this broader Analytics organization — spanning ownership of one of Arcadia's core analytics engines, program-specific analytical development for a major state Medicaid risk-stratification initiative, a ground-up registry build for a national quality organization, versatile project and retainer delivery across our health system and payer customers, and dedicated analytics support for a major national health plan's Medicaid program. All of these roles sit at the Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst level, combine technical excellence with real influence over analytic strategy and (for some placements) product direction, and shape how Arcadia and its customers use data to improve population health outcomes, reduce costs, and enable smarter healthcare decisions.
The skills and experience below are characteristic across these roles as a set — not every requirement applies to every specific seat, and we don't expect any one candidate to bring all of it. We'll work with you during the interview process to identify which role is the best fit for your background and interests.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Ramp into your specific engagement's data model, technical stack, and stakeholder relationships — most Customer Insights engagement has real history and context to build into, not a blank slate
Learn Arcadia's core analytics platform and toolset (QuickSight, Foundry, dbt, the AWS ecosystem) as used in your engagement
Deliver your first piece of analytical work that demonstrates clear value to your engagement's stakeholders
In 6 months
Own meaningful pieces of delivery independently — whether that's a program's analytical development, a portfolio of retainer/project work, or a dedicated account's dashboarding and reporting
Be a credible, independent presence in front of the customers or partners tied to your engagement
Contribute to at least one reusable analytical asset, framework, or automation that extends beyond your immediate engagement
Begin taking on the ongoing health of your area, not just its delivery — standing up a backlog/tech-debt process, or growing into a broader backup role alongside your engagement's primary owner, depending on placement
In 12 months
Be a recognized expert in your engagement area, trusted with its most complex or ambiguous work
Actively identify and pursue opportunities for automation, scalability, and reuse across your work
Have grown into deeper ownership than where you started — full backup or co-owner on an account, sole steward of a program's tech-debt and backlog, or, for analytics-engine placements, the architect shaping that engine's roadmap toward being market-leading
What You'll Be Doing
Technical Analytical Delivery
Translate ambiguous or partially-scoped business and clinical questions into a concrete, buildable data plan, then build the underlying data model, code, and analysis on top of it
Develop and maintain analytical pipelines and reusable data assets using SQL, dbt, and Arcadia's core data platform (Foundry, AWS data lake environments)
For analytics-engine placements: serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one of Arcadia's productized analytics engines (e.g., risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care), owning it end-to-end while contributing to others
For engagements involving predictive or risk models: design and build the models, partnering with a dedicated Data Science team on training and validation — a consultative relationship, not a daily modeling partnership
Build dashboards, provider scorecards, registries,
self-service reporting tools, benchmarking views,
and other analytical deliverables (QuickSight and beyond) on top of that modeling work, as the engagement calls for it
Maintain the analytical integrity and quality of your work, flagging issues before they reach a customer or partner; for senior placements, oversee analytic quality standards and rigor across engagements more broadly, not just your own
Program and Project Management
Manage delivery — whether that's a single program's delivery calendar and decision log, or a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple customers — surfacing risks and tradeoffs before they become blocking issues
Create client-facing materials — status decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to a range of stakeholders, from highly technical counterparts to policy or business stakeholders with limited technical background
Delegate routine or repeatable work to junior analysts as your engagement grows, and help cross-train others for coverage
Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives that span multiple teams or engagements
Customer and Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as a primary or supporting day-to-day contact for your engagement's customers or delivery partners, navigating scope and timeline conversations directly
Partner with Customer Management, Growth, Product,
Technical Operations,
and/or Engineering — depending on placement — on account strategy, product direction, or analytics roadmap; for analytics-engine placements, partner closely with product and engineering to deliver Arcadia's analytics roadmap and contribute directly to product innovation
Hold real authority at the boundaries where your work meets someone else's — able to require rework or hold a handoff that isn't ready (e.g., with a partner Data Science team), or push back on what's actually worth building with Customer Management, Growth, or Product
,
rather than defaulting to whatever's asked
Act as an internal thought leader on your area of expertise, contributing to Arcadia's broader analytics strategy and reusable methodology — and, for some placements, an external one, representing Arcadia's analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and in publications
Team Contribution
Mentor and develop junior analysts, building organizational capacity beyond your own individual delivery
Take ownership of your area's long-term health, not just its immediate delivery — a backlog/tech-debt log, a growing backup role on an account, or a roadmap for an analytics engine, depending on placement
Apply AI tooling as a standard part of your workflow — analysis, QA, documentation — not an occasional accelerant
Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytical delivery, and help build those improvements out
What You'll Bring
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise — able to translate ambiguous business or clinical requirements into a concrete data plan, then build the underlying code and analysis on top of it
Healthcare data experience — claims and/or clinical data, with value-based care familiarity
Direct customer- or partner-facing experience — comfortable scoping and presenting without close oversight
Comfortable adopting AI tooling as a standard part of an analytical workflow
For Lead-level placement: demonstrated experience leading analytical work independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: our experience bar across these roles generally skews toward Lead-level expectations, even for some Senior Analyst placements — but not every skill listed here or below applies to every specific seat.
