We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Technical Program Governance team enables complex technical initiatives across PlayStation engineering organizations by creating clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across organizational boundaries.
As a Staff Technical Change Manager, you will lead the people, adoption, and organizational dimensions of complex technical change across engineering and technology organizations. You will work alongside technical leaders, architects, program managers, and delivery teams to understand what is changing, who is affected, what will be required of them, and how to move from awareness to sustained adoption.
This is a technical change role. Success requires more than familiarity with software-development terminology or experience working near engineering teams. You must be able to understand systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, engineering delivery models, and technical dependencies well enough to identify meaningful change impacts, ask informed questions, and translate technical decisions into practical organizational action.
This role offers the opportunity to build and shape change capability from the ground up. You’ll help define how change is led, scaled, and embedded across a growing technical organization, creating practical approaches that can evolve with the business rather than inheriting a fixed playbook.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional organizational change within technology, engineering, digital, or technical environments.
Strong technical fluency across modern software and technology environments. Able to understand systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, engineering workflows, and technical dependencies well enough to assess organizational impact and engage credibly with technical leaders.\
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts and decisions into clear stakeholder impacts, adoption needs, communications, enablement plans, and practical actions.
Deep practical knowledge of organizational change methods and tools, combined with the judgment to adapt, combine, simplify, or move beyond a methodology when the situation requires it.
Experience developing end-to-end change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness, communications, engagement, learning or enablement, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
Strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills, with a record of operating effectively in ambiguous environments where the change strategy, operating model, or path forward is still being created.
Ability to influence senior technical and business leaders, facilitate difficult conversations, build alignment across competing priorities, and move decisions forward without direct authority.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative signals to assess adoption, identify resistance or friction, test assumptions, and adjust strategy based on evidence rather than process compliance.
Demonstrated ability to create reusable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and guidance and to coach others so change capability scales beyond the individual.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise executive narratives while retaining enough technical substance for engineering audiences.
Desirable
Consulting or transformation advisory experience, particularly in environments requiring rapid context building, executive influence, and practical recommendations across multiple clients, organizations, or business units.
Experience building or materially evolving a change capability in an organization where practices, roles, standards, and expectations were not already mature or consistently established.\
Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, developer tooling, enterprise systems, or other technically complex transformation work.
Experience working directly with engineers, architects, technical program managers, product leaders, and senior technology executives.
Background in the games, interactive entertainment, or large-scale technology industry.
Formal change-management certification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:
Technical Change Strategy and Delivery
Lead change strategy and execution for complex technical initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, technologies, or geographies.
Build a clear understanding of the technical change itself, including affected systems, dependencies, operating models, workflows, roles, and decision points, before determining the appropriate change approach.
Translate technical implementation plans into stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption risks, engagement strategies, and measurable change outcomes.
Embed organizational readiness into the design and delivery of major initiatives, helping ensure change is considered from the beginning and translated into sustained adoption, stronger execution, and measurable business impact.
Identify adoption barriers early, frame the underlying problem, and drive practical interventions that address behavior, capability, process, structure, or incentives as appropriate.
Define meaningful measures of readiness, adoption, and sustained use, and adjust strategy when evidence shows the current approach is not working.
Technical Partnership and Organizational Judgment
Partner closely with engineers, architects, technical program managers, product leaders, and subject-matter experts to understand technical decisions and their organizational consequences.
Ask informed technical questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and surface dependencies or downstream impacts that may otherwise be missed in change planning.
Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing clear recommendations, rationale, risks, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes rather than relying on escalation or waiting for direction.
Demonstrate strong judgment about where and how change leadership can add value. Read the room, adapt to the audience and organizational context, and apply the right level of structure to accelerate outcomes without introducing unnecessary process.
Use organizational context, stakeholder insight, and data to determine where leadership attention is required and where teams can move independently.
Connect technical transformation to business and organizational outcomes so leaders understand not only what is changing, but why it matters and what successful adoption looks like.
Capability Building and Scale
Help build a practical, scalable technical change-management capability, including reusable frameworks, playbooks, templates, decision guides, and operating practices.
Create lightweight approaches that can be used by program and technical leaders directly, reserving specialist change support for the work where it creates the most value.
Coach leaders, TPMs, and cross-functional partners on stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption planning, resistance, and reinforcement so change knowledge spreads through the organization.
Use strong facilitation and organizational judgment to bring the right people together, navigate competing perspectives, and turn complex conversations into clear decisions, alignment, and action.
Capture lessons learned and patterns across initiatives and use them to improve future change strategies, tools, and organizational practices.
Leave teams more capable than you found them by building knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices that continue beyond an individual initiative.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
· Sustained adoption and organizational readiness for complex technical changes, demonstrated through measurable use, behavior change, or operating outcomes.
· Quality and timeliness of change-impact identification, stakeholder strategy, risk management, and interventions across multiple initiatives.
· Demonstrated technical credibility and effectiveness partnering with engineering, architecture, program, and senior leadership audiences.
· Evidence that change approaches are adapted based on context, feedback, and data rather than applied mechanically.
· Measurable growth in organizational change capability through reusable tools, coaching, knowledge sharing, and increased self-sufficiency of partner teams.
· Senior stakeholder confidence in the clarity, practicality, and strategic value of change recommendations and execution.
The individual will be measured on:
Successful adoption and sustained impact of complex technical and organizational changes, with clear evidence that intended outcomes are understood, adopted, and embedded.
Ability to identify where change leadership will have the greatest impact, applying sound judgment and the appropriate level of structure based on the audience, environment, risk, and desired outcome.
Quality of strategic partnership with technical and business leaders, including the ability to build trust, navigate organizational dynamics, challenge constructively, and influence decisions.
Effectiveness in translating complex technical change into meaningful organizational action, connecting technical direction with what teams need to understand, do differently, and sustain.
Measurable improvements in organizational readiness and adoption, using meaningful indicators and feedback to identify barriers, adjust strategy, and improve outcomes.
Growth of scalable change capability across the organization, including practices, approaches, and knowledge that enable leaders and teams to manage change more effectively without continued direct support.
Ability to strengthen and evolve the organization’s approach to change, identifying opportunities to improve how change is led and building practical capabilities that can scale as the organization matures.
Effectiveness operating independently in complex and ambiguous environments, bringing recommendations, exercising strong judgment, and driving work forward without requiring a predefined playbook.

