ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end partnership strategy for Sierra’s US, Canada, and UK Government & SLED ecosystem, identifying, prioritizing, recruiting, and structuring the systems integrator, reseller, distributor, and strategic alliances that will most accelerate Sierra’s growth and expand our public-sector reach.
- Build and lead joint go-to-market strategies with key partners, developing compelling joint value propositions, identifying priority accounts and use cases, and aligning sales motions, pipeline goals, and shared success metrics to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Build a scalable partner program and enablement engine from the ground up, including training, certification paths, sales plays, field-facing materials, commercial frameworks, and onboarding programs that give partners the tools and confidence to effectively position, sell, and deliver Sierra.
- Own and grow strategic partner relationships from initial engagement through long-term success, cultivating executive-level sponsorship while establishing the operating rhythms, joint planning, business reviews, governance, and scorecards needed to keep partnerships accountable, productive, and scaling over time.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sierra and the broader public-sector partner ecosystem, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal; bringing market intelligence and partner feedback back into Sierra; representing the company at key industry and procurement events; and using pipeline and performance data to determine where to invest, course-correct, or evolve our partnership strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel strategy, with significant experience across US, Canada, and/or UK Government and SLED markets and a proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
- Strong relationships across the government technology ecosystem, including resellers, systems integrators, distributors, and strategic partners such as Carahsoft, Deloitte, Accenture Federal Services, or comparable public-sector organizations.
- Deep understanding of government procurement and public-sector requirements, including RFPs/RFIs, cooperative purchasing vehicles, GSA schedules, CCS/G-Cloud frameworks, Canadian procurement vehicles, and relevant compliance, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to earn senior-level trust and sponsorship while developing GTM frameworks, enablement programs, and operating cadences that scale partnerships.
- AI fluency and a builder mindset, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools and insights in day-to-day work and applying that knowledge to partnerships around an AI-native product like Sierra, along with the ability to travel across the US, Canada, and UK as needed.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience working at or partnering closely with government-focused organizations such as Carahsoft, Deloitte, or Accenture Federal, ideally within a high-growth enterprise company where you helped build and scale a public-sector partner ecosystem.
- Experience structuring and growing strategic partnerships, including negotiating commercial terms, developing co-sell and governance frameworks, and driving joint GTM initiatives, customer events, executive engagement, and partner marketing programs.
- Knowledge of the government technology landscape, ideally including CX/customer service technology, AI/ML applications and public-sector AI policy/procurement trends, with an existing security clearance or eligibility to obtain one where applicable.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave

About the role
🤓
Data trust is becoming one of the most important challenges in the era of AI analytics.
Self-service analytics has always required strong foundations. Now, with the rise of LLMs and AI agents, the opportunity is bigger, but so is the risk. Pointing an AI assistant at a warehouse can create a false sense of precision if the underlying data model, definitions, documentation and ownership are not clear.
As a Data & AI Governance Specialist at seQura, you will help build the foundations that allow teams to find, trust, understand and apply data and AI safely, autonomously and responsibly.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security teams, translating complex requirements into clear workflows, usable standards and technical solutions.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Collaborate with domain stewards and analysts to maintain a unified data dictionary, clear business metric definitions and AI model documentation.
Partner with Core Data, Data Science & AI, Business and Engineering teams to implement automated data quality checks across pipelines, health and performance monitoring dashboards/alerts.
Manage and improve the data catalog, AI model inventory and model registry so assets are organized, searchable, well documented and easy to understand.
Help Data Champions and AI Owners succeed by giving them clear templates, training, tooling and documentation rather than relying on manual approval gates.
Act as the operational bridge between Legal, Privacy, Security and Data & AI teams to support GDPR, SOC 2 and EU AI Act readiness.
Champion a culture where quality and responsible AI are collective responsibilities, supported by automation, ownership and practical enablement.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To amplify seQura’s value by enabling anyone to autonomously find, trust, understand and apply data and AI to make smarter decisions.
