BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Join our Product and Regulatory Legal team, embedded with Kraken's Product, Design and Engineering teams to ship novel products and experiences that accelerate the global adoption of crypto. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from a diverse range of tradfi, fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice, partnering directly with Product, senior leadership and Compliance to chart clear, defensible paths to launch and to keep our licensed entities running smoothly.
This is a senior product-facing legal role for the European Union. You will be the lawyer the business trusts on questions that cut across several regimes at once: for example, a single product such as a tokenised equity, a card, or an institutional custody and prime brokerage service can touch the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive ("MiFID II"), the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation ("MiCA"), the Payment Services Directive ("PSD2"), the Electronic Money Directive ("EMD2") and banking rules at the same time. You will bring clarity on which regime applies, what it requires, and how to launch within it.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Product Legal, you will act as a senior legal adviser to European leadership on new products, licensing structure and regulatory strategy.
- Own cross-functional product counselling for European Union launches from discovery to design, launch and iteration, giving Product, Engineering, Compliance and leadership decision-ready advice with clear options and risk trade-offs
- Advise on the regulatory perimeter and classification of new offerings across MiFID II and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation ("MiFIR"), MiCA, the European Market Infrastructure Regulation ("EMIR"), payment services and electronic money rules, and banking regulation, including where an instrument or service falls between regimes (for example tokenised securities, crypto-asset derivatives, margin and financing, and stablecoin-linked products)
- Advise on payments and electronic money offerings, including the Krak card and account propositions, safeguarding, open banking and account-access obligations, and the developing Payment Services Directive 3 and Payment Services Regulation framework
- Advise on banking-related questions that arise in the European Union, including bank partnerships and sponsor-bank arrangements, deposit-taking and lending perimeter questions, the Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive, and the interaction of these rules with our custody, prime brokerage and financing products
- Monitor and interpret European Union legislative and supervisory developments, take part in consultations and industry association work where appropriate, and translate their significance for the business proactively
- Draft and negotiate client-facing terms and conditions, taking clear, business-aligned positions
- Act as gatekeeper for European Union outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate and manage cost, and sign off before matters go externally
- Mentor and develop more junior lawyers in the team, set quality standards for plain-English, risk-based advice, and act as a senior sounding board for colleagues across the Regulatory Legal team
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example Enterprise GPTs) to speed up regulatory analysis, first drafts and matter tracking, and to build self-service tools that let stakeholders answer commoditised legal and regulatory questions themselves
- Advise on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements affecting products, including the Transfer of Funds Regulation ("Travel Rule") and the new European Union anti-money laundering package, and on market abuse, conduct, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act ("DORA")
- Lead or oversee licensing, authorisation and variation workstreams in the European Union, including scoping requirements, mapping pathways, supervising outside counsel, preparing application materials and managing regulator interactions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Ireland, England and Wales, or another European Union Member State
- 15 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, payment institution, broker-dealer, exchange, central counterparty or crypto services provider) or at a leading law firm supporting such clients, ideally with in-house or direct product counselling experience
- Deep, current knowledge of several of the following, with real depth in at least two: MiFID II and MiFIR (investment services, market structure, derivatives and conduct), MiCA (crypto-asset services, custody, trading platforms and stablecoins), European Union payment services and electronic money regulation, and European Union banking regulation
- Demonstrated ability to analyse novel products against overlapping regimes and give a clear view on classification and perimeter, including in areas where the rules are unsettled or supervisors have not yet spoken
- Direct experience managing senior regulator relationships, including notifications, information requests, supervisory correspondence and examinations
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including DORA
- Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing
- Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders and for senior leadership
- A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation
- Experience mentoring or managing lawyers, and the judgement to know when to escalate
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as Enterprise GPTs to increase the efficiency of legal services
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience advising on tokenised securities and the European Union Distributed Ledger Technology Pilot Regime
- Experience with EMIR, including the clearing obligation, margin for non-centrally cleared derivatives and transaction reporting
- Experience with prime brokerage, securities financing, margin lending or institutional custody
- Experience advising on the United Kingdom cryptoasset regime or other non-European Union frameworks that intersect with European Union operations
- Experience supporting regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, such as change-of-control notifications and entity migrations
- Experience with European Union data protection and consumer protection rules as they apply to financial products
- Fluency in a second European language
- An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

We combine the trust of a licensed institution with the speed and convenience of a modern financial product. Work within regulated financial infrastructure, where product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience are closely connected.