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing — you can produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read
- Good judgment about what you can handle and what to escalate, and the ability to manage several priorities at once
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one
- Interest in growing into executive protection or intelligence analysis work
WHO YOU ARE
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed when things get tense, and people feel safer because you're there
- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working
- Clear on your scope — you handle routine matters on your own and escalate early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Someone who takes ownership — you follow your work through, raise issues before anyone asks, and want to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about how to make security part of the culture, not just a set of rules

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the CEO office, including operating within a Co-CEO leadership model. - Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel, along with agendas, minutes, and organized records of key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel — commercial and private aircraft, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, and customs requirements — and serve as the primary point of contact for private aviation providers, managing flight schedules, passenger manifests, and catering.
- Monitor travel plans proactively, adjusting logistics in real time to accommodate changing business priorities, weather events, operational delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and events — including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and partnering with events, security, and other teams — while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance executive effectiveness.
- Track and oversee team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and support onboarding and ramp-up for new team members.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, budget reconciliations, and receipts/invoices with accuracy and timeliness, along with additional duties as assigned.

- 8+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a CEO office or multi-executive leadership structure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with strong personalities and demanding timeframes.
- Natural talent for improving processes and bringing order out of chaos, remaining calm during periods of disorganization.
- Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned, with the ability to complete tasks quickly while anticipating the next one in short succession.
- Highly proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MacOS, and generally tech savvy.
- Familiarity with communications strategies, executive affairs, and leadership environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in approach — this business operates across all time zones.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in budget tracking, travel coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfort working across multiple teams, time zones, and with external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the BDR Academy Lead, you will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s global Revenue Academy. You will turn commercial priorities into a structured, measurable development journey that helps Business Development Representatives (BDRs) build deep product knowledge, master prospecting skills, and apply our proprietary Sales Methodology. Your work will directly impact quality pipeline creation and prepare BDRs to progress into future commercial roles.
The Academy provides a consistent global foundation, tailored to two distinct sales motions: Mid-Tier and Enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. OWN THE BDR ACADEMY END-TO-END
- Partner with BDR and Commercial leadership to establish the Academy’s operating model, annual roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement cycle.
- Manage the complete learner journey from onboarding to graduation, including cohort planning, communications, milestones, and learner support.
- Build and maintain a unified global curriculum with clear applications for Mid-Tier and Enterprise motions, balancing global consistency with necessary regional adaptations.
- Translate field needs into clear learning outcomes, facilitator guides, practical exercises, and reusable assets.
- Coordinate cohort intake and operational readiness across regional BDR leaders, Sales, People, and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Deliver learning efficiently using a blend of e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person training (directly or via regional partners).
2. DRIVE CAPABILITY & FIELD APPLICATION
- Facilitate engaging blended learning programs: live workshops, practice simulations, call reviews, coaching sessions, and on-the-job application.
- Earn internal "Train-the-Trainer" certification for the Checkout.com http://Checkout.com proprietary Sales Methodology.
- Build BDR expertise across payments, Checkout.com http://Checkout.com products, discovery and qualification, account research, stakeholder mapping, outreach strategies, and commercial tools (including approved AI tools).
- Partner with managers to connect training to live BDR workflows, reinforce positive behaviors, and identify capability gaps early.
- Act as an AI champion, supporting managers in embedding approved AI tools and automated workflows into BDR routines.
3. MAINTAIN STANDARDS, CERTIFICATION & PROGRESSION
- Define competency standards, rubric-based assessments, and clear certification requirements for the BDR pathway.
- Lead evidence-based milestone reviews with managers and leaders at key stages (onboarding, probation, and progression gates).
- Track completion rates, assessment results, and revenue impact; provide transparent data to help managers make informed progression decisions.
- Prepare BDRs for future commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Account Management) while managing clear performance-based expectations.
4. MEASURE IMPACT & COLLABORATE GLOBALLY
- Track and maintain an Academy Scorecard covering metrics such as onboarding speed, certification rates, pipeline contribution quality, and learner/manager feedback.
- Analyze cohort performance by region and stage to resolve bottlenecks and optimize delivery.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local market relevance without compromising global standards.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Clear Pathways: BDRs follow a structured, tailored learning journey appropriate for their target market motion (Mid-Tier or Enterprise).
- Actionable Learning: Coaching and training directly translate into improved live prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Transparent Growth: Progression decisions are timely, objective, and grounded in clear competency evidence.
- Measurable Value: Executive leadership receives clear, data-backed insights on cohort health, capability growth, and revenue contribution.
- Scalable Operations: The Academy scales seamlessly across global regions without losing quality or accountability.
WHAT YOU BRING
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
