Perplexity is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help enterprise customers build the knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices required to reach value with Perplexity Computer. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical fluency, strong facilitation, and a track record of building onboarding and adoption programs that scale.
About the role
Perplexity Computer enables customers to build AI-powered workflows that navigate tools, interact with applications, and complete multi-step work. Helping organizations adopt this new way of working requires more than a product demonstration or one-time kickoff.
Enablement Specialists design and deliver the programs that move customers from initial access to confident, sustained use. You will create onboarding journeys for different levels of readiness, lead customer workshops and office hours, diagnose adoption barriers, and turn repeated questions into scalable guidance.
This is a customer-facing role that works closely with Customer Success, Applied AI Architects, Product, Marketing, and Support. Customer Success retains ownership of the account, adoption strategy, and expansion strategy; you will own the enablement programs and interventions that help customers and customer success managers become self-sufficient.
What you'll do
- Design customer journeys. Build onboarding and adoption programs for customers and user cohorts with different roles, goals, technical readiness, and levels of AI experience.
- Deliver high-quality enablement. Lead technical kickoffs, workshops, office hours, remote sessions, onsite programs, webinars, and train-the-trainer experiences.
- Make complex concepts accessible. Teach Computer and agentic-workflow concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Guide customers through setup. Help customers understand access, members, permissions, connectors, credits, models, initial workflows, and the practices required to get started.
- Diagnose adoption barriers. Determine whether a customer is blocked by knowledge, readiness, process, configuration, product capability, or technical complexity.
- Route complex needs well. Recognize when a question requires an Applied AI Architect, Customer Success, Support, Product, or Engineering and provide a clear handoff.
- Create scalable assets. Turn repeated onboarding and adoption needs into curricula, customer checklists, implementation guidance, lifecycle communications, videos, examples, and internal enablement.
- Use evidence to increase adoption and consumption. Segment customers by readiness and usage behavior, identify where consumption stalls, deliver targeted interventions, and measure activation, time to first value, repeat usage, sustained credit consumption, and program effectiveness.
- Build the learning loop. Bring customer patterns and feedback back to Applied AI, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support.
What we're looking for
The strongest Enablement Specialists can teach, diagnose, and design for scale. You should be able to run a compelling customer session, understand the technical details behind a blocker, and build a repeatable program rather than solving the same problem one customer at a time.
Must-haves
- 4+ years in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting, customer education, or a technically oriented Customer Success role.
- Proven program-building experience. You have designed and delivered onboarding, training, or adoption programs across live and self-service formats.
- Strong facilitation and communication. You can explain complex product and AI concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Technical fluency. You can guide customers through permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows, and common integration concepts.
- Strong diagnostic judgment. You can determine whether a customer is blocked by education, readiness, process, configuration, product capability, or technical complexity.
- Data-informed growth mindset. You have used product and usage data to identify adoption gaps, trigger interventions, move customer cohorts toward sustained use, and evaluate impact.
- Cross-functional operating ability. You can work effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and technical teams.
- High ownership. You set clear expectations, improve weak processes, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI products, agentic workflows, enterprise SaaS, or other technically complex platforms.
- Experience building technical onboarding or adoption programs for enterprise customers.
- Background in adult learning, instructional design, customer education, or enablement operations.
- Experience using product and usage data to trigger interventions and measure activation, time to value, and sustained engagement.
- Experience developing customer-facing technical content, workshops, or certification programs.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a platform engineer to join our Compute Capacity team. This team owns the capacity plan that keeps compute supply ahead of demand across every region we operate in — the forecasting, buffer policy, and provisioning systems that make sure a project never runs into a wall it didn't know was there.
You'll work on the systems that turn a capacity plan into provisioned reality: reservation acquisition, fleet reconciliation, and the automation that keeps what we've committed to in sync with what we're actually running. You'll help build the metrics and alerting that let capacity problems surface months out, on vendor lead time, rather than at the moment someone needs the room.