The Role
We are building our MSME lending business from the ground up and are looking for an experienced Underwriting Lead to design and own the credit function. This is a hands-on builder role — you will not inherit a finished framework. You will design it, document it, and develop the team that runs it. If you have built underwriting functions before and want to do it again in a fast-moving, BSP-regulated fintech environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Design and document the end-to-end MSME underwriting framework: credit policy, risk appetite, scoring methodology, and delegation of authority matrix
• Define and standardize credit assessment criteria for business term loans, with extensibility to revolving credit lines and cash flow-based products
• Establish approval workflows, escalation paths, and documentation standards for credit decisions
• Coach and develop the local underwriting team, building internal capability to operate independently
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Product to ensure underwriting standards meet BSP regulatory requirements
• Review and sign off on credit decisions during the framework build-out phase
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of MSME/SME credit underwriting experience, ideally in SEA or emerging market banking or fintech
• Prior experience building or rebuilding underwriting functions and processes from scratch
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow-based lending, and collateral assessment
• Familiarity with BSP regulations and Philippine lending compliance standards
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are still being shaped
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to coach junior underwriters and collaborate across teams
Why Join Us
• Be part of building MSME lending in a BSP-licensed digital bank from the ground up
• Work within a regulated financial infrastructure with the agility of a startup
• Competitive compensation and benefits including HMO on Day 1
• Collaborative and international team environment
• BGC, Taguig headquarters

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION:
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Head of Security, you'll define and drive Morpho's security strategy across the entire organization - corporate IT, cloud and infrastructure, application, supply chain, identity, incident response, threat intelligence, and counterparty security - and you'll build the team and function to deliver it. This is a hands-on leadership role: in the early days you'll personally do the work while you hire, and you'll stay close enough to the technical detail to earn the trust of a deeply technical organization. You'll also be Morpho's credible security voice, internally to leadership, and externally to the integrators, institutions, and ecosystem partners who depend on us. You'll partner closely with Engineering on infrastructure and deployment integrity, and with our Integration team, which works with various partners across the Morpho ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and continuously evolve Morpho's security strategy and roadmap across, cloud/infrastructure, application, supply-chain, identity, and operational security.
- Build and lead the security function - hire, grow, and develop the team, recruiting skillsets across security operations and application security.
- Oversight of the IT function
- Stay hands-on. Personally execute critical security work - threat modeling, architecture review, control implementation, and incident command - while the team scales.
- Set the governance architecture: a coherent security framework that ties tooling and controls together, rather than accumulating tools in isolation.
- Own incident response end to end - runbooks, incident command, severity and escalation structure, and market communication during an event.
- Build and run a counterparty security program for curators and partners - identity verification, screening, operational diligence, and bidirectional incident-coordination channels.
- Lead Morpho's certification strategy (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001), meeting both the spirit and the letter sustainably.
- Represent Morpho's security posture externally - to fintechs, financial institutions, and the broader ecosystem - and internally to executives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Protocol, and Integrations, driving security outcomes through both direct ownership and influence.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
FIRST 30 DAYS
- You've built a clear, independent picture of Morpho's posture, architecture, threat model, and in-flight work - and pressure-tested the existing strategy against it.
- You've met the team and established working relationships with the people who own the surfaces you'll most depend on.
- You understand the path-to-funds attack surface in depth and have an early, evidence-based view of the highest-severity risks and quick wins.
- You know exactly where incident-response readiness stands today.
FIRST 60 DAYS
- You've published a clearly prioritized security roadmap with clear sequencing, owners, and the rationale for what's deferred and aligned leadership behind it.
- You've defined the team build-out plan and opened the first hire.
- You're personally driving the top-severity gaps - identity and authentication enforcement, deployment guardrails, and a documented incident-response runbook among them.
- You've set the governance framework and the certification path in motion.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Demonstrable progress closing the highest-priority gaps, with key controls enforced rather than optional.
