Join Productive Playhouse as a Product Manager and help shape the experience across Central and pZero, our company internal linked contributing platform. In this flexible, remote role, you’ll turn user insights and stakeholder needs into thoughtful product solutions while partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. No production frontend coding is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own the daily product loop for Central and pZero, from user evidence and problem definition through requirements, delivery, rollout, and adoption.
Translate user evidence and stakeholder input into clear product briefs and PRDs, including problem, scope, exclusions, success measures, and acceptance criteria.
Lead product design for core Central and pZero workflows, including journey mapping, information architecture, prototyping in Figma or an equivalent tool, and usability testing.
Partner with the external engineering team throughout delivery, clarifying requirements and keeping work moving through review and release.
Bring Product Quality into the work early enough to shape journeys, testability, and release evidence.
Own rollout and adoption for shipped features, ensuring intended users can find, understand, and use new functionality.
Track product outcomes after release, including adoption, task completion, cycle time, rework, defects, support burden, and the amount of follow-up required from the Director of Product.
Own manager-facing and worker-facing product documentation, including onboarding materials, tutorials, how-to guides, and release education.
Maintain a practical, shared design foundation with Iron Forge covering navigation, forms, tables, statuses, errors, permissions, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
Maintain shared product knowledge in company-approved project and knowledge management systems, including roadmap, decisions, user evidence, product behavior, and release learning.

Experience working closely with engineering teams as a partner, not solely through ticket handoffs.

Experience owning outcomes after release, including adoption, documentation, and iteration based on real usage.
Working familiarity with AI tools for research, writing, prototyping, and documentation, with clear human review and accountability.
Strong written communication skills, able to produce material that developers, operators, managers, and users can act on directly.

About the Role
At Tabby, the LLM (Large Language Model) Agent handles most transactional contacts. What reaches a human is the hard part: judgment, research, empathy, and landing on a resolution the customer accepts as fair.
This role owns how well we do that. You define what a good customer conversation looks like and you build the capability across our managers to deliver it consistently. One question sits behind every conversation we look at: did we exhaust the opportunity to serve this customer.
The work happens through our Leaders. You build their ability to see the missed opportunities inside their own teams' conversations, and you hold them accountable for acting on them.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Centricity Standard
Define what a good customer conversation looks like and keep it to a short set of criteria.
Evaluate on a single judgement per interaction: did it meet the standard, and if not, which of three to five reasons explains it.
Keep the standard current as products, policies, and customer journeys change.
Manager Enablement
Set the customer centricity standard and equip Team Leaders and Operation Managers to apply it with their teams.
Run ticket-solving sessions with managers to surface the opportunities they walk past.
Assess how Team Leaders coach their agents, using LLM analysis.
Coaching of agents sits with the Team Leaders. This role makes sure that coaching is good.
CSAT
Own the diagnosis of CSAT: what drives it, where it breaks, and who fixes it.
Build the ability to recover CSAT even on outcomes the customer will not like.
Split detractors into skill, will, or product and uncontrollable, so every point has a cause and an owner.
Report blended CSAT and controllable CSAT as two separate numbers.
Route product-driven dissatisfaction to product owners via the Experience Leads.
LLM Quality
Own the LLM Quality Team, which runs checklists, per-conversation evaluation, and structured feedback into LLM agent “guidance” or prompt.
Specialize evaluators by product stream and pair them with the Experience Leads.
Maintain the LLM evaluation model separately from the human one, where LLM Agent checkers are more detailed, while human quality is outcome driven.
Analysis & Insight
Work across everything we have on the customer: evaluation results, CSAT and DSAT verbatims, VoC, complaints, escalations, repeat contacts, and the conversations themselves.
Dissect the data, and work with Analytics and with the analyst in the function to get what you need.
Turn findings into refreshers, training triggers, and process changes with named owners and dates.
Measure the function on whether a driver actually moved.
Build a small team of high-skill owners with real accountability for outcomes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience coaching people to win customers over, in telesales, retail, hospitality, or service recovery.
Not so much a checklist owner. Rather a sales coach. We have the product that we have to sell - the agents must be fluent in making the customers satisfied with the outcome regardless of excuses.
Data fluent. You can take a large dataset, dissect it, and explain what it means without someone translating it for you. Comfortable working across large datasets and dashboards.
Calm and measured.
A track record of leading change that met resistance and made it stick.
Able to hold a position with senior stakeholders on evidence, and change it when the evidence changes.
7+ years in CX, service, or sales coaching leadership, with real ownership of outcomes.
Comfortable working in an LLM-heavy environment.

As an Enterprise Sales & Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in helping us structure our approach to Very Large companies (> 3,000 employees). You will work closely with a team of 2 Senior Account Executives, 1 Business Developper and our Business Segment Lead, supporting them with closing deals and driving various growth-related projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Deal support: partnering with Account Executives on their deal strategy, account mapping, meeting preparation and pitch presentations in order to tailor our approach.

⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

- Are fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Are analytical and think strategically : selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market
- Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level.
- Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.
- Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential.
- Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life.
- Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective.
- Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another
- Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high-end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry.
Level considered for this position is between A0 and A2.