What we own
You will join the Data & AI Governance vertical, working closely with the Data Governance Lead, the wider Data & AI team and business stakeholders across seQura.
This team owns the foundations that make self-service analytics and responsible AI possible: metadata, documentation, ownership, quality standards, lineage, data and model discoverability, access governance and AI risk workflows.
How we work
Data is treated as a product
, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Governance acts as an enablement layer
, rather than a blocker.
Self-service systems are prioritized
over manual approval processes.
Close collaboration with domain experts
helps turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
You will onboard into seQura’s Data & AI organization, understand how our data model, access groups and governance practices work today, and start researching the semantic layer foundations needed to support reliable AI-assisted analytics.
Month 2
You will start working on metadata and ontology graph initiatives, helping connect business concepts to the right data entities, definitions and ownership structures.
Month 3
You will contribute to warehouse optimization and access marketplace initiatives, helping make governed data assets easier to discover, request, use and maintain across teams.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
You will work with tools and systems that support data cataloging, metadata management, self-service analytics, data quality, access governance and documentation.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
Ability to translate business, legal or privacy requirements into practical solutions with technical teams.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in any of these areas: Data Governance, Data Quality Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI Operations or a related area.

Experience operating modern data catalog, metadata or documentation tools.
Strong communication skills across business stakeholders, technical data teams and legal or privacy teams.
Strong analytical ability to trace data quality issues back through pipelines, models or workflows and support root-cause resolution.
A self-service mindset: you prefer clear standards, automation and enablement over manual approval gates.
Nice to have:
Practical understanding of AI and ML lifecycles.
Experience with Generative AI application patterns.
Understanding of AI cataloging, model inventories or model registries.
Familiarity with AI bias detection or mitigation practices.
Working knowledge of foundational AI privacy and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.

Senior Finance Data Governance Consultant (Contract)
*This is a 12 month temporary assignment
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Data Governance consultant to help establish and operationalize SIE’s Finance Data Governance capability. The role will partner across Finance and Technology to define governance standards, document critical Finance data and lineage, establish data quality controls, govern master data and hierarchies, and support priority Finance data products.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in data governance, Finance transformation, or Finance data management, with strong knowledge of financial processes and systems. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, data catalog/governance platforms such as Atlan or Collibra, and enterprise reporting tools is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a greenfield environment and translating complex Finance and technical requirements into practical, sustainable governance processes.
Responsibilities:
Establish the Finance Data Governance Foundation
Assess the current maturity of Finance data governance, documentation, ownership, controls, and data management practices.
Design and implement a practical Finance Data Governance operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance forums, workflows, escalation paths, and operating cadences.
Create governance standards, procedures, templates, decision logs, issue-management routines, and approval processes that Finance and Technology teams can use in practice.
Build the Finance Data Inventory and Business Glossary
Identify and inventory priority Finance data domains, systems, tables, reports, interfaces, data products, calculations, mappings, and critical data elements.
Document business definitions, ownership, stewardship, approved usage, security classification, refresh frequency, and downstream dependencies.
Resolve conflicting definitions across Accounting, FP&A, management reporting, statutory reporting, and regional Finance teams.
Prepare metadata for publication in an enterprise data catalog and establish workflows for maintaining, reviewing, approving, and retiring governance documentation.
Document Data Lineage and Finance Transformation Logic
Map data from source systems through integration, transformation, consolidation, reporting, and analytical consumption.
Document business rules, transformation logic, mappings, allocations, eliminations, adjustments, currency translation, and reconciliation points.
Identify manual transformations, uncontrolled spreadsheets, duplicated logic, missing ownership, and lineage gaps, and support impact assessments for upstream changes.
Partner with technical teams to distinguish business lineage from physical and technical lineage.
Establish Data Quality and Financial Data Controls
Define practical Finance data quality standards, rules, thresholds, monitoring requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Build a data quality rule inventory and support issue identification, triage, root-cause analysis, ownership, remediation, escalation, and closure.