- A documented incident-response capability that's been validated by at least one tabletop exercise.
- Hiring underway, and a clear operating rhythm established with Engineering, Protocol, and Integrations.
- Morpho's external security posture is taking shape - trust surface, counterparty security program, and ecosystem engagement - and you're recognized internally and externally as Morpho's credible security voice.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10+ years in security, several of them building or leading a security function, ideally at a crypto/web3, fintech, or financial-services company where security is core to the business.
- Strong grasp of the crypto/web3 threat model
- Proven experience building and growing a security team from a small base, recruiting across security operations and application/infrastructure security.
- Deep, hands-on technical expertise across cloud, infrastructure, CI/CD, supply-chain, identity, and application security - you do the work, not just direct it.
- Owned incident response end to end, including incident command and external communication.
- Sharp prioritization and the ability to galvanize action through hard and soft influence, including driving outcomes through teams you don't own.
- Exceptional, organized, responsive communication - credible to executives and to external audiences from fintechs to Fortune 500 institutions.
- Humble.
NICE TO HAVE:
- An established network and public profile in the security or crypto-security community, and comfort representing security work publicly (talks, writing, framework contribution).
- Offensive security depth, or experience standing up red/blue capabilities.
- Familiarity with institutional and regulatory expectations and threat-sharing networks (e.g. Crypto ISAC, TIBER-style frameworks).
- Taken an organization through certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent)
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Your job is to make sure every payout and transaction lands with the right person.
We have spent years getting very good at protecting the things a marketplace has always had to protect: checkout fraud, account takeover, courier abuse. But we are no longer only a marketplace. We now issue banking products, lend to merchants, move instant payouts to couriers, and collect cash on the doorstep. Every one of those is a new way for money to leave the platform.
This is a new team, and it owns that surface: fraud wherever money moves through the platform. Who receives it, who lends it, who collects it, and who holds it in a financial account. Think instant payout rails, merchant cash advances, and platform-issued banking and earned-wage products serving millions of couriers and merchants. These are live loss surfaces, and the volume grows with every financial product we launch.
We are now looking for a
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to build that protection. You will design and ship real-time detection and automated enforcement for our financial products across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The work is high-throughput, low-latency, and unusually consequential: a rule you ship on Monday can stop a serious loss by Friday. It is also close to greenfield, so you will be setting the patterns every future financial product inherits on day one.
This role will be based in
London
,
UK
as one of the founding engineering roles in our London hub, working closely with our teams in Helsinki and Berlin.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go that score financial events in real time, including payout enrollments, bank account links, credit applications, and account-to-account transfers.
Design fraud detection and automated enforcement for our financial products end to end: from signal collection through to the decision that blocks a fraudulent payout.
Build on and extend our shared fraud decisioning platform, so signals, rules, and models work across all three of our brands instead of being rebuilt three times.
Partner closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to turn observed fraud patterns into shipped detection, and to know when a rule, a model, or a product change is the right answer.
Work across team boundaries with our account security, payments fraud, and financial product teams. We build on their signals rather than rebuild them, so clean interfaces matter.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions as we establish the fraud infrastructure baseline for financial products, with support from senior engineers on the team.
Write well-tested, observable code and help the team hold a high quality bar. In fraud, a silent failure is a loss event.
Our expectations:
3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including backend services you have shipped and owned in production.
1+ years of production experience in Golang, or strong experience in another backend language and real enthusiasm for picking Go up quickly.
A working understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. Real-time decisioning comes with a latency budget, and you are keen to learn to build inside one.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Willingness to operate what you build, including a share of on-call, with a pragmatic approach to reliability.
Uses AI tooling in day-to-day development and can critically evaluate its output for correctness and quality.
Nice to have
Experience in fraud, risk, payments, lending, or financial crime, especially money movement fraud, bank account linking fraud, payout abuse, or lending fraud.
Experience with rules engines, real-time feature stores, or ML model serving in a decisioning path.
Background in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Node.js alongside Go.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or regulatory regimes.
What we value
A product-oriented mindset. You think beyond the ticket, understand the "why" behind the work, and take a high level of responsibility for outcomes rather than output.
Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new team on a new surface; parts of the charter are still being drawn, and you will help draw them.