Would Love For You To Have
Experience with dbt-based analytics engine development (e.g., risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care) and partnering with product/engineering on roadmap
Dashboarding experience — QuickSight or a comparable BI tool
Enough quantitative/ML fluency to build models and hand them to a Data Science team for training
Experience with medical economics, risk algorithms, quality data, and/or episodes-of-care analytics
Statistical or biostatistics fluency — risk-adjustment, odds-ratio, or observed-to-expected benchmarking, etc.
Direct experience with clinical quality or accreditation registries
Prior experience with state Medicaid programs or similar large government health programs
Prior experience in a project-based/retainer delivery model spanning multiple customers, rather than a single dedicated account
Experience working within a prime contractor or partner structure on shared delivery
Experience presenting analytic capabilities externally — customer meetings, industry conferences, publications
Python for analysis and QA; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, Jira, and Confluence
Experience with data governance or data-product/monetization considerations
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several different roles across the Analytics organization — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
The opportunity to:
Own real, high-stakes analytical work across some of Arcadia's most complex customer relationships and highest-visibility internal analytics products
Work across a genuinely varied set of problems — deep technical program ownership, versatile multi-account delivery, or company-wide analytics engines, depending on placement
Build models and analytical assets that directly shape care and coverage decisions for the members and patients they serve
Senior Analyst:
$125,000 – $145,000 a year
Lead Analyst:
$145,000 – $170,000 a year

Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
At Arcadia, the Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) is the customer's primary point of accountability from contract signature through the life of the relationship. The EIM manages a portfolio of enterprise accounts, leading each customer through onboarding and the technical work required to bring them live — including project managing new data connector builds — but the role exists to protect and grow the value the customer realizes from Arcadia's platform. EIMs proactively build the client relationship, drive adoption, resolve risk before it threatens retention, and act as the customer's trusted advisor long after go-live, ensuring customer value is clearly tracked & regularly reviewed.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-first operator: someone who can run a technical delivery workstream competently, but who is just as comfortable owning a client conversation, coaching a teammate, or spotting an account risk before it becomes a retention problem.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Complete onboarding and current product and enablement certifications; build a working understanding of the platform, data model, and Arcadia's customer success playbooks. The optional Arcadia Certified Professional program is available for continued growth. Shadow tactical client touchpoints and status conversations to learn how EIMs build trust and manage expectations across a client relationship
Take ownership of a defined workstream — for example, project managing a new data connector build — with support from your manager and technical partners
In 6 months
Independently manage cross-team workflows (data integration, configuration, connector builds) while keeping priorities visible and surfacing risk early
Lead tactical client conversations and standing touchpoints, delivering clear, timely updates that keep stakeholders aligned and confident
Proactively identify and escalate delivery or account risk, applying established playbooks to resolve issues efficiently and maintain momentum
Begin building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their unique technical and business priorities
Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), or steering committees for your accounts, and become fluent in maintaining account health scores in Planhat
Build fluency with Arcadia's customer feedback channels, including the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), as part of engaging your accounts
In 12 months
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact — coordinating delivery, connector project management, and ongoing value acceleration & account health under one roof

Maintain each account's health score in Planhat, incorporating usage, engagement, and other signals; own the goal of moving accounts toward a consistently green status. Contribute to your segment's (Core, Enterprise, or National) Net Promoter Score (NPS), which factors into incentive compensation at the segment level rather than by individual account.
