Research, analyze, onboard, and activate new organizations into Figma’s formal distribution partner program
Manage existing service and commercial partners to drive revenue for Figma and meet the needs of our LATAM customers
Partner with Figma’s GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities
Create repeatable service offering playbooks that partners can execute to drive deeper adoption and product retention

Educate the wider partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and capabilities in tandem with the partner enablement team
Develop and nurture internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams; understand their needs, advocate for our partners, and find new areas of collaboration
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
4+ years of experience working with external partners to advance customer and GTM efforts - including SIs, agencies, and consulting firms - across multiple LATAM markets
Built new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners at once
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to travel once per month
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
Spent time in the design or digital product development space
Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
Proven experience using a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and scale the AI layer of one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for production LLM features and the browser automation built around them end to end — prompt systems, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, and model selection — from first experiment to live release, with quality, reliability, and cost as your accountability.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who decides with data, not intuition. Unmeasured prompt changes, untraced failures, and model swaps without benchmarks are not acceptable. You work in a modern TypeScript stack — Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and Containers with Hono, Hatchet task queues, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres, Vercel Blob. Browser automation on Browserbase and Playwright is roughly half of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROMPT SYSTEMS & STRUCTURED OUTPUTS
- Design dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic and context injection that maximise generation quality
- Enforce predictable outputs with JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas, validators, and repair loops
- Own complex LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom) that integrate cleanly into application logic
BROWSER AUTOMATION
- Build and maintain browser automation on Browserbase Functions and Playwright that traverses web flows reliably
- Classify screens with a model inside each traversal, and decide what the model handles versus deterministic code
- Ship automations as frozen, published workers — versioned, reproducible, and safe to roll back
- Orchestrate runs through Hatchet with retries, timeouts, and failure traces that explain every broken run
EVALUATION & EXPERIMENTATION
- Build evaluation pipelines — test datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS-style metrics — and score responses and screen classifications in Langfuse
- Trace complex LLM chains to find bottlenecks in cost, latency, and context-window usage
- Run A/B experiments across models and prompts through an AI gateway (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway); release only on quantitative benchmarks
- Re-evaluate models as new architectures emerge; fine-tune when domain requirements demand it
PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP
- Take AI features from experiment to live production on Cloudflare Workers and Containers, and stay accountable after release
- Manage rate limits, fallbacks, and model cost so features stay reliable at scale
- Resolve production incidents in owned AI and automation systems with documented root-cause analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 【5+】 years of software engineering with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, including edge or serverless runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers
- Production browser automation with Playwright (Browserbase or similar): resilient selectors, retries, failure handling at scale
- Production experience with dynamic prompting — content that depends on input variables and injected context
- Structured outputs in production: JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas
- Experience with unified LLM APIs or AI gateways (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway): rate limits, fallbacks, cost-effective model selection
- LLM observability with Langfuse or similar: tracing, test datasets, scoring integration
- Evaluation methodology: RAGAS or custom LLM-as-a-judge systems
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Decides on benchmarks and trace data, not intuition
- Analytical — converts generation logs into metrics a business can act on
- Iterative — builds feedback loops and improves continuously
- Owns the outcome from experiment to production, and after
- Verifies before trusting — treats LLM output as unproven until validated
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield's Growth team runs on an internal platform. We need a Business Engineer to turn operational bottlenecks into software, from the data model and API to the screens the team uses every day. You own features through launch, adoption and production support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn growth team problems into useful features. Define a small first release and build it across backend and frontend.
- Own database schemas, query performance and safe migrations on a live database.
- Build third-party integrations that handle API quotas, rate limits, retries and webhooks.
- Make payment and messaging workflows safe to retry, without duplicate payouts or sends, and keep an audit trail.
- Ship LLM features and measure quality, latency and cost per result.
- Own environments, releases, monitoring, security and access. Share on-call responsibility.
- Define success metrics, track adoption after launch and improve what you ship.
MUST-HAVES
- Production experience. You've built and operated backend systems and can explain your decisions, personal contribution and results.
- Strong Python and full-stack delivery. You build backend services and React screens when a feature needs them.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge. Data modeling, query plans, indexes, transactions, locking and migrations on live databases.
- API security. Authentication, object-level authorization and role isolation. You prevent IDOR on reads and writes and test access as different users.
- Hands-on operations. Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and debugging production from logs. You can run what you build.
- High agency and ownership. You find worthwhile problems, remove blockers and follow through without waiting for assignments.
- Low ego. You welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes and change your mind with evidence.
- Energy for an intense pace. The team ships daily, priorities shift and urgent production issues can need you outside regular hours.
OUR TECH STACK
- Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Backend: Python and Node.js services, REST APIs, background workers and scheduled jobs.
- Frontend: React with server-side rendering.
- Data: PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage.
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- AI: LLM APIs from major providers.
- Quality: Static typing, linters and automated tests in both languages.
Bonus experience: Influencer marketing, affiliate programs or creator payouts; large-scale YouTube data within API quotas; email outreach and deliverability; LLM evaluations, prompt regression sets and cost tracking.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Practical task: a real problem from our backlog, under NDA. You design the data model and API, write the core of it and explain your trade-offs.
4. Product interview: turn a growth team problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out and explain how feedback would change it.
5. Offer.