You'll design, build, and operate systems that are both robust and highly automated — helping us hold the right buffer at the right cost, catch drift before it becomes a shortage, and give every team a single, trustworthy view of how much room we have across the millions of databases we manage.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Help build and maintain the capacity plan that keeps Supabase's compute supply ahead of demand across regions and instance families
- Support buffer policy by modeling headroom targets and their cost tradeoffs for review and sign-off
- Build and maintain automation that turns the capacity plan into provisioned reality — reservation acquisition and top-up, fleet reconciliation, drift detection between committed and running capacity
- Extend our infrastructure as code for capacity-relevant provisioning
- Instrument capacity: build and maintain metrics for saturation, reservation coverage, idle buffer, forecast error, and provisioning latency
- Build and tune capacity alerting so headroom, quota, and reservation issues surface months out rather than at the moment of impact
- Support the demand gate — helping intake large customer commitments, launches, migrations, and new regions so they reach the plan before they reach the fleet
- Contribute to mitigation projects: right-sizing, instance-family migrations, autoscaling improvements, workload consolidation
- Help drive down compute cost per database through right-sizing, placement, and commitment coverage work
- Participate in capacity incident response and post-incident follow-through
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years across infrastructure engineering, SRE, platform, or capacity engineering, ideally at SaaS or cloud infrastructure scale
- Have production software engineering experience — you've owned and operated a service, not just a notebook. Comfortable in modern languages like TypeScript, Python, and Go
- Are comfortable working against forecasts and assumptions that are incomplete, and can revise your work as those assumptions change
- Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi or Terraform)
- Have built or maintained observability for systems you own — metrics that answer real questions and alerting people trust (Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar);
- Have solid working knowledge of AWS EC2: instance families and generations, purchase options, capacity reservations, and quota mechanics
- Have some financial fluency — you understand reservation economics and the basic tradeoffs between coverage, utilization, and cost
- Communicate clearly across audiences, from engineers to finance stakeholders
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Applied AI Architects work directly with customers across presales, onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements. You will uncover the real business problem, determine what Computer can credibly support, design and configure the workflow, and lead the engagement to a clear outcome.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of solutions architecture, technical consulting, and program delivery. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success while serving as a quality filter for requests that require Product or Engineering.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery. Work with customer business leaders, technical teams, account executives, and customer success managers to understand the users, current workflow, desired outcome, constraints, and decision-makers.
- Design credible solutions. Map how people, data, tools, approvals, permissions, and decisions interact, then determine how Computer can support the workflow.
- Support complex opportunities. Partner with account executives on technical deal strategy, demos, proofs of value, architecture and security coordination, and engagement scoping.
- Drive value-backed consumption. Identify high-value, repeatable workflows; define the expected business outcomes and usage patterns; and partner with Sales and Customer Success to move customers from technical validation to sustained production use and expansion.
- Build hands-on. Configure, prototype, test, and iterate on Computer skills and workflows, including connectors, permissions, and adjacent tooling.
- Accelerate onboarding and adoption. Provide second-level technical consultation to customer success managers and deliver bounded technical work when customer needs exceed standard Customer Success coverage.
- Run strategic engagements. Establish scope, customer commitments, milestones, success criteria, working cadence, and exit criteria, then lead the work through closure.
- Improve technical escalation. Validate product and engineering needs and produce decision-ready requests with clear evidence, constraints, impact, and acceptance criteria.
- Turn every engagement into leverage. Convert repeated customer needs into reusable workflows, implementation patterns, demos, guidance, and product feedback.
What we're looking for
The strongest Applied AI Architects combine technical depth, consultative problem solving, and disciplined engagement delivery. You should be comfortable working hands-on with the product, advising customer executives, and managing the details required to deliver a successful outcome.
Must-haves
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, senior sales engineering, AI implementation, forward deployed work, technical consulting, or technical program leadership.
- Proven consultative discovery skills. You can turn an ambiguous request into a clear business problem, technical approach, and delivery plan.
- Hands-on technical fluency. You are comfortable with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering complex implementations. You have managed scope, stakeholders, milestones, risk, expectations, and closure.
- Strong solution judgment. You can distinguish education, configuration, implementation, support, product, and engineering problems and recommend the right path.
- Commercial and consumption awareness. You can connect solution design and technical decisions to time to value, usage, credit consumption, customer economics, and expansion potential.
- Executive-credible communication. You can explain technical trade-offs to senior decision-makers while working effectively with practitioners and engineers.
- High agency in ambiguity. You can establish direction without waiting for perfect requirements, challenge weak assumptions, and make thoughtful decisions quickly.