Build fluency with Arcadia's customer feedback channels — including CSAT — as part of the company's growing Voice-of-Customer program.
Partner with the CGR team on renewal and expansion conversations, providing account context, continuity, and delivery insight; CGR owns the commercial renewal and upsell process.
Proactively identify and escalate delivery and account risk; apply established playbooks to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain project and account momentum through consistent follow-through and clear ownership of open items.
Drive accountability for commitments by managing dependencies and communicating progress across all workstreams.

Manage workflows to maintain alignment and efficiency across internal teams, third parties, and the client.
Coordinate delivery activities and track interdependencies so priorities stay visible and risks surface early.
Ensure project team collaboration and escalate promptly if a workstream is tracking behind.
Value Realization & Continuous Improvement
Identify and document process or workflow enhancements that improve customer outcomes and internal efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing refinements and strengthening knowledge capture across projects.
Connect delivery and account activities to the customer's broader adoption and value-realization goals.
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing
Share lessons learned and best practices from client engagements with peers and newer team members.
Apply feedback to continuously refine your own skills and performance, modeling a growth mindset for the team.
AI & Technology Fluency
Thoughtfully leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and enhance decision-making across your portfolio — for example, in health-score analysis, QBR preparation, and account documentation.
Apply sound judgment around risk, privacy, security, and quality when using AI tools, and continuously build fluency in evolving practices.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3 years leading account implementation and customer success processes in software/technology, ideally in healthcare, with claims and clinical data integration experience.
In-depth knowledge of project management & customer success principles, tools, and methods; ability to identify and mitigate project- and account-level risk.
Extensive healthcare industry experience, including population health and value-based care; ability to master Arcadia's solutions, client strategic context, and industry trends well enough to advise clients as a trusted partner.
Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio of client relationships over time — not just a project — including retention-oriented communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites, executive business reviews, and industry conferences — typically quarterly, with increased frequency depending on client activity and event schedules.
Would Love for You to Have
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to build client-ready materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and lead meetings with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
Experience with customer health/success platforms (e.g., Planhat) and account health-scoring methodologies.
Experience partnering with a growth, renewal, or account management team on commercial conversations without owning the commercial process directly.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A team-first attitude and the ability to foster collaboration within and across project teams, including remote teams.
Experience coaching or informally mentoring less experienced teammates.
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development.

We're seeking a Clinical Criteria Escalations Specialist to support our Qualifications team, the product customers rely on to evaluate medical necessity and documentation requirements. In this role, you'll own customer feedback, custom criteria requests, and clinical escalations, determining whether feedback represents a true criteria issue, a payer policy interpretation question, a documentation gap, or a customer-specific preference, and turning it into clear, actionable guidance.
This is a great fit for an RN or LPN with experience in utilization management, prior authorization, clinical appeals, CDI, medical necessity review, or payer policy review. You should be comfortable reading payer policies, reviewing clinical documentation, and making sense of ambiguous feedback with strong clinical judgment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and triage customer feedback related to qualification criteria, medical necessity logic, documentation requirements, and payer policy interpretation.
- Review custom criteria requests and translate clinical requirements into clear internal guidance for criteria writers, reviewers, and customer-facing teams.
- Read and interpret payer policies, Medicare/Medicaid guidance, and customer-provided documentation, validating that criteria align with the correct payer, code, policy source, and clinical scenario.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve criteria-related escalations and close the loop on customer feedback.
- Identify recurring feedback themes and help improve internal criteria standards, review guidance, and escalation processes.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Active RN or LPN license.
- Experience in utilization management, prior authorization, medical necessity review, clinical appeals, payment integrity, CDI, payer policy review, or DME/HME qualification review.
- Strong understanding of medical necessity, payer policy, and clinical documentation, with the ability to distinguish policy-backed requirements from customer preference or workflow variation.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and judgment around when to resolve, document, or escalate.
- Familiarity with LCDs, NCDs, HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10, denial review, or criteria-heavy workflows like DME/HME, infusion, or specialty pharmacy is a plus.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Teams across Arcadia already put agents to work enabling clients' clinical, analytics, and operations teams. We use them heavily for our own work, too. Much of the platform foundation is in place. Now it has to handle longer-running workflows, client-facing agents, and PHI at scale.