A track record of owning a project or feature end to end, especially in fast-paced environments.
Clear and proactive communication, with a collaborative spirit. We work across three companies and several time zones, so we move fast, but we succeed together.
An adversarial instinct. The best fraud engineers enjoy thinking like the attacker.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

ROLE
US regulatory engagement is Morpho's top legal priority. The SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN are writing the rules that will govern onchain lending, and the volume of rulemakings, requests for comment and staff engagement now exceeds what Legal can cover alongside its other work. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role owns Morpho's US policy pipeline end to end, from tracking rulemakings to drafting submissions and leading meetings with agency staff, Congress and industry coalitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN rulemakings, guidance, staff statements and enforcement relevant to onchain lending, and maintain a live calendar of comment deadlines with a recommended posture for each.
- Lead the drafting of comment letters, responses to requests for comment and other written submissions, pulling in input from Protocol, Product, Research and outside counsel, and prepare them for General Counsel sign-off.
- Prepare and lead meetings with agency staff and commissioner offices, including briefing materials, talking points and follow-up submissions.
- Represent Morpho in trade association working groups and industry coalitions, and coordinate Morpho's input into joint filings.
- Engage congressional offices and committee staff on legislation and its implementation where it affects DeFi lending.
- Manage outside policy counsel and consultants day to day: scope, deliverables and spend.
- Brief leadership and product teams on US policy developments in short written updates, and flag implications for the protocol, products and external messaging.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You can explain Morpho Markets, Morpho Vaults and the role of curators accurately to a non-technical regulator. You have built a tracker of open SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN items with a recommended posture for each, joined the relevant working groups, and contributed to at least one live comment letter or coalition submission.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You own the comment pipeline end to end: first drafts reach the General Counsel on schedule with no missed deadlines. You have prepared and led at least two agency meetings, send a short monthly US policy update to leadership, and have working relationships with staff at the SEC, the CFTC and key congressional offices.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Agency staff and coalition partners treat Morpho as a credible, technical voice on DeFi lending, and Morpho's positions show up in coalition filings and, where possible, in staff guidance or final rules. Outside counsel runs against clear deliverables and within budget, and you have drafted a 2027 US policy plan for General Counsel approval.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 8 years working on SEC or CFTC matters, at an agency, in a law firm regulatory practice, at a trade association or on an in-house regulatory or policy team. Prior SEC or CFTC staff experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal securities and commodities law and of the rulemaking process: notice and comment, staff guidance, no-action and exemptive relief.
- Excellent writing, with comment letters, regulatory submissions or similar work product to show for it.
- Existing relationships with agency staff, congressional staff or industry coalitions.
- Able to learn how onchain lending works and explain it clearly and accurately to a non-technical audience.
- Sound judgment on when to escalate, and comfortable preparing positions for sign-off rather than setting them alone.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication across a team split between Paris, New York and DC.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.

ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS

Within this, you will: Own features of the OpenZeppelin Contracts Library for Daml end to end, from design through audit: examples include a Timelock, access control, vaults, or token standard support. Implement and shepherd the OZ Daml versions of CIP-56, CIP-86, CIP-103, future CIPs.

ROLE
Morpho's Head of GTM and the wider GTM leadership team run across time zones, and their calendars, travel, and follow-ups need a single owner. This role takes all of that off their plate for the Head of GTM and keeps the GTM leaders prepared and unblocked, so their time goes to the work only they can do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Head of GTM's calendar and priorities, managing high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones so the right meetings happen at the right time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, so trips run without friction.
- Prepare meeting logistics, briefs, and materials so executives walk in ready.
- Support the wider GTM leadership team with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups to keep commitments moving.
- Own and deliver special projects and initiatives for the Head of GTM, from scoping through to completion.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and close attention to detail.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You have earned the trust of the Head of GTM and the team, understand their working styles and priorities, and own day-to-day scheduling, travel, and logistics with minimal guidance.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage complex scheduling and competing priorities with little oversight. You have found and fixed workflow gaps that were costing the team time.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You are a force multiplier for the Head of GTM and an indispensable partner to the wider team, owning projects well beyond traditional EA scope and raising the bar for execution across the org.