Develop data quality scorecards and maintain traceable and auditable evidence for approvals, exceptions, reconciliations, and remediation activities.
Govern Finance Master Data and Hierarchies
Document and govern Finance master data, reference data, mappings, and hierarchies, including accounts, cost centers, profit centers, entities, products, regions, currencies, scenarios, and reporting periods.
Define ownership, approval, versioning, effective dating, and change-control requirements.
Partner with master-data and technology teams on future hierarchy-management and Master Data Management initiatives, including business requirements, process design, testing, and downstream-impact assessment.
Support Priority Finance Data Products
Apply governance standards to priority Finance data products and procedures.
Support documentation and validation of SAP financial and consolidation data, including ACDOCA and ACDOCU where applicable.
Help document data flows and reconciliation requirements across SAP, consolidation and reporting platforms, Snowflake, Domo, planning tools, and downstream reports.·
Support the development of governed enterprise context and semantic layers for reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled Finance use cases.
Drive Adoption and Manage Delivery
Facilitate workshops, prepare executive-ready updates, develop training materials, and coach data owners and stewards on their responsibilities.
Translate complex Finance and technical concepts into clear documentation and decisions.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is looking for a hands-on Member of Technical Staff, GRC Engineering to build and scale the technical infrastructure supporting our security, risk, and compliance programs.
As we scale globally, you'll translate compliance requirements into automated technical controls, continuous monitoring systems, and preventative security measures that evolve alongside our business.
Working closely with Security, Engineering, IT, and cross-functional teams, you'll design and implement controls that proactively prevent compliance gaps rather than simply identifying them during audits. This is a technical engineering role focused on building scalable GRC infrastructure, not traditional policy management or audit coordination.
We're looking for someone who combines strong knowledge of compliance frameworks with technical problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build systems that support a rapidly growing organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
COMPLIANCE ENGINEERING & CONTROL AUTOMATION
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable technical controls across corporate and product infrastructure.
- Design and implement automated controls for access management, system configurations, security monitoring, and compliance validation.
- Build preventative controls and release gates that identify and block noncompliant changes before deployment.
- Evaluate which controls should be automated and where human review remains necessary.
GRC INFRASTRUCTURE & CONTINUOUS MONITORING
- Build and maintain scalable GRC infrastructure that supports continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection.
- Develop automated workflows to validate control effectiveness and identify compliance gaps in real time.
- Design controls that remain effective as employees, systems, vendors, locations, and products evolve.
- Integrate compliance checks into existing engineering workflows, infrastructure, and security tooling.
RISK MANAGEMENT & SECURITY CONTROLS
- Translate frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other applicable standards into practical engineering requirements.
- Partner with Security and Engineering to identify control gaps, prioritize risks, and implement sustainable remediation.
- Establish technical standards and preventative guardrails that reduce reliance on manual compliance processes.
- Evaluate emerging security and compliance requirements and incorporate them into scalable control designs.
TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & COLLABORATION
- Own GRC engineering initiatives from control design through implementation, validation, and ongoing operations.
- Build automation through scripts, APIs, integrations, and engineering workflows.
- Partner with technical teams to embed compliance requirements into system architecture and development processes.
- Help define the long-term GRC infrastructure roadmap to support the company's growth over the next several years.
Requirements:
- 6+ years spanning security, GRC, software engineering, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience translating framework, regulatory, or policy requirements into technical implementations.
- Hands-on experience personally building or automating security and compliance controls.
- Production-grade scripting or programming experience, such as Python, including working with APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and what constitutes credible control evidence.
- Ability to distinguish between a control that technically exists and one that is actually effective, enforced, and continuously monitored.
- Experience building in rapidly changing or 0→1 environments without relying on mature infrastructure or large teams.
- Strong judgment around automation, risk, exceptions, enforcement, and engineering velocity.
- Ability to communicate technical controls and evidence clearly to auditors, customer security teams, engineers, and nontechnical stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