You'll join the team that owns the platform underneath these agent workflows. This isn't a solo mandate. Your influence comes from what you ship and what other teams build on top of it.
How We Build
Engineers at Arcadia own outcomes end to end: the problem, the design, the code, the rollout, and the result in production. We build alongside AI without handing it our judgment; our automation is governed and transparent, built to strengthen human expertise, not replace it. We have few layers, high agency, deep ownership. We adopt new tools and practices quickly, which lets us move faster than many startups while keeping the discipline a regulated environment demands.
Our agent platform sits on top of governed access to AWS-based petabyte-scale lakehouse data with open table formats, distributed Spark processing, and Kubernetes services. The current implementation has an OSS agent harness and a gateway/router across model providers, all built on a third-party agent framework.
What Success Looks Like
Arcadia product teams should be able to spin up an agent quickly, ship it with confidence, and evolve it over time safely and cost-effectively. The platform provides the building blocks: persistence, workflows, memory, and identity-aware, compliant connectivity to tools. The platform also takes care of the quality attributes: caching, compaction, evals, guardrails, observability, resiliency, and safe handling of PHI.
Teams adopt it because it's the fastest safe path, not because they're told to. You treat it as a product and can show the impact in numbers.
Next: customers bring their own agents to Arcadia, and eventually assemble them from our building blocks.
What You'll Be Doing
Evolve and run our agent platform for both internal and client-facing use cases: the runtime, SDKs, templates, and paved paths that let teams ship agents on Arcadia's data. You write a meaningful share of the code.
Stand up and harden the infrastructure underneath it: IaC, network topology, security controls, and the operational tooling that keeps it running, in close partnership with SRE.
Make quality attributes platform defaults, not per-team projects: evaluation harnesses and regression gates, guardrails and policy enforcement, tracing and telemetry, and resiliency patterns for model, tool, and data failures, plus the inevitable provider churn.
Design for a regulated industry: PHI isolation, least-privilege identity for agents, audit trails, and human review.
Run the platform as an internal product: work with the teams building on it every week, and measure adoption and developer experience.
Partner with domain teams on their hardest agent use cases, and turn what you learn into platform capability.
Own it in production: SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
Set the technical bar for how engineers build with AI at Arcadia, and coach Senior Engineers through design partnership and review. Their trajectory is part of your impact.
What You'll Bring
Platforms you've built and run that other engineering teams adopted, from ambiguous beginnings through years of operation, with results you can show.
Deep foundations in cloud-native distributed systems, data infrastructure, and service architecture. You reason from first principles.
Hands-on infrastructure depth: IaC, cloud, security architecture, and running production systems. You can go deep with SRE, not just hand work off to them.
Current, hands-on production coding, and the desire to keep doing it.
Passion for developer experience (DevEx/DevProd) as a discipline.
Writing clear enough to set standards beyond your own work, and influence that comes from credibility, not title.
No healthcare background required. We hire builders from fintech, infrastructure, and consumer scale, and teach the domain.
Would Love for You to Have
Scars from production LLM/agent deployments beyond glossy demos (but we won't ask for 20 years of LLM experience).
Pragmatism about the LLM ecosystem: excited by it, not distracted by it.
Regulated-data experience (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2 or HITRUST environments).
A public voice through talks, writing, or open source.
What You'll Get
The opportunity to own one of Arcadia's most consequential platform domains and to set its direction for years.
Direct influence on how Arcadia's engineering org adopts AI; your tooling, patterns, and standards become examples others build on.
Remote-first across the US, with in-person hubs growing in Boston, DC, and NYC.
A flexible culture with personality and heart, named a Built In 2026 Best Place to Work.
Work that shows up in patients' lives.

As GTM Lead — GoBTC Pay, you own go-to-market for a product at the start of its life, on both sides of a two-sided market.
Two words we use precisely here. Supply means merchants — the places where Bitcoin can be spent. They are also our paying customer, which makes them unusual: we acquire them like a client and count them like inventory. Demand means payers — the people who choose to spend Bitcoin rather than hold it. They are not our customer, and they are the harder of the two problems: the whole category has struggled for a decade with the question of why anyone would spend an appreciating asset.