- AI-native working style. You use frontier models and AI tools regularly and have developed strong intuition for what current systems can and cannot do reliably.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience deploying agents or multi-step LLM workflows in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Computer, MCP, enterprise identity, security, permissions, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience in regulated or workflow-intensive industries such as legal, financial services, healthcare, or technology.
- Prior forward deployed engineering, Applied AI, deployment strategist, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience at an AI or enterprise software company.
- A track record of turning customer implementations into reusable technical assets or product improvements.

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to provide finance leadership for our accelerator investments. In this role, you will be a key partner to our compute teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to optimize our compute investments and drive strategic decision-making.
In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in the economics of AI compute, from the unit economics of individual training runs to the long-range financial planning of our accelerator fleet. You’ll build financial models that inform Anthropic’s investment decisions, own planning and forecasting processes for major cost centers, and translate complex technical dynamics into clear financial narratives for leadership.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology, and who is energized by building frameworks from scratch in a fast-moving environment.

Serve as subject matter expert for Anthropic’s overall compute capacity plan, owning source of truth and plan of record
Support the implementation and management of financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment), ensuring our models and processes scale with the organization
Analyze the economics of model training and research compute, including ROI across different dimensions like training run sizes, chip types, data, etc, and distill into actionable framework for capacity planning and deployment
Partner closely with engineering and research teams to understand how training and reinforcement learning processes scale, and translate those technical dynamics into financial frameworks
You may be a good fit if you have:
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop complex financial operating models
Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to come up with new frameworks for assessing profitability and capital efficiency in a rapidly evolving industry
Attention to detail and patience for getting to the source of truth on complex and interconnected underlying financial and legal frameworks
Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
Proven track record of partnering with technical teams to drive financial optimization initiatives
Excitement about working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
Possess a bias towards action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines
Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
Are passionate about the effective integration of AI tools to streamline manual finance workflows
Background in AI, ML, or high-performance, large-scale computing infrastructure, including data centers, cloud service providers, etc

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is scaling compute internationally — growing our footprint in new countries. We're hiring a Country Lead to be the single, accountable owner of our compute strategy in Canada: the person who leads a team of cross-functional experts driving site selection, leasing, energy, financing, government relations and policy, community engagement, construction, and operations. This person will be ultimately responsible for bringing gigawatts of compute online in Canada.
You won't build this alone. The specialist functions — leasing, energy, policy, construction, finance — are hired and managed centrally by functional leads based in San Francisco. Your job is to provide cross-functional leadership over that team in-country: coordinating and driving accountability across workstreams, while representing Anthropic externally with government and industry counterparts in Canada.
This is a high-ambiguity, high-trust role for someone who can bring structure to a fast-growing, cross-functional effort without needing formal authority to do it.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy and coordination for Anthropic's compute build-out in Canada, from initial site selection through construction and operations. While each component will be run by subject matter experts, this role will act as the overall leader and coordinator of that team.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for cross-functional workstreams; leasing, financing, energy, government relations/policy, community engagement, construction, and operations.
Provide working leadership to the in-country cross-functional team, driving alignment and unblocking issues.
Represent Anthropic with government officials, utilities, energy providers, and other external stakeholders in Canada.
Build and maintain relationships within the Canadian government and the energy industry to support site, power, and policy outcomes.
Track progress and surface risks across parallel workstreams as the country's compute footprint scales from initial sites to multiple gigawatts.
Translate between Anthropic's global compute priorities and the specific regulatory, political, and market conditions in Canada.
Requirements
Canadian national with established links into government and the energy industry strongly preferred.
Structured thinker with a track record of learning new domains quickly and going deep fast.
Excellent communicator, comfortable representing Anthropic to senior government, utility, and industry stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
Hyper-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to own multiple concurrent workstreams at once.
Comfortable with ambiguity; a problem solver who drives structure into undefined situations.
Background in energy, infrastructure, or a related sector.
Nice to have
Prior experience with large-scale infrastructure or datacenter development.
Existing relationships with Canadian federal or provincial government bodies relevant to energy, land use, or industrial development.
Experience managing or overseeing capital-intensive projects.
Familiarity with the compute, cloud, or datacenter industry.