- Support quota, territory, and compensation-related processes as they apply to SE & SA roles
- Collaborate with SE leadership and Enablement on onboarding, ramp tracking, and playbook rollout
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Customer Support Ops, Finance, and Business Systems on cross-functional programs that touch the SE & SA workflow
- Lead projects from conception to release, including project plans, business requirement documents, and change management
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, including AI-driven workflows, that reduce manual work for SEs, SAs and sellers
- Provide inputs (technical risk, POC status, SE engagement) to pipeline inspection and forecast calls, and support forecast hygiene across the sales org
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM operations function
- Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

Identify trends and areas of improvement for our community forum and other community support initiatives

Collect and consolidate customer feedback into meaningful recommendations for our product and research teams
Close the feedback loop with users when bugs are resolved and feature requests are implemented
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years’ experience in support or community roles for a technical SaaS product
Familiarity with design processes and tools
Strong technical and written communication skills, making complex ideas easy to understand
Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills
Receptive to customer feedback, effective in public and direct responses, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes.
With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide. Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code. You'll learn the customer's job before you automate it. Most AI projects fail the same way: someone gathers requirements, someone writes a spec, and a team ships a workflow nobody uses. We think the requirements step is the bug. So we remove it.
As an Associate Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll join each engagement paired with a Senior FDE. Together you'll spend time alongside the client to understand their workflow and business needs. Then you'll help rebuild that work from first principles, and write real production code for it. You won't start from zero: every engagement begins from a Blueprint that has already shipped for a customer in that industry, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
This role is for early-career engineers who want to learn how AI gets deployed in the real world — and who'd rather learn by building than by watching.
What You'll Need:
A degree in computer science, engineering or another STEM field
0–2 years of experience; internships, co-ops and research
You built projects, where you integrated AI as a part of your SDLC (internship, research or hackathon entry) that you can walk us through in depth: what worked, what broke, and what you'd change
Hands-on Claude Code basics
Strong programming fundamentals in Python or TypeScript
Curiosity and speed of learning — you pick up unfamiliar subjects quickly and ask good questions, especially about how real businesses work
Good commication skills - ability to explain complex technical subjects to non-engineers
Willingness to spend real time learning a client's job before you write code. It's the most unusual part of this role, and the most valuable
Location & Work Arrangement: This role requires
working on-site from our New York office 3 days per week
Great If You Have:
Cloud basics: AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, CI/CD AI/ML coursework or foundations
Comfort with ambiguity — our engagements start open-ended by design Interest or coursework in financial services, insurance, healthcare or asset management
Data pipelines or SQL; classical ML or MLOps (PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow); infrastructure-as-code
Open-source contributions, hackathon projects or public writing on applied AI
Claude certification or AWS certification
What You'll Learn:
How to deploy LLM and agentic systems into regulated production — banks, insurers, health systems
How to build evaluation harnesses: defining what "working" means, then measuring it
Cloud delivery on AWS Claude Code in production, working toward Claude certification
A real business domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset management
How to work with clients: their operators, engineers and executives
Your first 90 days:
Foundations — onboarding into our Blueprints, our delivery stack (Claude Code, AWS) and how we build evals, plus a primer on your first client's industry
The seat — join an engagement with your senior FDE. Shadow the operator, then do the work yourself
Your first piece — own a scoped part of a production system, with code review and your senior FDE beside you
What You'll Do
Take the seat — learn a client's function from the inside, and help redesign it alongside your senior FDE and the Forward Deployed Executive
Build — ship production code for LLM applications, agentic workflows, and retrieval and extraction pipelines
Build the evaluation harness before the feature — define what working means, then measure it
Take systems to production on AWS, and feed what you learn back into the Blueprint
Grow into ownership — your team is measured by the client's business results, not by hours. Drive adoption, because a system nobody uses hasn't shipped — and build credibility with the client's engineers and operators
What you'll get:
A senior FDE paired with you on every engagement, a named mentor accountable for your growth
Regular feedback and a clear path to Forward Deployed Engineer
Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