You own both sides, they behave nothing alike, and part of your first quarter is establishing how much real demand exists rather than assuming it. You will build the launch playbook once and then run it market by market alongside regional BD Managers, Product and Ops. This is a senior expert role without direct reports, with unusually direct commercial line of sight.
Responsibilities
Own the category narrative for Bitcoin payments: why a merchant should accept BTC, why a customer would choose to pay with it, and why with us.
Feed market intelligence, objections and competitive insight back into Product.
Build the merchant proposition and messaging by segment and own sales enablement end to end.
Build the merchant pipeline with acquisition and activation.
Run co-marketing with live merchants and turn early adopters into reference cases and proof.
Own the payer proposition and build the payer-facing side of every market launch.
Partner with institutional partners (banks, wallets) on joint marketing in coordination with the BD team.
Define the metrics and reporting for campaigns together with analytics; run launch post-mortems and feed learnings into the next cycle.
Brief and quality-control creative and content produced by Brand & Content and Design.
Operate as the most senior GTM authority in the room: you influence decisions at executive level without formal authority, set the standard other marketers follow, and mentor without line-managing.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing / GTM in payments, acquiring, fintech infrastructure or SaaS.
You have launched a product into new markets and built the enablement that a field sales team actually used.
Strong sales-enablement craft: you can write a deck that closes and a case study that persuades a CFO.
Comfortable being the entire marketing function for a pre-revenue product for the first year — no benchmarks, no historical data, no team to delegate to, and you personally build the first version of everything.
Experience in a category-creation launch where the buyer did not yet know the product existed.
Understanding of merchant economics: settlement, chargebacks, checkout conversion, cost of acceptance.
Experience working shoulder to shoulder with BD or field sales in multiple geographies.
Intellectually honest about demand: you would rather tell us a segment does not convert than build a campaign on a hopeful assumption.
Fluent English and excellent business writing.
Nice to Have
Two-sided market or marketplace GTM experience, where supply and demand had to be sequenced rather than launched together.
Crypto payments, stablecoin settlement or digital asset experience.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Remote (Global)
Workplace: Remote
ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Strategy & Ops Senior Associate role is an experienced generalist role at Clipboard suited for the “all-around athlete” type who can do it all and wants exposure to a range of problems and opportunities.
You’re likely someone who’s interested in and capable of solving different problem types – you’re resourceful, adaptable, and confident you can figure it out if you can sink your teeth in deep enough.
Your first “tour of duty” will be on the Billing team (see more below). The specific projects you take on will depend on your strengths and what we learn during the recruiting process and your first days at Clipboard; that being said, here is a list of example initiatives to give you an idea:
- Build an internal predictive analytics model and corresponding underwriting process to catch bad payers early with high accuracy to inform our contracting decisions and risk mitigation tactics
- Research, vet, and onboard a new vendor that embeds AI agents into our customer-facing collections efforts
- Redesign our process for converting workplaces to new methods of payment, such as getting customers who send checks to start paying us via eCheck to speed up the cash conversion process
- Manage a team of Billing Account Managers
FIRST TOUR OF DUTY – QUICK BACKGROUND ON BILLING
Our most immediate need right now is on the Billing team. The TLDR is that we want to maximize our profitability by collecting money as fast as possible and minimizing losses, while preserving the customer experience, all in service of reliably converting revenue into cash (the lifeline of a capital-intensive business like ours). This in a way is “ensuring high-quality growth” for the company.
Although Clipboard provides a service where workplaces can find qualified professionals to fill shifts, we are in many ways a lending company at our core since we pay professionals immediately after they work a shift. For illustrative purposes: a nurse works a shift → we pay the nurse $100 immediately with our cash → the workplace pays us $120 a month later. We extend debt to workplaces using cash we borrow, with interest, from an Asset-Backed Line (ABL) of credit – workplaces use that debt to pay their staffing costs, and we expect to be paid back by the workplaces at a later date based on agreed-upon net terms.
Billing is doing the critical work of converting our revenue into cash that we put in the bank. Otherwise, money we cannot collect is money we’ve already burned. With thousands of customers operating in different regulatory environments, under different conditions, with nuanced capital structures and corporate setups, and using varied complicated processes…this can be hard to do at scale. We consistently fight a multi-faceted battle: a battle wherein we must maximize the speed at which we recognize revenue, maximize the margin associated with each shift, and maximize the customer experience, all without letting one unduly impact the other.
Optimizing collections is critical to make sure Clipboard is generating sustainable, high-quality growth and turning top-line revenue into cash that we use to service or grow other parts of the business, and you will help us do that.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We find those who are most successful in this type of role:
- Are insatiably curious and notice non-obvious clues and patterns: Curiosity https://creatingvalue.substack.com/i/46535664/noticing-and-curiosity sits atop our company values. Understanding something from first principles and getting to the root cause of the problem will often reveal the best solution, and a natural and unwavering curiosity to keep asking questions and digging will take you most of the way.
- Roll up their sleeves and go to the source: There are multiple ways to say this: touching reality, dogfooding, seeing for yourself, going to the front-lines, etc. Don’t just take someone’s word for it – go find out yourself by testing the feature, or listening to the agent call, or calling the customer, or executing the workflow. This is how you seek truth.
- Bring a tenacity and persistence to problem-solving: You’ll hit walls and find yourself in uncertain and unfamiliar situations. If you can sit with the uncertainty, look at the problem from new angles, and keep applying pressure to a problem – you’ll position yourself for breakthroughs.
- Bounce back from failure quickly: You’ll make mistakes, move in the wrong direction, and stumble from time-to-time. Just avoid big mistakes and don’t make the same mistakes twice, and learn from them quickly. Worry less about failing and more about losing momentum in your feedback loop. If you fail cheaply and quickly, that's worth the lesson/learning you get in return.
While performance on your case and interviews during the hiring process is the most important aspect of your candidacy, your years of relevant working experience will be taken into consideration for both (a) the work you’re placed into once hired and (b) compensation.
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in North America, South America or Europe. This role requires an overlap of at least 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) time zone.
WHY JOIN CLIPBOARD?
- 100% Remote – Always. Work from anywhere in the world.
- Fast-Paced Startup Environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
- A Hiring Process That Rewards Skills, Not Just Experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot—our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait.
As a Solutions Consultant at Tennr, your job is to walk into the messiest patient intake and authorization workflows in healthcare and prove, with evidence, not slides, that Tennr can fix them.
You get brought in once a deal is qualified and own the technical evaluation from first demo through signature. That means running discovery to uncover the real operational pain, translating it into a business case, and then building and delivering a proof of concept that makes the answer obvious. You'll partner closely with an Account Executive, but the evaluation is yours to win.
This is not a feature-demo role. The best SCs at Tennr understand the customer's business well enough to tell them something they didn't know about themselves — and then show them exactly how Tennr fixes it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run structured discovery to identify operational pain points across referral intake, prior authorization, and patient processing workflows — and quantify what they're costing the organization.
- Deliver product demonstrations that are built around the prospect's specific problems, not generic feature walkthroughs.
- Architect and build tailored Proof of Concepts using Tennr's agentic patient orchestration platform, scoped to what will move the deal.
- Build current/future state process maps that make the before-and-after undeniable.
- Own deal strategy in partnership with the AE — know where the deal stands, who the stakeholders are, and what needs to happen to close.
- Become a genuine expert in the healthcare verticals you cover (DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health) — understand the workflows, the payer dynamics, and the economics well enough to be credible in a room full of operators.
- Translate Tennr's technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical buyers (operations leaders, CFOs, clinical directors).
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7 years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Technically hands-on — you've configured complex software platforms, worked with APIs, or built demo/sandbox environments without engineering doing it for you. You know how data moves through a system.
- Security and compliance fluency — you can read a SOC 2, interpret technical controls (encryption, access management, network segmentation), and respond to vendor security assessments without needing someone to translate for you.
- CS degree or equivalent technical foundation strongly preferred — not because we need you to write production code, but because it signals you can figure things out when the documentation runs out.
- Healthcare experience preferred — DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or any provider-side operations background is a significant plus.
- Comfortable presenting to and building credibility with both operational buyers and technical stakeholders (IT, security, compliance).
- Startup experience is a plus — you build process as you go and don't wait to be told what to do.
